Subway in Dudley

Met the most useless and rude staff today.. waited patiently for my turn only for her to start doing other stuffs and continued to keep me waiting.. rather than apologise she told me I could leave if I wanted.. imagine if everyone left..?

the food was cold and missing items

driver marked order as delivered but it hasn't been delivered, tracking even showed the driver was in the wrong street

the order was wrong, when phoned the staff wasn't helpful not happy

Ordered from here delivery driver said delivered, food never even arrived it’s the second time this has happened after ordering from here AVOID use OLDBURY and just eat never refunded as it was marked as delivered so £30 out of pocket

I didn't get my berry Ben & Jerry's ice cream

Great breakfast Sub . Never disappoints

I persifically asked for no ketchup on the sandwiches and there was loads of ketchup dumped on the sandwiches not happy and it was also stone cold as well

didnt give me the right size ice-cream

I ordered Philly steak fully expecting to get beef I got chicken/turkey I don’t mind those but what I should get and what I got are 2 different things

never received the hash brown's apart from that we enjoy

really not happy hardly any salsa and cheese on the nachos and only a few bits of steak in the salad really disappointed 😕

When I got my food one of them came without stake and the other one came without red onions but we selected the right things but our orders were wrong

ordered 2x footlong meals, they decided to put the ice cold bottles inside the foot bag ontop of sandwhichs so boths sandwiches were cold and soggy. cheers.

I ordered a toasted sandwich and received a cold salad ...

Order took over 40 minutes to be made, and cookies were hard and dry

The bread wasn’t toasted as instructed, the meal was soo not good.

The cookies from subway are worth it in themselves.

Love my subs but this place is disgusting put me of them for life! Ham tasted off wasn’t fresh I felt sick after! Bread was stale, my partner had the chicken and also felt ill after, the whole thing was uneatable!

Ordered two subs and they got the bread mixed up on both

There was a bit too much saurs sauce with my meal other wise it was great thank you so much

Tasted nice but a bit stingy with the southwest sauce so ended up having to add some mayo at home as it was dry. Also forgot to bring the tub of southwest I ordered with the nacho chicken dippers. Overall good but lost a star for dryness and not giving the tub of sauce so more dryness.

Ordered steak salad ended up with tuna (allergic) ordered caramel muffin and horrible Oreo muffin came instead

The pizze slice come stuck to the box so the cheese come off daughter did not touch it

The staff member that served us was an absolute Star!.. I changed my mind 3 times and she coped all the way. Her hospitality was 10/10. The food & service as always was awesome and Subway Headquarters... You have a little treasure working for you.. She's going far (take note)

Staff were beyond lovely, so talkative and understanding. Amazing service, and the food tasted great. Definitely recommend!

Cold and soggy u put the drinks with the sandwiches

Food came stone cold and had to warm in microwave will not ordering again the wedges looked not cooked come on guys we are paying for warm food u need to get it together subway

Today i am visiting your subway high st Dudley. Your staff lady in the Tuesday morning time busy on phone call she wear also airpods headphone talk with someone not serious with customer and behaviou rude Totally nonsense kindly guide your staff. I am not visiting in future.

Ordered a cheese and salad subway and came with no cheese on. Called subway to ask for a new one and they said they couldn’t and couldn’t give me a refund and to contact just eat!

Gave us the wrong crisps and food was cold.

Bread was stale on ends, wedges were cold, due to food being Late? Food was tasty though.

Was one sub short and the sub we did get had toppings meant for the sub we didn't get. The wedges were undercooked and the pizza was cold

Disappointing- sent wrong muffin, cheese bites and meatballs were cold, steak sub was smothered and dripping in cheese sauce - cold and messy. Ham sub was ok

We ordered the tuna salad with no cheese and there was cheese in it. Not usually a big deal but the person is allergic to cheese.

What a disgusting subway they tried to get that disgusting cookie and put it back in the tray with the others untill they saw i was looking absolute tramps

Delivery good. Just make sure the sauce is actually in the sub and not on the outside. Didnt enjoy eating it. All the sauce was on the wrapper!

Would of been 5 star. But lat twice I've ordered. I didn't put the tikka meal as toasted. But twice its come toasted.

The chicken tikka salad was poor. Hardly any chicken, my lettuce was brown & I had chunks of onion peel in the salad. Won’t be ordering again.

They got my order a bit wrong I asked for rainbow cookies but they gave chocolate chip cookies. Also I asked Dr pepper but they give me Pepsi Max instead . 😔😞

Halfway through eating had to stop as it had a weird smell and just didnt taste right at all , nothing about it was fresh. As a result i now have food poisoning! Would NOT recommend to anyone

The order was incorrect, incomplete and the delivery driver was lazy and rude. I remember why I stopped using just don't.

Added dairy products to an order which was meant to be entirely plant based. Subway not answering telephone. No option to have item replaced.

Absolutely terrible the margarita slices didn’t have one bit of margarita sauce on all 6 what I ordered the chicken tikka salad wasn’t chicken tikka at all was turkey or something with mayo which I didn’t ask for food was also stone cold literally seems like they’ve left it on the shelf for 2 weeks and served it to there customers absolutely terrible save you’re money and go elsewhere

Arrived over an our late, couldn’t get hold of the restaurant and when food arrived everything was freezing cold

We watched the driver on the app go to 3 different places before hand totally the opposite way to our home,he was filmed on my ring doorbell arriving over a hour later standing at the bottom of my steps taking a picture and started walking off like he was just not going to deliver it,I opened door and he said traffic was bad,I’d paid almost £30 for my daughters birthday tea,everything was cold and non edible tried ring Dudley Subway over 10 times to no reply please do not order from here and I would like Just Eat to take them off there app as this is totally unacceptable customer service I would like a full refund…😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered food at 12.55 given an initial time of delivery of 13.10-13.25 but this was changed about 4 times and finally received the order at 14.25 hour and half after ordering and it was stone cold. We order from this restaurant every week and expect much better service than this. A very unhappy customer 👎👎
