What a joke. I noticed online it stated 5pm closing (sunday) so I walked for 20 mins. And arrived at 4.23pm and was told by Martin it was closed. I mentioned it states 5pm online he said short staffed sorry. Stay away will not use again

As a local of Blackpool, I was disgusted and ashamed of how dirty this place was. Had taken the family. Service was terrible. Waited absolutely ages. Would not want to eat at any of the tables as all filthy and full of rubbish. Get your act together and clean up as this is the food court for the main shopping centre and car park in Blackpool. No wonder visitors don’t want to come back!

The food was good as you expect from BK,However the seating area was filthy, does no one clear up after diners have left !!!!!!!!!!!!! . the management need retraining at the very least.

Nice food and friendly staff clean and very welcoming I would definitely eat there again and I work there and I love the staff

This was a birthday shopping trip for my daughter. She had seen a Burger King special burger advertised on TV and wanted to try it, so here we were. Firstly no menu to view, apart from the giant burgers on screen above the counter, so I had no idea what I wanted to try. I asked if they did quarter pounders and was laughed at and told "No, we ain't McDonalds" by the young man at the till. He said I could have a plain cheeseburger if I just wanted a burger, so I agreed and ordered with fries. We sat down and when our food arrived it was THE smallest burger I'd ever seen. The meat was burnt and dry, the bun was dry, like stale bread and the fries tasted of dirty oil. We ate some and binned the rest. THEN less than 20 minutes later we started with stomach ache. Gastric pains were terrible. So we went home. I'm now sat here in bed, belching dirty fat flavour mini sick and severely bloated. I would not recommend this fast food branch, the service isn't great and the food is really bad. I would say it needs a good scrub and the fryers need cleaning and oil changing. Swerve this place and save your money.

25 mins waiting for 2 sandwiches - 4 clueless staff on - while waiting there were 4 food complaint returns and staff concentrated on uber eats before customers.NEVER again.

This place is absolutely filthy. God knows what the kitchen is like because the tables are filthy, there’s food all over the floor. Needs a deep clean. Decided against eating and had a drink instead.

Very disappointing with my whopper meal today the burger was stone cold onion rings sloppy the best bit was the chips. And the drink machine had no coke had to get Dr pepper. Won't be eating there on cheat day again 😭

I visited the Burger King at K1, Stratford Shopping Centre, London, E15 1BB at about 5pm on Saturday 12th November. Nothing about the experience was good. Many of the check in menu machines were out of service, the staff were monosyllabic, the soft drinks machine was non-intuitive (to old and young alike), the tables and floor in the upstairs seating area were littered and filthy, all three toilets had punch pad door codes and (when I asked for the code) I was told that all three were out of service. The whole place needs a critical audit and a visit from the Health Inspector.

Our wonderful and kind server Adam made our experience here just fantastic! Pay rise for you young man!

Had to wait 20 minutes for our meal - 2 bacon burgers & chips. When they finally arrived the bun was soggy, you had to hunt to find bacon & burger was cold. Chips were ok. Ended up leaving & dumping meal in bin. Didnt bother complaining to staff as they were too busy chatting & not interested in customers. Have eaten at various Burger King restaurants & can honestly say that this is the worst & has put us off using this chain.

If you da arises as open the restaurant at 10 then you should be start serving at 10 and should be ready by that time. I was waiting from 10.15a.m till 10.35 nobody wanted to to start serving. Such and awful experience I usullay visit here every single week. If you can’t open at 10 you should change the time in your website as well. It could help.

Absolutely rubbish. Cold food, measly portions, service took forever but then if you employ monkeys you get peanuts. Fully expect to this this place close in the near future, certainly won’t be returning

Food was greasy expensive for what we got only thing nice was chips Burger was horrible and chicken was like rubber staff miserable to definitely never going again

Only food outlet in food court, but still floors dirty, tables not cleared, bins overflowing. Order took really long time, could see staff stood around doing nothing one stood reading in detail each receipt in detail??? for no reason.

Tables, floors and chairs stinking. No one available to clean the tables down after one family has left, floor full of tipped food. Food was missing on receipt of order. Everything was a mess and very disorganised.

We had a long wait to order. Seemed to be understaffed which led to poor customer service. Not a pleasant ambiance. Wouldn’t eat here again.

The only problem with here is the wait. There are no self service points so the queues grow and it is situated right next to the main toilets!

Was here today with two grandsons for lunch they had a double cheeseburger meal and coke they ate every scrap and said it was lovely staff were very helpful and friendly

Firstly, I would like to make a point that this is the first time I have ever complained to a company regarding the dissatisfaction of their services. I myself work in customer service and can understand more than most the pressure of working long hours...

Burger King is so much tastier than McDonalds yet there always seem to be far fewer restaurants, but finally Blackpool opens a new BK in Houndshill Shopping Center - fantastic! Except having visited only a few weeks after it had 'opened' we stood back in amazement as the incompetent, dreary, teenage staff ambled around in the 'gross' surroundings. There was food squashed all over the floor, stains everywhere, the staffs uniforms were so grubby it was like none of them had washed in weeks and the overpowering smell of BO nearly knocked us out. It sounds insulting to say it, but when your going somewhere to eat and relying on another person to cook and serve that food you dont want them to appear dirty or unable to clean the working area properly. One member of staff was chatting away to her mate whilst pouring and stirring what looked like milkshake into the large open container and I literally saw the spit landing in the vat! Not to tar all teenage workers but when there doesnt appear to be one adult present that day all the staff seemed to be bothered about was having a laugh and not interacting with the customer at all, safe to say the queue was backing up and all the customers were moaning or leaving. Then theres the seating area - never are the areas big enough and never are they ever clean, if your lucky enough to get a clean table - check the floor; you can be reassured the food will have simply been brushed off and subsequently squashed for you to try and navigate your feet around whilst eating at the table! PS; Perhaps it was paranoia at the grossness but either way we were all ill the day after this BK!
