McDonald's in Richmond upon Thames

Este es mi McDonald’s local y no dejan de sorprenderme lo incompetentes que son para dirigir un McDonald’s. La mujer en el altavoz no podía entender el acento inglés para empezar. Sin embargo, al recibir mi pedido, mis papas fritas estaban 1/3 llenas que sí rellenaron. No me dio ningún portabebidas, ni pajitas, ni servilletas, ni tampoco bebida con mi comida, pero no me di cuenta cuando llegué a casa cuál me enojó más. Por no mencionar que cuando se trataba de comer, parece que lo empacaron con una honda y todo estaba frío como una piedra. Revisa todo y menciona si no estás contento con algo porque es la única manera de que mejoren.

Siempre excepto una comida recién cocinada que se ofrece con una recepción amable y un servicio eficiente en cualquier restaurante McDonald's en cualquier lugar del Reino Unido o en el extranjero. Tristemente, Mi esposa y yo no experimentamos nada de lo anterior en nuestra visita a la sucursal de Hanworth. Espero que mis comentarios ayuden a hacer algunas mejoras en el funcionamiento de dicho restaurante.

This is probably the worst branch of McDonald’s in the Uk. I have stopped using the drive through as staff are always getting order wrong. In the last few months the intercom in the drive through hasn’t been working properly. Others issues there has been no ice cream or milk shakes for the last two weeks. In addition when visiting today I was informed that there was no healthy alternative to the hash browns such as fruit salad or a melon bag. Secondly the member of staff took my sons order for a strawberry lemonade but when we collected our order tried to palm him off with a Carmel frappe. We refused and took a bottle of water instead. Very poor management and stock supply they should close this restaurant down to address the issues.

Ordered 2 breakfast sausage McMuffin meals, through Uber eats. Uber eats not at fault but both the meals themselves were completely burnt and completely inedible. We have ordered meals from this branch a few times and everytime the standard of food was well below average but this time was completely inedible. We won’t be ordering from this branch again do not recommend them as they are consistently bad, especially when I’m paying for the convenience of Uber eats.

I have used this Mc Donald's for years and until this year it has been ok. I use the 'drive in' normally but recently the service has been slow. I used it about three weeks ago and the food was terrible but I gave the place another chance the other day . The food when you get it is warm the chips are not cooked and are also warm and soft, they used to be crisp. There was no milkshakes. I will not use Mc Donald's again until they can get back to the great standard they used to be.

Extremely slow order. Absolutely shocking. Nearly 1 hour and a half for a order and still arrived cold. Shocking

Worker came up to us and was very disrespectful towards me and my boyfriend. I had a mask and my boyfriend has a medical condition so he can’t wear a mask

It's a good budget option for meal but nothing more than that. We waited long for the order and at the end it was not correct.

Nothing f more to say. Takeaway food ordered via self service machines. Chips and food cold, order was incorrect so I ended up Over paying for food I did not get.

This location frequently gets our orders wrong, we are now in the habit of double checking everything before we leave. Missing items, incorrect toppings on burgers, no sauces. There is also a problem when you use Uber Eats as they take no responsibility for wrong orders. Will not be using Uber Eats anymore.

I ordered few items from this restaurant, when I got home, the mayo chicken I ordered was missing, I called the restaurant, was given a code to get the missing item, I was so hungry that I had to go back to MacDonald straight away to get my mayo chicken etc , the mayo chicken was only 99 pence. .It had cost me more money in petrol for driving there again.

I came to your restaurant last night ordered 2 meals one was suppose to have burgers separate as I'm a vegeterian and my other half said the chips were luke warm and the burgers didn't taste nice so we threw it in the bin and I couldn't be bothered to go back as just finished work and was looking forward to a sit down with our meals instead we ended up having a sandwich which I made at home and tasted so much better,, thanks for letting us down hanworth macdonnalds

No tissues no curry SAUCE, 1 singular ice cube , what is this disrespect? Forgot apple pies , very disappointed. Will not visit again No salt on fries

Disgusting portion sizes expensive and mcflurrys only a third full and thats with the bottom of the mcflurry container already being hollowed out.Never again

Served by Chloe supposedly a crew trainer . God help us ! Ordered £35 she threw it across the counter to us didn’t even look at us ! I mentioned there are no sauces she what do u want then ?not a smile no eye contact ! Shame ! Coke was flat as a pancake

This is our local McDonalds. A short walk from our home. It never ceases to amaze me how they often they get our order wrong. We are getting so fed up with this. My wife now insists on checking to see if everything is correct. I would say that approx half of the time there is something wrong. A bigger bunch of incompetents I have yet to come across. Rarely get an apology when you highlight their mistakes. Always check your order at this outlet to avoid disappointment.

Went here for the first time in about a year. It's newly refurbished, so I was hopeful. However:

Dreadful access, chaotic parking and even worse exit. All this to find chaotic service and the very worse Burger meals I have ever had at any McDs. Exceptionally busy but still produced luke warm soggy burger and chips. If you like McDs don't go to this outlet.

Llevé a los niños a la sucursal hanworth recién reformado y fue severamente decepcionado. No soy el mayor fan de todos modos, pero mi hija le encanta y así me llevó a ella y a su pal para un regalo. El nuevo sistema significa que hay sólo una hasta abierta y te animo a pedir en puntos gigantes estilo ipad. Su pedido es entonces dada a usted en papel y que están dirigidos hacia un punto de recogida. Esto es donde todo empezó a ir mal, se supone que es comida rápida, sin embargo esperamos un buen 15 minutos para nuestra orden, y una vez que recibimos nos dimos cuenta de que las bebidas eran planas. Me llevó de vuelta al mostrador y me dijeron que estaban teniendo problemas con la máquina de bebidas, si este es el caso, entonces ¿por qué no detenerlos completamente? En su lugar optamos por batidos y este era tan malo, mal sabor, y entregado, aguada mal. Enviamos nuestro bebida volver 4 veces al final antes de que solicite el director. Explicó que tenían problemas y él personalmente el mismo batido, yo le mostré los dos batidos y que al parecer el mismo sabor sin embargo colores completamente diferentes. Esto no era admitió como debería de ser y ofreció otra nueva. En este punto yo quería salir, él se ofreció para nosotros tener un retorno por el mismo orden, pero dudo que se tome él. En general una visita completamente insatisfactorio.

Fuimos allí en el camino de encuentro ya que estaba hambriento, ordenó el nuevo pollo de Navidad se derrite, la atención fue muy buena debo decir, rápido y eficiente. Fue el pollo, lo que les confiere un agua cristalina como líquido que me desanime. También el sabor limonada cero química, realmente debe mejorar aquí.

Fuimos en drive thru estaba lleno pero aunque dentro había 2 personas y 3 servidores todavía esperamos más de 10 minutos. La comida estaba bien, pero el personal como de costumbre no sé qué haciendo la última vez que tomó mi dinero me hizo esperar hasta el final de drive thru (15 minutos) y ni siquiera tienen lo que pedí.
