KFC in Pendle

Nipped I to drive through for a boneless banquet for one. Only went onto the carpark. The chips were stone cold and soggy. The gravey tub was half full. The popcorn chicken was look wRm at best and the filleys were OK but not hot. Sorry, but won't be back.

Grumpy, surly, having paid top money for the party bucket (£35!!!!!!!!!!) they failed to give us the coleslaw we asked for as a side - AGAIN.

Used to love the occasional KFC - tasty chicken, good chips and decent service. Sadly, it's been getting worse and worse for a while. Have used Colne KFC many times but never again. Nothing wrong with the venue / parking / staff, but the food is now awful . The chicken comprised a collection of unappetising dry scrawny chicken on the bone thighs/legs ( no breast portions for some reason ) and what have KFC done to their fries - horrible. The place was empty which may explain why the food was so poor. Ah well...nothing against the staff - I had much the same experience in central Manchester quite recently.

Went in today what a waste of money.Chips were cold and over cooked what there was of them.The gravy was cold tasteless and really watery and also out of date that day.When I asked if they had any gravy man couldn't care less and just said no didn't offer a refund.Then we said chips were cold and over done and he went and got us another lot no apology or conversation which were equally as bad.Chicken was overcooked.Absolutely disgusting food and customer service do not waste your money.You maybe need to teach some manners and enthusiasm to your staff because the one that served us was like a stroppy lifeless teenager

Ordered from KFC via Just Eat. The order was completely wrong; as it had been on a number of occasions before. When I called the store offering to bring it back and have it replaced by our proper order I was told rudely that it’s nothing to do with them and I had to get a refund from Just Eat. Yes the refund must come from Just Eat but getting the order wrong WAS their fault. The order was clearly typed on the receipt that was taped to the bag and yet the food inside did not match this. We had to keep the food and it was awful. The chicken was dry. 90% of the food was discarded. We will not be ordering from this KFC again.

This is the worst run KFC I have been to in this country, I have just been in at 5.30 on a Wednesday teatime and because there were two orders of 14 pieces they have run out of chicken and the next lot will be in 20mins. You could not make it up, I have been in KFC services up and down the country when they are 20 deep in the que and they always have chicken on the go because that is what the store sells. On the plus point every time I have been to this branch the food is never fully cooked and the order is wrong so I have saved myself that hassle. At what point in a franchise does a brand step in and stop the incompetent management ruining their reputation.

I stopped for lunch to break up a long journey. I couldn’t carry my food to my table as my hands were full but the staff helped and were so kind. Well done !

I absolutely adore KFC gravy, am totally aware how it is made using the waste crumbs from the Henny penny Fryers i love it when it is thick and full of flavour a couple of weeks ago i had the special. the gravy was hot thin and almost tasteless was not made how it should have been ..... i have not been back.

Went to Colne KFC for lunch 22/10/21, ordered a zinger meal. I saw the guy who took my order (his name was Moosa I believe) pull his mask down, sneeze on his right hand, wipe his right hand on his trousers, then pull the mask off his co-workers face with his right hand, and then went on to put fries and a napkin in my food bag with the hand of snot-doom! I had to shout across and tell them I didn't want him anywhere near my food and that I didn't want the napkin and fries. Another co-worker shouted for him to go wash his hands. The 2 co-workers apologised for Moosa's hygiene issues. That guy should not work with food EVER! 🤮

Been twice this last week (not proud to admit!!) because I have been craving a milkybar krushem. BOTH times have been told it's out of order. Then asked for a sundae instead and got told that they weren't doing those either. To top it all off, my husband wanted a latte with his meal and they said they weren't doing hot drinks. You'll be telling us you're out of chicken next - sort it out!!!

Ordered food online, payment taken. Went to collect and was told systems were down no record of transaction. Showed them online statement, they said nothing they could do. Lots of people in the same situation. Staff got very aggressive towards customers, one came out and told my sons girlfriend to get the f…k back in the car and go McDonald’s! Two weeks later still can’t get a refund. Staff all need looking at on cctv and sacking. KFC need to refund people and get their act sorted out.

Passing through Colne and needed something for lunch and decided on KFC. Big mistake. Ordered 2 Wow boxes on the self service machine After paying for it the sales assistant informed me that they had no burgers. No burgers at all. What kind of fast food restaurant doesn't have burgers? To be fair I've never been able to get a decent meal in ANY KFC, so why I thought this would be different I'll never know.

So I order a popcorn chicken snack box on the app with a gravy - when I went into the store it didn’t come up on the screen and my order wasn’t there - I wounldnt recommend ordering on the app - just go to the store it’s self Then they told me I would have to pay again for my food, I told them the money has already come out of my bank and I showed it them at it has and I told them I wasn’t going to pay for it again because I wasn’t paying the one item twice, so I asked for my money back and they told me to ring customer service to get my money back. So now I’m waiting 3-5 working days for my money to come back into my bank. Also the staff were really rude, even though I have family and family friends work there, I won’t be going back. I would rather go to McDonald’s which is right next door - where the staff are nicer and more friendly

The chicken was not crispy. Batter soggy. Chips terrible. Service terrible. Staff disinterested. Even if food was OK it is not value for money, 2 small bits of chicken and a scattering of chips which were inedible.The colonel would flip in his grave if he saw or tasted this poor imitation.I have had KFC in the States and this is not comparable. There was so much food under the heater, goodness knows how long it had been there. My advice is don't waste your money.

Food cold and the chicken quality very very poor order wrong after ringing to complain the manger was a waste off time and don’t know how the hell he got his job,it’s terrible when you pay and get this kind of unprofessional service.

Called in for lunch, service was so slow. I really think the computerised ordering units have more personality than the staff who were working there, never again.

Uncooked chicken. How... spent over £30 on the food and after I found uncooked chicken the whole family ditched the meal. Manager was more bothered about telling me over the phone it was cooked. Have a look at the picture.. would you eat that?

Almost empty and I'm not surprised. Tired and dull-as if it was closed really. Had chicken and chips and the chips are still there. Limp slugs and I won't be back. Not particularly cheap either!

Place is an absolute tip! Theres only a few people in also, order took ages! Food was ok. Just disgraceful when theres at least 6 members of staff and only about 10 people in eating at the most! Wont be returning! Lazy and couldn’t care less staff!! Rubbish everywhere

The drive-thru was blocked off by a bin so all orders had to be made inside. The waiting time was incredibly long, odd given that it was well after lunch time. The chicken pieces were disappointingly small and no better than something from the freezer cabinet at the supermarket. The large chips I wanted turned out to be (very) small chips. There was not salt provided, no wipes, no serviettes, nothing in the bag except small pieces of mundane chicken and hardly any chips. I won't be rushing back here.

As KFC's go this is one of the cleanest Ive been in. The staff were polite and friendly and we didnt have to wait to long for our food.

Nice Chicken good food. Can be a bit slow when busy. One problem is that the location lends itself to kids hanging out and they tend to be left and not controlled.

I have heard alot of bad reviews about this KFC but we have never had one problem with it. Always accommodating, they are never as fast as mcdonalds staff but it is a more laid back atmosphere anyway which I do quite like. Thumbs up to the staff.

Most people know about KFC and what they serve. There is nothing different about this restaurant. At least it is tasty.

If the Colonel was still around, he'd be "powerful disappointed" with this outlet. Had drive through here 3 times in 6 months and they've never once got it right. Top tip: to avoid disappointment always open up your order before driving away.

Sometimes great for a treat, check what you get as orders occasionally get mixed up. There is a drive through. Chicken generally good

The only reason I'm doing this is because I'm sat here in France in Quimper KFC, and I can't believe that I'm in a KFC and they DON'T sell pieces of chicken.....What? I kid you not, We have been eating French for 7 days and drove 26 miles because it was just what we fancied. And the price is staggering. They only do sandwich's, the only pieces you can get is hot wings or strips. 8 each of them in a little bucket 19.90 Euros. No beans or gravy? What's that all about?

Once again, I made the mistake of not checking before I left. A tower burger without a hash brown and sauce and hot wings instead of a piece of chicken. If it wasn't 20 minutes away, I'd be storming back in to complain... come on guys, it shouldn't be like this.

Rubbishhhh unhelpful staff and horrible food .sort yourselfs out! Been a loads of times before always expecting my experience to improve but only end up with disappointment

Always hot and fresh food staff are helpful and happy as clean as a fast food place can be without a front of house person quick food to go would recommend

This place was virtually empty when me and my son arrived. No one was at the counter. I waited a couple of minutes whilst my son went to the toilet. Eventually a girls head peeped up from behind the unit at the back of the serving area. She shot back down. A few seconds later a boys head popped up from behind the unit and then he popped down again. Another girl came round from the back of the unit but she shot back behind again. Eventually a girl came round to serve me. Bearing in mind it was 3.30pm in the afternoon I asked them if they were getting ready to close, because that’s what it appeared like to me. She said “no we were just having a conversation”. The food we received was dry and over-cooked, the coating was hard. So they obviously had not been busy for quite some time. KFC your profits in the U.K. must be drastically falling. This is the second KFC I’ve visited recently that have rude staff. It’s the last time that I will ever visit a KFC again. Another franchisee that’s not interested in his business. Could this one be owned by the same man who owns the Shipley/Baildon KFC? I know he has about 200 food outlet franchises, obviously far too many for him to cope with! I wonder how many people must now be avoiding the KFC outlets.

I very very rarely leave a bad review, it has to be said though that this is the slowest drive thru i have ever used, ever.

I love kfc. Colne seems to be pretty consistent in quality compared to a lot of other kfc establishents, but frequently get simple orders wrong. Ill order a fillet box meal for example ( which is what i usually get) and ask for large with hash brown. I get it, drive home, rush inside with excitement amd anticipation for the awesomeness that awaits......... its just a regular box meal....... no hash brown.....regular fries.The first time or two it doesnt bother me but when it happens all the time it p***es you off and actually motivates you to take the time to submit a review on trip advisor. Food good, some of the people taking orders/making the burger not good. Please have words

The food is always spot on,The staff are always nice and friendly and they always keep it clean.Its always easy to park.

Went at 7pm tables dirty asked them to sweep floor it was disgusting. About 4 customers in staff seemed unconcerned.

I just fancied kfc one night so I popped down used the drive through managed by a very junior person the food was greasy beyond belief I rang up and was told it's fast food what do you expect . Don't get me wrong I know it's deep fried but I have never had so much swimming in grease and fat in the bin it went obviously won't be using them again
