Absolutely disgraceful service. Food arrived stone cold and missing two portions of fries. No excuse. I used to work at McDonald’s, and we actually cared about quality—especially with deliveries. Clearly, that standard is long gone. What made it worse? We tried calling the store eight times and got no answer. Staff clearly couldn’t care less. Completely unprofessional. Spent over £30 on this order, and it was a total waste. My old branch would never let this happen. Clearly, staff need proper training. This franchise seriously needs to get its act together—this is beyond a basic management issue at this point. Happened multiple times, not just with myself… many other people.

As for the food, it was really very good, I recommend it, everything tasted delicious, the tortilla really tasted delicious, different from other people, the wait for the meal was a bit long, but the order was not small so it was accepted, the only big minus is the parking space, there is no parking space for a maximum of 12 cars, everyone has to take care of themselves, you had to park a little further away

The food is average, basic McDonald’s and nothing special. The service is very slow (normally a 15min+ wait) with the restaurant completely overrun with delivery drivers. Certainly not a nice environment inside and would not recommend dining in. Using the drive-through is no better, you will inevitably be asked to park-up as they have nothing prepared. This is not just at busy times but every single visit. Make sure to check your order as straws, sauces, Happy Meal toys & even major parts of the order will be missing. Save yourself the pain and go next-door to KFC, although not perfect, it’s leagues above this sorry state of affairs.

Went in just for a cup of tea,no tea available!! Toilets where filthy! The walk from.parking the car means you have to walk in the road to get inside restaurant !! So be careful if you with kids ! I won't be going again !!

Amazingly the chicken sandwich was hot but fries were only just warm same with the burger. The hand full of times I have been through food is never hot just once and I was surprised

bloody awful place. when i have to go inside (which i go very rarely) i get overwhelmed with the lovely atmosphere of prepubescent kids thinking they’re tough by standing on tables and playing crap soundcloud drill. just ordered two minecraft happy meals from here w delivery for me n my mate cuz why not and they couldn’t even get them right. i picked toy on both the meals n i got a bloody stupid book. chips were manky n nuggets were stale asf. dont go here

The whole order was cold, and I mean the chips were so cold it was as if they'd never actually been hot. It's not so bad when you can microwave the burgers but the chips are inedible once they're past a certain point. Sorry.

Went to McDonald. Order coffee, which they served without disply on the screen. Then order Food and printer file. Went to ask for the receipt and I was informed that I order my food through app. I did order inside using screen.They refused to give me a receipt. A person called himself manager was keep trying to convince me that I order through the app. I took picture of the screen as a proof. PHOTO on request.

Chips were cold like they were left on the side for a while, the ice in the drinks were partially melted so you could tell it’s been sat there

delivery was perfect and on time but one item missing, the driver said call the store, but they haven't answered the phone for 2 and a half hours. I've paid for something i havent received. will never give macdonalds my money ever again

the driver was so rude completely ignored me and left my gate open and when asked he started throwing hand gestures gestures at me saying I left him waiting but I have 2 dogs that bark like mad when anyone knocks so if he knocked for 5 minutes the dogs would have barked

Yet again the plain cheeseburger was not plain it had everything on it this happened the other day aswell and i spent £10 on taxis to exchange it.staff need to concentrate on what they are doing especially when ppl arepaying a delivery charge aswell

when the cold chips entered my hungry mouth I felt utter disgust and fed it to the grass furthermore, the burger was lacking taste and it felt like the dog drooled in my mouth and then my McFlurry didn’t come into my mouth. It was melted.

Delivery person arrived quickly but the fries were barely hot, pretty much anaemic in colour and not in the slightest bit crispy. On top of that the medium fries had more in than the large, how is that working out??

I placed an app order for a Philly Stack to be brought out to a bay. After waiting 15 mins, I went in. No one seemed to know what was going on. They finally "found" my order but after nearly 30 mins of waiting I asked for a fresh, hot burger. Unfortunately, what I got was a stone cold burger that was little more than a double cheeseburger in an oversized bun. A complete waster of my time and money! You compare! Where's the beef?? Come on, McDonald's, surely you can do better than this...

POOR Service!!!!!! I made an order and was then called by my order number to collect it from the front. I was then provided with 2 drinks and 2 buns in a bag with 2 raspberry apple pies. The worker explains that they don't have any normal apple pies so they gave me a substitute. I declined the substitute and had asked if I could be refunded. She then takes it back and then leaves the bag of buns in front. She then returns back seconds later saying heres your apple pie, i just made it right now. I had then asked if she can also give me my chips since this was 2 MEALS. The worker( black curly hair) then takes the bag with her and never returns. It appears that she just leaves it in the back and doesn't do anything with it. She then sends a manager to 'deal' with me. Manager then mentions about the apple pie so I decide to take it. But then I ask her where my meal has gone as I am just left with 2 drinks. She then goes behind and says 'this bag?' I then respond saying yes that's my order but WHERE ARE THE CHIPS. She then sorts it out and gives it to me. Why do you have lousy workers who don't want to do the job properly? Absolutely pathetic. Your worker should have sorted it out. I'm not asking for much. Such strange behaviour. Never have I ever had an experience like this before. I'm not expecting much.

The place is not very clean. The food can be said to be the worst ever eaten in Maħītī. One of the visitors at the next table even vomited. The atmosphere was not at all appetizing.

Absolute garbage food. Inedible. Fries were basically stones and the order was wrong as well. The soda was flat. Don’t even bother, it’s better to eat bricks.

Thought I would try here as Baguley store always have missing items but we ended up with a missing item here as well which is disappointing. Nearly got it right but still sat with my son who is disappointed that he didn't get what he wanted when we don't order McDonalds very often as the cost is too much. My son was looking forward to this treat all week! We spent over £60 and yes we get the money back but it's not the point really, my son wanted what he asked for and he's disappointed.

Food was ice cold and unedible, i watched the driver on the map and they went a long way in the wrong direction probably to deliver another order. Whatever the case i am a paying customer and i pay almost double what my order is priced at.

Food was ill-prepared. I had to ask them to remake it as my wrap.wss shoved into the box and it shred. My baby had wet through and when my husband knocked on the disabled toilet, there was no 6 it was locked so presumed it might just be locked. When he asked a staff member. The staff member had knocked on the door again and told my husband someone had replied. So he patiently waited but after 10 minutes maybe longer, I checked with a different member of staff about the toilets and she said they're locked and the person with a key is outside so I'll have to wait for them to come in... I don't know who this person was so I just had to ask any staff member that came in. Eventually the same staff member who originally said he heard someone, went to check again and found that he had unlock the door.... there was no one in there from the start. Meanwhile whilst all this is going on. I'm still waiting for my wrap to be re made. I took my oldest son (4) to the toilet and they were disgusting. They weren't clean and the sinks were dirty too. By this point I just wanted to eat cause the kids were hungry and get out. Once I received my wrap, after having to ask 2 more members of staff where it was, I joined my family. Whilst sat there, we had to listen to some tween kids swearing and shouting at eachother. The staff member who was stood next to them said nothing....my husband had to, twice. Overall, horrible experience and won't go back again... I'd keep driving to the next mc d's if you needed a quick stop.

no triple cheeseburger needs 11 slices of gurkin/dil pickle. also requested toy with happy meal but a book was squashed at top of the box which contained whole order shoved in it! usualy a5star rating, not impressed!

Really bad experience yesterday i order my and what they delivered in my house was nothing that I order. I did an order of 42.80£ and what they send me was one plain chicken burger 6 chicken nuggets and fries… I’m still waiting my refund …

When it was delivered the coke had spilt over all the bags so when the food came it was cold and wet very poor
