I did not receive my Maltese mc flurry

Food stone cold, i was watching app and the driver made 3-4 other stops before us, the first at the opsite side of town.

Can't blame guys inside cause they must be under alot of pressure but my goodness they are thick

At least it was nearly all there this time

I ordered my kids 2 x 9 nuggets meals and a drink and says a collectable comes with it and it's not they was looking forward to it can this be amended asap

Wrong items delivered we got one chips instead of two and three Fanta zero instead of one funny not complaining if they took concentration more often as it’s not hard to get the orders right simple order mistakes wouldn’t happen.

Day 67 of the Milkshake machine being “broke”

Time kept going up and up, once delivered stone cold, 4 items missing and ignored the plain burger request in the happymeal.

It took 2 and a half hours to come and was freezing cold

Missing items which I have sent a complaint but had no reply 😬

The mayo chicken burger I ordered wasn’t plain and they didn’t put any straws in. The chips were cold too

I ordered my food at 18:10 and it came at 19:55 from a store that is a 5 minute drive away and the food was cold

sent wrong happy meal wanted cheese burger happy meal and got chicken nugget happy meal instead

Missing items and wrong burgers

All of my order arrived stone cold, I ordered a double quarter pounder in a deal this arrived with only one burger on and the chicken burger was over cooked and the bun was burned. The refit doesn't seem to have improved the quality of food.

Absolute shambles, missing burger again meaning one of us goes without food. It really isn’t that difficult, Just tick off the items pinned to the label on the bag!

no dips with share box chicken nuggets, no dip with chicken selects. Big mac. both burgers on bottom layer, no sauces .Chips cold and coffee tepid. Totally wish I'd ordered from somewhere else, will do next time. Very disappointed, will think twice before ordering a delivery again from here.

The food was cold when it arrived the driver did not have one of those bags that keep hour food warm this has happened to me before won’t be ordering again so disappointed

90% of the time, they get an order wrong. Meanwhile, the food the got right, goes cold while you’re waiting for the wrong items to be replaced… place is run by kids and you can tell…

CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING!!! This is a franchise store and they make their money by ripping you off! You are GUARANTEED every single time to be an item short, just the one be it a portion of fries or a burger as they know it’s not worth the half an hour wait going back to collect it. Don’t cause yourself the stress and just drive to Leigh or Middlebrook as even if you call them to complain you will be met with a stinking attitude.

Late, cold, ice creams fully melted and no straws!

Waited over an hour for 2 meals, delivery driver gave us the stuff and it was only one meal. We ran out to flag him down and he drove off despite us waving etc. so now we’re here on a Friday night at 8.30pm with not enough food… it’s all well and good getting a refund but that doesn’t really fix the problem! It’s not the first time either. Really annoying.

not one sauce again every time I order this happens

1/4 of a coke received as the rest was in the bag. Ordered sauce and no sauce in the bag. Disappointed.

Items missing from order EVERY SINGLE TIME! They never remember to include dips, food is always cold on arrival and there is ALWAYS something missing ! When you call to speak to staff they couldn't care less. Absolutely useless.

Staff were fantastic and really friendly. The food was hot and tasty, probably the best McDonald's we have been to.

As usual, as always, just like every time! Parts of the order missing. Manager suggests people don’t use the delivery option anymore, even though delivery have nothing to do with missing items?? Then had the cheek to suggest working in McDonalds was more stressful than working in an A&E as a nurse, when asked why orders are never right.
