I would rather drive another 2 miles to Park road McDonald's and my food would be quicker! The staff aren't bothered and when you ask them how long till you get your order they talk back rude. It's disgusting to see that there are customers who put up with this nonsense!!!

Every time I use this McDonald’s they mess up the order. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Just go colley gate mcdonalds

You always have to check your food at this Macdonalds for accuracy. Especially if you've ordered sauces. They nearly always leave them out. The food is never warm either. Mind you that's the same at every Macdonalds I've ever been to.

I've ordered several times from this restaurant & they never manage to get the order correct. There is always at least one item missing. If you call, the staff blame Uber & advise you to call them. Uber claim the bags are packed & sealed before collection, which I have seen for myself. It is a consistent problem with this particular McDonalds. If you can, go elsewhere. You will not get your meal or a refund.

Every time I get a Mcspicy or a McCrispy from this specific place I always end up losing half of my body weight by eliminating half of my organs in the toilet. Only this place makes me feel like I have got cholera, the diarrhea I get from this place is abysmal. If you want to lose weight really fast, get their McCrispy and I bet you will have the physic of Bella Hadid.

Very long wait in drive through only to be parked up.

Every time I’ve been here they have always “forgot” my dip I pay 50p each time and it’s been at least 6 times that’s £3

Quite busy but good food and comes decently quickly, they do very good breakfast too, and very easy app ordering. Would recommend for a nice warm delivered breakfast, however it cost me £7 in tax and delivery fee to get it delivered which is delectable.

Food was cold before we even got to the car. Which I don't understand seeing how busy it was to be served cold food the chips were soggy with no flavour. Won't be going back to that maccies.

burger was terrible. ordered the hat trick. this was supposed to have 2 slices of cheese, onions, mustard and ketchup. it came with 3 dry burgers, 1 slice of cheese, no onions and no mustard.

Contrary to what they would have you believe, not every McDonalds meal is alike. Today's breakfast was something special! Delivered not only hot and fresh, but very carefully packaged, not just thrown into the bag but thoughtfully and neatly arranged. It may seem silly, but attention to the details like that make the difference between a good meal and great meal, The bacon on the McMuffins also seemed particularly crispy and tasty. I think I have found my new regular breakfast McDonalds!

ordered 3 porridge and jam, no jam was sent. ordered 2 teas, no milk or sugar was sent. I genuinely think they are trained to not send certain things to cut corners and save money.

Ordered a coffee at the drive thru , got to the collection window and was told they had no sugar. I pulled up , went into the restaurant and low n behold they had hundreds of sugar. The girl was clearly too idle to walk 5 yards and fetch any. Also I have never been anywhere with so many miserable looking staff members in my life. Ive seen more smiling faces at a Birmingham city football match. Ok that maybe a slight exaggeration but my god they are miserable. Surely working there can't be that bad? You need to pull your fingers out.

Terrible experience made worse by unprofessional manager with very bad attitude. Ordered delivery from McDonald's app. Order arrived completely wrong. Happy meal missing, cheeseburger missing, I ordered a hat trick burger but there was a big mac in the box and there were no sauces or straws for the drinks. We could not get through on the app or on the phone, so i had to drive to the store. The manager I had to deal with was abrupt and confrontational and said she was only prepared to resolve half the things wrong with the order and that she didnt have to replace anything. There was no apology or sympathy of any kind for the fact that that there was several things wrong with the order and i had to drive in despite paying for delivery. There was only a very bad attitude. I am flabbergasted that such an unprofessional person has a managerial role with any kind of responsibility. I didnt catch her name as she stomped off without resolving the issue. The manager was a female, larger than average build, bleached blonde hair with dark roots, and obviously fake eyelashes. The incident occurred on 21 June 2024 at around 5.30pm. Utte incompetence.

NEVER get your sauces when ordering delivery. They've forgotten four times in a row and just realised I have no ketchup or mayo left. I'm left with dry nuggets which aren't appetising. Last time I order from these absolute jokers! I even called after ordering to remind them as suddenly remembered about last time - no answer after the calls.

the order was wrong, ordered "no cheese" on the burger, it had a label on the box stating no cheese and it still had cheese on when it arrived.

The chicken and bacon salad had spicy chicken (which wasnt advertised as spicy) and the balsamic dressing was missing. Also ordered a caesar and bacon wrap meal deal, and the wrap was not included.
