Reasonable food but expensive now..

90% of the time, they get an order wrong. Meanwhile, the food the got right, goes cold while you’re waiting for the wrong items to be replaced… place is run by kids and you can tell…

CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING!!! This is a franchise store and they make their money by ripping you off! You are GUARANTEED every single time to be an item short, just the one be it a portion of fries or a burger as they know it’s not worth the half an hour wait going back to collect it. Don’t cause yourself the stress and just drive to Leigh or Middlebrook as even if you call them to complain you will be met with a stinking attitude.

Items missing from order EVERY SINGLE TIME! They never remember to include dips, food is always cold on arrival and there is ALWAYS something missing ! When you call to speak to staff they couldn't care less. Absolutely useless.

Staff were fantastic and really friendly. The food was hot and tasty, probably the best McDonald's we have been to.

Every time you order from here it takes an hour for them to prepare the food for delivery ment to be fast food never experienced a mc donalds that are so slow

Missing food from order, this has happened numerous times when ordering from westhoughton McDonald’s, no straw provided either

As usual, as always, just like every time! Parts of the order missing. Manager suggests people don’t use the delivery option anymore, even though delivery have nothing to do with missing items?? Then had the cheek to suggest working in McDonalds was more stressful than working in an A&E as a nurse, when asked why orders are never right.

Food was cold. No sauces put in bag.

food was cold ....The driver couldn't find the house even though he was at top of street... he rang and couldn't understand instructions, I had to repeat and repeat...I'm suffering with very sore throat and wasn't able to talk properly.

On speaking with the restaurant our food had been sat there waiting for over 30 minutes, i had to request myself for the food to be made fresh due to length of time the food was waiting. Still waited additional 30 minutes drivers fault not restaurant

Majority of the order missing, no way to contact the driver, contacted the restaurant and told had to go there to collect.will not be ordering again!

The bag was open and food missing the food was freezing and not the first time the delivery drivers are either taking food out the bag before delivering the food or not being put in in the first place and the bags should be closed and was not

I did get a chicken burger, it was meant to be plain. But the food is nice, so it’s ok.

The order was delivered by someone on a pedal bike. The bag was open and all the food is cold and inedible ! The only offer in the automated response was less than £7 credit. Poorest service I have ever had from just eat !

Driver was sat outside I went out and asked if he had come to deliver my food and his reply was no 45 minutes still not good

Food arrive didn’t have extra cheese as ordered. Didn’t have condiments as ordered and no straw for milkshake.

Since the renovations, appalling service, cold food had two incidents over last couple of days with both drive through and eating in. Daughter at 14 was bullied by members of staff to the point of making her cry in front of friendsin the store and then i had to ring and speak with Manager to get it sorted. Staff should be ashamed of themselves treating children like this. On both occasions other members of staff working agreed with both my daughter and myself that the service, food and certain staff members are well out of order!!! This obviously says something when your own employees are agreeing with customers that there are issues amongst all aspects of the service!!

The deliver driver was very rude and horrible aswell as the food being freezing cold

Visit this McDonald’s if you like being asked to sit in your car and wait for your order whenever you go through the drive-thru. The staff also hand you your drinks and deserts before asking you to park up meaning if you order an ice cream it sits in your car with you melting for the 10-15 minutes that you have to wait for your food. The staff are generally very nice, pleasant and do the best that they can but are obviously not getting the right numbers in staffing or support to be able to do their jobs efficiently. Staff are regularly asked to deliver food outside in all weathers to cars that have been parked up from drive thru orders that should be ready to be passed through the window. This McDonald’s has recently been extended but with the only benefit being there is more of a focus on prioritising delivery orders. If you are planning to go yourself be preferred to wait for food whilst delivery orders go out before yours or sit in your car for 15 minutes after going through the drive-thru whilst your food melts and it then arrives warm at best.

You allow us space to ask special requests : if nobody reads those requests what use are they : if somebody has an allergy it will be horrible adverse publicity : I very clearly asked for plain cheese burgers.They arrived covered in onion. + Ketchup THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME….

Can't get a simple order right! Seems to be common looking at the other reviews too. I ordered a Terry's chocolate orange mcflurry. At the payment window not one word other than the card machine being hung out whilst 2 young girls had a chat. Then the collection window a young lad also having a chat. No acknowledgement and passed the wrong one. I didn't notice until half the way home when I tasted it.

Very late and the day before I ordered never even arrived at all

Staff are great. But how on earth can you sit in a bay waiting for food to be cooked and then get it served stone cold. Think it's lost something since refit. Seems more like an airport waiting room. Nothing wrong with the staff though. Obviously working hard.

Delivery driver was extremely rude when we told him we had missing items all food was cold driver started arguing with myself at the door.

Freezing cold, would not drive down my road. Rude and food is freezing. Why do they insist on carrying it in their boot. Put in car where it’s warm.

Delivered 4 drinks from a whole food order, McDonalds staff apparently telling the delivery driver that was the only part of the order. Driver fortunately returned with the rest of the order 🤷‍♂️

What is the world coming to ? Kids who can't get a simple order right ! Are you ready for what I ordered... 1 x Grimace Milkshake (Large) That's it ! One item ! It's a Limited Time Only Milk Shake... This is what I should have got (Purple) ! compared to what I did get.. plain Vanilla 😒 You missed out the one and only main thing that makes it different...the squirt of Syrup I despair Bloody Useless... before anyone asks why I never complained A: I didn't know what it was as it's for my lad B: It's a 5 mile round trip to take it back. Never Again !

i had to chase him down the road and I found out he wasn't even looking... get them to put the address down not the postcode.

Undercooked hash browns, muffin looked like Stevie Wonder had put it together and none of the sauces i ordered, and paid for. This happens almost every time. Staff obviously don't care and/or haven't been trained enough.

Recently they have done renovation and new decorations which is very good. Food and service are also good.

driver went to little hulton first, got screenshots and he then went to walkden. no food arrived and would have been stone cold. sack him. I wwnt ny money back.

hot and fries cooked well tonight, salty and crispy instead of soggy
