Would give a zero but not an option. Firstly I was looking forward to take a break and have some finger licking good chicken but when I got there I was bombarded by millions of people, it toke 10 minutes to actually order my food THEN MY FRIENDS CHIPS DIDNT TURN UP FOR 40 minutes. the staff were RUDE ARROGANT AND IGNORANT and acted like they didn’t see my when I said excuse me repeatedly. They Would not apologise for the shocking experience I relived. Not only was this a bad part of my day I had to rush to eat and leave and the food wasn’t even good.

Just to let everyone know that KFC in Halesowen are braking the law! They cannot refuse to accept CASH as means of payment as it is the Kings currency.

Why does this restaurant forget items every single time? Is it too difficult to read a screen and put them in one by one? Maybe you need to look at your management and staff and have a bit of a tidy up because I won't be visiting this restaurant again and judging by the other reviews it's clearly an issue. I'm not even sure why I bothered trying this restaurant again as it's one bad experience after another. This isn't cheep food and to use my petrol to come back and have to rectify missing items isn't acceptable. Half arsed and inefficient. Stop hiring kids with half a brain cell, or get your management to wake up.

Used to be great, but the prices have rocketed up, way more than inflation and way more than I'm prepared to pay..... Add to that, they no longer accept cash.,thats me finished, bye bye

This KFC really puts the grace in disgrace. I am shocked and appalled by this KFC. It is outrageous. The toilets are a mess. The tables are a mess. The customer service is atrocious. However i did have a lovely bargain meal with everyone yesterday. The food was okay however everything else is a no. I wrote a bad review and was raging now here i am to tell everyone on trip advisor. spoons is better!!!

Called in this evening for a KFC - via the drive-thru. I ordered, paid and collected all within a couple of minutes, great service you might say. On getting home (less 5 minutes away) the food was barely warm and the KFC coating was awful, soggy not crispy as it should have been. Very disappointed - and for almost £16 for two boneless banquet meals, not impressed at all. Following the refurb there thought it would be better, now I remember why we stopped going...

Have to say a big thank you to the staff at Halesowen. After deliveroo messed my order, saying they delivered and never did, deliveroo would not refund me. Went down to the restaurant and the staff totally understood, the manager understood my frustration and honoured my order Deliveroo never just let me down but the manager working that night.

Ordered through Just Eat for 12.30, at 11.20. Still not with driver at 12.40. So I cancelled as I wouldn't have enough break time left to eat it. They then attempted to deliver it at 14.33. When it was 2 hours late and cancelled. Utterly incompetent and useless!!

Waited 10mins to order food at counter, actually waited 10mins for any staff to make eye contact with us. I appreciate that they were busy but a quick” sorry to keep you. I’ll be with you as soon as I’ve finished these orders” would have gone down well. Went to counter as wife holds a Blue Light card which you can’t use electronically. Told young lady serving that she held a card and asked for proof of ID. First time in 3years that the wife has been asked for ID. Why does customer service nowadays have to be so poor in certain places. It was the lack of acknowledgment that really got our back up and if we hadn’t been so hungry we would have left. Food was ok.

Ordered food through Uber eats(who are just as useless). Half the order not there. Asked the idiot who delivered it. He shrugged his shoulders and walked off.

We will never order from this branch again, it was inedible, even the dog wouldn’t eat it. As my sun used to work for KFS, he knows the faults. It is a shame, but never again

Empty when i visited. Strong smell of weed by the serving hatch and torn napkins and other rubbish on the floor. It really needed a good general clean in the customer area. Staff really didn’t look like they wanted to be there. I do not usually use fast food outlets but was working late and just wanted a quick bite to eat. I tried the evening before and this store was completely shut. (It was during official hours of trade) The food looked tired and was luke warm. It would have been pointless complaining in store as no member of staff presented themselves in any position of authority. They all looked totally uninterested. I really do hope the manager is able to turn this outlet around otherwise the writing is on the wall, it will close completely. Such a shame as this outlet is in a great spot for passing trade and lots of footfall.

Too busy serving just eat and uber..and ignore other customers. Food was awful and so was the service.. Spend your money elsewhere.. I think the franchise owner would benefit from sorting this lot out!! Do not go here

I don’t have kfc often as it has gone down hill. My son used to manage a branch, fortunately he has a proper job now. It was look warm, very few soggy fries and tasteless chicken which I gave the dog! We had it delivered which was the only part we couldn’t fault.

We have used halesowen kfc drive thru 4 times recently and everytime order is wrong s⁹o we have to go back in to.rectify this . They may give free chips whoop whoop we just want our order right . On last visit asked for money...

Had chicken bucket. Up all night with stomach pains & diarrhoea & still feel very sick. The same thing happened a few months ago after going there but I thought I might just have picked a bug up. Too much of a coincidence it's happened...

Bad customer service. Went to drive through no one there to serve for 5 minutes. Went to next window girls chatting with their back to me. Was told to drive back round. Asked for manager who was no help. Said he was dealing with another...
