McDonald's - Knowsley Street in Bolton

Ordered 2 lots of 9 nuggets and in 1 box it looked like they had ripped up a chicken sandwich patty instead of cooking more. Even then, it didn't add up to 9 pieces. Morons

This is now the 5th delivery that has been delivered cold and I have not been offered any refund or replacement items

No problems with the delivery driver, but from the McDonald's place....chips were cold, bbq ranch burger was barely hot, I got two mozzarella dippers instead of three and my diet coke was nearly flat. The only item that was fine was the triple cheeseburger.

Cheese on big macs wen ticked no cheese had swap burgers round as some grandkids don't like cheese, no drink with happy meal and no straws with meal drinks, i.would of returned the food if my grandkids weren't hungry, what a disappointment

the delivery was awful the hot chocolates we ordered split all over over food and we couldn't eat anything as it was everywhere ,so not happy at all ,the drink should be in a none spill cups

absolutely appalling, ordered my food at 11.30 and it didn't arrived until 14.17 and it was absolutely stone cold, awful service and as a former employee you could tell that the order was sat there longer than it should be allowed too

McDonald's is McDonald's regarding food. However last three orders, I've had to warm up in the microwave as it's stone cold. Gave up complaining and getting refunds... so Can't be bothered with this place anymore. Order from here get your microwave ready.

The order was wrong, items were missing and the only option to rectify was a refund which doesn't help the fact your still hungry

i ordered the food at 12.41, the deliver driver called me at 15.10, nearly 3 hrs later. I had tried to cancel several times as the estimated delivery time kept getting pusher further and further back but it would not let me. I want a full refund.

The delivery driver was on time and very polite . Bit the food on the over hand was absolutely freezing we had to walm it up in the microwave.

All delivered OK, but late. Driver got lost and drove around for half an hour instead of calling or using Google Maps or something, so food was cold when it arrived.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The team were the best I have encountered. The young man who took my order was absolutely amazing, going above an beyond customer service, by making an effort to assist me instead of just moving on. The lady who got me my order was so friendly and helpful it really makes me want to return. Best McDonald's I have been to in the UK. WELL DONE BOLTON!!!

I ordered using the app but was unable to get the Wi-Fi working in the restaurant to show the order number and after asking for help nothing was done. The manager fobbed me off to a staff member on the till and still no help from either of them! I had to walk home to get Wi-Fi and retrieve the order number then walk back. After getting the food the Big Mac burger was disgusting there was barely any meat on it! The coke was flat and the latte was cold. Disgusting!

I had come across a problem last night that I have tried to sort out for the past couple of hours. I placed an order via the app , however shortly after this (1-2minutes) maximum I realized it was sent to the wrong address. I contacted the driver , and also the store itself to cancel the order. The store confirmed the order had been cancelled and I specifically heard the staff telling them not to make the food. I got told not to worry and the funds would bounce back into my account. I went ahead and processed another order from tyldesley McDonald’s and didn’t think nothing else off it until I had a call from the driver telling me he’s there (from Bolton) I am absolutely outraged so I rang the delivery line and got told I’m not owed anything back even though I rang and heard them tell them not to make the food and the order was cancelled. As a customer being told the money would be bounced back , and not to worry and then being robbed of £42 is outrageous the driver didn’t even leave the food as I asked my neighbor if there was any food on my door step and she said no she saw him take the food away with him back in his car

The customer service is nonexistent. I have never seen any of them smile. The manager that has been working there for years with the red hair is always extremely rude, I walked in today and heard her bad mouthing a customer with another staff member. Not good.
