McDonald's in Ealing

This is the second time I've had nausea from the beef burgers. I don't know if the meat is being undercooked or if it's just old, but I can't keep ordering from here.

The hashbrowns in my order were missing

Tracking delivery. Went in different direction 4 times before heading to mine. Picked up other orders and delivered while holding mine. Arrived freezing cold as anticipated. When i told him it was freezing cold he shrugged his shoulders & smirked

Chicken nuggets were abit pink

refused to take the stairs up to my door to deliver food.

cold food. spilled drinks. melted ice cream. 45 minutes late. worst service ever.

There was a green thing on my chicken nugget(look like a leaf)

Free Big Mac was missing. Recieved a McChicken sandwich instead of the Philly Stack that I ordered.

This is second time we order food and waiting for half hour during two weeks. And a lady assistant manager was very rude she said it’s not her fault cos machine had problem,I told her why no one informed to customer . But she seem like doesn’t care about it. Very bad customer service.never return again.

Gents toilet was locked. Classical music being played created a good atmosphere in my opinion.

I don’t know why I bother with this place, my order is always cold. They must prepare it and leave it on the counter till a driver turns up or the driver must fly down the road holding my food up to the elements

The place is much smaller than it used to be. A few tables only. It became a delivery pick up point

The whole ordered was COLD!! Therefore it had to go in the microwave and then it didn't taste like it usually does!! Very disappointed! I don't know why this occurred but it's just not good enough!!

I advised drivers don’t go very narrow parking and difficult. I been there with friends & due to personal problem staying little longer but got tickets for saying over staying 19min , very congested difficult getting parking & manoeuvres. If some reason over staying then will get tickets. They don’t listen or Restaurant don’t supportive for that .foods is just okay

Asked for an extra ketchup, and was met with utter rudeness.. 6 Mc Nuggets, and 1 ketchup is meant to be sufficient? Won’t return.

Ordered through the Mcdonalds app for delivery and once it delivered. It is missing a double sausage Mcmuffin and when i called them to discuss about the order and missing item. They couldn’t find it in their system eventhough i got the email confirmation for the order number and the person told me to call back within 10 - 15 minutes and when i called back. It is ringing but no answer. This is ridiculous in fact that they don’t check the order and put the items properly.

Initially stopped at Hayes but too busy so had to go to South Harrow. Priority always seem to be given to drive through, not so much fast food, just a little quicker.

Everything was excellent specially the food. It was warm! Thanks a lot

Mr. Adam, who takes orders, is incredibly energetic and clearly loves his job. Even though we usually use app order every time we come, he says "Hello!" to every customer with his wonderful diction and the same sincerity. This is incredible! Thank you Mr. Adam!

Really good, burgers and fries upright and not sideways. Saves having to open them and rebuild the burgers and dig through the bag for the fries. Great job guys, thanks.

Ridiculously out of sync with estimated delivery time.

All of the hot food for a £22 order was cold, because the driver must of taken the wrong route, he was literally 1 minute from my house and then the time increased by 13 minutes, i was offered a refund of £5.11,ridiculous! Why should i lose out because of bad service?

The driver tried to insist i take the wrong order, i said no and closed the door, he then came back a few minutes later with the right order that was cold. He was not very helpful at all and rude when i told him that the food had been sat in his car

Looking forward to a nice warm Egg McMuffin coffee and hash brown. Coffee was good and that was all. The sausage patties very clearly burnt, the egg should have been on a key ring it was so overdone. Quality control where were you.

After long time felt to treat self Mc Breakfast, I used to enjoy the previous BIG BREAKFAST, no more. No one to take counter order, so I tried and managed to order Egg/cheese muffin + Brown Hash and Tea, kept watching the screen showing “preparing”. +15 minutes same message, tried to call staff, took few minutes, complained been waiting, she went and came back after another few minutes, food was cold. It appears attention was given to Drive in customers, also tables with leftovers, not been cleaned.

Pretty normal to wait 15 minutes for an ice cream or even a coffee, easiest things to prepare.

Always have an issue with order. They never check their ticket and miss an items in delivery. Not once or twice, it has been for numbers of times. Which seems intentional. worst McDonald I have to say.

My order did not arrive yet says delivered! The driver stole my order! I have a code and it will be interesting to see how he delivered without a code

The food was cold. Looks like it was my original order that didn’t arrive and I called McDonalds. They said I had to order again. The label on the food was from my earlier order. So the food was returned to them as the driver couldn’t find my address. No phone call to ask either. I re ordered and got the cold soggy food. This is poor service

Quarter of the drink left on arrival and food was completely stone cold. For a resturant to be 7min away.

When McDonald’s is good it’s great, this was brilliant, all the components to the Big Mac & QP with cheese were perfect, quality seems to have improved.

Friendly staff, not so good service as it is busy but not enough staff, clean place in general but could be better, it took them mor than 20-25 mins to prepare an apple pie, hard to find all dishes on the menu available, got my order cold as they put somewhere and forgot about it!!

my cheeseburger wasn't made how I wanted it. I want a refund for that because my son didn't eat it.

I left a note for the delivery details and even put a pin on the map and driver still struggle to find it. When I told him that I put a pin on the map, he just answered “Oh, I don’t check the map.” What’s the point of having the option to put a pin on the map if the driver doesn’t even care about it and making it sound like it’s my problem.

Because it supports an entity that does not exist
