Not to bad nice place to go to have burgers and chips 😋

The chicken burger was very hard and dry.looked like it had been fried twice.The fries were not tasty.only my drink tasted good. I’ve had better in Feltham compared to Richmond. And I’ve got the runs now after eating that!

Barely no space to wait for food since the revamp so if u have a wheelchair and it's busy or less abled maybe avoid

Terrible downgrade in quality of cheeseburgers over the past few months with burgers having a weird smell it makes me want to vomit.

Used to come here everytime i come to richmond But i noticed a decrease in the quality of the food over the last months especially the burgers i had 2 cheese burger they were having a funny smell Really disappointed by the food quality here . Hope the branch do the changes and improve its standards because right now the food doesn’t represent Mcdonalds at all !

I ordered through the app..the app crashed and told me I need to see someone at the counter and show a code..I showed the code and after about 10 mins was told to queue up to speak to another member of staff.. then I was told that my payment was declined when I had the notification on my phone to show that the money had been taken out and showed the girl, after 30 mins of waiting I eventually got my food.. the double bacon big mac was a complete mess..wasn't even put in the bun properly and had to eat it in pieces as everything was all over the place.. I spent my entire lunch break waiting for the meal only for it to be a disappointment

The last time they did not add two small potatoes

Toilet was out of order, no suggestions about alternative toilets. I was with little child and address to one of the staff, she hardly spoke English and can’t answer my question.

The worst Mc Donalds I've ever eaten at, horrible, and the sauce was sour, unsalted potatoes.

Looks like a diner, but not all that bad. The fries are tastier than in the States and Germany, but the burgers are not very...

We ordered three plain cheese burgers and a crispy wrap. Burgers came with ketchup in so we took them back, they tried to argue with us that plain meant ketchup included and then only gave us two instead of three. We said we ordered three so they gave another which again included ketchup this was not realised until we got home. The crispy wrap also came as grilled and this was not noticed until we got home. How do you get everything wrong in one order.

I wish I could review the order, but the thing never showed up. It wasn’t a complex or huge order. 2 items. For what was supposed to be a 15-20 minute wait time at 10:30 being the latest became a game of watching them delay my order further and further until I just said screw it and cancelled the order. It got so bad I could’ve been waiting until 5 minutes past midnight. Called them multiple times and no answer. How this McDonald’s operates is a mystery.

Food was cold! ordered a delivery for 2 burgers and 2 fries, didn't send what i ordered! Called them to sort it and all they could say was ‘sorry’ and they couldn't send my food back. Haven't got my money back as they said they couldn't! They gave me a voucher i can only use in store. Highly do not recommend for delivery!! Very disappointed!

Damn- the photos of the food is SO GOOD!!! But the food is terrible! Dry. The entire edge of the burger is HARD & inedible. I bit it off then disposed of into a napkin. The French fries taste like cardboard. My recommendation is to eat somewhere else- like NK.

Such undercooked soggy chips with an awful smell

We ordered £60 worth of food on uber eats and only £10 of it arrived

Ordered a vanilla milkshake and a small chips, I was given a banana milkshake despite the receipt stuck to the milkshake saying vanilla and me telling the staff that I am allergic to banana. Tried to tell the staff but when I did the person shrugged and walked off. My chips weren’t cooked at all and were soggy

NOTE: This food was DELIVERED. Not ordered in person. The food was warm and up to par with the ingredient changes which was good. The service was quick and the delivery guy was friendly as always. No issues, no complaints.

The manager is very rude and the food is not hot and not tasty, when I complain he is reluctant to replace the order. the kind of response is not polite and feels like he is targeting me.

The tables were not clean. The seating looked as though it needed some cleaning too.

Ordered food from here and the amount of green mould on my burger was rank 🤮

Visited just after 8pm. Upstairs was locked off. Seating downstairs was very limited and loads of Just eat/uber eat riders coming and going. Burger was good but overall experience wasn't great.

Never ordered from this branch. Terrible experience ordered via uber. I only ordered as my local branch did not have milkshake like alot of Mcdonald branches . My ordered was completely wrong, to start I didn't even get the drinks. So no milkshakes and hot drinks also no chips with all the meals I also relieved a caramel pie and not an apple pie this continued with the mcflurry being biscoff not the galaxy one as I ordered I ending up eating the wrap after as I needed to eat at this point and wow shock to bits of chicken what was like stone in a big wrap with the tiniest bit of sauce at the bottom I could continue but I think this is enough.

Too expensive noisy packed makes me feel uneasy trust no one

my friend got her order wrong and when she specifically put “no ketchup” on her burger, she found a murder scene in her food. Ketchup everywhere and just a cheese and patty when she ordered extra pickles, extra onions and the other condiments. She did manage to win a big mac but she is so traumatised she will redeem it elsewhere. The upstairs was so beautiful but it was ruined by sad look upon my friends face when she opened her burger to look inside. I was disappointed with my vegan burger, it was sloppy and looked like it had been tossed around as a baseball. A very nice woman served us, and its not her fault but i’m sure it was unpleasant to see my friend bawl her eyes out in disappointment when her day was ruined with uncooked chips, unmixed chocolate milk shake and just about safe to eat burger. I can’t say i want to return, because i’m done having her cry on my sleeves over the dramatic amount of ketchup. richmond mcdonald’s, stop making kids cry.

Service is quite slow to be honest, average wait time is around 15 minutes but the seating area upstairs is reasonable.

I visited here with my 3yr old granddaughter- we both sat there shivering even with our coats on - the air con was on full blast and they had both the doors to the entrance wide open - I mentioned how uncomfortable it wad to sit there to 3 members of staff and asked if they could turn the air con down or at least close the doors and each one totally ignored me other than shrugging their shoulders- will definitely not be visiting here again

Both of the chicken burgers I ordered were as hard as rocks. Their explanation was that there was nothing wrong with the burger, it was just overcooked. They had an extremely careless attitude. Also, whenever I order home, there are always 1 or 2 items missing. I was hopeful that things would change when they reopened, but everything turned out to be much worse.

Ordered 2 large meals but was delivered with zero fries. Seriously? One job to do.

Absolutely no problems with the food, service or staff. However, the security guard is a different story. I was sat down eating my food when a strange, drunk man sat right next to me, trying to interact with me. He was incredibly close to me, touching me, and would not listen to me when I asked him repeatedly to leave. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe, so I tried to alert the security guard to help me. The security guard was only just two metres away from us - with his headphones in, his head buried in his phone, hunched over a table. He didn’t hear me, was not aware of anything, did not interfere or think to look up once in a while. A lovely man sat a few seats ahead of me interfered, however. This makes me never want to come back to this branch again. As a young female, I understand that I will encounter weird and strange people, and that no one and nothing can stop this. However, the least I would expect is for security guards to be alert and aware. That is, quite literally, their job. The fact that he is meant to protect and help people, yet was more focused on his phone, confirms to me that this is not a safe place to go to anymore. It is a shame as the staff are lovely, and the food is what you’d expect from a good McDonald’s.

Absolutely pathetic. Can't even cook fries when it's literally something you can't get wrong if you follow a timer. This is the worst Mcdonalds in the whole of the UK. There is always something wrong

I ordered home about 5 times and each time one or two items were either the wrong size or not included at all. Or the product arrived stale and overcooked. The taste is zero.

The delivery was very late the food was very cold

I came in on Saturday at 3.30pm. The security man is profiling people that come into the store, and blocking entrance to the toilets. The refit has left the place cold because of excessive ventilation. There is reduced seating everywhere. The prices are high for everything and food is substandard

The quality of the food doesn't match the refurbished interior. The toilets are also incredibly cramped.

The restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly, and I appreciated the clean and inviting atmosphere in the eating area. My order was delivered promptly, which was a positive aspect of my visit. However, I must admit that the food quality left something to be desired. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it felt a bit cold, which affected the overall dining experience. Despite this, I believe in second chances, and I'm willing to give this restaurant another try. Perhaps it was just an off day in the kitchen.

Lately, McDonald's has not been working as perfectly as it used to.

Busy place, but we are always greeting (twice a week) with a big smile by Amy and lovely David. He is always kind and helpful. If he is a manager - well done, customer service 10 out of 10 - if not, promote him!

Many staffs are there, order not much but need wait for long time

McDonald's is a quick stop to grab hot sandwiches, fries, cold drink all at once. Nothing special about it...

Really friendly and hardworking staff, all made us feel very welcome. Amy, in particular, greeted us when we arrived and then helped sort out a slight mistake with the order, but all staff - kitchen, serving and cleaning - seemed lovely.

Generally patchy. I've had more than one order with items missing. Today they had no ketchup 😂 Otherwise it's the usual McD's experience of below average food for a below average price. Typically busy with delivery drivers. Toilets are serviceable but seriously cramped. If someone is using the urinal you won't be able to dry your hands - that kind of cramped.

Went just before closing & they were absolutely lovely & gave me a few extra bits because they didn’t have what I ordered. Wasn’t an issue at all but was a lovely gesture. Staff were so kind & generous! Thank you :)

Fast, clean and friendly. Seats and toilets upstairs. Turn left out of Richmond station and you are there in minutes.

Just been here for some takeout and when I got home I discovered this is what they class as large fries. Quite the difference from what's pictured on their signs. My advice is check your order before leaving the restaurant to make sure you are getting value for money as I shouldn't have bothered paying the extra for large as I certainly didn't get a large portion.

The worst McDonald’s around. Never gets an order correct even though it’s on the receipt they staple to bag. Will be avoiding this branch as any other local McDonald’s can get it correct but this one can’t

Its a joke,,, they don’t know which food come with which sauce and every time you have to tell them chicken select come with sweet chilli ( last time the lady on the counter said you have to pay for sweet chilli and I tried to explain their menu to THEM😂 Missing items is a part of their mission , they do their best to miss something on your takeout order😂😂

Finally found strawberry milkshake here ☺️ This branch is too good. Every item was available and was delivered within minutes. That's how fast food chains should work. Excellent 🤝🏻

I took my tray in to upstairs. Few kids are playing he'll there, Mc employer was having a chat with them. But these children didn't pay any respect to her. One teenager was smoking VAP. Richmond MC:D NEED TO BE TUFF WITH THIS KIND OF TEENAGERS.

I’m pretty sure I posted a review on here before, I just came back to edit it and noticed it’s gone, they must have had it removed. This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the world I am actually bewildered, I watched someone lift a basket of chips out the fryer and put a fresh portion in my bag. Literally 5 minutes later they were stone cold and stale, this McDonald’s is honestly cursed please avoid.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been too! I was there with some family members. I needed the mens room and found it on the 1st floor. As soon as I opened the door, the stench got me. Urine smell was burning the back of my throat and I had to get out of there! I went to speak to the manager, who's response was 'yes, I know. I'll send a cleaner to clean it'. Informed her it had gone way past that. I demanded that she locked the door until it was sorted. I also asked her if she was comfortable treating her customers like animals! To add insult to injury, our food came from the counter to 5 yards from the counter. Opened my burger and found it to be like warm. We all left as I couldn't be arsed to go back and complain again. Enter this establishment at your own risk. If you need the lave, take a gas mask with you! I won't ever go back there

I come to this McDonalds quite regularly during my commutes through Richmond. Zak never fails to put a smile on my face. He’s always so polite and cheery when interacting with customers, and, whilst the staff at McDonalds are never rude, he has a certain enthusiasm and buzz about him that other employees, at most branches, just don’t have. It’s employees like him who make a difference.

Couldn't be better. What can I say! McDonald's is always the greatest time of my life. On this occasion, I was there with my wife. I was newly wedd. I was the most happy I have ever been and so cannot be a reliable judge of this McDonald's. Hence I've not judged the atmosphere in my review. The rest I all to the standard it would be at whether I was conscious of it or not.

Came 3days running- cheap snack + Hot chocolate hit the spot @99p bargain/needed a receipt/but the printer empty didn't wait for it !! **Kids after school weren't allowed there in big groups together as told Smoking in loos/was the new craze Few seats available to eat .. food delivery bikers sat inside.. texting !

Coffee cold. Seriously slow service. Glad only had a coffee as watched a food prep guy handling all the muffins with his bare hands. No catering gloves at all. Someone else complained about it to a manager whilst I was there and they got looked at as though they were making trouble and manager just walked off. They need to employ staff who know what they are doing and health and safety rules. Won't be using it again.

Found some seats for my family could only pay with cash extremely busy though had to wait 15 minutes for the food and even then it was that hot but it was neat and tidy in there I feel they are very understaffed

First time ever to McDonalds without ketchup. Staff didn’t really care or offer apology.

Had a McDonalds breakfast ‘Mighty McMuffin’ meal this morning whilst visiting Richmond. I’ve had horrendous food poisoning with D&V ever since. I can only assume the bacon wasn’t cooked well, as my partner had a sausage McMuffin and he’s ok. Completely ruined our day and I’m very very unwell. Will never be having a McDonald’s breakfast again.

Absolutely embarrassing place. Order on uber eats completely wrong. This isn't the first time. Ridiculous, never coming here again.

We ordered some menus from Mc donalds richmond upon thames and after half an hour we didn't receive any of the foods but just the drinks. We reordered it and second time french fries were missing. There is no phone number to call, noone is even calling us or saying sorry or making any explanation. This is not just not doing the job properly but also being rude.

To be fair it was late, 11pm. Big Mac tasted of cardboard. Dry beef burger, lukewarm, flavourless, dry old bun and tasteless cheese. Just awful though. My stomach is cramping at the memory.,Five Guys is the way forward if you need a late night burger.

The singhni duty manager expediting orders was a cracker. The self service machines upstairs were slow and card machine faulty, so had to wait in line to pay for my order. Food was quick to arrive and quality average, and they totally ignored request to customise some items. Tables and chairs were grubby, counter service was slow and confused, and not the best experience.

Well a Mac is a Mac and nothing but a Mac: you want quick in quick out. As long as the place is clean then that's fine.

We are here looking after our grandchildren and thought a Macdonalds would be a treat. My son who is away, ordered the meal. Delivered at 5.30 pm today, it was the most appalling meal ever. Cheeseburgers did not contain any cheese and were cold. It said Cheeseburger on the wrapper. Fries were also cold. My grandson left most of his burger which is unheard of. If this is their standard, Macdonalds Richmond should be closed down.

The potatoes were horrible, they tasted more like cardboard every day.

The service was fast, the ace was kept nice and clean, and the prices are reasonable.

The reason I'm only giving it to stars it's because only one member of staff is on every morning at 7 and I've always got 15 20 customers in there and takes ages to get your food

Buzzing outlet with people of all age groups, neat and tidy, serviced by efficient Staff

Not very helpful staff. I waited for 10 minutes at the counter for a staff member to take my order as I only had cash. Chicken nuggets were fairly thin compared to normal. Chips were bland.
