Very disappointed with the McFlurrys we had last night.. half filled with hardly any toppings on some, that being said the ice cream was nice.

Always had good freshly cooked food from here. Pleasant staff and service. Occasional errors with orders is the only fault.

Every time I come to this mcdonalds, even when they are quiet, I always have to park up and wait on food. 90% of the staff act like they don't want to be working here and the order is wrong most of the time. Seriously avoid this place

It was practically empty but difficult to get a table that was clean. Food was piping hot which is unusual for McDonalds and the staff were helpful when we asked for ketchup. It was quick service as well, the biggest thing that let the place down was all the rubbish everyone had left behind and the overflowing bins... Which had been emptied by the time we left.

Ordered grilled chicken wrap, label said grilled, opened, everything was fried even salad dressing was off, was sick all evening after eating it.

Best McDonald's I've ever had. Tasted so much better than usual places. Nice guy that served me as well. Asian chap with such good manners.

We quite like the McDonald's itself, the service and food are lovely. However my wife is disabled with mobility issues. When we got here, there were just eat drivers parked in the disabled bays. I had to wait and ask one of these drivers to move so we could actually park. Whilst we were in the restaurant itself we counted 4 just eat drivers using the disabled bays. As you can tell we were pretty disgusted not just with the drivers but the store itself. Would it not be a simple thing to tell the drivers not to park in the bays? Unfortunately because of this you have lost our custom. The restaurant manager (and drivers) should be ashamed of themselves.

Just been to drive through here and, not for the first time, items missing from the order when we got home. Seems to be a common complaint at this location. Fed up of paying for food we don’t get!

They serve food as fast as they can as do all McDonald's. The quality and service has gone from all of them and the way they have changes the pricing is terrible. I avoid unless necessary but will have a milk shake every now and then

Like most fast food, the chips were cold and the burger just about warm and I only live 4 to 5 minutes away. The last visit I had was a breakfast meal in Mcdonald and that meal was fine.

Ordered online and forgot all 3 sauces for 9 chicken selects and ruined our meal. Unexceptable will be coming into store to get a refund for the chicken selects as it's apart of what we paid for. Who has chicken selects without sauce. Incompetence. Beware when ordering online threw the McDonalds app

McDonald's drive-through, quick and easy

Placed an order via the app for my son, we drove down and collected it from the drive thru. It was fairly busy and we had a bit of a wait, but not too long.

It's good but very overpriced nowadays.

Missed breakfast order by 1 minute, then had to wait in carpark for ordered item and to top it all, receipt did not print well so unable to do the online survey.

DON'T ORDER THROUGH JUST EAT! Ordered delivery and missed key item yet again! . Was offered a credit. Seems a repeated problem with Just Eat.

Had excellent service today when I called in to pick up food after a difficult day. The manager (I think) went out of his way to help me with my order, was so polite and considerate and gave me my order complimentary. Wow, you really cheered me up and deserve recognition for outstanding service. Thank you!

Litter left everywhere on road adjacent. It’s becoming a daily chore to collect it off our front garden, path and the road. The staff have been told to park on the road adjacent meaning residents have nowhere to park for where they actually live. Some of us are disabled, elderly and have children we need to get into the house with no viable parking when all the staff park there for 10 hour shifts. The only option we have is to actually start parking our cars on the McDonald’s car park itself and leaving our cars there for the evening and weekends as the main road is red route. I’m going to start reporting the litter to the council as we’ve all had enough of it.

Excellent hotel. Reasonable prices. Staff Excellent. Food Excellent. Cleanliness Excellent couldn't fault my visit.

Always a grim experience. Generally over 10 mins wait for food which is always cold. Amazing how many folks get it delivered. So much better choices around with local chip shops and Chinese takeaway aways. For the price of a manky burger and 12 fries you can get a chicken curry with rise or burger chips and drink from any of the local chip shops.

This is supposed to be a Malteser McFlurry, think the staff need retraining on how to put this together, total waste of money, McDonald’s in Halesowen don’t seem to have a problem

Just wanted to share that this branch starts to reheat their burgers in the microwave and then sell them to you after their intended sell-by time. You can tell when the ketchup is red hot, tough dry bruger and chewy greasy bun (hamburger) absolutely shameful

Made order via the drivethru, no milkshakes which is fine, paid for order got to 2nd window food handed over, no customer service, i was more amazed at how rude the girl was to hand the food and shut the window before I even had chance to ask for sauces, not to realise until we had gotten home she hadn't even given us the happy meal that was on the order. Was unable to get back to the resturant due to transport, rang and the man couldn't care less that my 5 year old daughter was upset because her tea was missing whilst her older sibling had hers. He said i was more than welcome to go and collect another but would not have it sent out with the uber drivers. Absolute fuming. Mcdonalds are well and truly a joke can never get the orders correct, when you ask for sauce even after spending nearly £30 it's like your asking them to pay for it out of their wages! Customer service is a shambles and really need to get some training for their staff.

I ordered a child happy meal with a banana milkshake then was told no milkshakes asked for a fruit shoot guess what no fruit shoots this limits the drinks for a happy meal But still no worries collected order returned home to find no children’s happy meal in the order and the rest of the meal Lukewarm Makes you feel that this branch of macDonald is really trying for customer satisfaction Ps they could not be bothered to answer the telephone

They can’t even remember to put all items into the bag for delivery 3 times now they have messed up the order they either miss a whole meal or forget items that add up to half the payment , incompetent people with no common sense , idiots

The food was hot the taste was excellent. Most of the time it’s a waste of time but this location is probably the best one we’ve had!!

The lady with the glasses is wonderful. She is always so welcoming and today they got my order wrong and she gave me a whole new order straight away!

Ordered 3 meals on just eat waited for delivery, none came checked on app said it had been delivered. Rang restaurant and phone just rang out. Worst service ever from any restaurant.

Ordered Cheese burger come with no patty, thank you for the cheese bun. And every time I order sauces they never arrive.

Absolutely too service! Always clean and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile for you. We personally drive out just to eat at this one.

Ordered the steakhouse stack it resembled nothing like the picture or the advert arrived at the car some 15 mins later with the rest of the other it was warm at best the best part of the meal were the fries There were more just eat deliveroo cars on the car park which I might add just park in the disabled spots whilst waiting yet the people I charge of this franchise do nothing about it I will certainly think twice about going for food again

Mess, everywhere not clean at all, staff just stood around talking, food was cold, ordered a hot chocolate the taste made me feel sick and this was also cold. The place needs management desperately and a cleaner!

Once again, missed items in the order. Lost count how many times this has happened from this branch. Call them and there’s nothing they can do, you need to speak to the app team…. Guess what the app team can do? A refund….. so now I’m hungry….. seriously McDonalds, sort you S&!t out and deliver the customer service you were once renowned for

Pretty poor. Dull, uninterested headset operator at the drive thru. Clearly no customer service training Lovely young lady at the delivery window tho. No parking spaces to wait for food as loas of spaces taken up by delivery drivers. Ordered big cheesy- well nothing positive to say. It was cold!!! So didn't eat it, so that's £8+ wasted. Fries were limp and luke warm. Really really not impressed! Worst service I've had at this branch!

Second time where we have been kept waiting whilst cars going through the inner ordering system got served straight away.

I can't comment about the food. I only popped in to use the toilet as I passed on my way elsewhere.

My daughter and I have ordered from this McDonald’s several times over the last 2 years and every time we have ordered there have been items missing, especially dips this time we ordered and majority of our food was missing and the hot chocolate which was supposed to be a large was in fact a small and absolutely disgusting will certainly NOT be ordering or even going through drive through here again it’s disgusting

Made an order for delivery, not the first or second time , and each occasion there is missing items , they can’t seem to ever get the order right ! Waited over a hour for delivery on ringing the restaurant to find out why it was taking so long they really didn’t want to know or care that it had been over a hour since it was ordered for it to turn up cold and missing items , I could of walked to the restaurant quicker , then the time it took for them to deliver it , the staff really need to go back to school and learn how to read the order’s because they seem to not be able to get anything right or may be more training !

Geraldine!! Every store needs one of her! She had the whole store spotless and kept the children happy. She should be running the place. What a surprisingly easy trip with the children

This has to be, one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to! The staff are super friendly and helpful, they are so organized and the food is always on point. And if there is a problem they are more than happy to fix it! I would advise placing your order in the app, it's sooooo much easier!

Got the order wrong twice but it was lovely once we had the correct food.

Worst fast food joint I've ever been too. Just don't bother. If you have no choice, make sure you go breakfast time. The food is slightly more edible at breakfast time.

Absolute morons work here. Always get your order wrong. Missing items galore. The recruitment team need to pull their finger out.

Ordered double sausage egg mc muffin meal with 2 dips, milk shake and ice cream. Bun was burnt , sausage and egg was luke warm and dry. No dips in the bag, worst of all was the hash brown, was freezing cold, so over cooked and dry I could crumble it in my fingers. Only thing good was the milkshake and ice cream and that's because it came out of a machine. Been a chef for close on 30 years ,would never serve cap like that !!!

It's a Maccies so it can't be anything other than a Maccies, but now we can't see the hustle and bustle of the kitchen. So anything could be happening behind the scenes , they might be popping up to Balds Lane Fish Bar for the food. And there is no atmosphere at all , where once it was noisy and had a busy energetic feel to the place there is now very subdued background noise. You sit and eat your food in near silence and stare at the wall. Never again.

Has to be one of the friendliest Macdonalds I've gone to ,whilst waiting for mine and my granddaughters food I watched a staff member talking to a customer who had learning disabilities, she was fab with him.knew his name ,took the time to listen and chat to him ,I wish I knew thier names as her and a young Asian fella who served me and brought our food to the table were fantastic today ,he has a brilliant memory remembered me and my granddaughter from a few months ago if you do staff awards these two deserve one we were in there about 12oclock today ...

I pulled on to this McDonald's car park at 6.15am due to a flat tyre. A member of McDonald's staff (Kush) was outside working at the time. Not only did Kush ask me if I was okay, he offered his mobile phone to make a call and went and got me a hot chocolate whilst I waited for the AA to arrive. Kush really is a credit to your team and went out of his way to show kindness and generosity. Thank you so much

Absolutely Dreadful. Went through the drive through, All I ordered was a big mac and fries and it was awful, only half a pot of fries, literally was half full and the ones i did get were cold and limp, the big mac was also cold and clearly thrown together, it was so busy i couldn't be bothered to go back and complain, I just binned the lot, will not go there again

Placed an order through Uber. Missing mcant burger and double mcplant. Rest of the order was freezing. The manager did t care shrugged her shoulders. Every time I order something is either missing or wrong always mess up.

Load of rubbish, can’t even get a basic order right. Ordered a double quarter pounder totalling £6 to find that the had given me a single in a doubles box. It says double on the box it’s not too hard.

One of the most busiest Mcdonald's around the area, there is always a Steady flow of cars in the drive through. However you Still get great Customer Service - Our food was bought out to us outside, everything was how it Should be with no wrong orders! We always enjoy coming here.

Not great if you want to use cash. I waited at least 5 minutes to place an order, despite one of the managers bringing food out, looked straight at me and walked off! I was stood right by the only till with a tenner in hand. OK so it was a busy time of day but for others who entered after me to get food before I have even ordered is not good customer service.

Shift manager Kelly on may 7th 2023 was horrendous. Had no understanding of her job and zero customer service ability. How she is a manager is shocking. When asked to resolve an issue that breached health hygiene by the store her basic response was that it wasn’t her problem. Shocking that a shift manager allows service knowingly when it goes against serious hygiene rules. I would never eat at or order from this store again and advise no one else to either if they value their health . Have made a formal complaint and the matter is being investigated but until they resolve the massive issues I wouldn’t risk eating anything from there, trust me you don’t know who has been doing what with the food until, like I did tonight , you realise they do… and worse still Mc Donald’s Kelly who at first claimed to be manager then swiftly changed it to shift manager couldn’t care less.

I don't think I've ever been to a busier drive through. Staff very apologetic on the windows, which was nice. The only problem was that in the hussell and bussell of everything the portion size and quality was compromised sadly. I guess it was the wrong time of day for me. No reflection of how hard working and polite the workers were.

The food is either really good quality or really bad, for example, chips can be given stale and cold or warm and just the perfect amount of salt. It really depends on what day it is with this McDonald's.

It’s a McDonald’s what else can you say. The staff are friendly, sometimes the parking can be a bit of a issues as the spaces are quite big enough. Sometimes they die forget to give you sauces but when I asked them they gave me some so not a major issues just a pain that you have to ask even when your ordered them. Update- they have got my order wrong several times I would make sure you check your order before you leave
