Roosters Piri Piri in Ealing

Staff very unprofessional and rude,don't know what they doing no customer service came out of store without ordering I would never visit then again only because of bad staff

Had Rooster has a family meal usually theses guys are really with hot food and a good helping of chips . Meal that was delivered was all cold and had to be reheated tried to contact them no answer felt appalled of the food delivered.

Do not waste your money on this place. Ordered a Rio Grande with some chips. The Burger was cold. The chips were cold and stale. Asked for my money back and left in a hurry. Fred

I drove 10 miles to get a meal and it was closed even it says its opened till 2am and it was shortly after 11pm.

If you expect to receive all the contents of your order from this place then I would highly recommend you don't spend your money here. Collected 4 orders from here over the course of 6 months and every single time there has been an Item missing. This happened again just now and this time they had the cheek to suggest I was lying when I called them up to ask for something that I had paid for. Not to mention their prices are a joke compared to when they first opened. At these prices you may as well just go to Nando's - at least you know you're getting everything you paid money for.

I called the restaurant for food collection. After 10 mins of call being on waited, staff finally picked up the call and straight put me on hold saying '1 min' as soon as I started conversation with 'can I order for collection'. After being on hold for 9 mins, my brother ( who suppose to pick up the food) went in restaurant and ordered for me while I am still on hold and hearing their conversation. I had to hang up at the end because my brother ordered it for me and waited another 20 mins for food.

We ordered a prawns wrap large, beef burger and quarter chicken. All tasted amazing and fresh. Price is affordable and place is clean. The only place we eat when we’re in Southall. Been there few times now.

Disappointed only after I had paid for my chicken did I become aware that all their food is HALAL,so I told them to keep the chicken and the money. Their should be a big sign warning people about Halal and it should also be mentioned on their website..

Worse place now and worse service. Ordered full chicken and wrap. Waisted money honestly. This place use to be very good back in. Now they don’t clean grill. No any more

Regular customer here for a long time. BUT last 3 out 6 times. The orders wrong or incorrectly charged. Not said anything about the 1st and 2nd time, but today there was wrong order taken, over charged and things missing in the order. To make it worse they still could not accept my complaint. Although I have cleared indicated the correct price, Knowledged service point and missing item. They simply hung up on my telephone call twice. That proves they can not be bothered. Feel cheated and no care and will not be going there again.

Use too eat here all the time since they put there prices up haven't visited as often. Chicken can be dry and tough to eat at times and even if you request lemon and herb it tastes of tandoori or there other spices they are mixing everything together. Place had potential before they are already very busy feel like they're looking after them selves and not the customers.

I’m a regular and the food is great, tasty, filling not too expensive. I’ve only had one wrap which I felt that the mayonnaise filling was a bit sour but that was when it first opened. I have no complaints since

Local chicken shop, food is amazing. Sometimes the wait is long, but that’s because they are busy. However out of the 4 roosters I have visited this one is by far the best. Shop is always clean and staff are friendly.

Had done a lot of shopping and obviously had no energy to cook So nearby and freshly cooked chicken healthy and grilled U can’t go wrong than to hav a healthy meal when extremely tired and hungry !

Arrived and had to wait a log time for 1 customer who could not decide what she wanted then when she walked away, I was not served and no one else in the kitchen noticed i was waiting. When i did get served, it was fine - good service after that. We ate in but the tables were not clean at all and the restaurant was not busy so there was no excuse for not cleaning the tables which had hair and sauces all over it, even the bin as overflowing. When we got the food, the chicken was harder than usual but we ate it when we probably should have returned it but we were very hungry. Overall, it could have been alot better. There seems to be a complete change in staff there. Previously, the food was much better. The new menu is also very complicated to work out what each item really is and what comes with the meals. The drinks were not part of the meal as previously done. I will return but maybe not eat in and check my food before leaving.

Bien de vez en cuando no te apetece cocinar en casa es el mejor lugar para un llevar. Es un pequeño restaurante de comida rápida en la calle principal cerca de una escuela secundaria siempre lleno a la hora de comer y por las noches, así que nunca sábado para cenar allí, pero he tenido llevar. Sirve sabrosos de pollo halal como bueno me parece que es el segundo mejor después de peri pollo peri nando's. El servicio puede ser lento si sólo ve dentro y el orden. Sin embargo, si te odio espera, me puede llevar orden al teléfono, pero tendrás que recoger su comida, ya que no ofrecen entrega a casa. La comida siempre es fresca y sabrosa, yo diría que una buena relación calidad-precio.

good quality chicken and good prices. a lot cheaper than nandos and its been pretty cool seeing the brand roosters grow over that passed 5 - 10 years. they have ditched the cheap beef pattys and bought in potentially one of the best burgers I've ever had, at a very good price. the chicken tikka is fantastic. better than the peri range they have IMO.

Así que es muy imaginar Pollo pero en un formato para llevar, con más opciones. Tienen sus gallinas, que se puede conseguir con especias diferentes, aunque casi siempre ir por el combo de hamburguesa, que tiene una carne de pechuga de pollo y un patty con patatas fritas y bebida dentro de un razonable 5 libras. Las salsas sin embargo son extra. No me puedo quejar de la hamburguesa para probar, es bastante bueno para un restaurante para llevar.

Encontramos este sitio de mapas de Google y nos impresionó. El personal era amable y servicial y el pollo lebenese corporales eran excelentes. No sólo era muy sabroso pero la envoltura era cocinada en una plancha que dieron un gran sabor barbacoa. Tenía una orden de patatas fritas que también lado eran geniales. El único inconveniente fue que las bebidas calientes de la máquina se había estropeado, pero una nueva era entregado como estábamos comiendo, así que estaban concentrados. Era evidente que la gente que trabaja en la zona fueron entrando para el almuerzo que es siempre una buena señal. Había mucha gente, pero nos dieron una mesa y la comida llegó en 10 minutos. Una oferta de comida con una envoltura, patatas fritas y bebida y otra envoltura vino a menos de £9. Todo sin duda volvería allí.

Have we reached a stage where clean tables and a smile or greeting have become unusual? The food here is very good and the portions fair. CLEAN YOUR TABLES AND AT THE VERY LEAST SMILE AT YOUR CUSTOMERS! It's not rocket science.

Lived a short walk away from here, and it's a very nice healthy option. Normally get a burger, wrap or pitta meal with a portion of wings.

He estado viniendo aquí el año pasado cada dos semanas con mi hijo. El lugar es limpio y la comida es excelente. Un buen amigo y entretenimiento para la familia y el personal es excelente.

Been visting almost everyday never find such a delicious food ever...staff is very friendly and polite and very much helpful I give 5 stars for food and service ...specially staff member with glasses on has got excellent customer service skills and very much polite with customers...:)

Good food and a nice choice of food. Clean seating area most of the time when the kids from the high school have not just been in. But I dropped the stars because it takes to long to be served and to get the food you what...

I went lots of time there food is awesome and cheap staff is very nice now they know me I have very good understanding with them and best thing is this very near to my house just 5 mints walk

I have been visiting Roosters since they opened and I visit at least once a week. I try to eat healthy do their grilled chicken is perfect. I eat it for dinner at home and lunch at work. My family loves the wraps so it's a winner all the time. The staff knows my order as soon as I walk in or walk by and give the thumbs up. Amazing Staff and Great service.

I took a take away before which was really nice but recent experience was very disappointing. The wings were stale and not at all nice, I will never go back there again and rather stick to Harrys down the road.

I've been coming to eat from roosters since they opened. The marinade and quality is absolutely amazing. I have also been to the roosters on south road in southall and rayners lane and can say even though a franchise food and service was poor especially rayners lane. I would possibly cry if they ever closed down.

Even if I compared this to Other chicken shops, this is better. They don't scrounge on marinade and everything is grilled. Great food, great taste, and almost half the cost of nando's. Win all round.

I always heard amazing reviews about “Roosters Piri Piri” and heard it’s better than Nandos.I can only do this review, based on what I ordered. The other components of the menu, sounded delicious and I probably would have been better off choosing one of those.I ordered x6 wings with Rice – I nearly cried when I saw what was served lol *Really wish I took a picture* The WINGS were TINY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I’m a girl! And that portion was not worth it. I've seen the wings at Nandos, and they look worth the price. But these wings were so tiny! The rice – is better than Nandos, but is a bit bland (however it was the only thing that filled me up)Next time, I’ll be going for a quarter chicken or something.Note to Roosters: Please upgrade your wings, they are far too small that it’s laughable.Note to customers: Don’t waste your money on the wings.

I ate here with a mate. This is a decent chain fast food place overall. The burger is better than you would get than at the Golden Arches. We waited for our grilled food and it was good. The problem with sitting down in this location is that the door would be opened alot and stay open. This wouldn't be a problem when it's warm but when it's cold it's not so nice...The next time I ate here I just got it as a take-away. Good food though but the sit down place could use some work. 4 stars for the good burger!

I'm a regular customer here, eating at least twice/thrice a month. The food is wonderful, especially the quarter chicken breasts which are seasoned well. The price is cheap combined with good quality food. We can normally get a meal for £5 per person which is good. I would definitely recommend this.

I have tried Roosters before and decided to give this one a try in Southall. It was busy but we got served and the food arrived in suitable time. We had a mixture of Piri Piri burgers and Piri Piri Chicken. It was an enjoyable meal, the place is small but we found a table and Roosters is a place we would certainly try again.
