Burger King in North Tyneside

Food was great, am not usually a burger king fan but just fancied some and it was lush. Got served by Jordan and he was amazing he was super friendly and made me day and made sure my food was hot. Deffo be back again cause the service is mint.

Waited for an age for someone to attend drive through even though there was not a single customer in or out , proceeded to buy 2 meals and a side of chilli bites which cost £38 ......... We asked for no tomato both had tomato we asked for extra sauce both meals were bone dry and to compound matters both buns were burnt to a cinder not toasted but black with half portions of chips and flat coke ........... couple of bites out of each meal amd then binned , absolutely disgusting

The staff are nice but the drive through is torture. They serve one car at a time rather than asking drivers to move forward and bringing food out. That meant I waited 15minutes behind just one car to place my order. My order was ready super quick but having to wait 15mins to order was way too long. Either open both windows, move cars forward or shut the drive through entirely. Store, food and staff are good. The drive through has had zero planning or thought into how it runs tho.

Had an issue with our order so I called up and the lad on the phone was so helpful and polite; solved our query. Food was delivered on time, hot and undamaged.

Very nice friendly staff I was served by a lovely gentleman yesterday called Jordan couldn't of been more polite and very well mannered will definitely return to this burger king

Bag of food delivered wasn't mine, completely different order and completely different name on the receipt. Don't know if this is a restaurant error or just eat. I was told I would need to order again and apply for a refund, that means paying twice.

originally put my order in at 5.27pm. it was delivered at 8.17pm... Nearly 3 hours for food that arrived cold. Never will I order from here again.

The order had the fries missing, the dips and the burgers were missing ingredients. When I tried to call the restaurant they didn’t answer. This order cost us basically £40. Never ever again! Just eat customer service we’re just as poor.

Part of the order was missing and a drink had leaked on what remained. Managed to salvage some but was a waste of money.

The delivery driver did at least 4 other deliveries on his way to us, by the time he got to us my partner confronted him and he lied saying it was gps issues when it clearly was not as i was watching the map and he was at multiple locations around the area. the food was cold and tasted bad.

Driver was smoking a cigarette and the food was cold - I will not be ordering from there again

Wait through the drive in was ridiculous. Waited over 25 minutes for 1 meal but food is definitely better than McDonald’s and staff very friendly just wait is too long!!

I found a bone in my daughter’s chicken nugget. Last time I ordered I specifically said no mayo as I’m allergic and yet there was still mayo on my food now this time there’s bones in a child’s meal? this is unacceptable!!

The order was missing the main item which was a double whopper with cheese , rang the restaurant straight away only to be told that they couldn’t do anything about it as they don’t employ the couriers ! The bag was sealed so clearly they forgot to put it in yet they wouldn’t accept any responsibility! Wont be ordering from here again !!!!

The chips and burger were stone cold and it was delivered way after the stated time (which was already long enough after I'd placed the order).

The delivery time kept changing the food was prepared as I kept in regular contact with the restaurant. The issue wasn’t Burger King it was the just eat delivery driver who was showing as nearby the restaurant for 45 mins before he turned up

burgers tasted great. Not hot. Chips were almost cold and chewy. Don't live too far away and they're usually piping hot. They definitely had been standing for a while.

Waited 20mins in drive through, one poor lad working drive through and shop front. I actually felt sorry for him. Other worker on phone. The working lad was so polite and attentive despite the long wait, won’t spend this time waiting again though. Food box standard Burger King, not worth the wait.

Had to debate with delivery driver for sometime as he told me he needed delivery code???? I never received one, I handed him my phone to let him see what I had received, he could not find code, I offered the meal back, he refused, please sort

Came in with my grandchildren service great , 2 adults came in went in to children’s changing area , I alerted staff who removed them as they were known to come in take drugs , staff spot on asking them to leave , my advice would be keep them locked if anyone needs to use the toilets or changing room ask a member of staff for key , just if anything is left on surfaces then it’s a risk to a child it has put me off coming back incase my grandchildren need the toilets , couldn’t fault the staff place is clean but the issue is who comes in to use the bathroom facilities is off putting

Drive Thru. Lady at the counter was very nice. I think I was the first customer after just being opened so food was a bit slow but understandable.

I had been to burger King for my brunch meal today the food was fresh and amazing as always and I would also like to mention suhas great guy helped me in the till and great customer service and also the manager Luke who was quick in handing the order and was friendly

Missing food, driver walked off after asking where the missing items are, tried to contact the restaurant and no one would answer

the order kept slipping on time. rang to ask where it was and they said it was cooked and waiting on a driver. when it finally arrived the driver had trouble inputting the code and had to ring it through. he did give us the food before sitting in the car to sort that but by that time we got it in the house it was stone cold. when opening the chips they were half empty considering we asked for large meals its was very disappointing.

Order incomplete. We phoned Burger King-Wallsend and they told us delivery person didn’t want to receive the complete order because his bag was full. That’s unacceptable.

Food as expected - £45 for a “meal deal” delivered and there were a dozen fries (ish) per portion max. Very VERY poor value.

Burger Great, Chilli Cheese Bites yummy, Delivery time fantastic…… fries quality nice and fresh and crisp BUT 4 large portions ordered 1 had 8 chips in, 2 x half a box and one 3 quarters full …… so paid for 4 but only got 2 spread over 4 boxes !!!!

Supposed to be fast food. Waiting 10mins at drive thru is ridiculous, and i was the only car! Left and went to kfc instead
