KFC in North Tyneside

Very poor meal delivered in 15 minutes but was cold and soggy very disappointed had better from aldi

Appalling service. Waited 30 minutes in a queue to order the party bucket for 6. to be told when I eventually got to order that they had no chicken on the bone. When I said can you not put a sign up letting people know the attitude was appalling but not just that lady there was another lady with an attitude problem as well. That’s me finished with KFC

Ordered KFC through Uber Eats as the weather was horrendous and didn't want to go out. Delivery was great from Uber eats the delivery person was very considerate and polite. The food delivered was not as ordered I had ordered a Wicked Variety Bucket: 10 pc but only received 5 pieces of chicken. When you call the restaurant to discuss they asked me to pack up the food I have just paid to be delivered and drive up to the restaurant and prove that I only received 5 pieces (defeats the point of paying for delivery). The other option was to complain to Uber eats who did a good job and delivered a sealed package probably not knowing what was ordered or in the package (I could be wrong only used them a few times). So disappointed with KFCs attitude and customer service

Probably the worst staff I've ever came across in a fast food restaurant anywhere on earth. Everyone behind the counter seemed to struggle with basic tasks and simple communications the whole experience was a complete farce. Everyone waiting too long for meals, wrong orders being shouted out and items missing. Quality was also poor compared to other KFC. Avoid at all costs.

Most undercooked disgusting food ever had un my life. I can't believe they are still trading and serving dangerous food topped by a rude manager if you dare to complain!

The wait is so long there’s no customers and the staff weren’t doing much so can’t understand why the long wait food is ok at best

Covid time and used the app then went to collect. Efficiency 100% staff brilliant - ready with a 1 minute wait. Parked outside and so collection was easy and everything worked perfectly. Typical KFC food - all good

Food average I like chicken with no bones in the gravy is very good chips lukewarm . We had a meal dlivered last week it was very good , and hot Better to have it delivered than sit in , Delivery was quick

Staff very friendly, chicken was delicious, and Tuesdays special. Is great value. Menu at KFC is very varied, a big improvement on past visits.

Went into this restaurant i ordered a zinger tower mean with no Mayo as i told the girl i am allergic to mayo i got a burger with mayo on it. I took it back and said i allergic to mayo so no mayo. They took back the burger and redone it with no mayo i thought but they just took the chicken off the other burger wiped it and put it back on the so called new burger. I am disgusted at this i could of died. This is typical of KFC i invite you to asked for no mayo in the KFC near you and i bet my hat they will put mayo on it. I wont be stepping foot in a KFC again even if i was paid to do so.

Food was average,staff looked bored-should take a trip to KFC at Killingworth to see how to be cheerful and cook food properly for Customers.

Always come here every sat after I finish work order the same thing every week family boneless bucket woth sauces but today the young female behind the counter attitude drink would let me have choice of sauces ......strange been gym choice for the last year nd literally banged my order dwn argued with me about the choice of sauces I will not be returning it costs nothing to be nice polite and have manners management need to question who they emply

Went sat 26/05/18 Was the worst i have ever had all went in bin. Different fries which are disgusting. Batter on chicken was horrible and wicked zinger had no taste.

The food is not the issue for my family. It is the service, every time we order we have to check it is correct and it has never been right yet! The most recent mistake was when we were in the EMPTY store, no rushing, they gave us sides of beans instead of gravy and coleslaw, we even reminded them!!!! Some other mistakes have been: they didn't even put the sides in, they didn't put a whole meal in (luckily we check) and they gave us all chicken on the bone when we ordered a boneLESS banquet. It is a joke because the customer service is ridiculous and they are supposedly trained, it must be this branch as I have never had any problems with other stores.

Disgusting horrible dirty WALLSEND store with terrible attitude staff with average waiting time half hour in an empty store. Went 2 fays ago and still recovering from the uncooked chicken in my fillet burger!!!! CLOSE IT DOWN!!!! DO A CHECK ON THIS DUMP!!!

I bought two boneless wraps and when got home one had an enormous unidentified spiked fragment and actually damaged my (at the time) girlfriends mouth. It caused surface damage to her mouth and we immediately contacted customers services and launched a complaint. We were asked to send in the spike and were provided d velopes to do so. I wish I hadn't. Don't trust them if this happens to you.They basically never got back to me and I chased and chased and was constantly told my complaint never existed until eventually some minor acknowledgement. Two years on and I got a free 4 piece meal voucher or something else laughablely minor.I never used it and pushed my complaint further. Further ignorance frustrated me more. I have never received a satisfying apology to my complaint and frankly I find the complaint ongoing almost 3 years on. KFC customer services is atrocious and by far the worst out of the major fast food takeaway chains. No real gesture of apology in my eyes. Absolute shambles and they don't take their customers health and safety seriously in the slightest.

Well what can I say the place looks like it's closing down with it always being empty I can understand why it's empty as the service is just not good at all. I won't be going back chicken was dry and over done so very disappointing.

KFC will be kfc but the wallsend branch is just (the kfc where no one smiles ) I don’t even know what to say ( I nearly offered Lady at the counter a £1 coin just to smile to me .

Went in to try the new double down burger that has been advertised, food was fresh and tasty only downfall was it was abit pricey

Went into KFC last night. Was told by a member of staff she wasn't going to serve me because a rat had just ran over the chips. Wont be going there again.

Where do I start? 4th consecutive time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Ask for a wicked zinger BOX MEAL and was given what I believe to be a fillet burger as well as 2 packets of chips. Absolutely shocking how long you wait to be served never mind waiting at least 20 mins for your food to actually arrive. Customer service is abysmal and quite obviously poorly managed.

Disgusting staff, attitude and service. Pre-ordered food for collection as we were in a hurry ‘yeah no problem’. We got there and still had to wait 15 minutes for our order. Place is filthy, food was cold and frankly I don’t know how the place is still trading. Sorry, but I’m sure other reviews say it all. Rant over.

The only reason I have been here more than once is the place us convenient.I have yet to encounter a pleasant member of staff in there or one who can remember an order they took 2 seconds ago and because of this I always end up coming home without something I paid for. Seating areads look absolutely filthy so only ever use as takeaway If your looking for a KFC in the area I have just discovered a drive thru one in Byker, much better.

Visited here on Sunday cold soggy chicken warm chips burnt beans watery pop and dirty netties. Need I say more yes horrible staff . I complained they said sorry it's the "standard " what standard are we talking about .....will never go in

If I could rate 0 then I would. Ordered food and without any basic mannors Scottish lady that worked there snatched the money out my hands without telling me the price of the food, no communication please thank you no nothing. Whilst serving me made stood talking to her co workers which was very rude. Then after serving me whilst an elderly man on crutches was waiting to be served she seen him and turned her back and carried on her conversation with her team members. I had to say there is someone who's waiting to be served for her then to reply with a stinking attitude to tell me she knew that. Also food was freezing cold and was just all around the worst experience I had in a fast food restaurant. Would not recommend to anyone

Having recently visited this restaurant I was shocked. Short staffed (as per) filthy and staff had a stinking attitude. It's meant to be a fast food restaurant but you have to wait at least 20 minutes for your food. The chicken wings are just bones with batter there's no chicken on them and chips are stone cold. Not somewhere I would take my kids!!

This is a small KFC so it would be hard to get the food wrong, given it will all be mostly preprepared... However the general look of the place (disabled toilet locked, having to ask for a key before discovering it only locks from the outside, a toilet reminiscent of the movie trainspotting) and a small bank of staff who seem to think that slamming trays down on the counter, rolling eyes at requests for sauce and general lack of hygiene (one female staff member reached in to the chicken tray to get out a piece of chicken after putting money in the till) the place could do with a face lift and some structured management, if only to ensure that the fantastic barrage of swearing and laughter from the kitchen staff is avoided at 11.45am.

Went for a treat. The service was horrific as the person serving me didn't ask me if I was sitting in and if I wanted a drink or not. So didn't get a drink asked for a kids meal said they didn't have the ice cream or the drink although there was a fully storaged glass container of fruit shoots and Diet Pepsi and water. It was not the best restaurant I've went to but not the worst. The food was great id advise this to anyone that likes good food and doesn't mind bad service.

Worse kfc going . Staff have no clue . The scotish lady needs to sent on a customer service training. She is rude . She never hands you your stuff she just bangs it down on the counter even if your hand is held out . God forbid you add extra to your order

My title says it all and trust me I have ate out a lot, Ill not even mention being threatened in the queue by a couple of young lads, extremely long wait (fast food it is not) lots of things not on the menu Friday night, , no system for ordering , I saw loads of people come in after me and being served and when I had the cheek to ask why was told "look I just pick up the bits of paper and cook the stuff" NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go back ,

Friendly staff nice hot chicken perfect for the family. Good value for money. Facilities could do with maintenance.

Think it was a Scottish woman serving at till. I think her face would of cracked if she smiled at any of the customers, everytime someone was waiting for change with their hand out she put it on the counter.i never heard her once say please or thank you to one single customer.A young girl asked for key to toilet put out her hand to get key and yet again put it on counter without making eye contact.The girl returned key woman took it off her then without washing her hands went and started touching the tongs in the food area making up orders,touching food containers.The rest of staff were fine think the woman needs to learn some basic customers skills starting with a smile and PLEASE and THANK YOU.
