Subway in Bolton

Slowest service ever. Came for my dinner break and waited in line as a normal person but what wasn’t normal is the time they were taking to serve 3 people in front. It took a whole 20 minutes just to serve the people in front and by the time they were ready to serve me I had to go back to work because my break was over. Why hire such incompetent staff?

Jarvid was serving us and said he didn’t speak english so we had to wait 30 mins to get served while he served 3 deliveries before us

The person there is doing scam and making people fool he said to me there is no refill of drink on 6” sandwich and thats not in subways policy.

The guy was rude did not allow me to use my bluelight card which I am entitled to use in every subway! Also I ordered a foot long for my children and he charged me for 2 6inch because they wanted different salad in it!

Absolutely awful food I ordered from heret partner got a meatless Philly and they sent meat he’s a vegetarian and a Muslim been this way for years over a decade and they made him break this and literally commit a sin in his religion and it didn’t have no salad no sauce nothing just meat in bread also I got a bmt it tasted weird like it had been there for days and the meat tasted like it had been contaminated with raw meat, and as I am pregnant this caused me literally severe food poisoning due to cross contamination I ended up in hospital on a drip due to loss of liquids from severe throwing up and diarrhoea also I could’ve lost my baby as food poisoning when pregnant can be dangerous. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Just had a delivery off Uber eats and have to say it’s the worst takeaway ever had. Drink and extras missing. Sandwich itself was supposed to be steak which was lacking just bread. Just shy of £24 for bread

Spent a tedious 25 minutes at the bus stop near the Subway waiting for the wretched 471, two of which turned up together - a not uncommon experience. Perhaps I could have spent the time more enjoyably inside the nearby Subway!

Think you need to teach the young lad how to fold a wrap. First one folded in the prep paper, so soggy broken paper broken off inside which i needed to pick put and the, second one folded up like a cinnamon swirl! Asked him to redo it twice and it just ended up the same, so had to sort myself when I got home!

It was OK. Not that good anymore. First they did not have bread we wanted 9 grain wheat. Then salad quantity plus quality going down. Veg. Delight footlong had 4 tomatoes 4 cucumber, 6 olives, 6 to 8 sweetcorn, 4 chillies, 4 pieces of red onion, 6 red pepper pieces and few lettuce leaves. Not joking really I counted this all.

Went to this subway today and it was absolutely awful, got a salad box with steak and cost £6.90 but also had to ask them behind the counter to change the lettuce as it was brown. Ive always had good service and food from subway shops but really dont recommend this one.

low quality in everything from service to the sandwich itself.

The salad was just thrown on to the sandwich and the bread was hard so it all fell apart when I tried to eat it . The customer service wasn't great either

Very noisey as shop fitting work was being done. Once got home and checked on the app, realised Got my order wrong and had been over charged

If you want food, this is not the place. I ordered on just eat and it took nearly an hour to arrive. When it did, half the filling was missing - no ham or cheese which is obviously integral to a turkey, ham and cheese sub. The turkey looked odd and smelt rancid. The bread was old, defrosted and stale. No one answers the phone when you call them - presumably because they know they will be on the receiving end of a tirade of complaints from all the customers they have conned. How these con artists are still in business is beyond me. Trading standards have been notified.

Had to cositantley tell staff member what I wanted on my sandwich,and they still got it wrong tables chairs left dirty,bits of food everywhere which I find strange,, never going back.

Me and my friend ordered two sandwiches, The first one had no cheese was built upside down with no lettuce or cheese. And the second had no lettuce,1 jalapeno and cucumber that my friend is highly allergic to and therefore wasnt on the order . We called the subway store to be told they dont deliver or couldnt make another one till 2pm and that they didnt deliver, this was a female worker and this was Newport street bolton. This is absolutely disgusting and disappointing .

Ordered via app last week and got bread wrong so I ordered in person this week - left waiting whilst 3 staff chatted for 5 minutes whilst 1 serving and stale bread.

Lettuce brown. Cucumbers dry and cracked around edges. I have this sub twice a week but you have put me off forever.

I visited in store whilst I'm staying in a hotel nearby. The sandwich technition kept saying mask, which I replied I have COPD I'm exempt, and kept saying mask I said I gave a disability I cnt wear a mask. The technition then on purpose took online orders and proceeded to make sandwiches as slow as humanly possible whilst looking at me and i presume behond her mask she to her glow and facial expression laughing.. I'm sorry i have copd i wish i could wear a mask. Next time I visit I shall stick my blue badge to my head.

Owner withholds paying staff week of lockdown over ten staff quit

Went specifically for the new meatless meatball marinara, and wasn’t disappointed. Good fresh food, staff good too. Could have been a bit cleaner (tables wise) but overall a really good visit.

No WiFi, no sweetener for coffee (I’m diabetic), sat in front of a door blowing in freezing cold air every five minutes.

Been here twice and both times got a salad box wasn’t even half full on both times the second time I asked for some more salad to be put on she literally put on a couple of lettuce leaves! And pulled a face on top of that. Then the chicken wasn’t even a full scoop definitely will not be coming back here the one further up on bury road gives twice the amount and are friendly. Thai place is ridiculous, if I am paying for a salad box I want it full not only just half full !

It is a Subway. It does what it says on the tin.

Healthier than other fast food outlets, although inconsistencies between servings depending on who serves you.

I have always been a fan of these shops. Good place for the fresh sandwich made to order.

Called for a garden salad, nice friendly staff, very clean as these Subways normally are. Everything was good and crisp. Would definitely visit again soon.

Amazing staff to deal with and order always executed well

Food was OK ish. But it was the guys serving who seriously need retraining in customer care. Even though they were two staff members one of them wouldn't serve as he was to busy making his own sandwich even though they was a queue of about 5 people. When one customer asked if he could serve as they were really slow. He spoke in his own language to the other staff member and both started laughing. It was very obvious they were making fun of the customer.

It's inside a petrol station so don't expect much.. staff are as expected - a bit bored. Tables are pretty nasty as the staff can't be bothered to clean them. Food was ok...
