I'm not happy how long it took for me to get my food. at 9. 57 I was told It will be with me 10. 25 and my order was delivered at like 11 that like a hour of waiting. and then when the delivery guy came and gave me my food he was just on his phone

I got the complete wrong wrap order

excellent experience, kept informed of delivery all items accounted for. fresh and tasty. on holiday in the area and would highly recommend if you are looking for a quick and easy lunch.

I don't even know why I even order of here again.allways missing thing I have order what is going on wow now all the kids got there good part from the two baby's.i probably want even get my money back for this as I never do in all the orders they keep missing grrr

Order food through a third-party app, regularly send out incomplete orders. Refuse to deal with complaints despite the order being prepared and packed by them. Receipt incorrectly checked off for contents. The staff member on the phone had a very poor attitude, definitely not suited to the service industry.

Driver had 3 deliveries. I watched him go from one side of the town, bypass my house, deliver another delivery and then he delivered my order. I had to flag him down as he didn't have a clue where he was. He blamed the app.

Update , the place has gone to the dogs the food is poor service really poor , the staff are friendly is the best you can say about this place , just paid 2 quid for a stale doughnut!!! Food is always fresh but service is always slow and frequently they over look orders and have to be chased they seem to concentrate on drive through and forget about people waiting in the place

the chips didn't have enough salt and only got half the chips in each box, coffee was only half full in the cup, the nuggets were not hot they were rubbery. the burger was the only thing that was hot and the I've cream had already melted. the apple pie was cold and stuck to the box

The food was stone cold my smoothie was basically melted and the McFlurry was melted possibly the worst Maccies I’ve ever had

Best MacDonalds I've ever visited. Used drive through, quick service even for customised items. Food was hot!!!! Milkshakes actually tasted of the flavour they were supposed to be! Staff were incredibly polite! Very impressed!!!

original delivery was meant to be 25mins took close to 1hr 30mins and was wrong. not the delivery guys fault btw this was from the vendors end.

The extras I ordered were applied this time but it arrived 1 hour 20 minutes from the time I made the order and it arrived cold.

Completely wrong order. No sauces. Missing items and missing drinks and everything stone cold

drinks were spilled outside on the street so no drinks, and the food was wet with the spilled drinks in the delivery car .. whole meal ruined

food was cold but it did taste ok after putting it in microwave took 45mins to come as well the time kept changing from 40mins to 28mins to 16mins and then finally at 4mins it turnd up

delivery time kept being changed , then food arrived parts were cold and needed reheating

I dined in and got charged take away prices. Maybe my fault because the server gave me my food on a tray and then asked me" Do you want a bag". I just said no and sat down to eat it. Take away should be placed in a bag ,not presented to someone with 2hands to carry more than 2 items

Great experience. Hot food, friendly staff and exactly what we needed as we were on the road. So many McDonald's get it wrong, but I couldn't fault this one.

Please tell your staff to learn how to assemble a simple burger it’s ridiculous, absolutely drenched in sauce no need at literally had to throw both of my burgers away as they were drenched in sauce, soggy bread falling to bits also everything was cold when it arrived chips were ice cold only good thing was my coke classic

The service at this place on drive thro is absolutely terrible, they are so slow, iv waited 20 mins after giving my order, when you get to service window they don't even acknowledge you until they have your order, your drinks come then another wait for your food, your better off going in and picking up.

never in the slightest warm don't advertise Minecraft things then don't deliver them pointless

Busy McDonalds - drive thru can be painfully slow. Parking is free and easy so it may be quicker to go in and pick up at peak times. Food is usually made well and the staff are decent. I had an issue once a one of the managers handled it well.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The outside is full of teenagers causing issues for customers going in and out the establishment, especially at night. It's not McDonald's fault that this happens and I felt extremely sorry for the poor lady who worked there having to deal with anti social behaviour as she didn’t deserve it. The establishment is absolutely filthy. It's the type of place you wipe your feet on the way out of. It's truly grim. The toilets are embarrassing. The locks on the doors are broken, the loos are filled with waste that's not cleaned and there's a distinct lack of toilet roll. I'm surprised this store passes food hygiene standards. The service is very slow. They appear short staffed and its clear hardly any of the staff even know what they're doing. Additionally the self service machines don't work as they should, your order doesn't show up on screen so its a guessing game as to how long you will wait. I visited twice, and I'll never visit again. Avoid.

I just ordered 3 large Minecraft movie meals from the drive thru I was collecting the toys for my nephew who is a big fan of Minecraft went home and realised they did not give me the toys that I payed for. Such a disappointment. Payed 2 quid per meal on top for nothing. As always McDonald’s never fails to disappoint.

I ticked the list off items that I didn’t want on the burger eg: gherkins altogether I ordered the bun burger and cheese you sent everything on it then didn’t send apple pieces only thing that was right was the coke and food was cold to say it only took 23mins and yr at the bottom of the hill

Went to the drive thru as usual and after waiting quite a while got my order, surprised I wasn’t asked to park up as per usual. In the parking bay checked my food before I drove home to realise an item was missing. Called up to ask if they could bring said item to the car as they always ask everyone to park up and they will bring food out anyway to be told I need to either come inside or go to the drive thru, my daughter is autistic and had no shoes or jacket on therefore I didn’t feel comfortable getting her out the car as it’s freezing outside and the drive thru was jam packed so our order would have been stole cold by the time we made it round, manager wouldn’t send anyone out to quickly pass the item although they don’t mind doing this daily when asking people to park up making me have to get my daughter out the car to go in the store to get my refund as I no longer want to eat food from these companies can’t even do a simple thing as to bring an item out that THEY missed off.

espresso was packed in correctly before being give to driver so has split bag and dropped everywhere when he gave to me at do. hot coffee everywhere

I went with my family tonight we have placed an order and ask an English lady for Luke warm water she denied to give me with a rude posture and was very disrespectful and disgusting .

Avoid absolutely awful waited 20 minutes to have cold food how could that happen. staff have awful attitude when I complained will never go back dreadful.

Ordered at 12.00 for 13.00 delivery. Arrived at 13.40, the burgers were cold and the driver tried to kick my little cockerpoo dog. All in all, not the best experience.
