It's McDonald's what is there to say

Ordered on the McDonald’s website uber eats delivered order was wrong. I called store to be told nothing they can do ring uber eats. Under eats didn’t answer gave up after 10 mins. Terrible that I paid for items I didn’t receive

We went early in the morning,having our quick breakfast,everithing being nice and good tasty.

Where do I start…. What a shambles of service it’s called ‘fast food ‘ buts it’s far from that we waited 20mins for a burger!

AVOID. Absolutely shocking worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. The coca cola was unflavoured and tasted chemically. The nuggets tasted like normal chicken breast didnt have a mcdonalds taste and were sweaty. To top it off they put lettuce on a standard cheeseburger which wasnt asked for and pretty sure lettuce is only used in big macs etc plus several other missing items. AVOID.

Not to bad shame we didnt get a receipt from ordering machine toilets were clean staff polite

Truly by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 10 minutes to even get served at the drive thru once I got served I got my daughters McFlurry straight away and then told to park up and wait. They took 20 minutes to bring my order out so the McFlurry had melted and only to find out that my food is completely cold and if I wanted it replacing I’d be waiting another 15-20 minutes … this isn’t my first bad experience here and truly shocking how bad it is … this franchise needs removing off franchisee and reselling to someone who actually knows how to a fast food outlet as they don’t have a clue how to run it now

For starters the order was an hour late ! And then when it came it was stone cold. Then my vanilla milkshake was BANANA which I hate ! And there were no sauces that I asked for. Absolutely disgraceful.

My children’s food isn’t all there chips and a drink not happy with this service I never have a problem usually

came freezing cold. and milkshake was like water. obviously been in his vehicle for a long time although we are only 5 mins away

My top tip would be drive to Nelson sagar st instead! Came tonight I’m writing this in the que. 15 mins waiting for service at the drive thru. Told to pull up and wait in a bay. Waited in the bay to receive the food for SEVENTEEN MINUTES after I already waited 20 mins to get all the way around the drive thru and the worst part was handed my icecream at the window it was just liquid by the time the food arrived. Where is the logic?

No food delivery after a long watch on your tracker it comes cold after the driver had to make many deliveries obviously you don’t care

The delivery driver was abseloutely distcusting and after me showing he bank transaction order number he wouldn’t give it me because of a code I’ve never even had , he then proceeded to threaten after I said I’m calling the police if he doesent give me the food I had clearly paid for so then it was cold by the time we actually got it off him and the coffe was spilt everywhere because he was waving the bag shouting

Fries had been over cooked to the point where there were no longer potato in the centre and as hard as a rock! Burgers were also cold.

Absolute joke of a McDonald’s don’t think there’s any worse. Waited 25 minutes for my food while plenty of numbers higher than mine were called and numerous just eat orders went out. Stood and watched them take my burger and get it ready to be packed then go serve someone else my burger was sat on the side for 10 minutes before they tried giving it to me. I refused order. As a delivery driver on 30 minute break spending all of it waiting for my food. Manager couldn’t give a toss when I complained. Avoid this place if you can. Fast food absolute joke.

The food was cold I won’t be ordering again

Only went to use the toilet during a long journey. It was quiet, few customers. Had to let the staff know there wasn't toilet pa6in the ladies. It needed cleaning too as floor had toilet paper on it.

Food was so cold, mozzarella hadn’t melted, chicken in wrap was tough and fries were undercooked. The burgers from the saver menu were good though.

This franchise has missed off something from most of our orders over the past couple of decades. The last ‘missing item’ was an Apple Pie @ £1.69, although it’s usually one or more of the portions of ‘fries’. In effect, this is corporate theft at the customer’s expense. Coupled with the sense of injustice that we have at our exposure to this incompetence is our frustration at being kept waiting in line within the store while the franchise evidently prioritises keeping the drive-through moving and satisfying the Just Eat-type ‘bulk orders’. In effect, we feel short-changed and de-prioritised by the Colne outlet… over 2 decades… so we’ve given them plenty of chances to improve, but with no real sign of this happening any time soon…

I'm not fond of the food my granddaughter is, so we went in, how tasty our food was and clean it was, glad I tried it .

I ordered a double big MC with med fries and fanta. I received a hard double saucages and egg meal????? I ate it but at 12.odd and not in good condition I'm just not going to use colne mcds again.

Most of the order was wrong, i ordered a McSpicy and got a chicken mayo in a McSpicy box… my wife wanted the bbq smokehouse, which she kind of got exempt from the fact it had a McSpicy chicken fillet rather than normal. Oh and as always they didnt put the dips in 👏🏼

Worst place ever. Visited 5 times and never open after 12.00am. - 24 hours open - a complete lie. Might as well close. Avoid this McDonald's like the plague
