Mcdonald's Restaurants in Dudley

We ordered food to our work place he went to some other destination! When we call driver he cannot UNDERSTAND any time they mess up they suddenly can't understand English I think ur drivers need a English qualification because now we have to process a refund and still haven't got our food! Because the driver can't UNDERSTAND JAVAD THE UBER DRIVER! VERY RUDE AND HES 6 MILES AWAY SO WE WILL NOT GET OUR FOOD!

Okay if you go inside or driver thru. But if you order for delivery it's generally always wrong

This place is an absolute joke. We have ordered 4 times from here now and each time a burger has been missing from the meal! Once I can understand, mistakes happen but to have items consistently missing every single time we order is ridiculous, each time someone has gone without the main component to their meal.

Always forgetting sauces, has happened so many times. Cold on arrival even though it was fairly quick delivery, wasn’t handed out of a food bag so might not have been used

We received the wrong order and we couldn't risk eating any of it as my husband allergic to cheese and most of the items we received had cheese on them .

Normally give good mcdonald's 4 stars, however this mcdonald's was exceptional! The staff were amazing, attentive, very friendly, and the first time ever someone came and asked me if my food was OK, just like in a proper restaurant. So definitely 5 stars for all the amazing staff I met that day

Orders at 8 and took n hour and half to be delivered then when order was delivered there were items missing from my order and food was cold

Best McDonald's in the country. I've visited a lot over the years and thankfully this is the one closest to work. Staff are friendly, it's very clean inside and out and you can tell it is well run.

My order was delivered minus the drink and with an Oreo Mcflurry, which I don't like!! on contacting Just Eat minutes after the driver left I have been told that I am not due compensation or a refund according to the T&C's? yet all that states is report within 24 Hours.... shocking service

45 minutes to prepare food and when it arrived it was freezing cold had to dump it

DONT GO AFTER 10PM food was reheated and dry. I complained about fries being too cold. I’m sure they just took my fries I’d received and refried them. Impolite customer service I waited ages for drive in staff to take order despite no other customers in front. Ordered today 15/09/24 via app at 22:22.

Do not use this McDonald's. They are constantly missing items from orders to the point it either has to be gross incompetence or even worse it's deliberate. I wont be using this store again! Very disappointing service!

Driver struggled to find me. His map showed i wasn't the adress i'd entered and food was fine but fries stale and cold and McFlurry melted.

Very disappointed with the McFlurrys we had last night.. half filled with hardly any toppings on some, that being said the ice cream was nice.

Everything was lovely except the pancakes were like rubber! It’s been a while since I ordered them. But they were actually hard around the edges. So much so. Nothing would cut them. What a shame. They were still worm. So expected to be ok. It was like they were cooked yesterday and wormed? Disappointed ☹️

Always had good freshly cooked food from here. Pleasant staff and service. Occasional errors with orders is the only fault.

Every time I come to this mcdonalds, even when they are quiet, I always have to park up and wait on food. 90% of the staff act like they don't want to be working here and the order is wrong most of the time. Seriously avoid this place

It was practically empty but difficult to get a table that was clean. Food was piping hot which is unusual for McDonalds and the staff were helpful when we asked for ketchup. It was quick service as well, the biggest thing that let the place down was all the rubbish everyone had left behind and the overflowing bins... Which had been emptied by the time we left.

Order accepted by just eat, delivery driver contacted us unable to find address after arguing on the phone about what our address is, delivery driver advised he does not cover that area and wont deliver order - payment taken, food not delivered.

Forgot the sauces,brought all of the wrong burgers orderd 2 big Mac’s and the other 2 was MENT to be mcrispys but 4 Big Macs came instead ( my daughter is allergic which is why she was MENT to have a mcrispy).

All order was present, delievered ahead of the stated delivery time, arrived and hot well prepared.

Every time I order from here there is a problem. This time I had about 10 chips in the one lot and about a third of a portion in the other. I asked for plain cheeseburgers and they came as normal. Order from a different McDonalds.
