driver must have got lost didn't look at delivery note to ring me food delivered was totally cold very unsatisfied paying £30 for a hot/warm meal to get cold food delivered i would hope as a good will gesture a voucher for a family meal as compensation would be fair for the inconvenience

was delayed by five minutes every time I checked the app. I had to call the restaurant and they told me to call a number that's was only for partners and not customers. arrived at 20:00pm and was cold and missing sauce dip and straw. I've ordered from this app many times and nothing as majorly bad as this completely terrible

no straws, no sauces for nuggets, no serviettes, mctasty was stone cold & fries undercooked!

Bags were wet and some of the contents were wet as the delivery guy did not use a thermal bag to carry them here they were just in the bag that the staff put them in. Chips and the cheese melts could have done with being a bit warmer as well

What a god shit show 25 minute wait for food off the app. What happened to fast food? Couldn't organise piss up in a brewery. For the love of God baby Jesus and the orphans when I order dips put them in the bag please, I'm not asking for much other than to moisten my pallet whilst eating the dry as a nuns x?xx chicken. And now to top it off on my 42nd and probably final birthday due to stress of today's drive through I get a happy meal with a snowman Christmas toy! I'm pretty sure we're nearly at Easter and our lord should be soon resurrected from the dead, not frozen away. Been back today again and thought I'd try the app Jesus don't bother the wait is ridiculous.

I strongly recommend you avoid having food delivered via the apps. They routinely forget items and claiming any refund is an absolute nightmare. I've lost 7 quid tonight. The Mcds in Lye is far better.

Fries were stone cold. Burger was squashed and out of it's bun. The amount of salt used on the fries meant I couldn't eat them, they went in the bin and the two vegan patties were like rubber you sole your shoe with. There was hardly any sauce on the Caramel Mc Flurry. The Garlic mayo burnt your mouth there is so much garlic in it. I looked for the salad garnish on the burger, but needed my magnifying glass. the only thing that saved it was the bottled water. For this I paid £19 🙄

I phoned the mcdonalds and explained weve spent 50quid on food that was freezing cold and items of food missing and there response was its the responsibility of just eat and you can get a refund through them??? it's MCdonalds fault as the idiots who work there are incapable

This place is okay - like any other McDonald's. Customer service seems to be slipping a lot recently though as the delivery drivers get served (it would appear) before anyone else. Staff also never come to the counter to take cash payments and you are left waiting for ages but can see them chatting and texting on their phones in the back. (Literally been left for over 10 mins sometimes). Staff generally couldn't give a toss about customers anymore. If you want a lesson on how not to deal with customers then look no further 👍

Ordered from here 2 nights ago. At the time all the food was cold which really annoyed me especially due to the UBER driver only having to travel less than 5 minutes to my location. Now 2 days later both me and my partner are still suffering from food poisoning and a what I can only explain as a chemical burn in the throat.

According to app food delivered very quickly after leaving restaurant (which is not far) but food was coldest iv ever had from McD. the order was delayed extra 20 mins from original order time given by restaurant so expected it to be fresh and hot. reheated and ate it anyway as little other choice.

Muhammad white Nissan juke ignored my delivery note to say to call me when he arrived and then ignored all 12 of my calls and texts to explain I was having an asthma attack, I was calling to explain I was struggling to walk back the 100 or so yards back to my house to collect due to breathing problems and locals were calling an ambulance

There is nearly always a problem with the order , we had missing fries this time and I had to go and collect them from the store

Delivery driver was friendly and polite. But food was awful. Cold and fries seemed reheated (I put them in the microwave for 1 min 30 and still only just warm and don't taste fresh) two dips missing and drinks not filled up to the top as normal. Usually have no problems here but today wasn't good and ordered for the whole family so a lot of money for poor food.
