Unsure if Greenford Fish and Chips are under new management, as the portion of three fish bites and chips could have been much better! Two and a half fish strips and rather a lot of very thick cut overcooked chips!!!! And I missed the complimentary lemon wedge on the fish!

Hey bro, fish n chips were lovely, hot and tasty. Thank you for the 3 lemon slices but I didn’t receive any tartar sauce. the time estimate given is always extended once the order is placed. Tonight it took an hour. Food standard wasn’t as good as usual. The chips about 3cm and greasy and lots of loose bits that they usually sell separately for 50p. The fish was borderline overcooked and I got a pickled egg instead of the gherkin I ordered. The large place and chips were squashed down in the box so the contents were soggy. If you eat in the salad is free, take away its £4 extra. For nearly £40 for two it’s not good

delivery driver did multiple stops prior to dropping off food, food cold as bag left open plus quality of chips was poor. More potato scraps. Very oily and crunchy

Delivery was much longer than shown in the original estimate before the order was placed but within the longer window quoted after ordering. Anyway the food was fresh and hot and this shops fish is the best we’ve had locally and their batter which is thin and crispy is best ever. Not cheap but good value

I have been coming here quite a while now, previously service was immaculate. They used to look after you as a customer what I mean by this is when you ordered a small chips, they would give you extra making it a large, and if you ordered a large they would make it double large etc and but what I think has happened now is due to being popular. The service has gone down and that happens with every single food business and it’s sad that our regular customer has to write this review in order for the shop to see this, and hopefully they will amend their ways and in order to retain customers and I’m very well aware that they would know what I’m talking about when it comes to the food portions before and now.

Large Cod lovely, Half Pound Burger Lovely, Chips AWFUL. The chips were stale, hard and so full of small thin shards they went in the bin.

This is the best fish and chips in the area. The fish is juicy succulent and crispy. The chips are well cooked, crispy and fluffy inside. The curry sauce is to die for. The staff are always very friendly. My friend says burnham fish and chips is also very good, but he’s living in a 2019 nostalgic memory. No need to go anywhere else, Greenford fish and chips is the one and only you need in your life.

Food was cold and the burger bun fell apart and the burger didn’t have much taste.

Ordered food here on Saturday 30th Nov via just eat. App said it had been delivered but no food arrived at our hotel. Called the shop and lady on the phone wasn't helpful and very rude. Just eat contacted now have to wait to see if I get a refund or not. Will never use again stay away.

The courier told me that you delivered my order to the wrong address then refused to give them my order. This explains why my order was late. Also I want to know why you called me 3 times to find out if I had received my order when the Courier was still at the Restaurant

Second time I've ordered from here. The first time the cod and chips were perfect. This time, though, the fish batter was a little bit more oily and overcooked. The chips seemingly the last of a cooked batch. And the lemon a thin slice.

Hi, it’s Mandi a regular customer. sorry but the chips were a bit disappointing. I got a lot of crumbs and normally the portion can feed my 2 children. But this time I went without having the chips to feed my 2 children. Fish batter wasn’t as good as your usual batter. Please cook your fish n chips like you used to as they were tasty fresh & delicious to eat. Not happy as it wasn’t good value for money and I’m sorry to say this as normally I give you 5⭐️rating. The fish & chips here are outstanding! The cod is fresh and perfectly cooked with a crispy, golden skin, and it’s impressively large in size. The chips are also fresh, served in generous portions, making it a hearty meal. This is hands down the best fish and chips I’ve found in the Ealing borough. I enjoy it so much that I actually come back twice a week! Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic fish and chips!

really good experience eating here. I ordered a half pound beef burger and chips. The chips were fresh, crunchy and soft inside. The beef was not fresh mince but tasted really good and was hot. Their chilli sauce and garlic sauce are amazing. Glad to also know their food is Halal. Service was also good, the waitress with glasses working their was polite and had excellent customer service. ⭐️ Place is well presented and very clean inside.

Never fails to leave me satisfied! Crisp and crunchy chips with an almost pillowy interior, and their haddock/cod is supremely tasty with all the textures correct; flaky and soft. Just stopped for a sausage in batter. (Fancied a nibble) They threw a few chips in as well. Nice sausage. No gristley bits. Chips excellent. Crispy outer, soft fluffy inner. Parents used this place weekly. Now I know why. Worth the cycle from northolt.

The food from the Greenford fish and chips was great,I had ordered a large cod and chips,cod bites and chips and a portion scampi.The cod was crispy on the batter the fish was tasty and just fell apart the chips was a plenty full portion and cooked perfectly, the scampi was great too as well as the cod bites,I’ve ordered from here on 4 occasions and the quality of food has been of an excellent quality and standard.

Very good fish. Small fish it's still large. Comes with chips and salad if eat in. Curry sauce has some zing. Will come back, but not on Friday. Place is flooded with waiting people. Queue from counter to doors. People almost stand in your plate.

Hi, I’m a regular customer, my food was piping hot, was early, great! Fish was slightly over cooked & was broken up in a few places which was disappointing. White fish inside batter was beautiful. I didn’t eat batter as over done. Normally I give you 5tars. Chips weren’t to bad but a bit crispy. I’m sure next time I’ll give you 5 stars & fish won’t be slightly over cooked. First and LAST time I’m ordering from here. The chips were dry, hard and stale - obviously sat there all day. The 1/4 burger was okay but the battered sausage was just horrible. I Threw it in the bin. What a waste.

Well I bought fish and chips when I arrived home the fish didn't taste nice no taste at all the chips overcooked and oily I called the shop the staff was rude to me even used the F word and I was talking normally to him I don't recommend this shop

This was the great .Fish and Chips were a huge serving, served with some lemon and tartar sauce. Never had that before as a take away...easily pleased... Took two sittings to finish. Really enjoyed this . Would definitely order again.

They have good food but when it gets delivered it comes always with a bicycle and by the time I receive it it becomes too cold and soggy. I called the shop two people picked the phone up and none of them could understand a simple question in English.
