Fuming. It said it closed at 4:30 am. I walk 2 miles to get there at 4:15 and it was closed. Just fancied a kebab and ruined my night.

The worst kebabs I have ever experienced. I am not sure how you could produce such bad kebabs. They only had lettuce and it was brown on the edges. Fingers crossed they stay down😂

The worst doner I’ve ever had. Staff didn’t know what the hell they were doing! No idea who ordered what in what order!Kebab was awful, even worse in the aftermath… horrible, just horrible. Bring back the hacienda days!

Quite simply the worst customer service experience ever imaginable. We live right across the road and occasionally pop over to try and get a pizza. It is now four times that we have been utterly ignored while the staff serve anyone that comes in that isn’t us. Most recently about 2 minutes ago. We’re not fighty, druggy, shouty people or anything. Just a, frankly, middle aged couple that lives across the street. And this place repeatedly declines to serve us. I’ve been going here since Berlin at the Venue on a Thursday, and the Ritz’s Monday alternative nights on a Monday in the 90s, and you can basically do one after the number of times I have tried, and failed, to order a pizza.

Myself and a friend ordered from here after a night in Manchester. Words don’t describe the state of the food served. I ordered a kebab which was cold, disgusting and just simply awful. My friend ordered a mixed kebab but I think the only thing he got was mixed feelings and signals from his stomach. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Yuck

Poor loyalty, local customer harrased by lads out on the town only told to leave once we had our food - DO NOT GO HERE!

No tengo idea de por qué este lugar tiene malas críticas porque es absolutamente elegante. En el nivel superior de Manchester, comida chatarra borracha a altas horas de la noche. Tal vez la gente que vaya espera que sea un restaurante de 5 estrellas, pero está abierto hasta las 5 am, por el amor de Dios. No es nada lujoso, pero limpio, sabroso y perfecto cuando quieres una comida de placer culpable. ¿Incluso me entregaron una pizza gratis sin ningún motivo cuando pedí alitas de pollo a la medianoche? amo este lugar.

I think that was the worst food I've ever eaten. It was an £11 kebab, and all the meat had a weird soft texture, as of it had been boiled, and was all cold. Crap.

I tried multiple times to order a 12 inch pizza with jalapeños and pepperoni, obviously too busy to take notice of customers, tried time after time only to be told that they wouldn’t deliver to my address, which by the way is less than 5 miles away, update your Uber eats and then maybe I will use you again, get a grip!

If you're order here, I hope you'll take the food away. The fast food is very dirty, the toilets arent clean and there isn't a proper lock. But food is not bad

Made the mistake of going in person to collect some kebabs. This place must be breaking the law as it is absolutely filthy. Dirty, greasy, stinky, rancid, disgusting venue with equally horrific people cooking the food.

These people didn’t put cheese on my chips when I asked how rude. I asked so nicely and even paid however they forgot and even on request refused to do so. I will not be comig here again despite only coming here on convenience

Pizza took quite some time to arrive and was found cold upon arrival. Not delivered in a thermal box, had to cross the street to receive my pizza.

Flavoursome and tasty pizza. Nice chips, all hot and not greasy. Will order again. We had the tandoori chicken pizza.

Posiblemente la peor excusa para comida que he tenido y que incluye algunas ásperas tercer mundo inmersiones. Hubiéramos estado menos cansados y hambrientos y más sensata que hubiera cambiado todo recto y salimos. La comida era repugnante y tibia. El lugar estaba sucio, el piso asqueroso, las mesas y sillas sucias.

Rude staff, rude service, raw pizza, tasteless cardboard food. An absolute joke. Shouting at customers, very unprofessional. Not compliment with environment health and food hygiene standards! I do not recommend eating here.

i ordered 2 pizzas after clubbing at 3:30, first estimate time was 4:15 so i was ok then at 4:15 they changed the time and added another 40 minutes for estimate delivery time which means 4:45. so you can imagine how annoying is being out all night waiting for food and not going to sleep. Even worse the fact that the food came to my door at 5:10, even later. the food was a bit cold and not worth the time waiting at all. the deliver man didnt even apologised for being late. i will never do the mistake to order from here again

We went into Loco's on a Monday night after a gig at the Ritz down the road. It was pretty much empty, and yet we were left waiting for over half an hour and when we asked anything about our order the men were extremely rude, stating that 'there are at least 8 orders before you' in an extremely rude manner. We were tempted to ask for our money back but simply couldn't be bothered considering how long we had already waited. Other people were complaining as well the longer the staff took. The food was definitely not worth the wait. Would not go again.

ordered food online and got a given a 40 minute delivery time .. as such we decided to complete the order as this was still a time that out guests were here.. on completing the order they added a further 25 minutes to the order which was after most of the people that had ordered were gone... after an hour and 25 minutes we called them and were given an excuse like they were trying to make out it was my fault the food was late as I was keeping them on the phone complaining the food was late... it only arrived after most of the people had ordered it had left and when it came, after all that it tasted like boiled rat., would never order from here again

Yo y mi novio no era particularmente hambriento, pero quería algo dulce, así que caminamos un poco más y encontré esta joya y tenía uno de sus batidos recién hechos. Tenía un chocolate batido de naranja terry bubblegum, él había batido a millones. Estaba delicioso! El dueño y el personal era muy amable! Definitivamente traer a nuestros amigos de aquí el próximo año!

Estaba en la zona encontramos este pequeño nugget en una tienda comida increíble servicio excepcional volvería si en zona de nuevo también una muy buena relación calidad-precio

Waiting at the counter for a good 5-10 mins when a guy asked me if i had been served and i said no then he told me to join the back of the queue. Was really not happy with it so i just left.

Thanks god, Manchester has a takeaway open till 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. The food better dont talk about it. Dont like.

Used to live in Manchester and fell in love with their food back in 2001 and when I come back over from Ireland, I always give Locos a visit. Kebabs and samosas are amazing! Great value for money too

I've been going to Loco's for the past 10 years - good kebabs and burgers, chicken burgers a bit greasy but that's no bad thing! Heard a rumour they are scheduled to shut due to local redevelopments - I hope that's not the case!

I hate to admit it, but this is one of the main reasons I go out to Deansgate Locks. After sweating it out on the dance floor and downing all those shots, it's only natural that one gets the munchies. Cue Loco! It is ALWAYS crowded, and my favourite item is the CHICKEN CHEESE BURGER. Two deep fried battered chicken patties with a slice of cheese that melts from the sheer heat of the chicken - amazing. I usually ask the cook to skip the mayo, because I like to eat this with chilli. The chilli helps to intensify the flavour even more. So, if you're a Singaporean/ Malaysian - this with Sin Sin Garlic Chili - shiok. P.S: I always takeout my food because I hate smelling like oil.

Did not like anything but is a good choice for a late night meal when everything else is closed!
