2 hours 10 min late never arrived

The delivery was too late , it was late more than an hour and i am really not happy with that , you should compensate me

I didn't receive my collectable with my meal

I ticked the list off items that I didn’t want on the burger eg: gherkins altogether I ordered the bun burger and cheese you sent everything on it then didn’t send apple pieces only thing that was right was the coke and food was cold to say it only took 23mins and yr at the bottom of the hill

All the food is stone cold said it set off and I could see the driver was just sat outside the store for 15 minutes before he set off worst takeaway experience ever

espresso was packed in correctly before being give to driver so has split bag and dropped everywhere when he gave to me at do. hot coffee everywhere

Went to the drive thru as usual and after waiting quite a while got my order, surprised I wasn’t asked to park up as per usual. In the parking bay checked my food before I drove home to realise an item was missing. Called up to ask if they could bring said item to the car as they always ask everyone to park up and they will bring food out anyway to be told I need to either come inside or go to the drive thru, my daughter is autistic and had no shoes or jacket on therefore I didn’t feel comfortable getting her out the car as it’s freezing outside and the drive thru was jam packed so our order would have been stole cold by the time we made it round, manager wouldn’t send anyone out to quickly pass the item although they don’t mind doing this daily when asking people to park up making me have to get my daughter out the car to go in the store to get my refund as I no longer want to eat food from these companies can’t even do a simple thing as to bring an item out that THEY missed off.

Drinks missing from order, 25% of the time something is missing.

Chips were cold and paid 2 pounds extra to get a Minecraft toy that didn't arrive

Avoid absolutely awful waited 20 minutes to have cold food how could that happen. staff have awful attitude when I complained will never go back dreadful.

I went with my family tonight we have placed an order and ask an English lady for Luke warm water she denied to give me with a rude posture and was very disrespectful and disgusting .

Arrived at 9:40 to start ordering at the machines To be told by a gentleman We're closing in 20 mins you'll have to eat in your car Food took absolutely ages And when we did finally get it Was soggy and cold and missed 2 items of my order

Ordered at 12.00 for 13.00 delivery. Arrived at 13.40, the burgers were cold and the driver tried to kick my little cockerpoo dog. All in all, not the best experience.

i ordered the food at 12.06 and it turned up at 13.25, on the accepted order it said 12.25-12.45 so over half an hour late

got the big chicken nuggets box NOT 1 sauce 🤣 got my 4 years old a "Happy meal" ordered a toy got a BOOK and that's on purpose not the first time they are greedy fu*** and no sauce for my child's chicken nuggets and chips too never order from McDonald's AGAIN !!!!

Worst McDonald ever. It’s never great but this was the worst. Stone cold burger, which I returned. Was given a filthy look and handed another. That was just as cold but I didn’t want the glare again. It was also dripping in grease. Disgusting

i got my drinks and somebody else’s drinks but none of my food that was ordered so i have complained and waiting for my refund.

Food was cold, way too much packaging.. One of the lowest rated McDs I've been to, rare I go and this has just reminded me why..

Came in here while on a drive ended up spending more time in this mcdonald’s waiting for food then the trip itself took, if you don’t have 45 minutes to wait for food then don’t bother coming here just go to the kfc down the road

Food isn’t that bad but I can’t give it 5 stars as it isn’t a proper restaurant it just fast food plus the fact that they say it’s open 24 hours and it isn’t. It’s a joke

Just a joke... went for a quick breakfast. Ordered 2 breakfast wraps with out meat but wanted an extra egg instead. To which they said sure. Gave me 1 wrap and a breakfast muffin. Went through the drive through again and looked at me as if I was an idiot and wanted the wrong item to be returned. I picked it out and handed it back from my food that was getting cold. Said they will give me the wrap at the next window. Gave me the wrap and I was on my way but to my surprise meet and bacon was in the wrap which I can't have. At this point the rest of the groups food is cold and I am looking like even more of an idiot holding a half open wrap in my hand walking back into the place. Then I just gave up and said can I get a refund please... I even said the rest of the food is cold as I have had to go through the drive through twice. Got 4 quid back for my hassle and the rest of the group had cold hard eggs. I can't expect alot from McDonald's but I atleast expect my food to be right and if they have inconvenienced someone they should return all of the money.

We ordered so ketchup and it didn’t come

All the food was cold. And you could tell the chicken nuggets had been sat on the side for a long time because they were soggy and cold. No sauces provided even though we asked for them. And all the drink lids were not secured!!

there was the tiniest of sprinkle of topping on the mcflurry i wouldn’t even say a gram of topping it was pathetic 🤣 cold stale fries that were so salty i actually couldn’t eat them as they were burning my lips and i know the fries aren’t always 100% on delivery but these tasted like they’d been sat out for half an hour before they were bagged up for delivery, the burger was cold when it arrived and my drink is missing nearly a quarter of it. Actually a joke

it took pretty much exactly an hour for the food from McDonald's to arrive. The courier seemed to be waiting a long time, so clearly the fault of McDonald's. When the food did arrive, it was cold and therefore inedible, and the drinks had fallen over in transit, so we only had half. Disappointed is an understatement.

The only criticism I have is the hot chocolates were quite watery as they hadn’t been stirred however everything came immaculate & the food was warm. 🌟

Fries were hot, crispy and salted!!!!! Wow. Big Macs were not as hot but really tasty, it made a nice change to post a positive review.

I do not know how something that took so long to make can be so extra cold the delivery was rapid so how is the food cold
