Better than McDonald's, but it is still fast food take away

Honestly the staff are good but the prices are so expensive never recommend this burger king the MacDonald is two steps further much cheaper and better in my opinion for a small fries and finger chickens very small meal and two drinks 10 pounds!! In MacDonald will cost you around 6-7

Order was speedy but onion rings (which I have had before) tasted gone off and were stale. Had a horrible sour taste and was more chewey than gum. Feel ill.

As always one of my favourite places to visit especially when you want to walk away feeling full instead of getting that hunger feeling 1hr after eating McDonald's. But don't get me wrong I do like McDonald's too.

Not really a regular here but I think I’ll be coming back for more. Came in Saturday night/Sunday morning just for a £2.99 Double Cheeseburger. And it was more delicious than other burgers I’ve tasted. I’ll be returning more occasionally hungry for more.

I wish I could rate this place 10 stars! It's absolutely amazing! The breakfast bacon roll with hash browns is simply phenomenal. The dispenser is great there is a large variety of drinks, staff is very sweet and polite. This is what other places should be like, I really enjoy it every time I pop in here.

Poor service, machines were not allowing orders and staff would not/could not procfess orders at the till. Left - went elsewhere.

Well that was awful. Cold food, flat fizzy drinks and staff that couldn't care less. Would have rather given my money to the homeless person outside.

Was refused access to the toilet as the security guard said that they were out of order. All of them ? I showed him my Radar key and he said "you can buy them on ebay". This one wasn't. Judging by other reviews on here, I lucked out. Same security guy refused to assist a woman who was visibly very distressed, no shoes, and a random guy had her phone.

Love it every time I'm up that way I make a b line for the place.

Was on the bog all night and day after eating here, avoid and also if paying by card at the till check the transaction is correct so they can't rip you off

Very Unwelcoming place. A customer is not worth dealing with by human , you have to deal with a non-functioning kiosk. All of their kiosks are having a non responsive touch screen.

Review of the Burger King Restaurant I recently visited a Burger King location, hoping to enjoy a family-friendly dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory, primarily due to the appalling state of the restroom facilities. Upon entering the restroom to change my baby's diaper, I was shocked to see the dismal condition of the space. The floors were littered with trash, and the sink was filled with dirty, stagnant water. The toilet was covered in filth, and the overpowering stench of urine made it difficult to breathe. As a parent, finding a clean and sanitary environment to change my baby's diaper is of utmost importance. The unhygienic state of the Burger King restroom not only jeopardized my child's health and well-being but also left me feeling disgusted and frustrated. Given my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Burger King location to others, particularly to families with young children. A restaurant that does not prioritize cleanliness, especially in its restroom facilities, fails to meet the basic expectations of its customers. Until significant improvements are made to address these concerns, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Surely because of the date, the place was packed and there were no places to sit, plus the tables were dirty, there was no person constantly cleaning. To enter the toilet you need a code that comes on the ticket. The taste of the meat was strange, I didn't like it.

Burgers were cold, cheese wasn’t melted, and please either fix your drink machine or stop selling any fizzy drink because it literally tastes like water.

Pathetic, waited over 2 hours and no food. Possibly the worst restaurant in the country.

First time here and will be the last. I ordered veggie whopper and it was just smelling like it is burnt, no any Mayo or Ketchup sauce just dry and bland, the fries were salty and into pieces.

It was a great service by a manager called Rakesh. He asked me about all side items, which I am any interested in. Overall it's a great service by him and his team.

I rang up regarding a delivery I ordered, the phone was answered by a manager named Rakesh (the spelling may be wrong) and, Rakesh proceeded to talk to me like the dirt on the bottom of his shoe. He had a horrible attitude, had no interest in helping me whatsoever and, was obviously speaking about me in his own language as he kept speaking to a woman in his language and they were both laughing when I was asking him for assistance. If I could give 0 stars for his service and attitude I would. He also decided to lie about my order being collected by the driver in an attempt to not help me (baring in mind, I can see on the Uber Eats app that I hadn’t even been assigned a driver yet) and, repeatedly told me he doesn’t care anyway and won’t help. Luckily, I rang back 10 minutes later and, got through to another manager named Jake. Complete opposite to Rakesh as, Jake was extremely helpful and polite. He did not attempt to brush me aside and did everything he could to help me. Jake deserves a promotion, Rakesh on the other hand deserves sacking.

great service by staff and Managers

I had an issue and asked for the Manager Matt Lowe, he was polite, attentive, courteous and professional and promptly resolved the issue. It was very noticeable that this guy works extremely hard and takes his management position very seriously as his skills at dealing with me, his staff and the general public is actually admirable, well done for employing someone that cares about the business and shop floor.

Excellent customer service, clean and welcoming restaurant, have seen a lot of noticeable improvement in over all service in the last few months being a regular customer at this particular branch. Would highly recommend for fast food fix when in Manchester.

We came here quite spontaneously in the evening to have a little something to eat. Quite quickly our order number "59" appeared on the screen in the "in progress" field and shortly afterwards in the "ready for pickup" field. It didn't take long to figure out that the staff (for whatever reason) was simply pushing away the numbers on the screen. After a while the employee at the counter said order number 13 was ready to be picked up. Hardly anyone could understand this because he obviously didn't even try to ask the estimated 10 people leaning on the pick-up counter to move aside. As time went on, more and more customers crowded into the already completely overcrowded counter. We saw how the employees logically processed one order after the other and kept to the order, unless customers pushed forward to complain, in which case they were given priority. Even if, according to the order numbers, there were still 60 other customers waiting for their order. After more than half an hour we got our two burgers and a portion of fries. Unfortunately the food was lukewarm and therefore hardly edible. I would hope that, especially when the store is full and you have a system that shows when the food is prepared and ready for pickup, you work WITH and not AGAINST this system.

Food was not hot or even room temp, the drinks machine had next to no flavours and machine didn't automatically print order receipt when they were check every order collection...

This is a complaint to BK directly Food, staff and atmosphere are fine in this store. Store offered me to get the Burger king App and use Code BKDELIVERY for the £9.99, 2 whopper meals with Uber. This offer does not work and I tried pretty much everything there is to try. I messaged burger king contact form online and no response. Tried to find some other kind of contact, none to be found. Tried calling this Burger king restaurant 10x times, no one even bothers to pick up. Tried calling uber eats, can't get through unless an order is already placed. Great! I gave in and would go to restaurant for pickup order (Against my will as I was looking for a delivery) and I tried another offer for pickup, got through to basket and it says payment details don't work, try other. It's a Nationwide card. how on earth do you not take Nationwide cards? In any case I had a hard day, just wanted a nice meal. Had to waste time ordering things that don't work. I am curious if BK would even respond to this message as it is a complaint. let's see...

Good for what you get, it's a fast food what did you expect? Michelin star? I went to Manchester on a field trip with my uni. Me and my mate got off the coach absolutely ravenous and we b-lined here, and the second we got out food life seemed beautiful again and we did everything we set out to do. I don't even know what I got I just know I asked for extra cheese and man did they deliver. There's my lunch with the most godly haze of light over it.

No atmosphere whatsoever.. food wasn't the best and suppose the service was ok.. dirty tables.. at least maccies is cleaned and you can have table service with helpful staff.

Burger King has really gone downhill since I last ate at one over 20 years ago. Didn't even toast the bun. A sloppy mess and the loaded fries with cheese and bacon were terrible. People cooking frozen food that cannot even get the basics correct. Just shows how much standards have fallen in the past 20 years.

The service here is unbelievably slow. We ordered food 20 mins ago and still waiting. Staff just seem to be walking around like zombies and not doing anything. Also it stinks of wet dog. Disgusting.

Well it was was true what our subscribers was telling us. They advertise 24hrs open . But that is not the case as, unfortunately, they do not clean to standerds have to close for over an hr . For a huge corporation such as burger king do better next time.

Brought a veggie whopper meal just now. Paid extra for the large meal and extra patty (I was hungery) the burger tasted burnt and dry and my drink was basically coloured soda water. The whole place was packed and hot and waited 15mins for the toilet. Customer service was also very poor. Bouncer was really nice and said hello and goodbye.

burger was dry, overcooked and the drinks dispensers either need cleaning or replacing as the drinks didn't taste right , the diet coke was awful and flat , the Fanta looked like water and was also flat

I just ordered from them: I ordered a menu with the new Caesar sandwich (12.51 euros) Result: they call me 20 minutes later to give me a bag where only my sandwich is, I ask the lady that the drink and the onion rings are missing and she tells me that there is everything and takes my ticket and throws it in the trash. I ask another staff person and he gives me my cup and onion rings. The soda machine doesn't work, it only offers water?!?! I alerted the staff to this problem but no one seems to be able to resolve the problem, they are all overwhelmed by the number of customers. To avoid, don't come to this burger king, too bad The manager is non-existent, the team is left to its own devices. I just ordered from them: I ordered a menu with the new Caesar sandwich (€12.51). Result: 20 minutes later, they called me to give me a bag with just my sandwich. This place took the piss. Fast food my a hole. They batch cooked, so everyone got their food at the same time. That's not how it's supposed to be. The 4 women were like snails who really didn't seem to care. What a mess this place is

I recently visited the Burger King at Piccadilly Gardens and had an outstanding experience, all thanks to the night shift manager, Jake. From the moment I walked in, his professionalism and friendliness were evident. He ensured that the restaurant is clean, the service is prompt and the food is top-notch. Best Burger King experience ever, thanks to Jake! Highly recommended!

We were there to have a quick dinner on Saturday, July 27, the wait was not long but the customer service by the staff was terrible, one of the guys, short, thin and blonde, was very rude, apart from we lacked food, we ordered 9 nuggets which were not in the bags, the deeps we ordered were missing.....horrible, I do not recommend it.

The food was amazing I liked a lot. Especially one of the team member i have noticed Sabrina she was very polite and friendly,would definitely come again.

Very bad customer service. You ask for help with the machines and they don’t make any effort to help you. I left the place without an order because literally no one came to help and I asked them a few times and the place was empty.

The last time I was at this restaurant was summer 2020 about 03.45am. They turned the Fanta Frozen Machines off to annoy drunk customers and the annoyed customers smashed the windows through. It was spectacular to see and the police were shown a recording from a customer of staff laughing about turning the Fanta Frozen Machine off and they took about 58 mins to arrive and claimed it is a civil matter and an act of stupidity from immature and jealous staff. The house party with the people resulted in making Irn Bru XTRA frozen and using Fanta bottles as a toilet.

The staff were so rude shouting orders and then rolling eyes and throwing bags. People went to talk to the workers at the counter and they were ignorant. My food was clearly chucked in the bag no order or decent communication from the workers at all. Food was disappointing which i kind of expected so shame on me.

I've being going to Burger king to eat for over 13 years now,but this branch is a 10/10,in all areas,and in all other Burger king branches that lve being too,the arrears,in the store are very clean,the staff are so,so friendly always,they communicate amongst themselves,they are are always smiling to customers,the store manager,is the best,Ben,Emma,Aki,Anusha,Mariusz,a very well done to you all,The Burger king in Manchester Piccadilly,is the best,Burger king,that lve ever being to.

Moody gaff, something always wrong with food, this time bread was really dry. Staff are rude and place is unclean, avoid.

Visited 19/05/24 afternoon and let's just say if I had seen the loos upstairs first, then certainly would not have stayed for food. The toilets were vile and completely unusable in both the ladies and a man came out of the gents saying the same, not even any hand soap 🤢 they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Reported to the manager, but I'm sure this mustve been reported way before I reported it.....nasty.
