KFC fosse park in Blaby

EL REINICIO ME PUSO EN RIESGO ESTA NOCHE Vino al restaurante esta noche a comprar algo de comida mientras iba de compras. Ordene lo siguiente ver imagen. No pedí mayo porque también reacciona mal también yo. Solo queso y salsa fría dulce. Cuando obtuve mi comida después de esperar la mesa también ser limpiado. Lleva salsa de mayo extra. Volví a hablar con alguien que me confirmaron que no debería venir con mayo. Le pregunté también hablar gerente a una persona llamada gerente de restaurante de culo chole extremadamente inútil no se tomó en serio sobre mis alergias demasiado mayo y cómo me hace mal. En un momento dado le pedí a ella también que me lo reembolsara, lo que hizo. Entonces le pedí que también lo ordenara debido a mi salud y necesitaba comer demasiado. En un momento dado ella muy discutible con y culpando a su equipo de no tomar en cuenta la seriedad de la misma en absoluto. Lo siento mucho. No ofrecer demasiado hacerlo mejor, etc. Le pedí información de la oficina central, ella me dijo que había un número de teléfono y luego le dijo a solo el sitio web. También pedí gm para restaurante esto fue rechazado también. Indignante y realmente pobre no volvería a escuchar. Restaurante sucio, además ni siquiera estaba ocupado. PONEN EN RIESGO MI SALUD

Un miembro del personal nos gritó porque usamos la opción de servicio de mesa en la pantalla táctil. Dijo que no hacemos servicio de mesa. Entonces, ¿por qué hay una opción en la pantalla? Ver foto. También notamos que sus habilidades de limpieza necesitan mejorar. Espero que fuera ketchup en la pared y no sangre. La comida sabía bien como esperaba. Sin embargo, las papas fritas estaban un poco flácidas, obviamente no se hicieron frescas. No hay opción de no tener hielo cuando pides tus bebidas. También alguien en frente de mí trató de ordenar desde la caja y solo se les dijo que usaran la pantalla táctil. Querían pagar en efectivo. El personal necesita capacitación en servicio al cliente.

This is without doubt the worst KFC I have been to. I ordered flamin wrap and some chips. The chicken in the wrap was so dry I could hardly swallow it and gave up after 2 bites. Also I counted the chips and to my surprise there were only 10 chips and a load. of scraps and they cost me £1.99. Never going back there again.DISGUSTING!!!!!

Shocking service. Food was stone cold. Young girl Staff member was downright rude and ignorant. Absolutely disgusting. I only left 1 star because I had no choice. Extortionately overpriced for what was so bad I wouldn’t feed it to a stray dog.

The system only let me put 1 star. I would have done less. I have a vidro on my phone i will be putting online of the KFC in the food court. Absolutley disgusting. Manager should loose his job. I tried to call up about this, not 1 person speaks english. I swear to god, literally put me on to 4 different people and None of them speak Basic english. Whats going on? They have the worst hygenic standards i have ever seen. I will be posting the video so other people can see what they are covering up at your KFC. Absolutley vile. You need shutting down fast

Just had a chicken Zinger meal the Chicken was red raw not hot So just check out the chicken the lady said it was the zinger but we know red pinky chicken

Service was awful, painfully slow with clear priority being given to delivery orders. Waited at least 40 mins for very basic small order. Asked for refund, refused and offer £6 voucher on a £15 meal. No thanks I’ll never get to spend it as I’ll never visit again.

We we’re passing Fosse Park and popped into KFC as my daughter was hungry. It’s not my kind of food but my child likes it. The trainee girl was helpful and polite as were the other staff members. I am not sure 🤔 why people have complained about be service. My daughter got her burger meal very quick albeit it was one burger. She’s a kid and if there was something wrong with it she wouldn’t have eaten it. The staff were cleaning away, wiping tables, sweeping floors. If you’re polite the staff are polite in return.

We ordered through the just eat app. 6 piece bucket, 8 wings and 4 mini fillet bucket deal with 2x mash and a gravy. What turned up was cold chicken. 2x stone cold fries and stone cold gravy! I also ordered the garlic buttermilk Mayo and received a spicy Mayo. We tried to call to speak to someone however the number on the website takes you a generic call centre that wasn’t open so we were left with a cold, incorrect order and did not enjoy it one bit. I know that they have recently reopened and it takes time to get used to being up and running but I will be avoiding this and just going to the local chippy for SFC in the future.

Member of Staff was very rude and rolled her eyes at us after talking to us in a very impolite manor

Worst KFC I have ever attended! I was shocked with the level of service and the waiting times! This franchise needs extra training and some high level of service! Unfriendly and poor service!

Went to pick up something to eat after work- after waiting ages in the queue due to the staff being so slow- then waited ages for our food- got home and found they had forgotten one of the burgers and the coleslaw so had to go back and wait again. Whilst we did that all the other food went cold - not impressed and would be nice if the staff smiled occasionally or moved a little faster

I go KFC in the food court nearly everyweek. Great service and good value for money. Love my KFC. I eat in and take away.

I went to KFC today, they didn’t have any Krushems as no one bothered to switch the machine on nor did they have fizzy drinks! I was offered a flat Pepsi!!! I would not recommend!

went to kfc, and we couldnt find a clean table, the chicken popcorn was cold and dry, didnt like it at all

Service is ever so slow each time we visit, the queue is always sooooo long, as is the wait. Food is usually fresh though, but be prepared for a lot of fussing about if you order ice cream, it always seems like a surprise to them.

arrived at about 12.20 for a quick lunch, unfortunately my ambition wasn't matched by the few staff members on shift. despite a queue starting to form there seemed to be a distinct lack of urgency as they immediately and without any hesitation did absolutely nothing. After a bit of a chat someone decided to take an order, at this point I could see my fellow detainees in the queue looking a bit bemused as to any lack of activity. Anyway to cut the story short, unlike my time in the queue I finally received my order 35 minutes after arriving. Feel a few more members of staff may have helped or as it was lunch time actually having anything cooked may also be a ground breaking idea. Either that or remove the word fast from fast food

really nice chicken but, there are cheaper places to have chicken in leicester, have to que to get your food order, and can be quite full, table sometimes tables are not clean, but the food is nice, and good sized portions, one of the better places to eat fosse park

My first visit & my last to the KFC in the food hall @ Fosse Park. Leicester.10/10/16. My friend chose to have a baked potato elsewhere. she made the right choice. By the time I received my meal @ KFC she had finished her meal & coffee.Arriving at the counter I could see there was nothing ready to be served. It appears they were cooking to order.I & four others had to wait over 10 minutes. I requested at least 1 drumstick in my 3 piece meal. When my meal eventually arrived it contained 3 scrappy thigh pieces. I complained & was told they had no drumsticks or breast pieces at all. It was 3.30 in the afternoon not a peak sell out time. So I said (to the manageress) " if I was to order a 14 piece bucket, you are telling me that I would get 14 pieces of thigh" Anyway,long rant over.However, KFC Rugby & Hinckley are very good. Fosse Park KFC sucks!

If you are desperately hungry and there is no-on in the queue - take your chances There are other much better fast food suppliers to try at F Park

Well for the second time the other half wanted the 3 of us toxin kfc fosse park whilst shopping.

KFC - good for fast food and quick service, we sometimes go here when the food hall is busy as they are quick and you know what you are going to get.
