Service is really slow! Food is normally cold and has to be returned!

What is the point of being open 24hr when it takes 20 min to go through the drive through on a Sunday night

I don't call a 15 minute wait fast food.

The toilets were extremely cramped, one of the girls toilets were extremely broken, the door and the lock were all practically broken. The middle one’s lock got stuck on the door. More the less, the taps were to close to the edge so extremely hard to wash your hands. But the restaurant was good. And I did use some of the words twice or more.

About 25 parking spaces. I had to drive round twice to get a space even though there were only 3 other customers inside. I had to wait to get served even though i was the only person at the counter, the manager made i eye contact with me 4 times and still ignored me. I had to repeat that to get sugar and milk because they hide it behind the counter. Food was hot but presentation very poor. Lastly the toilets smelt clean but were actually filthy. Handy location close to the airport.

I could talk all day on here about how bad this place is, ordered food at the drive through and member of staff just there on her mobile phone gave me my order and didn't even say anything, pulled into bay and the order was wrong so had to go inside and waited for around 15 mins to be seen cause other people were waiting for there food and the member of staff was still on her phone, I got my order redone again and I could not believe it.. it was wrong again so am not going to lie I said "are you taking the p..s it's wrong again so I spoke to the manager and explained what had happened and the manager spoke to the girl and said put your phone away when he walked off she just smirked and continued on phone, I waited another 10 mins for my order which again was missing one item so I just gave up and took what they gave me. Maybe for future reference... stop using all kids for staff members that are only bothered about tiktok, instagram and facebook and then the orders will be ok, plus there was other people that was waiting for food where the order had been done wrong

Best for a drive through quick and fast service

The amount of times these guys miss stuff off my order is a joke, never like writing bad reviews but this is so mad need to let others know you could be wasting money here, missed a whole 20 nuggets off my order n that was the main bit kmt

Since having delivery driver " more interested in delivery. This is begging of end for m'c Donald's. People will go burger King ..

i came through the drive through today, i was greeted by a lovely young woman, Abi, who was very polite and kind, my order was wrong and she sorted it out straight away, and was apologetic about the inconvenience

Busy lunchtime - focused staff, effectively fulfilling orders quickly, with reliable standard fare. Drive through by far the bigger demand.

Been here twice, both times service has been bone achingly slow. Server was rude.

Ordered via the app, 30 minutes later still no food, went inside to check it and they just cancelled and reset the order, with another 15 minute wait. Not even an apology. Worst experience of "fast" food I've ever had.

More than once we've ordered for delivery and there's items always missing. Just had an order delivered and 2 lots of fries were missing and no sauces were in the bag we asked for

McDonald's Wythenshawe you are a disgrace, 15 minutes from ordering to receiving my food , you got my order wrong and the restaurant was freezing. Too tight to put the heating on?? Go elsewhere if you can!!

Full of groups of annoying kids that were intimidating some of the elderly people. Staff would not tell them to leave. Waited quite a while for food and when I received it it was nearly warm. I personally won't be returning

This was a late night visit after an airport pickup. Without being unfair, the service was without doubt the worst I've experienced in many years. Sadly there were only 2 staff looking after the restaurant and drive-thru and they simply couldn't cope with the volume of orders. There was no strategy/workflow in place to deal with demand. This resulted in the customers receiving an incorrect grill order 3 times. When the customer explained this to the staff member, he couldn't be less interested and she had to convince him to give her what she ordered. This is hugely concerning as if she had an allergy to the food she had requested not be in her burger, this could have been serious. The toilets were not clean and there was no soap.

Alright to go to of you’re a 13 year old after school but if you want sauces without the workers giving an attitude, the right order (we were there no more than 20 minutes and they got 3 orders wrong including ours) and a somewhat decent atmosphere, I’d avoid it as much as the staff avoid doing their job

People say there food comes cold mind had come luke warm but still edible

Received 5/6 nuggets, 4/5 cheesy dip, chips did not even eat as they were so old and hard…. The most terrible McDonalds experience ever! I have never left any review before, but couldn’t stand this here. Not even mentioning terrible service….

Out of the hundreds of McDonald’s I’ve been to, this is the worst one by far. I don’t think i have ordered something here without them messing something up, mixing up orders or missing food. It’s always bland, overcooked and careless.

I use this branch on a fairly regular basis as it's handy for manchester airport. I regularly use McDonald's all over the country, and this franchise appears to be suffering from a lack of management, money, or interest by the franchisee. The McDonald's brand flourishes because it's the same countrywide. Same food, same service, same atmosphere, same facilities ect. This branch falls short of these standards, however. The last three times I have visited, the same problems, so I know it's not a one-off. In the toilet, there was no soap, and the hand dryer did not work. I ordered a drink from the order board but had to wait over 5 minutes for it due to there being no internal facing staff. I had to bring my presence to a member of staff before she served me with my drink, which had obviously been made very shortly after ordering. The table I sat on had not been cleaned even though the restaurant was not busy, and the window sill had also got food debris that certainly did not appear fresh.

Utterly disgusting food. Gave us food poisoning. Incompetent service also; given incorrect food TWICE at drive thru window, had to go in and a pleasant young lad sorted it out for us- he was great & gets the only * in this review. But then the food was utterly vile(not his fault), cheap off meat in the burger, dry nuggets and badly cooked fries. I will not be returning.

You can only pay bank card and not cash as I took it all away as you have to order on a screen, food terrible couldn't even eat it even the dog turned his nose up at it Drop my drink on the floor. And wouldn't replace it

Ordered on Uber eats. Part of my order was a double cheese burger without the bun on my order as I have celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. Also part of my order was 2 mclfurries and they replaced these with 2 cookies again containing gluten. I called up for the manager to say well the machine stopped at 4 and it’s late so yeah. Nothing we can do. Even though I explained about me having celiacs she was very rude and started shouting at me, I then asked her name to complain for her to reply you don’t need to know my name and put the phone down. I was appauled. Would never return to this McDonald’s again. Absolutely disgusting, this is an autoimmune disease and for her to be so careless and rude was awful!!! The only thing that was nice were our drinks! Very fizzy and cold. Although they didn’t put ice in them so still wrong.

Customer service is none existent, waited 20 mins for an order with a missing item and then had to wait another 10 mins for someone to get on the till to sort the issue out (while several employees rushed past the till and ignored everyone who was waiting)

I mostly use the McDonald's app to get deliveries from this branch. This is the 3rd time in the space of two months where they have gotten the paid items of the order incorrect. Twice where the meal was missing the burger. Mixed up a hot chocolate with some sort of smoothies. It is almost guaranteed that any sauces with the order will be missing. The actual food quality is horrendous. Just received 6 burnt chicken nuggets with no sauce. Large fries with the same quantity as you would get with a medium. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have seen in years.

Ordered a delivery turned up half portions off fries looked in bag to see if they had dropped out but nothing 20 nuggets plus 3 med fries added a lot off dips even paid for them didn't get 1 dip absolutely joke the boxes on the food were damaged will not be recommending in future very bad experience

Chaotic, none of the self service machines were issuing receipts so no one had a clue what their order number was..... Staff couldn't care less..... 10 minutes for a cheeseburger that was cold

Visiting McDonald's with the family used to be a treat to look forward to, but the business has lost its way now. It is a miserable experience. I went with two family members as walk-in to take-away, just before 6pm on Saturday evening. OK, so it's going to be busy. Because we need to place orders for 11 people we break it into two. It took 20 minutes for the food to arrive. For both orders one meal was missing. The people in the queue ALL had issues with food missing. When you pay for stuff, and it is consistently not given to you by the staff, what is it? Is it theft? Seems like it to me! My advice, go somewhere else, but if you do go here, check your order before you leave.

Was really busy & noisy, so I took my coffee to go. Managed to get last parking bay (as they don't have many). Also drive thru was closed.

This is the WORST POSSIBLE place to eat in the uk. The staff are always horrible and never get the food order correct and its always cold.You are always ignored untill you shout a member of staff, their main concern is the delivery drivers who also take up every space in the carpark,ONE MORE TIME NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU EXPLAIN YOUR ORDER TO THEM IT IS ALWAYS COLD AND WRONG ,I would strongly advise everyone to stay well clear of the horrible place.

Place was just like a school ont a single person over the age of 18 working the night shift and 90% of them was taking or playing hide and seek than doing there Jobs. And food was missing some items as usual

Took 30 minutes to pay for my order and another 30 for it to be made, was there for a long time and struggled to order and pay as the machines never work, staff prioritise the drive thru over paying customers in the establishment.

Food cold chips cold need better way to keep food hot

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. I came hear on a weekday night, and some young kids assaulted the staff and abused them causing a 2hr delay for food for other patrons. My order never came and I realised one of the yobs opened it, saw it was wrong order and threw it at staff causing a big mess. Would give it less stars but no option. It's more a place for drug users and criminals.

Staff are illiterate and can't count money, useless morons making food with absolute no knowledge of how to do so. Embarrassingly bad quality to other McDonalds establishments. Don't waste your time or money going to this place of degenerates.

Genuinely awful experience here. 38mins to get a drink. Had to walk to the drive thru window to talk to the member of staff that repeatedly ignored me inside the store to get milk for my tea I'd waited 38 mins for. Then to top it all the bathroom was disgusting. Tap didn't function & no hot water , the floor was unclean and the dryer was not working. Never complain about places - but this place was dire

Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to McDonald's in wythenshaw stud at counter for 20 minutes no staff approach me then took my disabled mum to this disabled toilet there was water all over the floor and toilet seat was broken horrible place

Just been given the weakest hot chocolate ever from drive thru!! And cup half full..please check your hot chocolate is working properly. Not amused 😐

If ordering through Uber or other delivery methods. Be aware that even though there is a button to press for sauce with chicken nuggets. U never receive them. 3 times on a row now. Obviously the staff fault. Will not be returning. Try eating 60 nuggets that are cold and dry with no sauce.

Ordered only a coffee just before 11am. Stood at the desk until 11:40 before I asked to cancel the order. When I told the staff member what I wanted refunded she pulls my coffee off the shelf and hands it to me. Not sure how long it had been stood there but it was lukewarm. Staff atmosphere is bizarre, some of them queueing at the desk with everyone else who is queueing to find out where their order is or to complain about missing items in their order yet staff are hardly seen serving at the desk. I wanted a refund rather than a tepid coffee but I'd wasted enough time waiting at that desk already, I'll cut my losses this time and just go elsewhere in the future. Who knows how long the wait would have been if I ordered more than one simple item...

I go here regularly and use the drive-thru. Always have to check the order before we drive off because there's usually something missing. Today it was Fillet-o-fish and medium fries. They are always quick to correct the mistake. Just wish they would get it right first time.

Don't go here if you want your entire order. I went and it was almost empty, and yet again, they forgot part of my order. This is the fourth/fifth time it's happened. I thought because it was near empty I didn't have to worry, but when I went back in to tell them, they told me they couldn't do anything

Friendly staff but noisy atmosphere

The bare minimum you expect is that they get the order right. They can't even do that.

Service not great all emphasis appeared to be in the drive-thru with people waiting at the counter to be served as the receipt printers not working and the screens wouldn't let people complete purchases. Overall a lot of waiting around and no customer service. Things were better when they actually had people serving, instead of relying on the screens. Takes away the personal.tpuch and doesn't feel much like a family restaurant anymore.

Friendly service food was excellent

2nd time of visiting. This time we had order to table and 75% of our order was forgotten I had to keep going back and asking for what was missing. Were not busy so can't use that excuse, shame really as it's an ideal location for a quick meal before airport.

The teenager staff are managed by older teenagers up to 25 years old management with zero customer service skills. Their mistakes are the customer's fault. I only eat or use the takeaway/delivery service because my children like it. Otherwise, I'd definitely eat somewhere else. The machines are always empty of paper for receipts, so you have to try and remember your number. Table staff are older, so they're the only reason I'm giving stars

ABSOLUTELY FUMIN. Come back off my holiday and wanted a maccies, as you do. So i went thru the drive thru, AND EVERYONE BEGAN TO CUT INFRONT. Finally, i get to the ordering station, THEN THE EMPLOYEE KEPT SAYING HELLO AND BLAKENEY IGNORING ME. I finally order and pay. I GOT CHARGED FOR 3 CHEESE BURGER HAPPY MEALS AND I WANTED 2. So i questioned it, and they told me it is fine and it happens all the time and was a glitch. So we collect the meal AND IT WAS ALL BLOODY WRONG. NEVER GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN.

It's ok, very cramped order place so people are often in each others way. No way to actually queue it's "pot luck" who gets chosen next, especially as the order machines were down and app orders weren't working with any offers. I feel sorry for the clearly overworked stressed staff.

Stay away... seriously! Service is atrocious! 35 minutes for a chicken wrap meal!!! Chips were dry and tasteless!!! Only wanting to serve the drive through and sod the customer inside like...

Had late lunch. 2 quarter pounders one with cheese and fries, fillet O fish burger and fries, apple pies, McFlurry ice cream plus fruit pack. Cheese on one burger was missed out. Large fries looked small. McFlurry looked small. Burgers almost £5.00 looked ordinary compared to places like Canadian Charcoal, Santos etc and even tasted well overpriced. It doesn't bode well to blame everything on inflation! Staff training seems a bygone and short cuts with having to ask for tissues, spoons etc a very short term customer attitude. Seems we are not getting value for money and have the possibility of having more nutritious meals plus burgers at home. Better taste, value plus possibly healthier.

Must be worst macdonalds in the country after waiting 15 mins to order as only orders being taken on other lane got to till order wrong as ordered 1 and paid for 2. Was told no refunds but could order something else or get something the next time I come back. Said u wouldn't be coming back as I wouldn't put myself through it again . Eventually getting refund to go to next window and order was incorrect . Gave up at this point

Food cold and missing components. Really disappointing service, completely ignored at the front desk but multiple members of staff. Waiting over 30 minutes for food in a fast food restaurant is disappointing. The only helpful member of staff was the guy on the dining area - i don’t recall his name.

Given up going here - as the order is consistently wrong/ missing items, once I didn't even get the food ordered twice in a row, third time lucky after waiting 45 minutes. McDonald's for years used to be a reliable service 9 times out of 10. Now it's not worth the stress ....imo

Worst macdonalds ever, staff not friendly always asked to park up always food missing

I recently visited McDonald's, and it was by far the loudest one I've been to. The amount of kids and people shouting was unbelievable, it was impossible to hear what my kids and husband were saying. On a positive note, the cleaning lady was diligently working to keep the place clean. While the staff efficiently handled their duties, I noticed that they lacked friendliness. It would have been nice to see a more welcoming attitude from the team. Overall, it's a clean and functional McDonald's, but the noise and friendliness of the staff left something to be desired.
