Discusting wings very bad smell looks like they re cooked and very bad taste like chicken ten days older smells very bad 👎 council need to close this take no health and safety

I just ordered from this takeaway today he told me it would be there in 40 minutes 1 hour 30 minutes later we received our takeaway we spent over 20 pound and for what cardboard chips freezing cold I dont even think I could class them as chips its was disgusting and horrible dry chicken ranch wings freezing cold my fella ordered a combo boneless chicken meal that was disappointing too freezing cold as well what's even funny about this we rang them back explaining we havent even eat any of it they wasnt for having it he was telling me it was just freshly made when it wasn't didnt wanna give a refund or even sort the situation I wouldnt ordered from here waste of MONEY.... milkshake was meant to be feroe rosa however you spell is tasted NASTY!

I had the pleasure of ordering food from Allens Chicken recently the staff were really friendly, the offers available were very good and even got a few freebies thrown in for my wait which was really nice of the manager, the food was really nice as well :)) look forward to my next visit.

Ordered delivery tonight, was told 45 minutes but it came earlier. Still warm very tasty. Driver kept his distance and was very polite. Will definitely order again.

It was ok as it goes - bit too long of a wait for so called"fast food". My barm cake wasn't as fresh as it could be - I'd say it had been frozen.

Ordered from here few times always found okay, stayed loyal even with new local KFC in the area.. We ordered family meal 1 consists of 8pieced chicken sides etc more than enough for two people but ordered as great value and gave us sides which we love. A larger meal was delivered by a very friendly guy which we discovered due to the cost being more upon delivery!! Called the store explaining we didn't want to pay the extra £4.00 as we had more than enough with the smaller meal we originally ordered, was told to send the extra four potions of chicken back with the driver so I had to box up the chicken and hand it back, we definitely wouldn't have eaten it so not an issue however found it strange to hand it back?? Really when it's been sent out and delivered to a customer?? I find this to be very poor customer service and practice therefore now on the rare occasions we eat fried chicken it won't be from here...

Dirty and poor quality food. needs checking by environmental health. If I was staving wouldnt use, rather eat grass.

Excellent value for money chicken meals and friendly service. Have used them many times. They are my go to establisment when I fancy fried chicken

Gave me food poisoning.I got a fillet chicken burger which when I tried to eat looked disgusting and it all broke apart but the worst part was the chicken when some bits were reddish pink but some parts were rock hard for some reason when it was a boneless

I've been going Allen's fried chicken for years and In the last 4 months it's been terrible my last straw was last night when it tasted like old shoe leather it all had to go in the bin and the wings was over cooked yet again I think it's time to shut this place down disgusting and by the way it's my first ever complaint that's how bad it's got. Food hygiene rating of 2. When are Bolton council going to shut places like this down. Bolton Council are only interested in Business rates coming in. What a dump this place is. Staff have dirty uniform. Floors are greasy and not been cleaned properly. Please avoid.

Got the chicken fillet meal and within 40 mins I had pains in the stomach and had to go to the toilet a number of times. Don’t often get upset stomach so clearly was the food

So not only did I pay £4.00 for a single burger on its own!!!! £4.00 is a joke considering it’s £4.20 for the burger chips and gravy, but no bother I was hungry got home and the burger bun was so stale even my dog didn’t want to eat it, they didn’t even let the cheese melt the chicken was cold and still pink absolutely livid Iv spent that much on a burger I work till 11 at night just nipped in for something quick so I wasn’t going starving but nope Iv had to throw it in the bin not worth loosing my teeth over

Yet again gravy was put at the bottom of the bag and got crushed in transit. Only got it as a birthday treat for the kids as I won't eat the rubbish from there as it's the worst fried chicken imaginable. Not cooked properly and nowhere near as good as kfc. Just think.. if these morons can't even pack a bag properly what the hell are they doing to your food. Only gave it one star as zero wasn't an option.

Just ordered 2 meals and some chips. Chips was supposed to be large. Paid £5.20 for 3 strips, about 8 popcorn and a handful of chips. Won't be ordering from now on getting stingyer by the day.

Ordered from here and they left food off the menu, phoned up and they delivered the rest of food straight away. Food was nice and hot.

Chips were cold and preferred to not consume! Chicken was okay but could have been prepared better. Food was edible but won't be ordering again.

Got told the driver was on my street but was unable to find my door. What aload of rubbish. Told them to stick the order as i was going to bed. Second time I have ordered from here. Chicken wings are so good! Delivery time was super fast! Food arrived hot within 30 minutes

Food took an hr and half, was cold, order was wrong and delivery driver short changed me!!

Part of the meal was missing, also a drink. When I contacted them it took a further 25 minutes to deliver the missing items. The food tasted as though it had been microwaved, soggy chips stuck to the paper bag. Very disappointing will not be ordering again.

Arrived in 10 minutes very nice as always.

The food was ok but it took over an hour to arrive and I had to phone up and remind them.

Gravy was very thick and salty and order was wrong, when called to let them know wanted me to wait another two deliveries before correcting it and then the driver would bring missing items to which my food would of been cold! Good delivery time but id rather of more notice been paid to my order and it been correct than rushing to deliver it!

Sorry but this was awful, soggy chips, chicken burnt and pink inside, threw it away, couldn't eat it, will not order again from these people

Came a hour and half late chips where cold also like always missing chips 2 portions and a large gravy rang them and they asked why are we always missing items then said if a driver is near us he will bring them to which i replied we are just down the road so hes always near us they then hung up on me

Chicken wasn't cooked properly had red parts in it, my order wasn't sent correctly I ordered 8 piece meal and only got 6 pieces. Called the takeaway to complain and now am still waiting on chicken that may never be delivered 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾........ Bad service today.

Took forever to be delivered and ordered at 19:40 said would be delivered by 20:40 at the latest didn't come until 21:30 would definitely not recommend for delivery. Horrendous delivery put me off for definate.

Came ten mins late then the driver tried getting us to pay 20 quid because he had no change then there was stuff missing we rang got told it will come soon, after 40 mins i rung to check on it and got told they have no driver and wont be sending the stuff. Seriously unless ur dtarving dont eat from here go to the one in the town center

Arrived an hour and a quarter early. The delivety time hadnt been noticed by shop so they just brought it.

I waited1hr 10mins from placing order,chips-hash brown-popcorn all squashed to a lump in seperate paper bags.By the time it was on a plate squashed items were cold.If i was served this clear lack of qualityin a restaurant the manager would be forced to eat it.This blaitenly was a waste of my money,there is far better elseware.I expect a reply this was appauling as a dinning experience.

We ordered at 6:52pm and they said half an hour delivery. I called at 7:35pm and he said it will be an EXTRA half an hour. I then advised I'm really hungry and that I will NOT be paying the £2 delivery charge he then rudely told me to cancel my delivery. Really rude service. And anyway their burgers are dry anyway

Foot was hot and on time. Chicken was delicious but the chips where awful and tasted as if they'd been fried in very old oil used to fry chicken in.

The food was great. The delivery time was great. The delivery driver asking for more money for a 'delivery charge' was out of line. some places charge a delivery fee for traveling over a certain distance from the takeaway and that's fine. I can understand that. But it should be included on this site and on my bill not an arbitrary number added later by the driver when he's stood at my door.

The order was nearly an hour late so there was a total of an hour and a half waiting time which was way too long. The just eat site said our meal had already been delivered way before it actually was. Rang the takeaway and they didn't listen they just spoke over you and gave you the general answer of it being delivered soon or that they'll give us some free food (which they didn't). Good food but not worth all the hassle.

My birthday was on a Tuesday, decided to stay in so my husband said I'll get a takeaway, so I said I just fancied Allen's fried chicken, did not disappoint, the gravy was nice and thick, the coleslaw was good, the fries and chicken freashly cooked, was really nice .
