Greggs in Manchester

I specifically asked for a pork sausage roll and a cheese and onion pasty. I got all the way home and found a vegan sausage roll and a different pasty to the one I'd ordered. How is it possible to get a simple order so wrong? I was the only customer so it's not even as though they were busy! Not happy.

How many Greggs in Manchester? Obviously not enough as the queue was quite long, but we needed our Festive Bake as it was that time of year. All our favourites are there, all the healthy options are there, and the Belgium Buns too. I'm sure if you know Greggs you'll occasionally have a craving and this one is as good a place as any. There are also plenty more in town too....

Disappointing, I arrived before 5pm on Sunday, although above said it closes at 6pm, it had already been closed.

It’s a Greggs does what you know and expect very busy location but the service was good

well it is a Greggs, not the happiest Gregg’s but like what do you expect it is located in Manchester. It is hit and miss but overall hit, if you are a loyal Gregg’s customer you will be happy it is not the worst one in the nation and it is not the best one but realistically it is all good because why are you eating at Gregg’s if you are expecting some magical feed. Keep it up, very good, very nice , Bruce Banner .

Been here multiple times and every single time the food was cold and soggy and really made me sad. All my friends say the same thing and we have named it the worst Greggs in Manchester. There are 101 Greggs in this city, for gods sake, pick another xoxo gossip girl

Got to be one of the worst run greggs I've visited - hot counter always empty - why even bother having one? How can you show up to a greggs at lunch and there be no sandwiches and no sausage rolls? No sausage rolls!!! Sort your stuff out. 1 year update - still no change!

The most vile cappuccino I have ever tasted. Greggs never failed to give me such nice coffee. But today was really really bad. I drink really strong coffee but this was the most bitter thing I have ever tasted. Either the server didn't know how or done something not right. Really disappointed and sad as I bought it just before my train.

Gregg’s is iconic and this one is pretty much the same as all the others. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there is typically a lineup out the door on weekdays in the morning and at lunch time.

Awful place and the staff were so rude. No manners at all, actually heard one of the staff members telling another staff member if they wanted a fight. Absolutely shocking

Hibs is an amazing staff member as she helped me get a coffe and went the extra mile which makes me want to come back

Fast friendly Greggs just off St Peters Square.

Never going to return to this Greggs again. The staff are so rude. I told the staff the items and they didn’t get the sausage roll so I told him about the sausage roll. He got all huffy and had to cancel the order on the card machine so then he said if I wanted anything else, I just said the sausage roll and he ended up giving me two because I mentioned it twice. It felt like he was mocking me. The previous time they already processed my order before I finished so I had to pay twice. Both times each staff members looked so annoyed and no manners.

Popped by early on a Saturday. The store was clean and presentable. Fridges nicely stacked and everything available. Staff were helpful and polite. Coffee was nice too.

Rude member of staff and sandwich which had seen better days. Server just pushed card machine my way and turned to empty an oven. I wanted to pay cash but wasn't given that opportunity. Avoid, much better options nearby

Brought a sandwich asked the lady about the meal deal when a Asian guy answered it for her which I found rude because I was asking her not him . One of those typically busy bodies with a badge on gave me a cup of tea with the lid balancing on top not secured and I picked up up and spilt hot water on my hand when the lid should be pressed on..absolute joke the staff that work there and luckily I wasn't injured . Avoid

Gregg’s is Gregg’s wherever you go. Manchester one is good and the server lady was very friendly and helpful. Vegan sausages are great.

The women at the till didn’t have her name badge on so can’t name and shame her, her attitude stinks to be working at greggs, she kept giving me a very hostile look. Small, chunky ginger girl working with Nailah bad for service disappointed I had to give it a 1 star if I could I’d give it a 0
