For the second time in two orders the fries were cold stale and undercooked tasted rank

speedy delivery, as usual food was not hot but it was tasty.

Went to the wrong address but still found us and delivered. Thank u

No straws for drinks and paid for sauce and didn’t receive

Forgot my sauces from McDonald’s.

Stone cold food, drinks leaked and toy missing. Nothing good about it at all.

Missing items from order and burgers were cold enough that I'd have believed you if you told me they were fresh out of the fridge!

The in store service is friendly and the food is the same standard you expect from McDonald’s but the food simply takes too long to be served. With regular wait times of 10+ minutes, the drive thru is the priority for this store so if you work locally avoid this McDonald’s unless you are in the car.

there was no sauce no straws and i only got given 4 nuggets for a 6nugget meal not impressed

I never recived my order after waiting for 2hrs.

It kept saying trying to find drivers. Then it kept saying it was delivered when it was not. I went to bed then the doorbell was rang and then my phone rang walking up my baby. Which was 3 hours and 25 minutes after I ordered. I said it was cancelled to the driver and did not give him my code and did not receive any food. But it was put down it was delivered and will not get a refund.

WHY CAN YOU NEVER BRING THE SAUCE

it seems that mcdonalds have a policy of not providing condiments when paid for. Don't exect to receive dips even if ordered and paid for

Arrived quickly but burger and chips were cold. We only live a couple of miles away so not sure it was even warm when it left. Disappointing

All food was cold on arrival which unfortunately has become the standard for Halesowen McDonalds. They prepare the food long before the driver gets there and then it sits on a shelf going cold. They're not supposed to start preparing the food until the driver is at the resturant. The iced latte had a weird chemical taste & no straw was provided.

What a terrible place! Our order took about 20 minutes to get to our table, when it finally came, one of the burgers was actually dripping in grease! I took it back a received the most insane replacement! It was just a double cheeseburger but on a massive flat bready bun? No ketchup in the Happy Meal or dispenser, so I had to queue at the counter yet again. We also received a book instead of a toy, how hard is it? Worst McDonald’s in the country.

There were 4 chips missing and was 20mins late

So you order 3 meals . No chips at all 🤷‍♀️???

What is the problem with putting the items I have paid for in the bag before I drive off? 4 out of the last 6 times I have had a drive through the order has been incorrect. So you leave feedback on the mcdfoodforthoughts and what do you get? A discounted Bigmac. I don’t want a bigmac I want the correct food I ordered.

It opens at 6am but you can't ever get on the car park till around 6:10am. Theres never any paper in the receipt printer on the kiosks. There's never any napkins in the dispenser. There's never any napkins provided with your order, you have to ask them. I don't appreciate the tall ish young lad trying to 'give it the biggun' and hear about who he'd knock out if they did 'that' in front of him. Put paper in the receipt printer and give people napkin (or make them available). It's not hard.

missing sauce and missing straws.

The worst McDonald’s in England! Foods always cold, chips are always stale, cant even remember to put STRAWS in the bag! By far the worst

Food good, delivery good, but keep forgetting the dips? Why???

Order stone cold. 4 sauces ordered yet missing. Delivery person did not ring bell or knock door and then walked away. Only knew they were there due to dog barking. Could not communicate appropriately regarding issues. Not happy.

Make sure you check your bags before leaving. They almost always "forget" to put something in the bag. Staff too busy chatting and arsing about to do a good job

we had meals and sides, milkshake s, so we had no dips that we ordered and no straw's do drink milkshake, service is poor

Driver arrived and gave us 2 bags , once we got inside we opened the bags and there was only drinks in there no food

All items ordered delivered. However it was only Two items so while its not a reason to get excited, I'm glad to say you're improving regarding missing items.

I ordered chicken selects, but I received chicken nuggets..

the pancakes was hard had to bin them not edible.

Bit dry, as usual no condiments etc which we DO pay for in with the price of the meals. Not sure how they can forget these almost every order when it’s pretty much required on every order. Not sure if it’s stupidity or very cleverly saving McD money!

extremely unsatisfied. food came, wet, cold, with missing items, bag broke on the way up the stairs. i would like a full refund on this as mcdonald’s cannot sell faulty goods then give it to the third party deliver driver when they’re not secured making a mess not only in the poor deliver drivers car but also my household

Food came on time but it was cold and I was missing half my order.

The driver was friendly & delivered quickly. However the food was freezing cold because they prepare the food before the driver gets to the restaurant and then leave it on a rack to go cold.

I’ve used McDonald’s Halesowen a few times now for delivery and the food is always cold on arrival

mcdonalds staff need to pay attention and put straws in the bag, as well as the sauces which I paid for!!!!

I don't know why I bother using this place. Delivered or collected they ALWAYS miss something. No sauces. No straws

Halesowen Branch is the worst I’ve visited, sadly it’s our most local. Cold, unappetising food, wrong orders and no ability to deal with complaints by offering free or discounted meals next visit. A McFlurry does not cut it.

Staff need to read the notes that are attached to the order. Asked for no mayo. Instead of no mayo they smoothed the burger in mayo, it was seeping through the wrapping!

Parking - beware dont go to this mcdonalds, when you enter the car park a photo of your car is taken at this mcdonalds, you are timed from when you enter the car park not from when you are parked. I could not park and drove round in circles for 30 minutes whilst i was trying to meet a friend here after work. I then had a £300 parking fine!!!!

Issue with app order not going today but the manager sorted it
