Don't go here! Ordered two double whoppers and received two bacon double cheese. The two regular fries and one onion rings were correct. but the price was £35.00! I was rushed and did not spot the overcharging or incorrect order until I got to my destination, but I am qiute sure it was deliberate. There is a Greggs just outside, better you go there or just go hungry...

The rudest customer service I’ve been through. I can’t remember the staffs name but I truly believe he’s a racist 🙏🙏🙏 he suddenly canceled my tgtg order when I was almost arrived there, so I was friendly ask and then he was like oh he can do anything he want and if I don’t leave he will call security. The food was nice as always, and the staff that provided us the food/drinks were also nice and very polite. However, the person that had to guide us to the table was the opposite. She firstly ask us to move to the side (which I understood and agreed since other people had to be seated). Nonetheless, she came a few more times referring to us as “these” when asking who was after us. I repeated the word “these” because I was perplexed by the attitude and manners. Then she want to the manager saying that she was not feeling seating us down because we were being rude. The manager did not ask what happened neither did he said sorry about the behaviour of the girl. I did not want to complain since the staff that arrived later was very nice indeed, but the fact that my family did not feel comfortable at any point was very disappointing.

Hungry and thought grab a chicken burger before my train I enjoyed the burger which was the size of the palm of my hand didn’t feel I’d eaten anything after it however the biggest WOW of all £9.16 for a burger on its own really? You live and learn I’m someone who votes with my feet so next time 4 steak bakes for £8 🤔day light robbery I do wonder if you can increase prices after a certain time as burger king was the only place open for hot food on the station after 10pm and if you guys are wondering I paid it in a rush as I was getting a train and noticed the price later otherwise I’d rather have starved than pay that

I would give this a 2 star. Firstly, I was unable to use my voucher code at this branch, which in the first instance left me disappointed, but I got over it. The sushi tasted bland, and I I was not given any soy sauce to make the tasty salty. The options available were limited and the restaurant was dirty.

If I could give this place a 0 I would of. same here Saturday evening 5 o clock ish “, to grab some food for the train. Just to be met by two immature Children behind the desk. The pair of them were shadow boxing each other acting like a pair of clowns when they’re was customers to be served. They were swearing at one another when kids were just in front of them. laughing and didn’t care for anything else as I waited for them to finish I said I’m ready order to be told I can’t use the app for offers which is fine i would’ve paid what ever I had to just get some food for the train ride. After speaking to them I left it. Even as I was being served they showed absolutely 0 interest in any customers just them selfs. Rude unprofessional and the fact it’s in a busy place you’d think a bit more customer service would be common sense but not with them. Someone needs to have a word with the pair of them

I was passing through Piccadilly Station and fancied A BK Whopper, which according to Internet sources would normally cost £4.99, however I have the app and on it there is a weekday afternoon offer to get one for £3, "wahey" I thought..... But in stations they apparently don't accept the app, and a Whopper costs an indeed whopping £7.09!! Ridiculous, how they keep trading there is beyond me!

After having positive experience with their Arndale branch, I pre-ordered the Classic Catch (£10.95) using my 30% off birthday discount so I only paid £7.30, to collect from the Piccadilly train station branch because it's closer to where I live. Oh, what a disappointment! The overall portion is small and definitely not worth paying the full price. The overall rice was underseasoned. The rice on the rolls was actually undercooked. The fish on the nigiri were unproportional. The four maki rolls were all different height / shape. There were only few lifeless strands of cress and no wakame at all. As the tuna sashimi and the tuna on nirgiri were different colour (due to different cuts?), I got worried that the fish wasn't fresh after eating them. I had to take prevention to avoid food poisoning. I was fine though. Think I'll stick with the Arndale branch in the future.

Really not good sushi. We've eaten from this Yo Sushi multiple times in the past but the quality has really gone down hill. Very small bits of fish on sushi and the rice was undercooked. I think the sushi had been sat there for some time when we bought it as all the tempura elements were completely soggy. Disappointed and won't return.

About the same as any other yo sushi place, although they are always missing roughly half the menu. I get the katsu meal deal for 7.50 which comes a canned drink. The portions are fairly small for the price and there’s never enough curry sauce to cover all the rice, but the flavour is quite good and handy for a quick takeaway when you have a train in 15 minutes

I ordered sushi boxes, curry rice with chicken and curry rice with pumkins. No ramen, prawns were sold on that day, maybe due to holiday in past few days thus choices were limited. Sushi were made with rice in which the texture was too sticky which deviated from Japanese rice. Overall taste was not bad at all. Tuna sushi seemed offered in the box but the taste was quite different.... Difficult to tell if it was tuna or some other food else

Dirty tables, terribly slow service and it's ridiculous that you have to order online when there is a cashier on the till! The prices have skyrocketed and the quality has plummeted. I realise that it's a very westernised version of Japanese cuisine but I honestly feel that they're not even trying anymore. I'd rather spend more and receive high quality sushi from any number of the excellent restaurants we have in the city than ever eat at YO! again.

We went there at 10.30 and they were not open due to a "technical error". We patiently waited until 11 as we were then told they will open at 11. Come 11.15 and we can still see them slowly putting the cushions on the chairs and taking their own sweet time. They are plenty of other restaurants here and we gladly gave our business elsewhere.

It wasn't even very busy so really no excuse to leave it in such a state. Walled back out again! Shame

I was going to buy a drink from here and I was getting change out of my coat and one of the member of staff assumed I stole something and asked to pull my pockets out and take my coat off in-front of everyone and I did it but it really annoyed me when she found nothing she kept quite and didn’t even apologise to me. It was a really embarrassing experience for me and I’m utterly ashamed for someone to do such thing as that to a costumer. People like that shouldn’t work in a place where they have appalling Customer service. I want to file a complaint to this takeaway as this is not acceptable at all. Not coming here again as I got racially targeted!!!!

Great service, very friendly. Lovely range of food for all dietary requirements, plus some really healthy options. I had the Shitake Mushroom Ramen which Mohammed made and it was DELICIOUS! Also had the Kombucha to drink which was really nice. I will go again next time I'm in the area.

Great place to go if you're nearby. The food is delicious but can be a bit hit and miss depending on who makes the food. Best item on the menu is the spicy seafood ramen with rice. Request chef Mohamed to make it for you! Out of all the times I've tried this dish here he was the best at making it! Have tried a few times and have been a bit disappointed with portions, taste etc but he ensures you get a full bowl and won't leave you yearning for more! Polite staff so far in my experience. Portions sizes better in this yo sushi in my experience in comparison to Arndale and Trafford centre. Highly recommend!

Went here for a quick bite and thought of Katsu curry! If only this place was halal i would have got the chicken Katsu...never the less i tired the Prawn Katsu which was still very good..had it as a take away and came in a pot with sticky rice and that thick Katsu sauce...will defo revist!

well it is a Greggs, not the happiest Gregg’s but like what do you expect it is located in Manchester. It is hit and miss but overall hit, if you are a loyal Gregg’s customer you will be happy it is not the worst one in the nation and it is not the best one but realistically it is all good because why are you eating at Gregg’s if you are expecting some magical feed. Keep it up, very good, very nice , Bruce Banner .
