We only went for 2 drinks and the member off staff on the till took the order and left us sitting there n when we we t round s to the window it had not been put throw

Awful kids Happy meal, Sunday. Burger was dry, burger & chips luke warm. Had a bad stomach all night. Will not be returning to this place. I do not recommend 😐

Horrendous 30 minute wait for food all was cold when arrived. Only seem bothered about servicing delivery drivers. Staff switch off and offer no customer service

Didn't get any food, just a coffee, but not the coffee I wanted as not in stock (surprise) also took a whole 15minutes for it to be ready by wich time it was Luke warm, asked for sugar and was given 1 so asked could I have some more to be passed 1 more 😂 sugar police from the healthy fast food chain? Also the atmosphere was the same as any mcdonalds in 2024, sad/angry faces of customers waiting ridiculous time for orders only good thing is price of coffee is cheap

The food is fine. Avoid if in any sort of a hurry. It is the slowest fast food outlet in Christendom.

A woman called sarah didn’t let us up the stairs, bare in mind I had ordered food and there was only two of us in total, she was rude and obnoxious accusing my friend of stealing my food just to get upstairs, thankfully Les sorted it out for us, we never have had an issue with Les he always shows excellent customer service and personally I think he’s the best worker here.

Our first time ordering McDonald's to be delivered. NEVER again. stone Cold dog s###. The kids refused to eat it, the chops were that cold it was like eating cardboard. the burgers were like they had been sat there for a week!

Ordered food for delivery tonight, the poor delivery driver was there waiting 10 + minutes until my wife called to find out what was happening, food arrived, milk shake melted, fries stone cold and like rubber. The cooked time and use by time on the apple pie removed, this was also cold, burger like warm. Called them and they hung up on me 9 times and still trying . Will be visiting the store tomorrow to speak to the manager. Disgusting service and food.

When I ordered it said the delivery wait was circa 30 minutes. Ended up taking about an hour to arrive and was stone cold. I assume the food was just waiting on the side for 30 minutes before it was even collected.

Missed off two thirds off my order! When I queried it with McDonald’s they said yeh the driver left the other bag here, but he won’t bring it out as he won’t get paid for it. I can go and collect it or ask for a refund. Honestly shocking service from JustEat again.

cold on delivery. could see on tracker it sat in restaurant for 20mins before driver left, then driver took a futher 30mins to deliver it. just eat refunded a small fraction of the order value in credit I can only use with just eat but Im still out of pocket by about £10. what a swindle

I came here following taking my kids to boingzone. Whilst the food is what you expect from McDonalds the facilities are not looked after, no toilet paper in the male or female toilets is an example. Failing at the basics. Rest of the place was clean. Sauce dispensers empty, presume no longer in use? If so, remove them. Simply left to their own devices.

2 hours late and then the delivery driver was abusive. Also missing my dippers and sauce!! Joke of a company

Dirty inside and out, size of the buns were ridiculously smallas was the chicken burgers, no sauces or sugar about, 24hr yet couldn't get a breakfast at 5.00in a morning don't start till 5.30 yet can do chips that time of morning.

Our food didn't arrive. When I checked the app it had said that the food had been delivered. I was directed to the place of order (McDonalds). On ringing them, they said I could have a phone number to make a complaint. Not helpful. Still hungry. Not impressed.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Stourbridge, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The service was painfully slow, with long waits both at the counter and in the drive-thru. To make matters worse, several machines, including the self-service kiosks and the ice cream machine, were out of order. This caused further delays and limited options. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, leading to a chaotic and disorganized atmosphere. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

For the second time in a row the was not a double big mac put in our order. And there were several other items missing as well. The food was stone cold and the lid for the tea wasn't on properly so by the time it was delivered is was almost empty and had spilled all over everything. Worst McDonald's ever.

The app said the limited grimace milkshake was available so we ordered a meal to collect for us all as a surprise for our son who wanted one of these milkshakes only to turn up and be told they had sold out of milkshakes. We wouldn't have bothered driving all the way there if the app had not said was available. We got home and the app was still saying the milkshake was available! Very disappointed and the carpark was chaotic. Won't be going back. We cancelled our order.

Disgusting, had a couple of "cheesy bacon flatbreads" tasted like they had reheated a couple from the day before. Bread was rock hard and bacon tasted weird. I'd avoid this one!

Food was incredible, I ordered a McSpicy Burger with Fries and a Coke, The fries were warm and salted and the burger was juicy and spicy, however I ordered a Birthday Cake Donut as well, but they gave me a brownie, but the staff were extremely kind and changed it within seconds, it was quite delightful. Best Fast Food in the area 100%
