Sorry but I have to say the portion sizes are being reduced and prices are rising. Ordered a whole chicken for two, and got barely one portion of chips between two people. Normally it's two portions of chips. They used to offer more within the whole chicken meal deal but can't say i would recommend them anymore. Fine we're paying more but no reason for not giving decent petitions. Update on chips portions - last two visits have been much better!

None of them wear gloves including the chef! shockingly, the chef doesn’t wear a beard cover either! the wraps and burgers are all soggy now, before used to be good. Staff used to wear gloves, food was nice too. it has gone down the hill for some reason.

Disappointed. The women who work there can’t understand English so it’s hard to place a telephone's order. The food was very burnt and dry and they forgot the chips. Not impressed and won’t be ordering here again.

Staff are rude and unprofessional

Ordered twice both times took nearly 1 hour to arrive when I’m down the road. Call the restaurant to find out what’s going on and they don’t have a clue. Even got told il get a call back and nothing. Joke

Terrible service and the people says 7 mins and then 15 mins and even after 20 mins the food wasn't ready despite of ordering over the phone. Used to be our go to place but will not go there again.

Chicken wasn't fresh, was very rubbery and they forgot an item which I already payed for, this isn't the first time they forgotten items with my order

Lots of staff chatting to each others, only 1 person on till another cooking. Extremely slow services and took over 15 minutes for takeaway food.

I only wonder why they use plastic fork and knife. It gutted me to use plastic items for having foods. Most of the time it breaks once tried to cut the chicken!!

Very nice and good food. BUT rude till service. I forgot to tell them about something I didn’t want in the burger and then he decides to have a go at me as why I didn’t tell him before when he took my order down. I felt like giving him the lecture back but I kept my distance.

Fresh and tasty chiken, friendly staff ,the best grilled chicken i ever tried.

Terrible food. The chicken was bland. The chips are literally worse than chicken shop. Charged us £0.49 for the dips. The worse roosters I have ever been to.

I ordered whole chicken on the phone, got to the shop the staff were busy talking to each other I had to wait a for a while before I was seen. The staff were rubbish couldn’t speak a word of English. Took my food home the chicken was raw I could literally see blood. Disgusting I will never order food from them again. If I could give them -5 star I would but unfortunately the lowest I can go is 1 star.

What a Disaster. Waste of money. We cousins are pepe's peri peri fan but was thinking of try something else and we wasted our money. We ordered hottest half chicken/ burgers and wraps but unfortunately it was not even little bit of hot. Even my 2 years old cousin was eating that hottest half chicken and she was ok.. So dry chicken.. Probably tasted like chicken is not so fresh..

I ordered chicken wrap along with chicken burger, the chicken in the wrap was awfully smelly, smelled like pork meat instead of chicken. It went to the bin, as I do not eat pork. It is such a shame, the food charges are on higher side however still quality of food was so terrible.

I went to this shop to get a meal but i saw one worker cleaning an oven with jet wash close to food preparation Didn t really trust to buy from them as food contamination could spread everywhere I won t go there anymore

Peri peri chicken is well cooked and they have option of extra spicy. Ordered peri peri half chiken, Chicken wings, chiken wrap and strip bugers. The burgers were small though. Ober all quality and taste was good. Also its halal

Pitta was burnt and hard, had no lettuce, chips were burnt . Really poor given the price.

Lovely wholesome food that is tasty

Been here many times and always has tasty food. I usually place my order over phone and pick it up. Unfortunately the last two times I’ve walked in to place an order has been terrible, after waiting they served customers that came after me before me, second time didn't even take my order after 10 mins. Both times I had to walk out, poor customer service that needs to be addressed by management before you lose loyal customers.

The place appears clean. Chicken and chips were tasty and staff were helpful.

Been my local for years and years. They had a slight dip in customer service in recent years and the food quality was also downgraded but at least im happy to say the food quality is back up.

Low quality food with high prices no making any sense. More likely staff need more training because still 2nd time my order mix up with some other poor customer. I don't understand why staff is under so much pressure. Overall not happy with service and food quality.

My grilled chicken full plater came with 3 of the same part and one other part,thought full chicken suppose to have 2 and 2,to make matters worse it was was burnt and not in the slightest tasty,was very disappointed ,must have been a bad day for chef ,unfortunately for me it was my first time so won't be ordering from them again.

Just had a delicious meal here!!...the chicken was tender, juicy and full of flavour! Service was great too... I sat in to eat and must say the restaurant has been kept very clean. Will definitely visit again soon.👍

Lovely food reasonable price only downfall is sometimes when you collect your left waiting in a que for a while only to realise your food has been on a shelf the whole time. But other than that I highly recommend this place.

Marination is lovely takes to long for food and overpriced for what it is.

Nice grilled chicken with very good dressing and sauce. Prices are slightly higher than similar nearby shops but it's worth it. The dining place is small and can hold 4 tables, so this place is mostly good for takeaways.
