A bargain lunch every now and then. Very clean and nice environment with friendly staff.

Ordered a mcrispy the chicken was pink, went to take it back and simply said my chicken is pink, one of the managers said “what do you want it to be black” which I thought was very rude, they give me a new one which was also pink- so overall not a very good experience

wrong order received- missing Big Mac, Double cheeseburger, and cheeseburger with bacon. received instead some nuggets!!!

the trip from store to my office is no more than 5 minutes away the driver took 30 mins to get here as they picked there child up.from school while delivery my order.

when track says on way. but actuly going in opposite direction for another delivery. then food arrives cold. not good hate liars.

Toilets were gross and wouldn't lock but it's a McDonald's at 8pm, you want food and you'll get it quickly, can't complain much.

Never turn up this busted and they saying my address not match when always order from McDonald's also none one has been turn to the st i can see the whole st also have CCTV cameras which i can proved it if need to!

I ordered food at 18:51, my 3 year old daughter Waited an hour for this food and I finally phoned McDonald’s to see where my order was. The delivery driver hadn’t turned up and the food was all ready and waiting there at 19:10 to be collected by the driver which on the app it stated the driver was at the restaurant. The food was then delivered to me like it had been in the fridge, They didn’t remake the food and said that it was the drivers fault. The driver came at 20:30 after I already put another order in through the McDonald’s app which I had no issues at all. So because my daughter was crying and waiting I had to pay twice for my food. Absolutely disgusting service and I won’t use this service again.

All my food was not even in the boxes or packages it was all over the bag !! All my drinks had spilled all over the bag and was half full , my chips where cold and so where my selects absolute joke and I was missing sauces

took more than an hour to arrive. order produced at 18:05 and delivered at 18:40. rang restaurant twice for support, advised driver may have several phones to collect orders from other businesses as we live 6 minutes from the restaurant. would have gone myself but am disabled. very disappointed.

I ordered this at 1:52pm. After an hour I rang the store and was advised the roads were causing problems for delivery. With no option to cancel, The order finally arrived at 4:15pm. Around 2 1/2 hours after my initial order

It's not on waiting for your food and find out you've not got your full order, so end up with chicken nuggets but no fries. The last order I made with you was missing items too and the food was cold and yet you only refunded me part of that meal

Chips weren't cooked and cold and the cheeseburger was rock hard and inedible for what you charge its a joke

delivery time kept changing and food eventually arrived more than 45 minutes after the first stated latest delivery time. Food not very warm when it arrived. I order chicken selects which should have 2 dips, I received one. I ordered spict tomato dip, the only option, with mozzarella bites and they sent a tiny portion of Ketchup instead, very disapointing.

yet again, part of the order missing, Mc Donalds never hold any responsibility for not checking the order, shame on you Mc Donalds, shame on you.

So on the 22nd of June 2024 me and my mum went in McDonald’s and ordered breakfast it arrived my mums bun for her mc muffin was extremely small (didn’t fit the patty) and my egg came with mould on the bottom I took both back and it came even worse the second time round mine came mouldy twice and my mums came small and mouldy if you are in this McDonald’s I strongly advise you check all food items that you have purchased as you cannot get a refund I wouldn’t even give this one star we shall not be returning at any McDonald’s in the near future thank you x you can’t see the mould on the picture as I only found out when I began eating I’m so sorry x

My burger was missing, my fries was half empty, my little girl only got 3 nuggets and half of a milkshake in her happy meal and my chocolate milkshake tasted so bad I had to throw it away and I have never done that in my life and it cost me £32 for that, what a joke!

I have never seen customer service this bad I came for breakfast and waited 30 minutes to be served it wasn't busy and I was stood there I said us anyone serving he was rude and no manner atall the ginger lad I didn't get his name mcdonald's you Nedd to up your game

They forgot about us !!!! when my sister asked the manager, she said that she would look into it, and within 10 more minutes, the young girl came out with the order, no apology or anything ,looked at the time on the breakfast and we had been waiting for half hour ,our food was sat in the back ,it was a breakfast wrap and it was also dried out and crispy stale and just about warm to eat so I only ate the innards, the shop was empty ,but everytime someone came in they got served as we watched from the table,if I would of know I would of not sat in.

Order was prepared and ready by Mcdonalds at 15:35 (have receipt to prove this) but delivery was not until 16:35. Food was totally cold and ice in drink completely melted. Not acceptable. I expect a full refund for this order.

Manager woman with dark purple hair in a pony tail, wouldn't give me the difference back as I had been over charged, said I should have ordered it off the offer on the leaflet but I explained I didn't see the offer because it wasn't on the screen behind the counter and realised after I paid. Wouldn't mind but she didn't didn't even smile once or seem bothered I had been overcharged! Miserable service!

How is it hard to read a receipt and pack a bag with whats on the receipt? Every single time i have ordered from McDonald's either in store or on the app its always the same atleast one thing is missing. Its not a hard job to pick and pack a bag
