Drive Thru. Lady at the counter was very nice. I think I was the first customer after just being opened so food was a bit slow but understandable.

Suhas and luke are the best in giving service

I had been to burger King for my brunch meal today the food was fresh and amazing as always and I would also like to mention suhas great guy helped me in the till and great customer service and also the manager Luke who was quick in handing the order and was friendly

The place is amazing. I got served by Suhas and Luke and they are really friendly. Overall the experience was really good.

Order incomplete. We phoned Burger King-Wallsend and they told us delivery person didn’t want to receive the complete order because his bag was full. That’s unacceptable.

the order kept slipping on time. rang to ask where it was and they said it was cooked and waiting on a driver. when it finally arrived the driver had trouble inputting the code and had to ring it through. he did give us the food before sitting in the car to sort that but by that time we got it in the house it was stone cold. when opening the chips they were half empty considering we asked for large meals its was very disappointing.

Food as expected - £45 for a “meal deal” delivered and there were a dozen fries (ish) per portion max. Very VERY poor value.

Burger Great, Chilli Cheese Bites yummy, Delivery time fantastic…… fries quality nice and fresh and crisp BUT 4 large portions ordered 1 had 8 chips in, 2 x half a box and one 3 quarters full …… so paid for 4 but only got 2 spread over 4 boxes !!!!

Supposed to be fast food. Waiting 10mins at drive thru is ridiculous, and i was the only car! Left and went to kfc instead

Twice now, I've needed to place very large orders for our work groups, and the team (especially Angela!) have bent over backward to assist - Couldn't ask for a nicer or more helpful team and the food is, as always, delicious!

Delivery driver forgot half the order. Called BK and got through to James who told me what happened, and squared the job up real quick. Cheers James, appreciate you my man! 🤙

put an order in. git a call from driver to say burger king stopped taken delivery's at 21.45 can call any one and paid over £36 for a meal that I have not received and then the driver drives past my house to make it look like he delivered the meal I want my refund

Ice cream was missing and the drink was wrong but everything else was fine and delivery was on time

No fault of the delivery driver only the fault of the restaurant how do you forget the Whopper the main part of the meal and only send the sides out i’m in disbelief

Food cold, soaking wet bag and the bun is that hard if i threw it at a wall it would bounce back like a frisbee. Usually have a good experience. not this time.

The hallumi fries were all cramped in a bag and some were tiny, there was no sweet chilli dip. The delivery took ages

I absolutely love the food here, all the burgers and sides are better than McDonald's (in my opinion) the staff are great and patient, even though BK Wallsend is a small one, I would definitely recommend getting a food and drink from here 👍👍👍

We received the wrong order. Tried contacting them directly but no answer. Poor, very poor for the price! Now happy at all.

The service at this place is an absolute joke. My daughter and I went through the drive thru on our way to visit family (for fast food). However, it ended up being a disaster. We had two cars in front and then a car was soon behind us so we couldn’t move. It took 40, yes 40 minutes for the two cars in front to be served and for us to reach the window. I complained about how long the wait was and the young man serving voiced that he would give us some chips to apologise. We then waited another 15 minutes for our food, again still sitting at the window, so the cars behind had to wait too. Maybe if the cars were moved along and orders taken it wouldn’t be such a problem!? When I finally received the order, a young girl handed it over without the chips. I then had to wait while she found the man that served us to confirm what was said, and five more minutes later we received one packet of small chips for free. It really wasn’t worth the time wasted. I’m sad to say that I’ll not return again, the food was good but the waiting time and lack of communication was appalling.

Food never even got delivered, driver rang me but was 15mins late, he was driving around bsck and forth the wrong streets, id been stading waiting for him for over 20mins for him to not then show up and deliver the food, he marked it as delivered too, tried ringing driver back twice but got answer machine, i was fuming, very poor service, he should not be working for just eat! unhappy customer

Where to start, dinning area was disgusting ketchup on seats, floors covered tables dirty. High chair broken and covered In sauce clearly not cleaned for a while Food sitting in (all served In a bag) chips were over cooked. No full sugar drinks on freestyle machine. Service time poor and no effort by any staff to clean dinning area Burgers luke warm had to ask for my drinks Overall worst ever experience of burger king and will never return

After spending almost £50 the completely wrong order was delivered, it was freezing cold, took photos, rang burger King who said just eat must have gave you someone else's order and they have no contact number so left with 2 burgers that we didn't order and none of the extras that we did order!
