I'm not fond of the food my granddaughter is, so we went in, how tasty our food was and clean it was, glad I tried it .

Nice and friendly staff. Always slow though and often have had the wrong order.

Once again I have not received my entire order

They have a different idea of fast food than the rest of the world. 10 mins stationary in the drive through line. Ludicrous

did not receive the fries in the happy meal and I only got 2 chicken nuggets in the meal and asked for a cucumber bag but got melon and I don't like melon I would like a refund

the food was completely cold, I request some condiments none received. if you don't want order's after a certain time then don't,accept them. A complete waste of money

Worst place ever. Visited 5 times and never open after 12.00am. - 24 hours open - a complete lie. Might as well close. Avoid this McDonald's like the plague

Delivery driver circled my street about 40 times, food then arrived cold and missing items

Ordered through the app. Arrived at ten to eleven. Sat at the screen until five past and was told they couldn't serve us our order. If we had gone inside we would have got what we wanted.

Just Eat driver failed to deliver my order at all; I just got the drinks from someone else’s order. In spite of photo evidence, Just Eat then refused to refund me. However, when I contact McDonalds direct they offered to replace all my items if I could collect and when I arrived even threw in an extra donut by way of apology ( ironic when it wasn’t them who had failed to deliver). Food was delicious. Thank you to Connor for sorting everything out!

I ordered a double big mac and the chips were missing from the order with no option to buy a drink.

The food was cold , and I had to wait ten mins for a replacement. I only got that because I had to go and ask where it was ,Teenage children chucking food about, etc

Brilliant but other guests as no respect useing Bad language in front of youngsters 2+ years my young relatives asking what the bad words mean when we leaveing to go home please cans McDonald's stat makeing some changes like divide to kids from the one who are not with or have kids with them they sit away from to kids that way the kids can be kids and may be a safe space for them to enjoy them selfs when in the restaurant

Absolute s*ite!!! Without fail every order is wrong or items missing.. NO ONIONS.. yet every burger has onions on!! Like talking to a brick wall!

Well done again. We ask for burgers with no pickles or sauce and get them labelled ONLY pickles. 10/10 for poor customer service. We get to Colne from Fence because Nelson couldn't get any orders right whenever we went. Next time I will ask for the bag to be checked at the window before accepting it. Holding others up seems like the only way to get an order that is correct

Its meant to be fast food had to wait ages at the ordering point at the drive through then waited to pick food up to be told to wait in the car park because the burgers wasn't ready but when we got the food why was the burgers cold the thing is we only ordered two burgers and a cheese burger i would have thought they would have had burgers on the go all the time should have gone to kfc next door

I am very unhappy. I received part of my order and part of someone else’s order . I tried to get the couriers attention as he was leaving my property , but he just ignored me and left . I have only had part of a refund , I would need to get a full refund . I have token images of the orders and receipts. If I don’t receive a satisfied outcome , I will be taking just eat to a small claims court . I called the branch of macdonalds and they were very helpful . Mr N Elliott

Ordered a banana milkshake they sent Coke I don’t drink coke..the chips were cold..two mc flurry’s one half full other had about a quarter full when ur paying £1.99 u want a full portion and half of that was melted ! Wont be using delivery again

When You Have to Eat McDonald's can't be Beat

All items were delivered including the straws! The burgers, wraps & happy meal were good. I ordered a hot chocolate too which came piping hot! & the McFlurry’s went down a treat! The packaging was clean & well presented. The delivery driver was friendly. Thanks McDonalds 🌟

For the 3rd time in a row now they have missed things off my order. Absolutely fuming. Never again would I order from here. Rapidly getting worse and worse.

Everytime I order, I'm always missing things from it

Had to wait a long time to get food then it came just look warm. A Asian lady wrapping burgers up kept dropping food on floor then stepping round it and a Asian male came with a brush pan and cleaned half of it up. When she had dropped more food he came again cleaned only half up again. I went to the toilet before Leaving only to be greeted with a urine wet floor A total disgusting disgrace Wish I had taken photos Will be reporting this to health authorities.

Items missing and just thrown in a bag

Staff is extremely friends which is always a bonus. However, the drive through agent forgot part of my meal so I had to go back and get it which wasted time and made the food cold.. The manager was kind enough to issue me a fresh new meal but I forgot about the drink was in the car so it went all warm.. I didn't have the energy anymore so I went away. Please dot mess up the order as it's already exhausting driving in a busy area. Anyways, thankyou for your continued hard work.

Once again cold food from here,there really is no need for food to arrive cold,I ordered at 5pm for 6pm food arrived at 6.23pm

My mother in law bought me a wrap of the day and a chocolate and raspberry pie the pie when I took a bit there was no sauce in it just a tiny bit at the bottom I was expecting more of the sauce inside the pie very disappointing indeed

Waited an hour and a half for delivery. I appreciate they are busy but that was a long time to wait.

Ordered one large and one medium milkshake ended up being two child"s carton of milkshake and fir the 3rd time no sauce with nuggets.

Chicken mayo didn’t taste very good but everything else was fine. Delivery time was pretty good too and all the food was warmer than expected.

the food arrived stone cold had to order from some where else nothing has been done to rectify this issue and the food was for my 5 year old nephew I'm not happy with this service and them not rectifying the problem I do not recommend ordering through just eat

Went at about 21.30 on a Friday! Not a great experience as was busy and a bit rowdy and quite a long wait ...20 mins for 3 McFlurrys ! Suppose it was the time of day. Staff were clearly doing their best

The delivery driver refused to pass the food over due to his just eat app not working he was rude and not helpful what so ever! Had 5 hungry kids waiting for good that by the time he passed it over it was cold and half the order was missing.
