McDonald's in Ealing

What is the point doing this place up. They are terrible!! The service is always wrong and so long. Don't expect to get your order from the window- even jus a small order. You always have to sit and wait forever. Absolute shocker of service here.

Worst service all the staff was rude taking too much time to serve no one is attending properly very bad experience

Nobody cares about the front customers. Very slowly

This is a small place, not many seats, but there's loads going on... Drive thru, deliveries etc. Consequently is can take a little time to retrieve your order. Heads up: the parking is confusing, and you can end up going to the roundabout if you're not careful.

Ive order on app, was first in queue, another 5 customer came in, was served first. Also they focus on the drive trough and when theres is time , they come on counter. Now i know why Mcdonalds changed inside the restaurant, you cant see anybody to make a complain. Order on my car and wait almos 10 minutes for a fast food.

Food took 15 minutes and only ordered a mighty muffin and there was 4 people inside and only 2 cars in the drive through. Lazy staff

Used the drive through and was told to park in a bay as the food wasn’t ready. The bay I was sent to was also marked for disabled drivers. I parked there as instructed and have since received a £100 penalty notice from the McDonald’s parking contractor. Called the restaurant who were completely unhelpful telling me to ‘just appeal’ Appeal has failed, head office of McDonald’s not interested at all. I would urge anyone using this drive though not to leave the window where you pick up your food until you have it otherwise you risk being fined!

The renovation is awful. Barely anywhere to sit now- the whole operation is now basically a dark kitchen for delivery orders and take out

I have never experienced such poor service at a McDonald's. The service at drive thru is extremely poor. Came multiple times within a week and every single time the staff did not understand the order, nor did they bother to. Order was incorrect every time. They take the fast out of fast food as you're stuck waiting in line for ages. Even when explicitly asked for a certain number of sauces and extras, they blatantly ignore your request and just throw whatever into the bag. Would probably be quicker parking up and going inside, where hopefully you'd receive better service.

Ordered a meal was charged for a large meal without asking then when I realised that it was expensive I asked for a refund as it is dishonest to charge someone extra for something they did not ask for and then the refund was incorrect and had to wait for a full refund. I felt ripped off twice. It’s an upgrade so ask if they want to upgrade. Simple …..

This venue is fine, more suited for a take away than sitting down to eat, only has a few tables. Staff were polite and helpful.

Overall good, fast deliveries although almost always forget/ don’t put in sauces even when buying extra paid sauces. Often forget other items.

Just keeps going down hill. The whole set up is geared to service delivery apps so foot and drive through customers suffer. In the last four visits I've been asked to park and wait every time, and there is no space to park due to dozens of mopeds buzzing in and out and getting served first.

The restaurant has changed no more tills or staff to take orders.

Very clean store fries were nice fresh hot chicken nuggets were warm as it they had been sitting around was going to complain but was on my way back home from a weekend away and tired car park was well spaced out and clean overall very good young girl constantly sweeping and wiping well done 👏

Several times i've ordered via Uber Eats and the staff at this Mc Donalds got my order wrong! Despite the receipt that arrived with the order had the correct order details. Very incompetent staff

Sat 30th March 2024, place is now open and more spacious for the drive through, unfortunately you still run the risk of running someone over if they don't stop as they leave the store, straight onto a zebra crossing that is a blind bend, spent all that money and didn't put a mirror so they could see the road and I could see the person stepping out. School boy error, Really really jolly bloke on the speakerphone of the drive through( is that the end of your order,repeated after every item ordered) so happy, always.makes my day........

McDonald's refurbishment was a disappointment. With less seating available and cold interior design. What happened to casual family friendly McDonald's?

It's a McD :) I should probably stop right there but: What was once a great Pub , then a great McDonalds, after recent refurbishment is some sort of a food pitstop ( for lack of a better word) with strange access ( from the street, instead of the restaurant, you walk into a long corridor with some doors to your right that say 'no entry' ( not very welcoming is it?.)Normally you'd expect to walk straight in to the restaurant and the offices to be somewhere at the back of the house. What were they thinking 🙄. Food is great if you like McD but overall experience is negative. There is pretty much no seating area now, so dont expect to be able to go in and eat your food inside. There are only couple of benches. I won't be visiting again. Sorry McDonalds 🤷

This is the second time I have ordered from McDonald’s(church road) and they have messed up my order twice. This time they did not put 2 apple pies I have ordered and we had to wait for so long for them not to get our order right.

You've been re-open just over 24 hours and you're shocking already. Cold food. No sauces after being asked what sauces I want. No straws for drinks. Start as you mean to go on huh?

At certain times of the day, it's quiet and relaxing . But about lunchtime and when kids close school it can get quite busy

Service was terrible, the car park was mayhem, the staff at window 3 were rude and not up to the job, my daughter had to go in for the rest of the food as they hadn't handed it all out of the window. The manager then reprimanded the staff member in front of the whole restaurant, and she broke down in front of my daughter. A thoroughly nasty experience.

Constantly NO DIPS ON DELIVERY like 8 times out of 10, even the ones you pay for. Even when drive thru have to check. Is it so damn difficult to read the ticket ?! So disappointed, will choose other shops rather than mcds from now on.

I have had mobile app order here several times and haven't had any issues so far. Naturally, at busy times, I have had to wait a while to get my order but I understand the situation.

Sarbjwar was extremely helpful after Just Eat messed up my order and having to wait over 2 hours for an update on the app. Sarbjwar was very helpful in resolving this issue despite it being a problem on Just Eats behalf. Very thankful for the fantastic customer service.

Last 3 orders from here have had items missing or wrong

Drive through took ages to get me the food, they asked me to park in the bay to wait for someone to come out with food, waited a long time, food was luke warm! I was too tired and hungry to complain.

Ordered online, the food came stale, soggy, the chips dry. Won't be ordering there again

This place can never get an order right especially through just eat every time it’s maybe 2-3 items missing. Beyond a joke!

This branch is in a reasonable location if you're passing by but the road layout is confusing and you need to know where you're going. The staff are helpful and easy to deal with. There's not a lot of parking which could be a problem at peak times.

Fast food with fast service. Sometimes they will miss packing all the items you've ordered though!

Adam displayed excellent customer service, very kind and funny. Clear and concise on the intercom when I was at the drive through. Great job!

The pictures say it all. Paid for extra bacon pickles and sauces..fries were small and the food was very cold.

I ordered drive-through and a few of the stuff we ordered were missing. They always do that, never give you the full order

Drive through was awful on 2 occasions this week. First occasion they forgot my hash brown so I had to park up and walk into the restaurant. And then just this evening, the same Drive through handed me luke warm nuggets and cold fries. My replacement fries then had no salt on the.....apauling service.

Ordered using the app. My order was prepared upon arrival and I only had to wait 5mins before it was ready. My only issue is that the collection area was small and busy.

Good service. But takes time to deliver to you. Preferably collect it.

Not much to say its McDonald's.. Either they serve quickly or you wait until 20 others have been handed their food before you - no inbetween.

They can’t send the whole order through ubereats. Almost every time they miss part of my order. When I called to complain, they only said sorry and that they can’t deliver ice cream now. So they charged me and didn’t deliver what I ordered.

Been here before and used the drive thru . On this occasion we decided to eat in . Just finished at the fishing event at Northala Feilds "Get hooked on fishing " , my son and I took a young kid of our neighbour who has Autism and he loved it...highly recommended. Going back to mc D we sat down and ordered food whilst my was in the queue there were these young girls moaning about a homeless guy in the queue because he smelled . He had managed to find a free meal on one of there promotion cups/ packages. Fair play to the staff they let him get on with and he sat across from us and was pleasantly sat and didn't disturb anyone. At some point he left and never noticed as I wanted to buy him some more food. As we left and drove of I was looking out for him to no avail. Just we came out of the car park there is parade of shops and he was stood in the Doorway. We called out to him but I think he thought we were being abusive and turned away. So I got my son to stop the car causing slight backup of traffic and jumped out and went over and gave him a £10 . When receiving this he thanked me, but to hear his voice so well spoken and polite it made my weekend. So if you him or anyone down on there luck remember the priceless gifted of giving 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I won a milkshake on the double peel and my daughter went to claim it. The man behind the counter turned to his coworker and said something in a different language, then turned back round and said they don’t do milkshakes. I went to the machine and saw in fact they did do milkshakes and he just didn’t want to make it for free. When I queried this he told me milkshakes had been taken off the menu because the machine was broken so I asked ‘is it broken now?, because the machine would have let me pay for one!’ Of course he then honoured our win! Absolutely disgraceful trying to take advantage of my teenage child!

Nicely located near main roads with parking and drive through and available 24/7 from what it said on the main building sign .

Overall good experience as they have outside seating. Time spent well as the weather was good

They wouldn't allow me to buy food even tho I was starving because I was a black child also a worker called Adam who is a cleaner followed me around the shop and invaded my personal space I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life bare in mind I'm in a school uniform a clear show that I'm a minor

Fast and easy drive through that is open 24hours. Nice parking area at the back too to enjoy before continuing journey. Next to next priced petrol station in the area too.

Order included 3 chocolate milkshakes. Received 1 chocolate milkshake, 1 brown milkshake that tasted of strawberry, 1 brown milkshake that tasted of banana. Burgers and fries were low quality even for lunchtime rush - not well cooked, not well put together.

If you don't mind receiving part of your order or customising your order then just receiving the menu standard then this is your place. I honestly think the staff do it on purpose as how can it happen EVERY TIME you order?!!!

Good place for a quick bite, see Isha when you go there. Even though its a fast chain she still talks nicely and advices if you have any questions about the meal. Isha you’ve deserved this credit

When going to pay for the food, we were shocked to discover that card payments were NOT taken. Cash only.

Located just of a extremely busy motorway can be very difficult to entry and I specially leave. The set up of the drive through is confusing and traffic hazzard. Due to the build up of traffic , customers are abusive. Staff continuously make errors in your orders, hence we never leave without checking the contents of the bag. My advise check your order before leaving the window, as travelling back is a major hassle.

The fact that I am now able to customise my burger before even entering the restaurant deserves five stars. Burgers were awesome. The members of staff were very helpful and the lady who helped me put my burgers inside my backpack deserves a medal. Great food and great service.

took ages for my simple order. no one was going to give the order if i didnt ask. the sweet chilli wrap has no chilli sauce in it. the fries i ordered were spilled into the paper bag and was not put upright. the staff werent even focusing on the order and were talking and joking to other colleagues instead

Got a ticket on parking for eating to long, staff not willing to help

Full of delivery drivers in biker gear. Carpark full of mopeds meaning I struggled to get my car back out of the parent/ chil bay as they'd literally blocked me in. No table service or 'dine in' option so everything in takeaway bags. Tables left unclean. I witnessed delivery orders being made and left on a shelf before a driver was even there to collect. One was on the shelf the whole time I was there from ordering to collecting Mt food 😱😱😱😖 I'm sure that customer had a complaint about it ... poor service. Do better.

Prompt service, but my fish looked like it had been precooked and just reheated to serve. So a month later and I'm back. This time everything was piping hot. Fish seemed freshly cooked. Excellent service.

McDonald's is McDonald's tale it or leave it you either love it or hate it me personally I love a McDonald's and so does my daughter I love a big mac and she loves her nugget happy meal and staff who was cleaning the area was very nice and helpful went out there way to help me and my daughter and anything we needed so overall the staff was very good

Absolute joke. If you order takeaway it's always wrong so I stopped on my way home. The women at the drive through held up the queue so they could flirt with two guys in a car. So many people sounding their horns that the manager came out.. but did nothing. Shocking.

Ordered my meals and two apple pies and didn't receive apple pies, staff need to do a better job of reading orders and packing food for deliveries , won't bother ordering from here again if they can't get it right !!! 😑

Ordered fillet of fish meal paid for extra tartar sauce, they forgot to add it came as normal, the fries were a bit cold ... but enjoyed my fillet a fish.😋
