Not really bothered it was a bit late. What I am bothered about, is this branches staff inability to read an order. Only 3 out of 8 items we ordered were delivered, and then ended up with what actually appears to be a totally different drinks order - so sorry to whoever in westhoughton has seemingly ended up with ours! Useless.

I left CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS about the Triple Cheeseburgers… PLAIN .. I wrote it TWICE in capitals I also Asked that the cheese needed to be in the middle of the burgers. NOT NEAR THE BREAD I also instructed the Double cheeseburgers to have Big Mac sauce on … you give us the facility to leave instructions the very least YOU as a company could do would be to READ the REQUESTS. SUPPOSE the request was to warn of a particular food ALLERGY…. Terrible Disgraceful service :

The food come cold I ordered a chocolate milkshake got a carton or choc milk deliver driver left it at a house round the corner and asked him to deliver it to my house the food was freezing

Our Oder was 25mins late and to top it off it wasn’t our order . Two happy meals have come and we had ordered nearly £50 worth of food. It’s going to take Upto 48hrs before someone gets back to us ,so now having to pay again ! Not happy at all .

Just tried to ask the floor manager for help with the app and highlighting an issue in the app. Wasn't interested, or helpful. Told me to call head office. Not a very helpful "not in my job description" attitude. Won't be using this store again.

Drinks and ice cream sit waiting for food to be prepared, the milkshake and ice cream was liquefied by the time you get the. Never seen fries 🍟 as pale in my life were barely cooked, try loking to see if food is cooked instead of listening to an alarm. Special request for food without salt was ignored and was therefore the food was inedible. Everything went in the bin. What a complete and utter waste of money

Just had a McDelivery. Everything cold, Milkshake and McFlurries melted. Why oh why would you send a food delivery with a cyclist. Absolutely fuming at spending about £25 and not enjoying my food. I doubt you will read this or even care but hey ho atleast money is going into your pockets....🤬🤬🤬🤬. Too be honest it's ashame i have to give the food a star....😂.

Coca Cola and carbonated drinks have been out of stock for a month now French fries, medium or large, there is always a small portion sandwich without sauces there is always a long wait for the order the service is not nice and not helpful at all.. Service is better than missing main items of the last year but can staff please send the dips - which we pay for at westhoughton- I know it's only 10p but we order dips because we want them. Please check the orders are complete!

The time on the app kept changing for when it was going to be delivered by the time the driver got there my food was cold and my ice cream was melted not happy at all

Cold, floppy, unsalted chips. Cold burgers with the toppings fallen out. Threw it away without finishing. Worst it's been in a while. Won't be back to this outlet.

Awful, absolutely the worst McDonalds experience both in terms of the food, anaemic soggy fries, cold and hastily made. And the lack of availability of the fizzy drinks and milkshakes. My experience is one of being ripped off and disappointed at the same time.

25 minutes wait to still not get the order and then have to ask for a refund as will be another 5-10 minutes is home it's meant to be fast food. I could for to a pub and get something faster and more filling in less time. Least convenient McDonald's I've visited.

I ordered "The Squad" an £18 deal where you can get 4 burger meals including fries for a cheap price, when the delivery came, there was no fries at all and only two of the burgers I ordered. Around 3/4 of all of the food I ordered was just missing. I asked the driver if there was anymore before they left because the bags seemed small, he said that's all he was given at the restaurant. DON'T ORDER any burger deals, you will be paying £20 for £6 worth of food, no fries, no drinks, no nothing...

Tidy outlet. Good parking. Food is as good as any other McDonald's I guess. Staff always good. Drive through is quick.
