Despite the terrible weather food was delivered on time by a polite and friendly gentleman.

Food cold and no dips waste of money and time not happy waiting hour for it no good

Wrong order given had to go out ourselves and pay a second time before it’s resolved

I ordered a Big Tasty Meal, Milkshake, Double Cheeseburger and a McFlurry. The food was cold and had obviously been waiting a long time, ironically the milkshake was warm and liquid, it had melted completely. The McFlurry was about 50% melted. I didn’t contact Just Eat as previous experience shows they don’t refund for cold food. Disappointing is the best I could say. Delivery time was put back several times despite showing courier at restaurant.

Half the order was missing 1 milkshake I iced drink and fruit shoot for child’s happy meal . Ordering from this franchise is not very good.

All the good was stone cold , absolutely gutted , for what you pay you shouldn’t get cold food

I first ordered from fosse park then they said delivery time slightly changed, what they meant was 1hr half!! So cancelled order. Tried meridian n they delivered but didn’t get the sauces ordered. Wonder why I bother sometimes .

They missed 2 burgers, which was 50% of the meals. Terrible service

food freezing. sticker on food said it was cooked at 18:04 recieved food at 19:00. missing nuggets. absolutely ridiculous this happens every time I order. won't be ordering again!!

The food was completely cold. All the food needing reheating and the coffee was lukewarm warm. Also the sauces that were requested for the nuggets and cheese melts etc were all missing. Won’t bother ordering on just eat for McDonalds again.

Ordered a cheese burger for my daughter and received a chilli cheeseburger which was no good for someone who doesn’t like spicy food

the food arrived. when the driver lifted the drinks out of his delivery bag the mcdonalds bag was leaking and the drinks fell straight through the bottom of the bag outside my house then tried to blame us. it has made mess and je wouldn't clear it up. He then went on to say its not his problem.

Estuve aquí más de 100 veces, pero solo tarda 1 vez en dejar una mala crítica. Después de pasar 2 h en mcdonalds y tener 3 recibos, me pusieron bien por aparcar en mcdonalds durante demasiado tiempo. Lo curioso es que solo era cliente allí, era entre las 10 pm - medianoche.

never had a bad meal for McDonald's. Service is very good, it can get very busy if you dinning in, as it a small restaurant.

Asked for large hash brown share box , no cant sell you that no boxs so why cant you sell me 15 mini hash browns instead of ripping people off, by selling small.ones. change the menu.

Missing . Raised the issue with just eat and wasn’t given the option to have the items delivered to me. I requested a refund and Jake advised me to re order the items from here! I tried to but it was then out of the timeframe for breakfast. I called the store again and Jake (who wouldn’t give me his surname) told me there was nothing he could do. I shouldn’t have to explain myself but I don’t think you can understand why I’m so upset about the whole thing-I’m a single mum and it was a rare treat

Food finally arrived over an hour and a half late. Everything stone cold and inedible. The stickers on front of the burgers are time stamped 17.07pm. It’s now 18.48! So this food has clearly been sat for that long. It’s in the bin now.

Ordered today at 4.50pm. Delivery time keeps being pushed back although according to the tracker the drivers been at the restaurant for the last hour! I’ll be requesting a full refund.

Good come cold and I was missing the double quarter pounder burger and the chilli double cheese burger and one of the drinks was all spilt out in the bag

Asked for a large orange Fanta and only got a medium, food was also Luke warm

Fries were cold and hard and burgers were only just warm.

Super service, all the staff were extremely polite, bravo! Food was good and tasty, the Katté was the best McDonald's got drink I had this year. A pleasant experience all round.

I had a poor review of a McDonald's previously (not this unit), where service was very slow. This time was much more timely. The place was well managed, the staff friendly, clean, and does what McDonald's is supposed to do. Fast Food.

Husband placed his order off the screen menu. A member of staff came & said it wasn't available but didn't give any alternatives. Then another member said he'd made the order!

Very bad customer service I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The staff were extremely rude, especially the shift manager, Ross. They took forever to prepare my order, and instead of offering an apology, they actually yelled at me to cancel it! There was no professionalism or courtesy shown at all—not a single apology. Very disappointing! This happened at 9 PM on 23/10/2024. I request that the management team review the CCTV footage. Ross even threatened me, coming towards me as if he was about to hit me.

ordered a crisis chicken wrap which was barely half full, the top half was just empty wrap. disappointing.

Difficult to say if it was late as the time kept changing, but the food was cold, probably due to the fact the driver delivered somewhere else first so it was about an hour from them leaving mcdonalds to actually turning up when it's only 15 minutes drive away. worst delivery we've ever experienced in all the years using this service unfortunately. Also the vanilla milkshake was contaminated with chocolate milkshake, much to the disappointment of my son.

Stone cold food and laughably the McFlurry was more like a milkshake.

Such a long wait for food after ordering and payment. They were more interested in preparing McDelivery/delivered. There was at least 16 orders sat awaiting delivery collecting to go but were moaning to each other about there being no drivers to do them, a simple Guarenteed cold when delivered.

Took granddaughter. Quick service and had brought to table. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

6th time in a row our order was wrong. Half belonged to someone else, so we didn’t get what we ordered. Happens EVERYTIME. I’ve never had the wrong order in drive though so no idea why this is so difficult for them to get right. It’s not little things either, 5 times out of 6 half our order was missing. Dreadful, which is a shame because we love the good for a treat!

Not an impressive experience, if you come here looking for even a lick of hygiene, you’ve for another thing coming. There are dead flies in the soap left to decompose.

Second time running, said courier was at restaurant then delivery keeps getting put back 30 minutes later food shows up stone cold. We live 8 minutes away tops in a car.

My triple burgers looked smaller than a big mac ,it looked like it had been sat on too ,all squashed , I just needed some junk food to soak up some alcohol form a party the night before, gladly not all mac Donald's are the same .
