I ordered a sweet chilli dip but got BBQ ?

everytime we order items are cold and sauces missing

I have not received this order

Food was stone cold and delivery driver seemed to have gone the scenic route, vile food and dreadful service with £2.35 compensation which is outrageous!!

As usual no spoons no straws for just milkshakes and mc flurry’s. Happens every time from Stourbridge very poor

Delivery was great but literally half of my meal was missing. horrible customer service.

Food was dripping went from the drink which the driver knew as when passed the bag he told me to be careful and his attitude was appalling!!

Delivery took ages and ages at least 45 minutes over time food arrived cold I had to microwave it so food then soggy chips virtually uneatable. Cost -Over £33 compensation just over £3, really not good.

Driver literally opened my drink bag infront of me and tried to say the drink was leaking I saw one of the seals broken on top of the bag and he was acting Asif he never had any of the drink I want a refund just for the drink

Malteaser McFlurry spilled all over the bag that my drink was in. The delivery time was over 1 hour and a half. If there was a zero star option I would go below it in terms of food waiting time. The chips are soggy and crusty and not a great experience

I was not very happy. I first found out one of the burgers was missing and all my dips were too so I called the restaurant and the guy on the phone thought it was a prank call so he hung up. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I ordered our food at 5.30 with the time give of half and hour to an hour for delivery. it did not arrive until 7 30 and the food was cold.

No straws or dips plus driver was rude

food fine. delivery wasn't i had to go out to find the driver as he were no where to be seen? if he had drove up to the house I would have seen him?

Left my food outside the flats downstairs & didn't even ring buzzer. Then submitted that it was delivered when I didn't even know it had turned up! Food is freezing cold thru being outside no thanks to the driver!

everything that I ordered was delivered but one problem the notes were not actually red at all request for McDonald's to not forget the milk and sugar for my regular pg tips tea it came with no milk or sugar in the bags so for me the black tea was actually not drinkable thanks

We ordered on the McDonald’s app. We were missing a meal with our order. Because we got a free item for spending X amount we couldn’t get a refund for the missing meal, or it to be sent out. So now we have no meal and we’ve paid for it. Their ‘Policy’ states they can’t refund the missing item or send it out. How stupid is that.

Undercooked and cold fries, Mars McFlurry was just ice cream and not much else, was melted also. Burgers looked squashed and were cold, nuggets were cold and dry. Unpleasant meal.

We had missing items that were refunded in the App and some items were incorrect that we didn't complain about. The most expensive burger was cold, so we had to heat it up but overall it was a £50 order and everything else was OK. Delivery person was great checking the Code and presenting it all to the door nicely.
