Mcdonald's Restaurants in Ealing

saw a dead woman. didnt know this was a homeless shelter. very slow service woman was standing like a zombie ignoring us at the till and a man with a twirly moustache staring at me creepily. there was also a man billing a zoot at the door and the security were hanging out with him. would give -1 stars if i could. i also saw a fox get run ober oitside in the rain. it was raining and it was a food experience. the food was bery cold and burger was dryer than the sahara deset

They got my order wrong and it was a thirty minute wait I’m not coming again until this steps up

I come here on the way to work, sometimes with a colleague, but service takes time as they are understaffed. Staff don't speak to you and look like they don't want to be there. Food is good, everything else cruddy.

This has the standard McDonald's menu and the modern ordering machines & collect facilities but the staff service is pretty poor by the standards of the franchise. On my visit the option to have orders delivered to a table was present on the machines but not a single "tent" sign could be seen by any machines, requiring eating in customers to queue up. The restaurant is on split floors which limits the space available and the staff were being exceptionally slow and making mistakes, with many take-away orders coming on trays and having to be bagged at the counter. Getting round and out of the restaurant is tricky with limited space to manoeuvre due to the poor placement of tables and crowd control. As MDs go this is one better avoided.

Used to order online but the delivery was always wrong so today decided to go and make order and pick it up, unfortunately still the same experience 1 item missing after I checked then the girl behind the counter wanted to argue with me and ask me couldn't I read, after explaining to her numerous times that an item was missing then she realised got the item and not even an apology. McDonald's your name is becoming a joke now with franchises like these not long before customers have just had enough and take there business elsewhere. Rubbish service and really unprofessional staff, give this place a miss is my best advice.....

Me and my friend have been waiting for 1 hour and 10 mins for our mcds delivery we got no notification that it was at our door they said they were waiting at our front door for 7 mins. But never knocked. So now we have to order again. Disappointing. Never ordering their again.

I went to this shop to get a meal for me and a homeless woman and checked in outside the Covid app. A very rude member of staff, Monika was at the entrance and wouldn't allow me to get in if I didn't show her my phone. Someone needs to educate these people that not even the Police checks phone without a warrant, also that we are customers not children. At collection they took my receipt that was supposed to be presented as expenses for my work and when I asked for it back she turned her back. I've worked in prisons where staff was more welcoming. Not recommended at all.

The mcdonals currently has a few seating areas but I could not go down to get my order I had to send someone else as the lift for the buggy was not working. This is not good for people with buggies or wheelchairs. The mcds is located close to ealing broadway station and the shops

Bought a hot drink takeaway when I went back to the office drink it. It was disgusting I had no time to take it back never going back to this mcdonalds not very clean.

I have not been in here for ages but late at night there is no choice so came in for a coffee. Service was quick and efficient as they were not busy. Their coffee is reasonably priced and is just about drinkable.

tables not cleaned, noisy, overcrowded, at times chicken bits are undercooked and cold. The machines could be more responsive and the place could be cleaner

On several occasions including today, I order the five chicken strips meal, and obviously, the people working there don't know how to count. I always get 4 or less strips and they forget the sauce and don't give you napkins. So first of all, please learn to count from 1 to 5. So here it goes... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. When it's advertised as 5 chicken strips, you should be supplying 5, not 3, not 4. It's pretty basic. And yes, that should come with sauce, and yes, it should come with napkins. There is no basic training nor quality control and the restaurant is constantly grubby and smells. When they do clean, they deliberately spray stuff in front of you whilst you're eating. Why can't you clean the other side of the restaurant where no ones sitting, aside from deliberately annoying someone having a meal at their table. It's rude and disgusting.

We had an average size order but only half the order turned up, the other half was half size portions, tipped out in bags and cold. Tried ringing restaurant and they were not bothered or willing to rectify.

more than 4 times i ordered from this place and every time I order fries they come as a half portion, i just odered a agian and again a half portion, so i call them and they tell me that they sent the fries as a large plus a full portion and it should arrive as a full large portion, so i ask so the driver eats then then they say not if the seal is broken, i say no its never broken, a long silence on the phone until it cut off So never order UBER Never complain as they dont no what they are doing Never talk to them as they have no customer service THEY DONT CARE

Once you been to one mcdonalds I feel like you been to moat. All the local pubs stopped serving food, and all I had available was McDs. Good burger. Good fries. Good drink. Only issue was ordering. Did not take my American card with chip... and believe this location does not take the swipe method and do not do signatures... only pin. All I know it took a while to figure out. Ended up paying with cash.

McD is as always a descent place to have a quick break while having food. Nevertheless staff in every outlet is good as the food is.
