3rd time in a row where item is missing. Ordered 4 burgers and chicken selects. Chicken selects were missing. No apology from staff or even manager called Ruth when I called them. When manager has no manners or respect for customers what can you say about staff. Worst place

Baby changing rooms locked, nobody about with key. End up changing newborn on table! It would be better to use petrol station instead

If I could give no stars I would Came to drive through and tried to order 2 big tasty meals the girl on the speaker was impatient and kept cutting us off as we tried to customise our burgers she kept asking what drink I hadn't even finished asking her to remove the bits I didn't want so the order was wrong, We then went to the window and explained to a different member of staff what we would like to be told that wasn't possible anymore which was fine so we changed to order one normal tasty and one only cheese and bacon simple enough right? Nope so we get to payment window and the guy gives us one drink and tells us to park, now I'm sorry are staff not meant to give out cutlery and condiments as standard when handing out food and drink to the drive through!! We got no napkins no milk and had to ask ourselves for sugar to be chucked 2 and when we asked for a couple more it seemed that it was to much trouble for the boy at the window! We park up and are waiting for our food and a little while later a boy comes out with bags heading towards our car he hands us the food and is like ok bye, so I said excuse me I'm still missing a drink, he's like fine I'll go get it, I'm thinking erm yes please as this is your job. While he goes to grab the missing drink I check my order and my burger is wrong!! I wanted only cheese and bacon this has no cheese so when he comes back I tell him it's wrong and he says no it isn't, I'm like it is I ordered only cheese and bacon, so he huffs and says I'll go sort it, I'm losing the will to live at this point we've ordered 2 meals not 20 it shouldn't be this hard! So what should have been a 10 min trip took over half an HR the food was still cold and absolutely disgusting! This isn't the first issue I've had with this store!! They are forever getting the simplist of orders wrong and they don't even care, the staff there are rude and can't be bothered half the time! The customer service is abysmal honestly go to Mk stadium or Arena they are much better stores! I think West croft needs a retrain on how to execute McDonald's values and service agreement! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE!!

Sat and watched the guy opposite pick out not 1 but 2 hairs from his food! When our order came chips were cold, chicken was hot and when we asked to change an unopened spicy Mayo dip for a bbq dip you’d think I had asked the member of staff to sign a contract in blood in exchange for her soul. She went into such a tirade and rudely spoke down to me. That’s after my teenage son had asked and they had just point blank refused. Luckily another member of staff saw how ridiculous it was and simply changed it. Won’t be back

It was extremely busy but the service was excellent and the food was hot and good.. everywhere was clean and the bins were not overflowing like some places ,all the staff were LOVELY and didnt make you feel rushed. WELL DONE STAFF .

Walked up to the customer ordering counter and was told I would be served shortly..I must have stood there for a good 25 mins but still no service.Decided I had been there long enough so left. I will not be using that branch again as this isn't the first time it has happened.

Este es mi McDonald’s local y no dejan de sorprenderme lo incompetentes que son para dirigir un McDonald’s. La mujer en el altavoz no podía entender el acento inglés para empezar. Sin embargo, al recibir mi pedido, mis papas fritas estaban 1/3 llenas que sí rellenaron. No me dio ningún portabebidas, ni pajitas, ni servilletas, ni tampoco bebida con mi comida, pero no me di cuenta cuando llegué a casa cuál me enojó más. Por no mencionar que cuando se trataba de comer, parece que lo empacaron con una honda y todo estaba frío como una piedra. Revisa todo y menciona si no estás contento con algo porque es la única manera de que mejoren.

Ordered 6 piece variety bucket meal on just eat, came to £31 and they delivered a bucket of hot wings. No original chicken whatsoever. All you’ve got to do is read the receipt and place the order in the bag. Shocking

Order meant to be delivered for half 7, didn’t arrive until 8. The food was fine but we didn’t get the bottle of pop ordered with it and no one answered the phone when called afterwards. I called at quarter past 7 to change the address for the food to be delivered to because I had forgotten to change it on the app, a mistake I’m sure plenty of people make. During this call I was met with the rudest customer service I’ve had in a while! I acknowledged that it was my mistake and apologised numerous times for it, the woman who answered seemed totally fed up - she replied with “well you’re lucky because we were just going to send it out. Where do you want it” I apologised again and gave my address, she then said “right, ok bye” and hung up. The way she spoke to me was like I was a piece of rubbish she had stepped on. Absolutely unacceptable! If you can’t deal with customers then don’t work in a place that requires some kind of customer service! Had a similar experience last month, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again but I won’t be making that mistake again! It’s a shame because I’ve never had a problem with their food, it’s quick and easy and I’ve always got good amounts for the prices! the customer service lets them down massively!

Worst ever. Just don't go there. Long and wrong orders. Problem with taking order right, 25 min waiting time night is a thing.. Really.

hot Wings are horrendous. so oily. wish they used a normal seasoned batter like every other place……………………………………………….

Thats the third time we have used this Burger King, the previous 2 trips we waited for so long for our food, and only 1 car in front of us, today we decided to time it, 2 cars then us, 28 MINUTES!!! and when we got to the hatch to collect our food we still had to wait another 10 minutes, Burger King is supposed to be fast food, if they were any slower it would be past its use by date!! RIDICULOUS!!

EL REINICIO ME PUSO EN RIESGO ESTA NOCHE Vino al restaurante esta noche a comprar algo de comida mientras iba de compras. Ordene lo siguiente ver imagen. No pedí mayo porque también reacciona mal también yo. Solo queso y salsa fría dulce. Cuando obtuve mi comida después de esperar la mesa también ser limpiado. Lleva salsa de mayo extra. Volví a hablar con alguien que me confirmaron que no debería venir con mayo. Le pregunté también hablar gerente a una persona llamada gerente de restaurante de culo chole extremadamente inútil no se tomó en serio sobre mis alergias demasiado mayo y cómo me hace mal. En un momento dado le pedí a ella también que me lo reembolsara, lo que hizo. Entonces le pedí que también lo ordenara debido a mi salud y necesitaba comer demasiado. En un momento dado ella muy discutible con y culpando a su equipo de no tomar en cuenta la seriedad de la misma en absoluto. Lo siento mucho. No ofrecer demasiado hacerlo mejor, etc. Le pedí información de la oficina central, ella me dijo que había un número de teléfono y luego le dijo a solo el sitio web. También pedí gm para restaurante esto fue rechazado también. Indignante y realmente pobre no volvería a escuchar. Restaurante sucio, además ni siquiera estaba ocupado. PONEN EN RIESGO MI SALUD

En Stratford (E 15 ) sucursal del centro comercial del metro El personal llamado sreya no mostró respeto por la diversidad y las personas mayores como yo y proporcionó un mal servicio al cliente. Debe recibir capacitación sobre la Ley de igualdad de 2010.
