Drive through is an absolute joke! Always missing something when get home ! So many times this happens

Such a long wait for food after ordering and payment. They were more interested in preparing McDelivery/delivered. There was at least 16 orders sat awaiting delivery collecting to go but were moaning to each other about there being no drivers to do them, a simple Guarenteed cold when delivered.

Took granddaughter. Quick service and had brought to table. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

It's ok food noting more nothing less

Not an impressive experience, if you come here looking for even a lick of hygiene, you’ve for another thing coming. There are dead flies in the soap left to decompose.

The ice creams was melted and I was no happy they was tipped over

My triple burgers looked smaller than a big mac ,it looked like it had been sat on too ,all squashed , I just needed some junk food to soak up some alcohol form a party the night before, gladly not all mac Donald's are the same .

Ordered a £9.99 meal deal and yet again items missing how hard is it to put fries in with a meal

They forgot 3 Mcplant meals and everything else was cold

All food was cold, ordered 16 nuggets & 6 selects & not a single sauce arrived.

Tables and bins overflowing with food wrappers at 4am no other customers so not sure how they’ve not had time to clear this away.

Absolutely fuming half our order was missing

We had a drive through meal, so cannot comment on atmosphere. The service was incredibly fast and the food was hot and of normal McDonald's standard. Very enjoyable and ideal for a quick bite to keep you going.

Forgot items and food freezing

Burgers and chips were stone cold & they got the order wrong to top it off. I won’t be ordering from them ever again I’ve learnt my lesson. Must have actual idiots working for them that can’t get an order correct. Terrible service as always from McDonald’s. Deleting this app too as they won’t give me a refund even though this order was a treat for my son and he couldn’t even eat his own meal, tasted awful and was freezing cold. Just Terrible!

We had lovely customer service by a lady called Kimberly, she was friendly, full of smiles and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need!

delivery was amazing only downside was the chicken in my burger wasn't fully cooked but the issue was resolved.

I ordered a donut not happy at all

Original time was supposed to have been between 5:45 and 6:15 pm . Then all of a sudden it changed to read from 6:45 to 7:10. So delivery was made two hours after initially ordering

Food was 50 minutes late and was stone cold when received. We was also missing fruit bags which we paid for

Perfect for the items I did get second order in a row with thing missing now I have to sit and just eat fries and drink milkshake rather than enjoy a Philly steak meal WILL NOT OREDER AGAIN SHOCKING

There was no additional fries that I have paid for, also one of drink was not full cup.

Drive through joke. Asked to park in any bay. Staff walking around like headless chickens. Awful organisation. Part reg on receipt but not matched to vehicle. ????Waiting 20 mins. Ordered on app. Not a drive through experience ! Cold food !!!

Rubbish service poor food cold place like a dump bins overflowing

Took well over an hour to be delivered, food was cold, milshakes melted,no sauces or straws!

drinks spilt in the bag into the mcflurry mh food came cold and the other mcflurry had melted

Chips were cold burger was really good

Breakfast was ok and order correct.

Coffee bag was split on arrival because the lid wasn’t on properly and you know your food is going to be cold when the food was ready and the driver says he was told to wait 15 mins before they handed it to him!! Not good enough. It was a scheduled delivery, they had plenty of time to get it right!

Very slow service machine not working to order and drive thru closed

Don’t bother ordering a takeaway from this store. The staff clearly aren’t trained as not a single order comes correctly. Something is always missing…which they still make money on as all they can say is contact the delivery partner who never send a full refund anyway.

I'm leaving a review here as the stupid feedback bot told me the photo I took of their blurry receipt doesn't seem to be related to a McDonald's order. Basically I ordered a Filet-O-Fish with extra Tartar sauce and a Chicken BigMac and received: a Filet-O-Fish WITHOUT any sauce, and a NORMAL Big Mac, WITHOUT any sauce. Unfortunately we only realised what happened when we got home so couldn't go back to make a complaint. I tried to give a feedback through their chat service, and the bot tells me that the receipt DOESN'T look like from a McDonald's order. The receipt is blurry indeed but the feedback code did work when I used it on their website but not in the chat box... Luckily I had some sauces in the fridge to "fix" the two burgers we ended up with, but it wasn't what I paid for!

Ordered from the app and asked for delivery whenever I use mcdelivery my order is always wrong I had two double quarter pounder meals and 2 6 chicken nuggets when order arrived I only had the nuggets and no double quarter pounders so my husband took us to the actual meridian restaurant I went in told them about it and they never argued gave me my order I then took home to my family who had been waiting patiently for their order when I opened the boxes the double quarter pounders were single I was absolutely disgusted dissatisfied disappointed and very angry I tried to express this on the app and still got very frustrated when all I could I could speak to was a virtual customer assistance were nothing was sorted very frustrated won’t be using the app delivery ever again as a waste of time and energy

Please be careful, you can only park for 90 minutes in the car park. We visited this site and it was a little longer than 90 minutes. I got a parking charge for £100! We sat in McDonald's eating and just having a nice time. I would have thought with the amount of profit McDonald's make, they can just buy the car park! Very disappointed as we spent a lot of money on food, dessert and drinks. Never again, will avoid this site for sure!! Thanks

Food is stone cold and ice cream has been tipped over so lost the ice cream. Not happy in the slightest

Popped in for a quick snack place was busy but was served quickly and the food was hot and the drinks were cold toilets were clean could not fault it great.

The driver was polite and efficient

Really good delivery as always although this time the sauces that we ordered were missing which was a bit of a disappointment but everything else was fine

Over crowded, not enough seating and no motorcycle parking. Disabled people could not get seated due to children playing in between seating and staff had no control or just was not bothered about it. Only one staff member a guy cleaning tables which were left in a mess while women staff stood chatting. Very disappointed as usually like the McDonald's experience but not this time

Fast food is now just food. Walking in in-person is always a mistake ... 15m wait behind the prioritised Just Eat etc and drive through customers.

A very affordable and tasty food place for a quick bite or for meals as well.

Had a terrible experience today dealing with the rudest manager ever named Isam. Will also be emailing and writing a formal complaint. The manager accused me of lying about ordering a breakfast meal, why would I need to lie🤦🏻‍♀️when explaining my issues he then stated ‘well there’s nothing I can do and you are piling issues on’ exact words! I asked for his name and he just walked off, extremely rude and patronising! didn’t end up ordering, the initial member of staff messed up and instead of owning it she put it on to me and made me look a liar, disgusting! Worst McDonald’s by far anyway, never has anything in stock, makes nothing up fresh AVOID!!!

Friendly staff, always a bit of a wait though but not as bad as some I've been in. Hit and miss whether you get a serviette (none out on stand). Always somewhere to sit, pretty clean. More often than not, ordering stand doesn't give you a receipt so have to remember your number.

As usual, they forgot my ketchup dips. 4 times in a row now...

It's a McDonald's, what more could you want

Absolute disgrace from start to finish came in to order my.lunch and the garbage truck arrived infront of me and blocked off the drive thru and to make matter worse u was before another car and they got served before me I made my point clear of how disrectful that is and to make matters worse my food wasn't ready, just another customer I won't be returning & it wasn't just me it happened to another car was infront and there food wasn't ready I mean it's lunchtime what's going in with thus world???

Burgers and service were ok, but the fries were the worst I've ever had...just some I picked out pictured below. McDonald's using reject potatoes now?

Nipped in for a really quick lunch during my work day. Went through the drive through and ordered on the app can't say I'm impressed. Not only was the food cold I was missing half my order. It wasn't very busy so that didn't even explain it. Didn't have time to go in and have my order fixed since I was in a rush and that would have taken even longer than it had already taken.

This was a quick McDonald's. The fries where crisp and not soggy and floppy.

I ordered a fairly large order , the food was cold yes cold , the burgers was all squashed , considering they delivered to me which they are less than half a mile up the road it's was disgusting never again

yet again set the wrong order. ordered a vegan burger and got a triple cheese burger amongst others.

Ordered food for delivery. Given WHOLE order completely wrong. Contacted the branch, they were not helpful at all as to regards why the order was completely missing and asked us to contact delivery service. Delivery service were not in the wrong whatsoever as none of the order delivered was correct!!! I would offer zero stars if it was possible!!!

The waiters are polite, the place is clean, and the food is served quickly

I haven’t used just eat in a long time however when my food came it was ALL cold and also I had food missing! I spent almost £30 and was very disappointed
