Can be abit hit and miss with the food but when it's good it's GOOD! The drive thru is actually pretty quick even when the line is long but the food quality isn't as good as when you eat in which is weird. The restaurant is good not massive but pretty clean. Accessibility is good aswell. Service and staff are really friendly

Wythenshawe McD's was great. Fast service, nice staff and hot food. Well done! Far superior to McD's in Macclesfield, where we got slow service, surly staff and cold food. Won't return there but definitely would to Wythenshawe.

DON’T get the McRib it has the consistency of dogfood presented by thrown in a box with staff that could do with a course in smiling. A packet of crisp has more flavour.

I had my takeaway today and one item is missing which I realised after reaching home. what a poor service 😞. Don't trust these guys, just double check your order before leaving the counter.

Different place at night with yobs outside staff have a button they can press that records and relays a mgs in the restaurant about now being recorded never seen anything like it before

16th. Oct 2024 around 8pm Im a regular customer at this McDonalds ive experience bad attitude and customer service with the workers here , but she was speaking to other staff members about this black girl trying to intimidate her , telling other workers “black girl needs to go home””why is she working today” pointing at her whilst having a whole discussion with one of her colleagues making the you black girl feel upset whilst she was dealing with customer, I had to address this because it was not nice to see it’s basically bullying and racism which I do not condone I spoke to one of the managers there which he was not trying to see the situation what’s happening only trying to deflate it which I understand, but as this was happening in front of customer I had to say something, the worker continued to argue with me telling the manager “why am I here and I should leave McDonald which I find very rude , I shouldn’t have to argue with a staff member I’m a black woman myself so I had to say something which was not nice , this lady need to have action against her , calling people number out and slamming there food on the table which is disrespectful people have to eat that , hope this bring awareness at the McDonalds .

Absolutely shocking constantly missing items off orders or giving the wrong items, I've stopped eating from there now, and the only reason I go is for the kids.

I popped in to grab a porridge. It wasn't particularly busy but there were loads of staff on. A woman came in shouting that her order was wrong. They sorted that. Then it starts to pick up everyone rushing in to get breakfast before it finishes

it is good yummy food and this is better than civix mcdonalds the civic is 🤐

It may be the clientele, but this site never gives the right vibe. Not on my regular list!

08/09/24: received breakfast to eat in, but had to go back to counter twice! No cutlery or golden syrup with the pancakes. No attention to detail from staff. Then noticed we should have also received Monopoly stickers. Manager while we were waiting for collection proceeded to tell off other staff member infront of others for not turning in to her shift yesterday. Staff member had woken up too late at 11, attempted to ring in, but no one picked the phone up!

Absolutely abhorrent service. Estimated delivery time of 20 minutes, somehow turned into 3 hours. Disgusting.

Every time I go there they always have to forget something in my meal

In the past, the chicken McNuggets would leak out of the sauce when Ke Qin tried to do so, resulting in dry and choked Chicken McNuggets. But every time I went there, I got a lot of sauce. I got six pieces of chicken with double sauce, and I got 20 pieces of chicken with six pieces of sauce. I guess he is not a successful person. I suspect that he left a note on the app, "This guest will be married to a married woman" or something like that. Due to improvement, four stars are awarded.

Bought me and my daughter Mc flurries from this McDonald's. Noticing my larger tub had less then the mini tub I questioned it as it's more expensive. They took he item back and pretended to fill the tub which I didn't believe as it was still identical to the original stated. The manager came over started swearing and refused to fill up the tub warranting it was .50p more which is laughable.

Worst McDonald’s, you can really taste the poverty in the food. Nothing wrong with McDonalds, staff is just incompetent.

Excellent service and good quality food. Overall very cheap as well. Outside very tidy and looked after. Inside they dining area was comfortable

It is either no sauces or missed items in the order. Ordered 2 happy meals, medium fries, 2 cheeseburgers and cheese dippers. Got everything apart cheese dippers even tho paid for it. Not the first time unfortunately. Ripping off at the day light

Standard MaccyD really. Clean with decent parking. Did not observe any supernatural events whilst at the restaurant.

Was given 2 knifes! No fork or butter. When I asked if my order came with butter I was told No. Is this true?

I recently visited a McDonald's and encountered several issues with the self-service machines and the service provided by the staff. When I tried to use the self-service machine, it was not working and there was no "Out of Order" sign. I looked over at the service desk to ask for assistance, but I saw a staff member angrily throwing an order across the desk. I decided to use another machine, but the printer was not working and I did not receive a receipt. I waited in the line for my order, but I could not find my order number on the screen. When I approached the staff for help, they gave me a blank look and walked away. I eventually found my order on the counter and helped myself. When I opened the Happy Meal, I noticed that the ketchup was missing. I waited a few minutes before a staff member finally came to the service desk. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's restaurant. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail was unacceptable. I hope that McDonald's can remind its staff that they are providing a service to customers who are paying for their food and that they should be treated with respect and courtesy.

Quick service, chips were cold and not salted enough. We do not recommend the hat trick.

Poor attitude from the front of staff. That’s when i eventually got served. I was like I was making them go out of there way to serve me. As if I should just order on line. I was never asked if we were eating in or taking away.So they presumed I was taking out as the food came out in bags and not on a tray. When I mentioned we were eating in I got a dirty look as the young girl went to get a tray. We then go and sit down to realise we had no sauces as we were never asked. Just feels like your not welcomed here. They just want to go through the drive though or ordering just eats. Long gone have the. A visit to McDonald’s makes your day. Very poor 😡

Everytime I done a uber order always come stone cold and always put mayo on it when stated no mayonnaise.missing food aswell.. so I got in the car went down there to find out they don't deliver tje food from that store sent me to some warehouse near dixons academy. The fat lady there was so rude and abusive. I couldn't belive me eyes there must of been about 20 uber eats and just eat cars waiting 2 pick orders up from this big warehouse no wonder my food was always wrong and cold 🤔

I will admit I don't usually like the burgers from McDonald's but I was so hungry we called in. The burger was gorgeous, freshly made and piping hot, the fries were hot too. The lady who served us was friendly and happy.

Ordered a small and a regular McFlurry to find contents were identical in portion size. Asked for more in the regular one which they rolled their eyes at and advised that the portion amount was correct even though it was blatantly the same. Asked what sauces we would like but didn’t provide them, asked if straws were in the bag which they said they were but they weren’t. Other than the dreadful service it’s great!

I'm sure everyone who works in this McDonald's want to get orders wrong for fun. The last 3 times I have ordered from here they manage to get it wrong. Simple things like not putting in fries with meals or not reading and understand simple instructions like plain burgers. The entire staff needs to go back to basic training and get their standards up.

I've just been theiugh the drive thru and ordered a hat trick meal And got hone to a single cheeseburger in the order This is not the first time thus franchise has done this It is unacceptable especially at 1045pm after a late work shift

Absolutely the worst of customer service. Food being thrown towards customers, half a cup of latte topped up with cold water, and a rude rude manager who likes the F word we complain. Safe to say, it's the worst Mcdonald I've ever graced.. 0/10...

We Love this McDonald's there is always spaces in the car park but it only has 2 disabled spaces though, the staff are kind and it's always quite quiet and never too busy as they don't have any delivery people in there at all (eg. Justeat/deliveroo) So I would definitely recommend this place to have a relaxed meal.

I live local, food is always cold, uncooked or items missing from order. Pointless phoning as customer service is non existent. Staff don’t seem to have any training as always seem to be stood around lacking initiative. I presumed it was a special needs training centre but it’s just child employees with no management leadership. Lots of bagged Uber eats orders just left on counters going cold. The drive thru is pointless as after ordering you’re always sent to part up as no food is actually prepared. I wouldn’t bother going to this one or the one in Wythenshawe they are both terribly run.

Not a bad visit, they forgot part of my order and when I went back in the girl at the counter could not hear me properly as she had an airpod in one ear.

Went to try the spicy chicken burger service at drive through was slow and not very welcoming. Burger lacked some ingredients that are clearly on the posters. Jalapeños very few bits and I don't remember cheese on it at all. Opened the Box to find something that look like it had been sat on. 😒

Ordered through just eat for my partner an my self and our two children spent £32 driver didn't come an then told have to wait 5to days for money back not very happy will not be using it again

The printers never work, so there are no receipts and no order numbers. Today I had to list my order at collection point and was still given the wrong one. Woman serving there couldn’t have cared less. I also witnessed a staff member take out the bins then handle food straight after coming back in, without washing his hands.

Used a few times while being at the local hospital, used drive thru and had no issues with the service or food

I ordered grilled chicken fajita wrap.. it was written in their description of 2 pieces of grilled chicken pieces. Firstly, it was only one and very small and not grilled it seems like boiled one. The wrap was not grilled well plus very hard to chew. I ordered because of the brand name but I don't know it was really pathetic in taste and not at all recommending McDonalds Bugley store to others.

Totally fine, except the staff only do drive through from 22:00-23:00 and don't advertise it anywhere. Can't even order via the app for them to bring it out to you if you wait outside.

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Potential death awaits if you order here. Or at the very least, a hospital visit. If you send specific instructions to remove what you're allergic to, there's absolute certainty they will include it in your order. Ordered 5x here and it has happened 5x. No onions. Their label even states it. And without fail, they always include onions. At this point, I'm no longer blaming the individual employee. This is a management issue. The only way this incompetence will be resolved is if someone dies so avoid this place if you don't want to be that guy.

Everyone check your order!! Every time they wrongly giving things. Today I ordered galaxy hot chocolate, given me latte, I went to the counter, they give me plain hot chocolate, again I went to counter, then they gave me hot water with caramel topping!! Absolutely disgusting

Had a delivery, all food was cold, it was a five minute journey from them to us. No proper cheese, it was a 'spread', needed a microscope to see the gerkin and onion, the lettuce?..WHAT LETTUCE ! and the bun fell apart as it was so dry. The Chicken strips were undercooked, fries looked 're-warmed' Won't ever be buying from THIS particular Macdonalds again, letting the company down big time. A complete waste of £29.81.

I had some time to kill before an appointment so just nipped in for a hot drink. It wasn’t too busy, service was quick and it was comfortable enough to sit and get some work done. Mark and Sarah were especially welcoming.

Went in at 9pm in drive through. The restaurant was empty. Was waiting 5 minutes to put order through. Got my ice cream and was wrong . So reversed back to tell them . Five member of staff was talking to each others and not paying attention to myself. To my horror she replaced the ice cream gave it to me without taking or apology and shoved it at me andno word spoken or apology

I am absolutely infuriated. I ordered a McFlurry, medium fries and a cheeseburger via Uber eats and the McFlurry which was the limited edition flake one DID NOT have any chocolate sauce on it (which it is SUPPOSED to have chocolate sauce on it). I am LIVID. I was so excited to eat my McFlurry with chocolate sauce on it and was extremely disheartened and shocked to see that it had NO chocolate sauce on it. To top all that off, my fries were stale. 😡 If I wanted a McFlurry with no sauce on it, I would’ve just ordered an ordinary one but no I spent an extra 30p so I could have sauce 😡
