My food was cold. Never got any chips even though I ordered a meal

Fries tasted like they’d been sat for 2 dats

It was good but it was a bit long too wait

food took an hour to come. delivery time kept changing. when out for delivery it went in the complete other direction. when the food came it was absolutely freezing. food was put in the bin. I was refunded £1.27 I think for the 2 meals and eneded up cooking a pizza for the kids. terrible service

Delivered wrong order only drinks no food !!!!

Food took over 40 minutes to arrive and was stone cold when it arrived. Totally inedible and two very disappointed children

the delivery driver drive sent a message. I live in a block of flats, they didn't ring the buzzer to the building. Just left food unattended outside the building

They always seem to miss something.... This time was a bit unforgivable. I only ordered 2 meals and they missed one of the burgers. Can't get my head around it.

Drive didn’t have a bag to keep food warm he just had it in the foot well of his car and I felt the food it was cold and I said to him why’s my food cold isn’t it meant to be in a bag and he said he never had one a drove off

Food missing awful service as always

driver delivered to at least one location in the opposite direction to us so food was cold. Upon receipt items where missing, a refund credit was given but when i had to reorder the missing food I had to pay an additional £4.00+ The order failed but the credit disappeared so ended up paying in additional of £12.00

Awful service today, left waiting ages at the window with no acknowledgement, gave us our food anf forgot our drinks, then and arrived home to missing food. Worst service I've had there

The order was incomplete, ordered a strawberry milkshake and received 2 bottles of semi skimmed milk and a cup of strawberry syrup what am I suppose do with that make my own ! , never received the ice cream that was ordered either, This restaurant can never get the orders right .

The hot chocolate arrived with hardly any hot chocolate in. The app doesn’t allow you to report this, phoned the venue and they have given a number to call

driver went to the wrong house food was cold....

ordered at 7:44 got the " driver is at the restaurant " status after about 10 mins but the timer kept resetting and delivery was at about 8:40. the order was two burgers and I'm less than a quarter mile from the restaurant. food was cold on delivery.

The customer service is great! Most of the workers are hard working and kind. The food is great. This is the best Mcdonald's I have been too.

Dirty thieves order 8 of 10 times incomplete park road mcdonalds are thieves to their customers and irdet foat vold every time....robbers avoid this mcsonalds at all costs consistently the worst

Don't usually leave reviews, expecially for Mcdonald's! however this place deserves it, staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, did table service and checked back on us. The McFlurry portion was also the biggest I've ever seen!

Never had my order the delivery driver kept saying he didn't understand me and that he didn't speak English told him the directions numerous times even put the directions in the notes on the order, the he put it as delivered when it never was, as I have a ring doorbell and it never rang and I even went outside to check and no delivery! Yet when I complained they refused to give me a refund because they said it been delivered, yet they normally take a picture of the delivery or ask for a code.
