Fast food, but slow. Barely anyone here and still 8-10mins for food. Burgers are standard for BK. Staff helpful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s filthy. Three staff members standing behind the counter with nothing to do. Absolutely no excuse for dirty tables/chairs. Only good thing about it was that it was quiet - I wonder why!

Very poor customer services. Given wrong order after went back no apology by staff. Filthy and dirty place to seat in. No condiments available. I will definately report to environmental health.

Staff were friendly and helpful in taking my order in person rather than by the digital order point. Food was served quickly and as requested to ensure that food intolerances were dealt with. Clean environment. Perhaps the only (minor) recommendation is to have space for wheelchair users to sit at a table rather than having to move chairs around.

Why call something a cheese burger if you have to add the cheese to make it one. Ended up with a dry burger on a bun for over £4.

They don't clean their hands and prepare food without gloves, sanitizing or washing hands. The guy scratched his a$$ and took money from people to go in the back and put the burger (lettuce, cucumber, union etc) together and giving to me. I asked if that's normal to prepare food with dirty hands and the guy said their procedure is to wash the hands once every hour. Food hygiene non existent!!! When I asked the manager Sohail if that's normal and his reply was "If you don't like it I'll return money". I asked if there was no food hygiene and he just went on to return my money in a very rude manner without explaining how they keep their food safe. Shocking!! Never again I'll go back to any burger King if that's their hygiene procedures. I wish I read these reviews first and I'm not the only one who noticed how they prepare food with dirty hands with no gloves or washing hands.

There is no ice, the drinks machines are broken and they want to charge full price! Burger wasn't upto decent either.

For a very busy time of day, the service was normal fast food standard. The seats were clean and neat. Basically just ya average fast food joint. I had a cheese burger taste exactly as it would at a regular one outside the airport and my friend has chicken royale that she enjoyed. Overall good experience. Harry was a great host as he checked on us and made sure we were okay.

Longest I’ve ever waited for a Burger King! 25 minutes from ordering, I had to go to the desk multiple times to find out what was happening, and it seems the kitchen missed my order, the lady on the counter was really helpful and polite but the kitchen had no organisation and the burger I received had no extra cheese that I paid for and was quite literally thrown together, chips tasted stale! I will not be returning to this poor establishment again.

Manchester airport Burger King , 2 TINY buyers almost £13, looked nothing like the picture, serving kids meals wrapped up as adult, value for money ZERO! And could not even get a hot drink as machine was broken

Absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever been in. The place was absolutely filthy. Food, napkins and other rubbish all over the floor. None of the staff cleaning the tables either. None of the drinks dispensers were working correctly. One not working, one had very few drinks available and the other the drinks were flat and warm and had no ice. The burger itself was just thrown together, half in the bun, half out. Spend your money elsewhere.

This place is a nightmare. It was like a kindergarten. The walls smeared in food and generally trash and a bad smell all over the place. The food came fast but it was boring and the vegetables in the burger were all too chunky.

Eat there everyday on my break, the staff are friendly and service is very quick, David, Sohail, Gabe and Dodds especially are always super friendly and helpful, always creating an enjoyable experience. Very sad to see the vegan nuggets go, end of an era.

We couldn't order from the kiosks. They ran out of beef - only chicken were available. This is in an airport and shouldn't be possible. So dissapoining on all restaurants in the airport today but BK takes the price!

Stale bun, cold chips, unlimited drinks on the free pour... Except they only had 2 options of drinks. If you thouggt Manchester Piccadilly Gardens BK was bad... You ain't seen nothing yet

Recently tried Burger King's Whopper meal and was pleasantly surprised by the flame-grilled taste of the burger. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right. However, the service very good . Overall, a satisfying fast food experience

“David and his team give great hospitality:)” editing my review to state that this was written under duress!! a staff member came round and started telling me to scan the QR code & write a review while i had just taken a bite of my vegan royale (stunning btw) — i was NOT eager to speak given that i was mid-stuffing my face (apologies to that staff member). he then told me what to write, word for word, and stood next to me until i posted!! i then saw him go round and do the same thing to multiple other people who were eating; including someone who was literally on facetime to someone else. i have NO idea who david is, the staff at the till were all super friendly and the food came so fast and was 10/10 — but i get weird vibes from this forced review and having to name-drop david, who i can see bad reviews have been left about before. i didn’t witness anything super weird apart from a gentleman in glasses (david?) telling the staff that the promo signs out front needed to be straightened and that one of them had left the mop in the wrong place. micro-managing vibes. anyways idk what’s going on in this burger king but clearly there are some political complexities that someone needs to dive into. 10/10 for the rest of the staff tho xx
