A'La Pizza & Roosters in Bolton

Waited 2.5 hours for my delivery and then they just cancelled my food randomly! What a shame that this pizza shop has such crappy service.

They wait for deliveries to build up and have 1 driver who has to make 3-4 stops, food will always be cold, if you call up next time to make an order they will tell you ‘stop complaining about cold food our food will never be hot as driver will have 3-4 stops before yours’??? Ask to speak to manager and they say ‘I am the manager’ very rude staff! Avoid deliveries from this place!

I go all the time pizza and chicken and peppers and moshroom on nan with chips and onion 👌 banging.

I have been coming here since it opened many years ago but unfortunately today will be my last visit. The pizza recipe changed around 2 years ago so I stopped buying their pizzas but thought the burgers etc were still OK. Went there today and got 2 spicy fillet meals and only noticed halfway through the first burger that the bun was mouldy. This is the last straw. This used to be my go to takeaway for so many years but recently its gone so far down hill it's shocking. If it is new owners then they need to take a long hard look at themselves. Disgraceful.

Absolutely horrible burger and pizza, apparently the owners have changed so the food has gone down his honestly avoid it if you can you'd rather not eat and waste money in this place, horrible. The size of the burger has gone small and you get about 15 fries 🍟 in a meal deal. Please avoid if you can. There isn't a rating made for this please. YB

Hygiene rating *2 Not fresh at all.. Horrible hygiene Rude and ignorant staff. Back door is open while rats are running around in the back street. Swearing in own language and speaking silly things about the customers.

Threatening to come to adress of delivery saying we know where you live, just cos we rung ap and asked how long our chips was gunna be because they forgot them of the order, chicken burger was pink inside waste of money food was cold

Ordered 4 spicy burger meals & 2 of them were raw half way into the burger so we called them & they were not accepting that this is true after having a deep conversation with them they decided to have the half eaten burgers returned to they can inspect them haha more than welcome & didn't even offer a delivery service & got annoyed when we asked them to deliver. We get together with extended family every weekend but never going to order from there again. They said it will take about an hour for the delivery, what a joke. Terrible service This happened to us a few years ago but we decided maybe it's a one off now, but it's happened again.

Excellent food ... We eat on a regular basis from this nice place ... Nice one guys ,,, keep up the hard work 😋

I went to get some donner kebab, the guy microwaved my donner right in front of me. How stupid must you be? I am surprised this place is busy , it’s so dirty. The donner was so thick and disgusting , it was like eating meat smelling plastic. It’s seems this place is just a place passers by come to just fill their stomachs , because quality wise , it’s really bad.

Got a pizza from here, recommended but by heck was this the poorest pizza I’ve ever had. The toppings were not fresh and old and I’m shocked that this kind of food is on the market.

Sending extra food charging for extra food what hasn't been placed. Food thrown in boxes and bags. Told no mayo and put mayo on burgers and they did put them on Treat a dog better

Even-thought the restaurant it self isn’t appealing or catchy the food is delicious. Fries are good. Fred chicken has a really good texture and taste. Burgers are homemade and tasty. But the special thing is the pizza. It is filled with cheese and tomatoes. Best I have had

Food used to be fine, new people make it revolting, the food seems too be uncooked, served with yesterday's left overs, topping's seem to be not fresh. Hygiene is very poor, unfortunately. Pizza door reaks with sweat .. Not impressed .. ? I used too like eating there few times a week .. Not any more .. It's ready for shut down .. 😞 Quality .. ?

Best pizzas and fries in Bolton hands down. Lamb pieces is the only thing missing. Fries are like the original McDonald’s fries and the pizza is classic fast food. Fried chicken salty at times, greasy at times best going Allen’s fried chicken.

Food was disgusting, not cooked properly, pizza's where mingling and reading with bad adour .. Noticed green mould flaking off the cheese. Felt sick too my stomach, was a regular, not any more .. Food seems too be contaminated, not stored properly, possibly outdated, especially with little Gerry roaming around the front counter of the open kitchen ... Not kool dude ..

Ordered 6piece chicken and 4 fries family box @ 6.99.. Fries were thin and cold, chicken were full of grease and unedable it was awful. The gravy was like jelly it wobbled about in the tub, tipped it out onto chips and it flew out the tub and basically slapped the chips the taste of the gravy actually made me throw up, it wasnt normal.. The eclairs well after they had defrosted they were rock hard and crispy the only decent part of the meal were the cans of pop.. very dissapointed never have i experienced a takeaway like this, actually feeling ill from it... 4 mouthfulls of the chips and gravy and started to throw up that isnt normal!! Surely they cant carry on trading

We used too eat there quite a lot until we noticed hygiene issue's. little Gerry roaming around there kitchen. He's a regular staff friend. Sorry to say .. Your food needs slot of attention too hygiene detail, cos a lot of people like fast food without not knowing the lethal bacteria that's going inside there stomach. The Kfc style chicken is left over chicken, pink raw, crunchy, slouchy with oil. There pizza's are lethal with dough recycled back in the machine with occasional fresh dough mix, really not appropriate for human consumption, no profit loss there, just careless for humans too suffer. Sorry guys it's the truth. I wouldnt recommend this for a neighbour. Good luck with healthy eating.

Used to be our regular for halal pizza. But now under Pakistani ownership and its gone proper down hill. They’ve taken a few major ingredients off the pizza toppings lists and therefore a favourites no longer ther. They have changed the chips supplier. Best to eat in tether than a soggy takeaway. Best going to the same named place on Halloween road. More like how it used to be. The fried chicken is way too salty too.

I’ve been going here for years, used be all right I went the other day got a kebab what was disgusting, the staff are thick, I told them salad with no sauce when I got home to find out they had just give me meat, also the pizzas, they need stop chucking the food in the bag upside down
