Burger King in Manchester

I've being going to Burger king to eat for over 13 years now,but this branch is a 10/10,in all areas,and in all other Burger king branches that lve being too,the arrears,in the store are very clean,the staff are so,so friendly always,they communicate amongst themselves,they are are always smiling to customers,the store manager,is the best,Ben,Emma,Aki,Anusha,Mariusz,a very well done to you all,The Burger king in Manchester Piccadilly,is the best,Burger king,that lve ever being to.

Not great food, atmosphere a bit rough

Worse burger king, cold food with fatty bacon and stale buns. No drink choice which was a joke as I paid extra for full fat coke

Staff was really impolite and quite rude. I asked why the price at the counter was more than kiosk, the lady said that offer has come off, so I asked are you going to honour it due to false advertising, her response was "no, are you having it or not".

Very very slow service - waited 15 minutes behind about 8 customers. Only 1 or 2 customers had been served within that time and I was still standing by the door as if I never moved. Ended up leaving as I only get an hour for my lunch break. Last time I been to this Burger King I received slow service, there were only 2 people at the tills and about 3 or 4 people cooking. Not much showing prepared, so maybe they cook only once a customer ordered? This is in Manchester City Centre, a great location for your store - what a waste.

went in after a night out and the food was horrendous, burger was mushed together, chips tasted like raw potato, onion rings got dashed straight in the bin and the drink tasted like synthetic garbage, will never be returning.

Why can't you sit inside after 6pm? Where am I supposed to eat my meal? And the restaurant needs more staff.

Food wasn't cooked to standard, worst BK I've been to. Staff member just stared at me and didn't respond when I asked for sauce 😆

Love the food and you can get amazing offers through their App and the staff is amazing although Most of the times there are Drunk or Homeless people coming in kinda ruining the atmosphere but other than that it's an amazing place to have a good burger

Today I went to eat at Burger King, I and other customers saw our order marked as failed but yet we were well debited. The staff did not want to serve us and so we paid for nothing at all. Fortunately, McDonald's is not very far away...

Angus burger's okay, but the chips have been mostly left uneaten

It is my first time at burger king. Not much of a fun of a junk food. Only went as my kid wanted a burger. I must say food is so much better compared to McDonald's. It was perfect! On a downfall sitting area could be better. They must expand! Tiny cramped room upstairs with absolutely unable to find a sit or move around. Service was pretty fast! We got our food- but struggled finding a seat!

Disabled toilet has no toilet seat ! Not an acceptable way to treat disabled customers .

Went to the disabled toilet here. It was tiny and there was no toilet seat. It's not okay to leave a toilet, especially a disabled toilet without a seat. I'm lucky I was able to use this toilet but people with other disabilities would not be able to as there's no space for a carer to come in and the lack of toilet seat poses real risks. It was also really dirty but that's unfortunately standard.

One if the best burger king in Manchetser. Food always fresh and tasty, friendly staff , always rwsdy to help.

Hadn't been to this particular Burger King in around 25 years, its location near grotty Piccadilly not making it necessarily the most inviting fast food restaurant. I was however pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, the ordering process easy, the service fast and the atmosphere good (beforehand I was concerned there may be deadbeat clientele, but there were none). The price was reasonable - £40 for meals and drinks for 2 adults and 3 kids: pricier than McDonald's maybe, but I always think Burger King is more filling. Overall I would say I have overlooked this restaurant during the last 25 years, I quite liked it, I will be back.

Food here was standard Burger King, the toilets were in a terrible condition. No toilet paper and urine all over the floor.

There wa no organisation, there left hands didn't know what there right was doing. The food gave the impression it has been spiked. My advice would avoid like the plaugh never felt so ill in my life.

Went to the one which is opposite to Piccadilly Gardens metro link and next to Primark. The store wasn't really busy. Ordered a burger over the counter and the lady was very prompt in her job. However, if you keep the bill and check on the back side, you can leave a feedback on their website and can win some free items with the code you generate. So keep this in mind and thank me later. I tried the Crispy Chicken burger which came with bacon and salad. However, i didn't expect rocket leaves in a burger, but i wasn't that bad. The Doritos chicken fries were really nice. Can try for once.

Absolutely disgusting all the past food then he wanted 30p for the sauce when the sources free elsewhere shocking £8.49 for a burger that’s disgusting never asked for letters never asked for a minute and put it on rude stuff there no clue what they’re doing, roast people at the shop disgusting plays for druggies and hold us outside they get free food outside and sit here all day 247 and dirty loos always flooded upstairs and downstairs their place overpriced and poor quality food and poor hygiene Standards rats from Piccadilly coming on to the shop and rubbish everywhere dirty place won’t go in there again shocking not healthy food lot’s calories and fat and unhealthy foods here what you expect fast food rude staff don’t wash hands 🙌 staff as miserable the date in a smile on your way. Great. Love burgers nice flavour. Place itself was very clean. Toilets very clean which is a nice change from other fast food places.

2/2 times drinks tasted like solvent and left me with stomachache and a disgusting aftertaste. I reported this to the manager and she lied on my face telling me that all the drinks were full (90% of them weren’t actually available) and tasted good. Also refused to swap my drinks with bottled ones. I will be reporting them to the Council due to severe issues with the quality of the beverage.

It says 24 hours on the door and website but I frequently visit after 5am from working nights and I stand watching the staff on their phones doing nothing except keeping customers outside waiting…not 24 hour as advertised. Frankly it’s beyond annoying to expect the place to be open the advertised hours and be stood waiting. Sort this out or you’ll lose customers…as a restaurant owner it’s not good enough!

Food was great. The price was reasonable. We went there pretty late and they forgot to give us our fries and dips. So we had to go back and ask for it again which was inconvenient.

Ordered a chicken burger and some cheese bites and received a beef burger and chicken nuggets. My vegetarian girlfriend cried when she tried to bite a cheese bite and it was chicken.

£31 for 2 meals, and some Doritos Chilli Heatwave chicken fries! Meals were the Bacon Double Cheese XL. Patties were cold, bacon was ice cold like it was literally just pulled out of a fridge and placed on the burgers, self service machines would not allow us to add a normal soft drink to our meals, and would only allow us to pay an additional £1 per meal for Fanta Frozen drinks, which was probably the only nice thing I could say about the meal, even if the cups were incredibly tiny for it. Absolute joke and have now washed my hands with Burger King. No wonder the company is on its way out!

Awesome food, just a tad expensive for what you get, beautiful burgers though, can actually taste the fire.

Busy storefront Piccadilly property. Always full. You order your own items from a massive screen in lobby, then it arrives quickly at the counter. There are many vegan options, seating upstairs but only one bathroom downstairs. PG Tips and so much more!

Took ages to get served and there were used syringes in the men's bathroom. Oh dear...

The staff on the tills work fast not to long to wait for food.

I went late at night, so things were slow. Tables were unclean, food was made haphazardly, though still tasted good. I saw into the back of the room and saw a distinct lack of anyone washing hands, wearing gloves, etc.

Came at 10:00am today . A very busy Burger King. An assistant manager called Charlotte took my order of chicken royale meal. She is very polite. Foods is hot and delicious. The dining area is very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this place to those people who want fast , hot and tasty foods in Manchester City Centre.

It is my first time having lunch at this Burger King. A crew member called Divakar took my order at the till. He is very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. He suggested the world famous Whopper . The burger is piping hot. Fries is crispy. Price is very reasonable. Definitely will come again.

Nice atmosphere at this store, more relaxed than most fast food restaurants! My chips were super hot, and my whopper was probably the best I’ve ever had. They’ve definitely got the basics and beyond right here!

Love coming here. Every time I’m visiting the city centre it’s my go to place for lunch. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff always deliver service with a smile, especially Charlotte. Even when it’s busy I never have to wait long and she’s always pleased to see me. The app offers are great value too!

Atrocious Racist behaviour by staff-I visited this outlet at 1.10 am on 17th July. The kiosk didn’t print labels.just as I was about to collect my order the Indian guy serving me behaved quite rudely.He asked me what my order was and I answered clearly, I also told him the bill amount , he could have stopped there. he rudely asked “why is there no receipt ? Go get your receipt?” The staff accused me of trying to steal someone’s order. The night shift supervisor/manager intervened and calmed me down and apologised for the staff’s behaviour. When other customers weren’t being questioned why was I being cornered just coz I am not white?

The food is always amazing here, service was good for a busy lunchtime but could of done with tables being wiped apart from that I would definitely come back again

I had a whopper and fries, with a coke. The burger was nice, served on a seeded bun with salad and sauce. The fries were good, I asked for tomato sauce and was given 3 sachets at no extra cost and a cold drink. I sat in and the table was clean, as we're the toilets. It was 8.40 which I think was a bit expensive for burger and fries but everything is at this time. Filling though and I enjoyed it.

Best one in town, food was hot with fast customer service. The staff were great, and the manager louis was really welcoming. :)

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. My burger was only slightly warm, the chips were completely cold, and my drink from the machine tasted like soda water with no hint of Coke flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Great service. Ordered on the app. Food was ready as soon as i arrived! Asked for a 10p dip and she gave it to me for free along with a smile. This was all at 2am in the morning! Back at hotel now stuffng my face. I guess the only complaint would be the price, but that's brexit for you!!

My classmates and I nine of us came to this Burger King for lunch after classes today. A crew member called Divakar took our long orders of burger meals , sharer boxes and Ben and Jerry ice creams. He was very patience, polite, professional and well kempt. Service was fast and accurate. We will definitely be back again.

I had to make my last train home and was hungry. Hassan came to my rescue. He managed to get me a fresh burger whilst still dealing with other customers. I was impressed and I made my train a happy man. Hassan’s the man!

This place is great! I’ve come in many times to get a nice drink while it’s been very hot and occasionally a Whopper Meal with fries. The customer service has always been incredible and friendly. One specific person named (Bisma) has always provided a high level of service, not just to me but to the other customers as well. I’ve always noticed a smile on her face and a serious ambition to get any task done as quickly as possible.

Dined at this Burger King after seeing a movie at Odeon . Being served by staff Emma who recommended five of us to have tried their new burgers bacon double XL stacker and peppercorn Angus. Emma is very patience and she knows the burgers well. We ordered two sharer boxes and five Ben and Jerry ice cream as well. We highly recommend this Burger King to those who want fast foods in Manchester city centre.

I work at Manchester One near Burger King Piccadilly garden. My colleagues and I six of us went to this city centre Burger King again for lunch. Normally it’s a crew member works at the till. Don’t know why it’s the restaurant manager called Rachel served us at the till today. She reminded us to use the apps to order because it’s more cost effective. So we order three sets of double burgers, three sharer boxes and Ben and Jerry ice cream. This restaurant is fully refurbished lately with a new management. It’s much cleaner, and the service is much faster compared with the previous management. I highly recommend this Burger King to those working in the city centre.

Went to this well located Burger King in Manchester city centre today for lunch. Two adults and four kids in our family. Crew member Emma recommended us to have four kids meals that include a burger or nuggets with fries, drink and a kids box with a toy. Me and my wife orders California beef burger and California chicken burger. Sharer box is a must at Burger King. And they sell 1.99 Ben and Jerry ice cream as well. We ordered six ice creams as the desserts. Foods are hot and delicious, much better than McDonald’s. Emma is very polite and helpful. A lady called Charlotte seems to be an assistant manager delivered the meals to us. Charlotte is very friendly and gave us lots of sauces with the meals. Overall service at this Burger King is exceptional 👍🏻.

I usually pop in when I'm on a break from work. Fries are gorgeous, and cheeseburger filling. Staff polite. Id like to see more tables downstairs for those unable to climb upstairs.
