I never recieved my order it got delivered to the wrong address

3 items missing. Now have to wait up to 7 days to get my money back

Chicken nuggets had a bite in it and burger 🍔 missing out of Big Mac

From ordering to delivery took nearly an hour and when it did arrive it was stone cold, disgraceful service and food.

Ordered food waited for literally an hour , tracked the food to see where it was said it had been delivered tried ringing the delivery guy no answer , was the kids food and all wont be ordering from here ever again

freezing cold , all the MC flurries had melted and one of the drinks had spilt in the bag so we only had 1 drink was aweful complete waste of money

Deliviery driver shouted at me because i couldn't i understand what he was saying the worst delivery i have ever had with just eat.

Al food arrived and all cold, had to re-warm the hot drinks. Very disappointing

Sweet chili sauce was sent not garlic mayo and things like that really matter. Ten year old not happy. Shows the staff really don’t care.

turned up with only drinks went back for food and turned up with complete wrong order

The only criticism I have is the hot chocolates were quite watery as they hadn’t been stirred however everything came immaculate & the food was warm. 🌟

He apologized for being late but food was cold didn’t enjoy it threw burger away cos it was cold

Everything was good - the fries were fresh & warm, nothing needed re-heating so I'm happy with the order on this occassion and the driver was friendly too :)

Staff always helpful and great with children good service and food always hot

the delivery driver went above and beyond in the snow, thank you so much... food was good too lol

Fries were hot, crispy and salted!!!!! Wow. Big Macs were not as hot but really tasty, it made a nice change to post a positive review.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s for service anywhere , it is in my opinion, the wait times are too long whether you wait in the restaurant, go through the drive through or use click and collect, I’m not sure what the issue is as there are plenty of staff , it’s so painfully slow this will be my last visit here, the McDonald’s at Nelson is far superior to the debacle that is Colne I’m certain of that .

About every 3 or 4 years I'm hungry and with limited catering options. Soggy burger bun, anaemic fries. Nothing like the adverts on TV. Coffee still great.

My order wasn’t complete, the food came I was cold like really cold and I want refunded for it so bad to go out and buy something I could eat, would never eat there again

Ordered three meals for me and my children, an hour and twenty later only the drinks arrive! Driver says the people in store disregarded his concerns for the lack of food and sent him away. Shocking experience, will be going elsewhere from now on...

The food was all cold, it said driver at restaurant for 25 mins.. must of been having his dinner. Regardless all went in bin.

Horrible food and the place was just full of Uber drivers getting in the way and blocking the counter. It's a busy place that doesn't need a dozen Uber drivers making it worse standing around doing naff all. First time I've eaten Macdonald's in about 5 years. Won't be eating it again. The coffee is ok though.

ordered 3 lattes he gave me the bag which was dripping I asked him about it and he walked away so I only ended up with 2lattees as 1had spilt all over the bag as ots paper it went all over my carpet and kitchen floor not happy with this at all

Took 2 hours for a driver to pick up food. Food was cool. £1.85 service charge for rubbish service.

waited ages for my food to be delivered. my tropicana was warmer than my food

the food came here alright but as I got my cola out it went everywhere as the lid wasn't on properly I'm now out of a drink that went all over my counter and floor

My fries were cold and stale with way too much salt to the point I couldn’t eat them. My burger had looked like it had gone through WWII and was cold and the bun was mushy and rubbery. The chocolate milkshake was very clumpy and it had strawberry syrup under neath the lid and inside the cup. Might as well have given me a strawberry milkshake with a side of dogfood.
