Disappointed to find store only sells Halal meat , my daughter wanted a cheese and ham roll , waited ages to get served found they only sell turkey ham , guess they only cater for the local demographic, so much for equality.

Confused staff on the sandwich/food production line. There were orders going back and forth and some like mine to the bin half way down the line! I ordered the new set menu Tuna & Egg salad box. By the time the box with tuna & sliced egg reached the salad counter, it was binned! I had to ask the staff member for the order again! What a waste of food! I think some supervising or training is need when a new range is created! However once I sat down to enjoy my salad in the Westfield foodcourt, it did taste great!

I have to be honest! It's the worst Subway I've been in. I visit London from Ireland quite regularly & I have used this particular Subway in Stratford a few times, as I usually stay in that area when I'm over in London. Like some others that have posted, it does tend to be a bit dirty , tables are usually a tad manky & not much effort is made to run a cloth over the place, or a mop over the floor! Usually only one staff member, which is no doubt the reason it's not being kept as clean as it should be! I'm giving the 3 stars purely to the one girl behind the counter, who served me today ,18th July 2021. She was so hard working and obviously trying to juggle several customers at once! She stayed so professional & so friendly despite being so overworked! The franchise owner of this branch of Subway, is clearly not a proper business minded or customer orientated person! And to top it off, it wasn't possible to claim Subway points & bread options etc were lacking!

My subway card has been hacked at this store, a store I've never been in.... Avoid this business like the plague, and DO NOT PUT PERSONAL DETAILS ON A SUBWAY ACCOUNT. Their customer services have told me it's my fault and wont take responsibility for their pathetic security. This wasnt the only store involved

Shopping in Westfield Centre last Saturday. Very busy all round the food areas. Visited Subway for a meat salad as I'm following Slimming World diet. The staff were unfriendly. The salad food counter was very untidy, with food spilt all over the containers.. No salt or pepper sachets. And the reason why I will never visit again ...... The 'Halal' meat sticker 👎 This is England, I want my meat slaughtered by English laws. Disgraceful

The staff in subway were not bothered about being smiley and helpful. The whole team looked like they were so bored and bothered to be there. We ordered two wraps which were so terrible and cold and we got our money back and left!

I will never go back to Subway after the way I was treated at this place! It all started with a weekend away to London to visit some friends and a day out to the Olympic Park. After a joyful morning exploring the area we decided to grab some lunch before heading into central. As we didn’t have much time we thought subway would be a great... WRONG! The queue was ridiculous (but that was expected so we didn’t really mind) and when we got to the start of the subway production line we placed our orders. The first young man asked what we wanted in a very polite way but didn’t understand what we were trying to tell him at first (my partner is allergic to nuts so we were just informing him), whether he was hard of hearing or just couldn’t be bothered to concentrate I don’t know but apologies for having to shout the words “HE IS ALLERGIC TO NUTS!”. We then proceeded along to the next guy who firstly served the gentleman in front. I could tell the worker was getting annoyed because this customer was on his phone and not concentrating, meaning the worker had to get his attention. He did it in the rudest way possible and I instantly knew I was going to be an issue next. As a vegetarian I always like to get them to change their gloves, even though I love a plain sub with no salad, because the workers have been touching meat whilst packing other customers subways with more ingredients. I politely asked this large man to change his gloves. He huffed and rolled his eyes (obviously this way far too much effort for what was clearly a lazy individual). Once he changed his gloves I asked for what I wanted and he KICKED OFF! He raised his voice so all his colleagues and every customer in the queue could hear, complaining about how I wasted his time and how much of a ridiculous customer I was. I simply turned my shoulder and engaged in conversation with my partner because I didn’t want the embarrassment he was trying to cause. After this he directly informed the customer behind about how ridiculous the situation was, making me feel like I was completely in the wrong, belittling me as much as he could. Inside I was absolutely fuming and upset, outside I was trying to hide it as much as possible, simply chatting to my partner about the situation in a quite tone. What infuriated me most is that had it been a situation with the allergy my partner has, he probably wouldn’t have cause so much havoc, but because it has just (for a polite way of saying it) annoyed him, he thought it was fair to treat me the way he did! I am NEVER going back to subway again and if I had a choice, I would get rid of this rude, belittling, disgusting human being as I’m sure I’m not the first to have felt this way. I wish I knew his name, but unfortunately I wanted to distance myself as much as possible and didn’t look at his name badge. All I can say is that he was a lot larger than the rest of the workforce and stuck out like a sore thumb! We visited on Sunday the 11th November 2018. Goodbye forever Subway 😢

Subway located in the food hall in Westfield bottom floor. Been subway plenty of times and the food was as normal. However it was quite busy but there was plenty of staff and they were quite quick however I had a drink voucher which they wouldn’t take for some reason. Probably wouldn’t come back here in a flash

It was horrendous. I went to the subway outside strafed shopping centre across the bridge.They place a few topping on my bread due to nothing being there and the bread awful very cold and stale.The sauces all mixed. Most of all I had cheese on the wrapper.And I disn't even order cheese.Now imagine I was allergic?

Rude staff and only sell Pepsi max and 7up free. For people like me, diet sodas make me feel ill. Nachos were incredibly awful! The sub rolls were not toasted well either!

So I thought I would at least give it another go, poor show last time round, could have been a bad day. NO. So if you want something veggie just think again. The girl behind the counter was handling meat for a customer and another customer came along for a veggie sandwich and she handled the cheese and salad, no change of gloves. Vegetarians and vegans can't eat it now, it is contaminated with meat, come on basic, basic, basic, just because you are wearing gloves does not make it all OK. Therefore I had to decline a sandwich as it would have been a vegetarian-meat hybrid. Also the staff just don't listen, one customer was asked what she wanted, to which she started to tell, the server just turned round put another customer's sandwich in the grill and ignored the lady. When she turned back she said "what was that"?. What a sad service that is. I had the coffee like drink or to put it more correctly, some brown stuff in a cup. I have now learnt my lesson, this is a sandwich shop that cannot make sandwiches properly, has no customer focus and delivers brown stuff in a cup with a title playing on words called "coffee"

Well the queue went down fast, but orders being mixed up and staff a little confused about how to serve. And to cap it off although we asked for the drink upgrade we're charged extra and not moved to meal deal. Salad bowl was hardly filled, server unwilling to add add items to make it a salad as only wanted a few different items. So over charged and no crisps. I would avoid this one.

I had Tropical mango bubble but tasted very bland! Women said no cream available but still charged the usual price.

10/10 as always, chicken is clean and well cooked. Burgers are very nice, prices are very fair for what you get. Lakers is definitely in top 5 chicken and chips spots in Ilford.
