McDonald's - Knowsley Street in Bolton

Only received 1 out of 6 chicken selects from the chicken share box

They only sent 6 nuggets instead of 9.. and 2 of the Minecraft toys was the same when it shows u get a different one for a different meal

Didn’t include straws or napkins and forgot to add the Minecraft toy that came with the bigmac meal

paid for a med coke and didn't not receive my coke

The driver went to a school before he came anywhere near my house I tracked his delivery all the way he went to ladybridge high school and denied it when I questioned it and started shouting at me at my door the food is freezing and is now in the bin I want a full refund

Gave someone else the food but said sorry and went back for the meal again

Good Maccies as always probably my favourite in bolton as it has two floors and alot of area.

Everything you would expect from a McD. Staff and venue was clean and tidy. Very busy during my visit. Upstairs seating, some in a diner style setting, seats around 6 and very comfortable. Food came hot and no delays. I would visit again.

Ordered 2 lots of 9 nuggets and in 1 box it looked like they had ripped up a chicken sandwich patty instead of cooking more. Even then, it didn't add up to 9 pieces. Morons

This is now the 5th delivery that has been delivered cold and I have not been offered any refund or replacement items

No problems with the delivery driver, but from the McDonald's place....chips were cold, bbq ranch burger was barely hot, I got two mozzarella dippers instead of three and my diet coke was nearly flat. The only item that was fine was the triple cheeseburger.

Cheese on big macs wen ticked no cheese had swap burgers round as some grandkids don't like cheese, no drink with happy meal and no straws with meal drinks, i.would of returned the food if my grandkids weren't hungry, what a disappointment

Filthy-staff who are supposed to be cleaning and clearing tables just stand around. Food all over the floor. Disabled toilet is regularly an absolute disgrace. Seats are rickety downstairs

McDonald's is McDonald's regarding food. However last three orders, I've had to warm up in the microwave as it's stone cold. Gave up complaining and getting refunds... so Can't be bothered with this place anymore. Order from here get your microwave ready.

The order was wrong, items were missing and the only option to rectify was a refund which doesn't help the fact your still hungry

i ordered the food at 12.41, the deliver driver called me at 15.10, nearly 3 hrs later. I had tried to cancel several times as the estimated delivery time kept getting pusher further and further back but it would not let me. I want a full refund.

All delivered OK, but late. Driver got lost and drove around for half an hour instead of calling or using Google Maps or something, so food was cold when it arrived.
