McDonald's in Manchester

my two kids happy meals were cold and dry really disappointed considering it didn’t seem to take that long to arrive, …=2 cold happy meals..and zero hot food in my kiddos tums :/

Order said it would be 28 minutes at first but took over an hour to arrive. Then one of the drinks was missing from the order.

delivery was ok but the bags was open and items were missing

Burger was cold, even though I had asked for without pickle so would expect to be hot. Fries were hot so I wonder did they just take the pickle of one that was already cooked

Food was cold waited over 30 minutes for it took like a hour to be delivered and then I asked no salad on burger and it was like a jungle was on my burger

Absolutley shocking service, half of my order missing, will not be ordering from here again and won’t be visiting the store again, will not recommend this place anyone will advise to stay clear

Fries were cold. Quarter pounder had cheese stuck to the side of the box burger not even on the bread and the bread and relish were just stuck together.

it was all cold there was no ice in my oasis the mcmuffins were rock hard and the hash browns were so freezing!!

Order tracking kept stating 6 minutes, then jumped back to 10 minutes on 3 occasions. Order then arrived with the drinks all spilled in drivers bag..driver emptied contents down grid & promised to be back with replacements..he never did..terrible

Never get the order right and then the delivery driver gives you the wrong order to top it off meaning we received two orders of drinks and no food!

Ordered two wraps and two hot drinks. Got a wrap we didn’t order, 6 hash browns and three cokes and a sausage muffin. Not impressed

Terrible service. A good 10 mins just sat in drive thru before the payment window then 5 mins before the collection window to be then told to park and wait... from payment to the food was another 10 mins.. I got fed up went inside and asked politely... to be passed a bag of food that was sat there .. cold chips .. what was I actually waiting for mmm shocking 😲

Food was cold, packaging was crushed, requested extra mustard on burger but there was no mustard on it at all.

Whoever made my wrap and packed the bag needs more training, the whole thing just collapsed, porridge was freezing cold too.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in Manchester! Don't know why I went back there after saying to myself I would not return after other bad experiences. Ordered a BBQ Ranch Stack meal today from the drive through, went home and it was a Big Mac that wasn't even put together right i.e. the bun bit in the middle did not have the patty on top so was bun to bun and patty to patty. I took it back and spoke with the manager who did not seem interested at all and just kept saying it was Ranch patties in a Big Mac which didn't make any difference anyway. She didn't even make the staff awsre of their mistake. Eventually gave me the correct order but was Stone cold when I got home and had ro reconstruct the burger as wss just thrown in and was a mess, could not be bothered to go back or ring them as they don't care anyway. The worst bit was I didn't even get an apology, she never said anything when I brought back and explained and then when it was ready she just handed it to me and said 'Ranch Stack' and walked off! The manager could really do with being enrolled on a customer service course and not overly playful thw staff. Everyone in the area says how poor that McDonald's is but nothing gets done to improve. This will just be a waste of my time as sure it doesn't get fed back.

The happiest most pleasant drive thru crew ever, so polite and well mannered , always have a smile and a kind word .. they always put me in a good mood for the day ahead … blue bmw man 😂💙

Delivery was slightly early however as usual I didn’t receive all my food, this always happens from this McDonald’s don’t think they can read English

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets but it only had 16 in the box. Also, all the fries were half full a d the food was cold.

there should be an option on here to say the food was never delivered. the order was stuck on preparing for over 2 hours then says it has been delivered but there has been no delivery. this is the second time in a row ive had problems ordering from this maccies so never again.
