McDonald's in Ealing

Food was freezing cold and it shouldn’t be.

The delivery was on time but some food was missing.

Always always always missing items from this restaurant and they are not helpful at all when trying to discuss this on the phone

My order never arrived but says delivered waiting for a refund!!

The order was never delivered, it was marked as delivered 2 hours after it was placed

Part of my order is missing ....cheese melts sharebox and terrys chocolate orange pie, my last order also had something missing i am very disappointed and would like them refunded WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM TARGET IF THIS CONTINUES TO HAPPEN

Took 50 minutes to get the food from the tome i placed the order to the time it was delivered. Delivery was 30 later then estimated for somewhere thats 10 minute drive away

Of course. As always at McDonald's one thing was missing from the order. In the last few orders 4/6 were missing. And who did Just eat punish for that? Me. Now the restaurant employees will be able to not add food to the order because after all Just eat will claim that the customer is lying anyway. joke

This place rarely get the order right, there is always something missing or they don't remove things that you request. My partner has a strong dislike for cheese, but if you ask the to remove it, they seem to add more. Burgers are thrown together.

Chips were cold & hard, burger was war.

The buy 1 applie pie get 1 apple pie free did not work on the Justeat app. I wasted 10 minutes clearing the basket, restarting the app, etc. Then I had to go on the computer to order again. Also, the codes are annoying, please get rid of them.

Late and drink spilled everywhere

Why are the bags always soaked with my drink when delivered it’s so annoying. My food and dessert got filled with Fanta

JUST EAT - you need to make sure your drivers understand basic english !!!! I specificly put a note to CALL WHEN OUTSIDE AND NOT DELIVER WITHOUT CALLING, driver came and rang door bell. When i tried talking to him, he just said “yeah yeah yeah”, i asked “you don’t understand, right ?”. He answered “no no sorry”. Not the forst time tho ! You should do better than that to resolve constant issues with daft drivers and missing orders !!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, all I can give is 2 stars, fries a bit too salty, and the burger not so good, very dry burger, and the meat was way too thin to feel that you eat a proper burger

Hash browns slightly over cooked and food was cold by the time it arrived but at least the hash browns were not overly greasy

Very pleasant experience and nicely decorated.

Breakfast at 5am. 4 Sausage and egg mcmuffins. 8 hash browns. Great food as expected. These guys don't miss tbh.

Zero customer services, took ages for my breakfast to come, only muffins, there excuse, "we are busy sir". There was no body in the restaurant apart from me and there was nobody in the drive through!

Driver delivered to other location before us so food cold. Also went past my property and waited 5 minutes before calling me to ask where we actually were.. McRib had no sauce.

Every single order that we place at this branch is always missing items. We ordered a sharebox plus some other items and they sent the dips but no share box?! How can you sent the dips for the item but forget to put the item in all together? Its the same every single time with this place we never have this issue with any other branch. I don't know what the staff are doing in there but it's clearly not working. Worst part is you don't even get your money back!!!! Daylight robbery 😤

The coffee had spilt everywhere, soaked the bag it was in and also the accompanying bag of food. There was even a puddle in the courier's outer bag. More than half the coffee had spilled out and the hash browns were sodden. very poor packing by McD

they let the chips go cold and tried to cover it up by putting loads of salt on them.the burger had one pickle,the onions weren't cooked and the burger overall was dry and cold.the food took forever even though I live 5mins away and when the food arrived the cokes had been knocked over and the bag was soaked.

Adam who works here is such a gem, every time I come here his positive hospitality puts a smile on my face , and the other staff here are also really nice! , makes a change:)

Delivery was great lovely friendly driver but again McDonald’s Target left an item off my order as they did with the last order so I do not understand why it’s so hard for the staff to fulfil an order correctly previously using Ealing as my local they always delivered the correct order

Food took ages to be delivered, my food came cold when the restaurant is only 10 minutes away and didn’t follow amendments I made to my burgers. I asked for no lettuce I received both burgers with lettuce in it.

Order is always so slow...you can order a fries on its own and they will make 4 or 5 order first put it all on tray then give it to customers....waiting 8 mins for fries is ridiculous...why not give the order when it's prepared

Sent wrong order that was freezing cold and it was somebody someone else’s order from 7pm when I order at 10:30pm

Delivery drivers app not working. Half a cup of cold coffee and i ordered a cappuccino looked like regular coffee, no froth, no Coco sprinkled on top and you want to charge me £2.69 plus delivery fee on my order. 70p difference if i collected (1.99)
