food fell all over the floor as bag was wet delivery driver very abusive still shouting at us when she got in her car not our fault the bags were wet 2nd time this has happened thr same reason the bag was wet suggest you look at who you're employing I wish I had videod her she was still shouting when she got in her car I do have pictures

Missing food and really cold !!!

Don’t order off just eat. 3rd time they have forgot our food. given us 2 bags of a drinks but no food bag.

No dips for 2 x nuggets no caramel sauce all in all very disappointed with whole meal with a cold meal

It wouldn't be McDonald's if there wasn't something missing... What was delivered was freezing cold. Again the driver was fast so the foods been sat in the restaurant.

food came cold, after ordering at 17:10pm and delivery times changed 2 or 3 times daughter and myself was hungry. chips came cold they were like cardboard. Big Mac may aswell have been in the fridge. Not happy when they say they don't start preparing it until a driver is there.

Food was cold and wrong order received. I call McDonald’ and spoke to Shift Manager (Bradly) who refused to replace wrong item and didn’t replace wrong order even accepted that that’s their staff fault. Not Right Manager for his job

Missing items as usual. The food that did turn up was cold. Diet coke was flat with no ice. The driver was quick so my food must have been sat in the restaurant for a long time.

Love McDonald’s have it every week love the chicken nuggets recommend the 5 pound meal it’s a great deal

Big mac had the burgers missing

My food took over an hour to get here after being ordered, and when it finally arrived everything was cold and melted, with a missing menu item as well. This is completely unacceptable.

chips old and cold quater pounder no onion absolutely swamped in ketchup couldn't eat it no sauce on the double cheese burgers when you pay £32 you expect it to be eatable disgusted!!!

I ordered the burger for two meal for 9.99 and only 1 burger turned up. How hard is it to read a screen and pick the correct order. Honestly shocking. My 7 year old could get that order correct.

Fries freezing cold. Diet coke instead of full fat so I've been charged wrongly because of sugar tax. 2 x sites instead. This is Mc Donald's inability to put the correct terms in the order. the Driver was lovely and everything arrived on time.

Unless it’s a new menus I didn’t realise you were selling a cheeseburger cold! I never even had to wait in the drive trough, and yet when you try to call the McDonald’s number for that restaurant all is does is ring out!! What’s the point in a phone if no one answered it the other end!! Absolutely disgraceful!!! If I were an inspector I’d shut the place down!! Food is meant to be served at a certain temperature and mine was far from it, but guess what, you can complain cause no one answers the phone, and would cost more in fuel just to take it back!!! Lucky I can only give 1 star!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!!!

Had difficulty parking our 2 car convoy but with a welcoming smile on her face, the manager (or owner, not sure) made space available for us to park. This was after we cheekily moved a no parking cone we wasn't supposed to lol We then had issues ordering on the app. The issue was swiftly dealt with and the food was great! I'll have to visit this maccers more often.

Very bad service Had to wait for drive in order again..when it came, order was wrong again. Don't bother....Lye McDonalds isn't that far away and they are better. Halesowen focus on just eat/web based orders first. The place was empty inside, we ordered basic menu food and still had to hang around waiting in the car, a number of others were doing the exact same thing. Me...I'd go to Lye or make cheese on toast...it'd be quicker....and you'd actually get cheese on toast...

My sister's chicken burger was also very pink too, honestly quite concerning as we are now worried we may get ill. Threw half of the food away.
