This shop staff very rudley when I go and visit for dilivery as driver no one is packing on time food i wait there 20 minit for one order i don't know why they are ignoring drivers everytime is happens please consider to the owner who is not looking inside shop what is happens thanks

Keep packing kebabs in containers, it’s much better.

chips were dry, most likely my fault for ordering so late- and apple pie wasn't what i expected (was expecting a slice of american style pie but it was like an McDonald's apple pie) and tasted burnt even though it looked fine.

I wanted to take a moment to share some concerns regarding the packing and delivery process. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a slowdown recently, and this has affected the overall Staff take more than 20 minutes for 1 delivery packing every time takes long time to pack delivery The packing seems to be taking longer than expected, and this has directly impacted the delivery times. As a result, I am receiving orders later than anticipated, which is inconvenient. While I understand there may be reasons for delays, I would appreciate it if u could look into improving the speed and efficiency of this process. Perhaps there are areas where additional support or adjustments in workflow can help. I am confident that with some focus, we can speed things up and enhance delivery drivers satisfaction

It's got really nice fish and chips but a bit pricey but the portions are really big 👍

I was really disappointed with my experience here. I found two bones in my fish and chips, one of which I accidentally swallowed as I wasn’t expecting there to be any bones, and it got stuck in my throat. I only live 10 minutes away, yet by the time I got home, the fish was soggy—not sure if it was served like that or if it didn’t travel well, but it wasn’t crispy at all. On top of that, the fish itself had a rubbery taste, which wasn’t enjoyable. For the price, which I found to be a bit expensive, I was expecting much better quality. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Good, but they don’t pack the kebabs well. They should use a container then wrap in paper

Had been procrastinating (best word to use) for what I realise had been more than a couple of years since last coming here. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality and portion of food as I hoped to be! Chicken & chips that were, but visually relative to the fried fish on counter too!

I ordered a doner kebab with chilli sauce, garlic mayo and salad. There was a minuscule amount of salad, covered in so much garlic mayo that I thought the order was wrong, no chilli sauce... doner meat looked like it had been minced and did not taste like doner at all .. so disappointed. Defo gone down hill....

Unfortunately 50% of my chips were unreadable as they were really hard and dry….maybe refried

The two girls which work there are very rude and they give you attitude Is like they don’t want you there and the food is not even all And the food is really bad

Fish was crispy and decent portion. The batter maybe a tiny bit “oily” taste but wasn’t bad. Chips were also good.

The food portions are incredibly small, I brought four portions there are barely any chips in them.

Wouldn't normally complain, but it was really bad, fish soggy with uncooked batter leaked through paper. Chips were also soggy and tasteless.

Definitely one of the best fish & chip shops around since 2005. Back then it had won an award for the best fish chip shop in town. Their fish is amazing like everything else on their menu.

Do not order cod bites. It’s says cod bites. You get one cod bite the size of a chicken wing. they should advertise this as cod nibble not cod bites. I understand it’s not a piece of fish as I’m not paying full price but that is a complete rip-off.

Best fish and chip shop for us. Always use Costa when we fancy a burger, pie and chips and the ribs are to die for.

I recently visited here, and I regret to say that my experience was deeply disappointing, not just because of the poor quality of the food, but because of the blatant discrimination I encountered. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that I was being treated differently. The staff barely acknowledged me, even though they were perfectly polite and attentive to the customers who came in before and after me. When it was finally my turn to order, the person behind the counter was dismissive and curt, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.

Fish batter was slightly burnt and fish was bland. Same batter issue on sausages, very disappointed for the cost.

Ribs are Amazing! Great portion juicy with flavour enough to feed a small family I would say. One of the best chippy in London. 10/10.

Delivery driver never delivered to the correct address. However the residents that received my order had the decency to call and let me know what happened....

I have been going there for years but yesterday was the worst experience ever chips were greasy and hard were not cooked properly and the wings were just over seasoned i mean it tasted like they just tip the whole bottle of salt over them and then added pepper as I opted for the spicy wings.I did ask why the chips looked different and over greasy and was advised that the potatoes where different.They need to sort it out it was absolutely disgusting waste of money the best thing was the can of coke.

Some wings were tiny and not fresh, if your wings aren’t to size don’t serve them. Also £1 extra for salad in burger is terrible

Decent portion, ok food quality but lamb when I ordered so had to have chicken wings instesd which had nothing to shout about.

food came on time but was obvious that the driver dropped my food. as can drink was open spilling drink all over my food. was not edible

4.5/5 😁 The staff are lovely, been going here for years. The chips are always great as are the sausage in batter and fish. When the wings are good they are 10/10 but can be a bit inconsistent (and tiny] although to be fair they throw in a few more if they notice they are small. A good, clean Friday night takeaway.

The food is delicious. You must order or collect early as it gets really busy from around 6. We ordered from just eat and they except our order but then suddenly after 45 minutes cancel the order. Try calling bk to find out what had happened, but thereno answer. So, I ended up driving there to a place orderer. The line was 8 ppl before me and around a 20/30 minute wait. But it was worth the wait and all that madness. Just to get fish and chip.

I went into Costas shop today at 8.35pm. I was in the queue, where there was three people ahead of me, I politely asked the guy behind the fish counter is it ok if I have two leg pieces when I place my order. This oh so wonderful man in his scruffy work clothes and blue ish baseball hat and santa clause beard replied, the order counter is over there not here ok ! I was like 'Wow' what a great way to talk to customers. I didn't hesitate to leave, I thought it best to share with you out there who may go into Costas tonight to buy your food. Honestly I think it must have been this chappy time of the month. I'm sure there's better places to eat from than Costas fish and chip shop. ,

Good kebabs and chips, but not enough salad choice for kebabs. Very expensive for what you get too, so not the best value. It's the nearest proper chippy and kebab shop to us, so I recommend it for regular use.

Best fish and chips in the area. The fish and chips are cooked crisp and relatively not greasy compared to other shops.

Disgusting food it was like dog food the kebab had no sauce in it it was flaky like cat food and in a burger bun . Never again

The food not cooked properly,I ordered 6 Chicken Wings and a postion of chips. In the past when it was with previous owners it was well cooked now it run by new owners I would not recommend going there go somewhere else.

I love Costas. They're my local f&c shop. For years they have been Ealing's favourite.

I regularly go in this chip shop n order online, normally food is good of recent my order has been wrong items missing n stale, the lamb doner is normally good but last couple times it’s been super dry n stale n portion sizes reduced drastically. Don’t normally leave reviews but really unhappy with todays order another disappointment from this chip shop, I know sometimes things are not perfect but too many times in a row.

Tonight we ordered chicken doner kebab. Instead we got lamb kebab. None of us at home like lamb so we wasted our money again. This isn't the first time he got our order wrong. Unfortunately, we will never go back there

We are a regular customer, today we had a discount of f7, in return we got cold fries, cold chicken, a hamburger without the top of the bun and a kebab that cost f11 the size of a strip burger. I'm attaching a photo of the burger

This is the 3rd time of ordering a drink with my order and it is missing. I suggest you check the orders properly before sending out. (NOT HAPPY)!! Other than that the food is good.

I did not receive my order. I looked at the delivery map and the courier continued to go in other directions. I have ordered from Costas for over a year and had no issues. Is it possible for you to refund me so that I may get something to eat… I’m very hungry and I shave no extra funds to make another order.

Food was cold, waited so long and no sauces

Been coming here for 20+ years and always amazing food and service. The fish and chips are great. The star of the show are the chicken wings. After trying every chicken shop in the area nothing beats a portion of wings from this place. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Always full of energy and playful banter.

Very dissatisfied. I called the restaurant and asked for fresh chicken. The chicken I ordered was NOT fresh and they lied. Ruined my dinner!!!!!

Too bad about inflation causing the price to rise. I watched a TV show from either the late 80s or early nineties and laughed my head off when the price of a battered fish only cost 80p!! Times have changed but for the craving I had for fish and chips........This is just what the doctor ordered Absolutely delicious! I had Haddock and chips and apple pie for afters! Lovely!! i set delivery time for 12.20 . pre ordered... no fault of the restaurant.. delivery arrived 45 minutes late .. food was cold and food had gone hard. did not enjoy .. complete waste of time and money. will use one of the other delivery companys next time

Restaurant didn’t read the instructions. Chips from the kebab came pretty soggy and drenched in garlic sauce. The wings were super dry. It’s a shame as we’ve had from here with no issues before.

Chips were old and not fresh like previous orders! A lot of Grey looking chips Arrived cold Large chips were small Large haddock was small Request for no onions but were actually in kebab salad and no chill sauce! Disappointed not worth the money I paid!
