Fresh Bites in Manchester

Please don’t bother. Food is never served fresh and service is terrible.

Please people, do not go here. Genuinely the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life - Genuinely how do you Mess up pizza??? Everything we ordered tasted like a vat of salt had been spilled on it. I have never left a review in my life so please believe me. Nuggets and chips were okay.

These guys are the rudest people I have ever encountered, asked for hot sauce on my burger and got told “who works here, me or you?”. Never come here unless you are on the verge of starvation. Even then, I would look for another option.

DO NOT GO HERE. No matter how drunk you are, do not go here at all. You will try to be sold old food sat under heat lamps for hours, very rude and obtuse staff. I ordered a margherita pizza and doner kebab and the guy tried to sell me a garlic bread, even going as far as saying "it's the same thing" when it's clearly not. He said that I would need to wait for the pizza and I said that's fine. 2 seconds later I got my food including the pizza so I don't know why I was tried being palmed off a garlic bread? My friend went to put salt on his fries and the guy demanded that he did it for us which was just odd. The food was just terrible, the pizza wasn't even warm and not been made fresh and clearly been pre-made and sat under heat lamps for hours. The kebab wasn't even edible. I ended up throwing both away after a couple of bites - worrying that I would be getting food poisoning.

I think they printed out and then laminated the hygiene rating. Shocking levels of cleanliness and staff extremely aloof. The food is "pre-prepared," which equates to the Year 3 lunchtime heat lamp food at primary school - aka dry af, no sauce, no seasoning, and no flavour. Go here if there is no other takeaway in a 10-mile radius.

It's a really basic takeaway and there are so many better ones in Manchester. It's desperation stakes if you find yourself here.

Anything but fresh ordered a pizza witching a second gave me one that clearly had been sitting for what looked like when opened box days was like eating cardboard absolutely rank

DONT GO HERE. I luckily didn't eat here but watched my friends eat multiple days old, cold chicken wings. This is the only place I've walked into that smelt like a fish tank that isn't an aquarium. This is probably open illegally, with no food standards rating.

Chicken nuggets made out of cardboard. Only thing good about this place is getting out of it. It stinks.

Absolute dreadful food. All trays were rowed up behind, As soon as I ordered the food was given to me, God knows how long it had been sitting on that shelf. Then when I tried to eat the food the donner meat was white rubbery and tasted like rubber. Didn't even finish the food as didn't want to die that night.

Not a single thing fresh at all, staying on my own so took a chicken kebab meal back to hotel .... chicken was dry as a bone, obviously re cooked, fries cold...the bottled water seemed fresh but that was it.... fyi proprietors not every one that comes in his pissed!!!!

Just do your maths, they over charge you. They take advantage of the fact you may be drunk and can't count properly, so they over charge you for the actual price you should pay, terrible food, goes cold in 5 minutes

Decent tasting chicken burger after a few drinks, but every time I have been there they have tried to charge me more than the advertised price. They charge the right amount when questioned, but no need for the dishonesty in the first place!

I went here and ordered a burger, was told it was pre made and had been waiting there. I unfortunately cannot have mayonnaise, after 45 min queue was told they could not make me a plain one or a simple box of chips. Ridiculously rude, and you’re food will be stale as it’s been sat there

Staff reused assistance. Unfriendly and the staff were awful. McDonald’s 10 minutes away is much better

Never ever known a takeaway to have ready made food in boxes. They don't cook it fresh. You ask for something and they tell you they don't have thwt but have something similar which is readily made from last week. Nothing fresh about this place. Good was minging too. I might have to get a tetanus after eating it.

Fresh Bites has the worst food in Manchester. It's snares drunken revellers with it's bright sign like moths to a flame. If you like awful food and feeling ill you should visit.

this food is awful, rude staff and also rude customers. pizza tastes like wet cardboard and is extremely greasy. we were queuing for 30 mins and they refused to make us what we asked for. avoid this place at all costs.

Fresh Bites Manchester is located about 5 minutes from Piccadilly Gardens. We were looking for a takeaway near our hotel and this was the first one I came across and noticed a deal in shop.15.99 for two 12” pizzas with 9” garlic bread, 2 chips and 3 cans of pop. Good deal to have I thought. How wrong was I. The garlic bread might as well of been rock hard bread. The pizza dough seemed to frozen dough and the taste wasn’t like a typical pizza base I had ever had fresh. The ingredients on the pizza were lacking any taste and it was very disappointing. The chips were you big standard frozen french fries. So on taste a bad experience from what could of been a good meal deal. Worth a miss I would say

Great experience! Definitely visit for halal food!! Visited late at night and customer service was great! The owner was very kind and he gave us complementary chips when we told him we were visiting from london!

I had chicken boneless with fries twice in this place and from now on is one of my favourite places in manchester also is good when you are around having drinks in a night out I wouldn't choose another one. I will come back many times more🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Nice place and clean to have a bite

I was fortunate enough to be sober when I visited this establishment. I pity the drunk people that go here and don’t realise what they’re getting into! The service was awful, the staff were rude and dismissive. The food was even worse! Stale old meat, tiny portions despite being advertised as large with no taste whatsoever.

Great way to finish a night out at this Chicken shop. Good food and good prices. The staff are great too, I thought I'd lost my phone on a night out and the absolute heroes at Fresh Bites got it back to me. 5 stars. Thank you gentlemen you are fantastic and I wish you all good fortune!

Die Burger schmeckten uns nicht gut. Schuhsohlen wären besser gewesen. Zu Tode frittierte Patties und dubiose Soße gingen eine unheilvolle Liason mit den kalten Brötchen und dem schmierigen Käse ein. Das Mineralwasser ohne Kohlensäure aus der Türkei war das beste.

The guy behind the counter wouldn't allow you to order anything that was not already prepped, the food was in containers and had been sitting there for a few hours, the food was cold, stale and tasted vile.

Ordered food from this takeaway over an hour before closing time. The order never showed up. The takeaway was uncontactable. Waste of £15. Extremely unhappy. I will never be ordering from here again

Me n my partner went for a kebab as u do, and we r now split up, not just the kebabs fault like but it did not help the situation I had bones in my chicken and he watched me choke on them I was disgusted in the lettuce it smelt like poo, but seriously my pita bread tasted like cardboard I am horrified a place like this exists, me n my ex haven’t spoken since I think he may be dead from the out of date garlic mayo, anyway it was crap end of.

Would give zero star if could. Rudest service ever from about five minutes ago. One guy asked to take our order then walked off as we were giving it. Then when we asked for a meal we were just told ‘no’. No explanation. We asked for just chips. Was told we couldn’t order a single order of chips. Had to get chips with a meal deal, though could only offer us ‘chicken burger’ or ‘pizza’. Advertises 24/7 but I’ve only seen it open on Saturdays. Do not go here it is an absolute joke.If you’re stood facing fresh bites, go left and walk down the road past cain and grain. Opposite blue bar there’s a chippy that will have your food with you in seconds. Amazing food and amazing staff, the complete opposite of fresh bites. I live over the road and would never go there again.

Like seriously if you're pissed and dying of hunger/booze then go here. If not avoid it like the plague. The food is low quality and tastes about as bad as it looks. Basic.

My absolute saviour after a night out, love the cheesy chips and they melt the cheese on properly rather than just plonking it on top. The guys are dead friendly too which is fab considering how many drunken idiots they have to deal with.

i have been here once in late 2014 i have never been since. the doner meat tasted like shoe leather. only one member of staff was there and totally ignorant and very shifty looking to me.i love a kebab dive as much as any other kebab lover but this place is going so low down. if you are drunk of dying of hunger just chuck £5 at them for cheap slop. hint hint wack out £10 and go to the other better places.just a cheap kebab dive, no more or less.

If you are American I would not go here. they gave 4 separate people who ordered after us pizzas and then when we said "hey are you making our pizza" they said "oh you Americans always complain about everything" after we had been waiting near and hour.... think what you want but I would NOT go here if your looking for a fast meal

Queríamos un rápido munchie después de una noche fuera. Donner estaba seco como cuero y ensaladas era marrón y mojado y bastante horrible. Yo el pan era una tortilla pirranha. Supongo que el hecho de que no eran absolutamente borrachos fue la razón por la que este hombre pensó que él podría palm este mick ya que fue la última parada para todos los demás por la noche.

Simplemente me fui allí con algunos amigos y teníamos 3 pizzas y 3 kebab comida. Sinceramente la carne era vinegary (básicamente caducado) y la pizza dow era así. No obtener un reembolso y que era muy grosero. No sé cómo están aún en voz alta. Las autoridades deberían hacer algo. Es imposible en el centro de Manchester para tener este vergüenza

I know when you eat a kebab your almost certainly drunk and I accept that - but if your drunk and it's still the worst kebab you have ever had then that deserves a mention - chilli sauce was watered down tomato ketchup and they had the audacity to charge 50p extra when supplied in a tub - the only saving grace was the portion was so small there wasn't much to throw away - go somewhere else even if you are drunk as it wont make it taste any better.

Vine aquí por una pizza después de un concierto en Trafford viejo. Me llamo cola durante unos 15 minutos, en la que el tiempo y nadie se sirve el personal simplemente ignorado a la gente. Un hombre que ya había pedido su orden para un reembolso porque había estado esperando durante tanto tiempo y el hombre que sirve sólo arrojó su dinero en él y le preguntamos a salir. La cola de gente era entonces ignorado por otros 5 minutos antes de que nos dijeron que cerraban como ya eran las 12:30.

Esta pizzería inauguarción después de una noche fuera, el lugar estaba lleno, como siempre. Obviamente la comida era terrible y estoy sufriendo hoy, pero era las actitudes del personal que me animó a escribir una crítica. Ellos prácticamente celebró la comida en mí, ignoró mi solicitud de condimentos pero estaban dispuestos a obligar a otros clientes, y cuando pedí mi bebida lo que pagué, que se estrelló, delante de mí. No fue lo que pedí y les dije esto, pero sólo grinned y discutía 'disfrutar'. Yo estaba al lado, y una pareja irrumpía pasado conmigo y me envió mi comida volando. vieron esto suceda, pero se negaron punto blanco a hacer nada sobre esto. Estoy indignado con esta actitud, que no era una dinámica Rembrantplein borrachos, no había razón para ser tan increíblemente groseros conmigo. También fueron muy groseros con mi amigo cuando me explicó la situación con la pareja. En vez de servir rápidamente, educada y eficiencia, todos eran más interesados en comiéndose con los ojos a las mujeres borracha en allí, tomar fotografías de ellos, etc. Estaban aprovechando los juerguistas borrachos. asqueroso lugar no sólo por la comida, pero realmente era el vergonzoso personal que hicieron de este lugar una decepción total.
