Can’t see why they ask us to put notes on the site and they don’t read them

Can you tell me when something on the menu says it comes with curry sauce or mushy peas and then you don’t get them when you order them ???? Not happy again

I ordered food at 4pm and it is now 7pm and the food did not come tried calling the ship l9ads of times and nobody answered will never be ordering ever again

All good just 1 moan the cod was small compared to other places I've been to, still very tasty.

Fantastic food at good price. Large, generous portions with a smile. Staff are respectful and polite. Keep up the good work 👏 👍

We’ve come all the way from Australia and landed upon the best fish and chips ever! Run by a lovely couple who gave us a sample of their specialty battered chips, we were unsure at first but glad we did- they were delicious and we were so glad we tried them. Thankyou, keep up the good work ;)

Vile chippy the chips are soaked in oil pies and tinned roe cold and the curry sauce..well what can I say tiny plastic pot and I mean tiny I was lost for words small curry sauce rip off will not be going there again don't no what's happened to it but used to be so nice not anymore disgusting what they charge for what you get I would have gave it no stars

It was really bad , the curly fries were hard rock and couldn’t chew them , had to throw them away , disappointed as I was really hungry won’t order again from here for sure and rude customer service too…

Food delicious but came late. No answer when called chippy and missing portion chips

The chips (always battered) and the specials are all good value. The large fish is the skinniest I've seen. I sometimes wish the chips would get a few more minutes cooking, or the pie was hotter. Peas/curry sauce overpriced. It's all quite mid.

food took an hour to be delivered, the food was cold & quality of fish was poor, it didnt even taste like cod. Not impressed as we've never had problems before. Just a waste of money.

They catered for a lunch on Saturday with 80 meals, all lovely and hot and everyone loved it

If I could give 0 stars i would but sadly it's not available, we ordered 5 portions of chips with fish, dippers and a burger. Now the food was OK but we ordered over the phone and paid for delivery which was 45 minutes. After 50 minutes my daughter phones and they are apparently busy, but surely ours should have been done by now. They tell her it's going to take another 30 minutes. We have 2 kids 1 is 3 yrs old and 1 is 5 yrs old and they are very hungry, plus getting very agitated due to it. We wait the extra 30 minute and still nothing 🤬 honestly it's a joke, kids screaming they are hungry and nothing to stop it. I phoned up and a voice came over as it has now been 1 hr 30 mins not only did he get the address wrong but sounded like he had no idea. My daughter decided to wait outside due to the address error, finally the delivery driver arrives and goes in the opposite direction to the house, my daughter tried to wave him down but he didn't notice so I shouted him. He finally came down the street. Not in any hurry mind you.. Never again will we go there. It's not the first time we have had issues from this place. But it's the first time we tried delivery.

We have ordered from here a few times and normally very happy but tonight it just wasn’t that good, they got an item wrong and the flavour was ‘off’ Maybe they have a different cook/chef - definitely not up to the normal standard - quite disappointing

We use to love the food from here but the last few times we’ve ordered it’s been horrible the chips are hard and greasy everything is cold and tastes like it’s been cooked hours.I don’t no if it has changed management or not but I don’t think I will be ordering again

Went there the other night for some food. Fast.. Friendly but most of all.. The food hit the taste buds with an almighty bang 💥💥. The battered chips they do are nicely made and flavoured..! Chicken meat is probably the best I've tasted..and trust me I eat a lot of chicken 🍗. Lastly the new mixed grill they've added recently to the menu is a feast of flavour..nicely marinated and I doubt you'll find better. The mix grill came with a good selection of meats..boneless chicken chunks..fish pokora..lamb chops..sheesh kebabs..chicken wings..😍!! Worth every penny 🔥🔥👌👌..! Go on give it a try you won't regret it..!

This was my 2 order. Food is fresh and hot. Will definitely be my 1st choice of chippy from now on

ordered chicken meat, chips and salad for delivery. The chips were totally soaked in something, salad was slimy - particularly the cucumber and onion and some of the chicken looked bloody. Never had a problem with this shop before - what's going on ???

In the end I had to go and collect my own food placed the order at 6 pm for delivery at 8 pm it was nearly 8.30 when I actually got my food so never actually got to eat my food as my break at work was finished absolutely shocking service and was missing items and some items wrong

Kids love the oronge chips best, they were jus closing as me an children went in, kind man gave us our food for free

The mini fish was great but the kebab meat and chips was honestly the worst I've ever had. Dry, burnt chicken kebab meat. Soggy battered chips, ridiculously small portion for the price and just a couple of drops of sauce. Absolute rip off at nearly £9 😳

Brilliant food, hot when it arrived, bit disappointed it was 50 mins from ordering to expected delivery time however it was then delivered 10 mins early which is always good.

Was missing 2 curry sauces chicken was burnt my donner burger was lacking meat and sauce was more bread I absolutely love this place and won’t Go no we’re else today I was really disappointed I will still definitely try again as Ino it can be so nice

Our delivery took 2hrs to be delivered..there was no apology from the driver either..I will not be ordering from there again having done so many times before..very unhappy with the service. I called 8 times..it just went to answer phone!!! I would like compensating as this spoilt our evening...

Tiny fish that was cut down to a point so the thin bit turned into fish jerky. It was a cripple of a fish. The chips weren't fresh like usual. I got one good meal from them. Time to find somewhere else.
