I recently visited the McDonald's in Stourbridge, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The service was painfully slow, with long waits both at the counter and in the drive-thru. To make matters worse, several machines, including the self-service kiosks and the ice cream machine, were out of order. This caused further delays and limited options. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, leading to a chaotic and disorganized atmosphere. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

The app said the limited grimace milkshake was available so we ordered a meal to collect for us all as a surprise for our son who wanted one of these milkshakes only to turn up and be told they had sold out of milkshakes. We wouldn't have bothered driving all the way there if the app had not said was available. We got home and the app was still saying the milkshake was available! Very disappointed and the carpark was chaotic. Won't be going back. We cancelled our order.

Disgusting, had a couple of "cheesy bacon flatbreads" tasted like they had reheated a couple from the day before. Bread was rock hard and bacon tasted weird. I'd avoid this one!

Food was incredible, I ordered a McSpicy Burger with Fries and a Coke, The fries were warm and salted and the burger was juicy and spicy, however I ordered a Birthday Cake Donut as well, but they gave me a brownie, but the staff were extremely kind and changed it within seconds, it was quite delightful. Best Fast Food in the area 100%

Food cold straight from drive thru then had it delivered next time chips cold needed to heat in microwave

As with most McD's now they prioritize Just eat etc and the walk in customers wait, and wait. And how come a Billion dollar company has such bad ordering screens and printers that don't work !.

Standard McDonald's. Great being open 24/7 to go inside very much appreciated after a heavy drinking session in Stourbridge Town.

Fix the shakes! Thats it. Weekly. I go WEEKLY. YET THE SHAKES NEVER WORK. Apologies, for my informality, but come on! Good otherwise.

Milkshakes watery and no ice. One burger had no pickles even tho extra were ordered. And on bun on a burger almost ripped in half..... Useless.... A disgrace to the chain!!

I have never had trouble with my order its usually spot on but today I had chicken nuggets missing from childrens happy meal and our chips were stone cold not happy as i spent nearly £30 and most of it went in the bin

Drinks arrived completely spilled in bag, majority emptied. This is the second time now drinks have arrived from this McD branch with the lids off.

Arrogant thick delivery driver questioned who I was when I let him in to do his job. Bit weird mate.

Excellent food but there was a burger missing

It was stuck on preparing for almost an hour. I'm guessing it was sat out on the side during that time because it came stone cold and the ice was melted. Also, they sent out a nugget happy meal instead of a hamburger one. Terrible service.

I didn’t receive a drink and my food was delivered cold.

Only received drinks, one bag out of three, and the driver blamed the restaurant for the missing food. The restaurant told us the driver had taken the whole order of three bags. Won’t be using Just Eat again as this isn’t the first time. It doesn’t help that you cannot get a resolution straight away either. We had to drive to the restaurant and pay for a replacement order. Now waiting for a refund.

No extra tartar sauce despite this being requested and on label.

8th birthday party. They loved it... Couldn't have been a better place as far as they were concerned! Plenty of space, well kept. Clean and tidy. Helpful staff. World be great if they could add an extra games table upstairs I think. The stairs worried me a little as they seemed a little slippery, but no problems to be fair.

Shame can’t leave a minus , disgraceful disgusting customer service , £60 order delivered to the wrong address , tracked the driver named AFRA spoke to him asked him to redirect order or leave it so I could pick it up and he refused he STOLE my order and both Macdonalds and just eat didn’t want to know now contacting trading standards for theft

Chicken nuggets share box missing and medium fries

Fast delivery but we ordered a chicken & bacon wrap, plus a mayo chicken & bacon burger & both items came with no bacon on them. Wasn't very warm and burger was overcooked and squashed. Hamburger looked like somebody had sat on it :-D

our drinks and dips wasn't delivered, I also wasn't made aware that the delivery was going to be shared so I paied full delver plus yhe service charge and out drinks were probably given to the other customer, not happy is an understatement. I will be calling just est about this and putting a complaint in.

Cold on arrival and missing a whole meal. Not sure i ever get what i order from McDonalds on here. According to the map the food went 20 minutes past us to another house to then come back to us. Not a fun time

I have just spent £40 on a delivery that came cold and inedible. I am currently speaking to Uber eats trying to get a refund. The driver was waiting almost 40 minutes for my food in the restaurant, so why was it cold.? The fries were like cardboard, as a previous McDonald’s employee I know they must have been sitting for a long time. Items were missing and items were wrong. I don’t recommend this branch for a delivery at all.

The worst McDonald's I've ever had, and I've had some shocking McDonald's let me tell you. For some reason they decided it was a good idea to put the dips inside the mcflurry?????? um what??? Like literally inside the ice cream. Thing is the dips were from that new chicken sharebox thing and you open the box and there's literally dip shaped slots for dips. The next part astounded me even more though. We had 3 orders of large fries and almost every single individual fry was rock hard and hollow, no potato inside at all. Were they over fried or something and somehow all the potato vanished? I don't know, what I do know is they were inedible. How do you mess up chips? it's the most basic thing of McDonald's, I am actually so confused. I can't wait for the future when robots take over fast food jobs because the people flipping burgers at Micky D's nowadays make the burger flippers of yesteryear look like historic scholars. 34 quid for this slop by the way! 34 quid! You can have a nice meal at a sit-down restaurant for the price. The future generations will tell stories of the fabled Maccas and the great rip off of 2024. It will be told like a spooky story around a campfire, many of the kids will cry, deathly afraid of being the next one to lose their wallet to the Hamburglar. I feel sorry for them. For me it was 34 quid, but for them it will be like 2 grand because the greed of McDonald’s knows no bounds.
