i love this macdonalds and i love to binge here with my 17 kids and 3 husbands and 2 dogs.

Good service as youd expect, nice and quick and simple

Closed for refurbishment , opens late February

Wrong order multiple times, wait ages for cold food when you can see it ready

Absolutely awful been throwing up for the last hour due to ordering two McDonalds McFlurrys with caramel and getting orange sadly I’m allergic and had a bad reaction as it was the stores fault

Absolutely rubbish 2x chips missing from order so not able to eat meals. Apple pies also missing and charged over £5 delivery between service charge and delivery fees for this privilege. Not enough concentration on meals being prepared

Good, fast service, pleasant staff, not much parking so hard to park when busy.

ordered Oreo mcflurry and it arrived without any Oreo and only 10 fries in a medium fries pack.

Ordered at 8:05 because estimated delivery was 20-25 minutes. Ordered arrived at 9:10. And the driver got lost on the way. Not drivers fault, she was just following just eats map which is wrong

Half the order was missing 1 milkshake I iced drink and fruit shoot for child’s happy meal . Ordering from this franchise is not very good.

I ordered a Big Tasty Meal, Milkshake, Double Cheeseburger and a McFlurry. The food was cold and had obviously been waiting a long time, ironically the milkshake was warm and liquid, it had melted completely. The McFlurry was about 50% melted. I didn’t contact Just Eat as previous experience shows they don’t refund for cold food. Disappointing is the best I could say. Delivery time was put back several times despite showing courier at restaurant.

I first ordered from fosse park then they said delivery time slightly changed, what they meant was 1hr half!! So cancelled order. Tried meridian n they delivered but didn’t get the sauces ordered. Wonder why I bother sometimes .

They missed 2 burgers, which was 50% of the meals. Terrible service

Don’t make the mistake of ordering McDelivery, the order is always wrong and they blame Uber even though McDonalds staff put the food in the bags. They don’t care if it’s wrong because Uber can only refund you the cost of the missing items, they’d be more careful if full refunds were given!

Delivery to wrong house number again!!! So food cold again! Time to change fast food deliveries unfortunately

The food was completely cold. All the food needing reheating and the coffee was lukewarm warm. Also the sauces that were requested for the nuggets and cheese melts etc were all missing. Won’t bother ordering on just eat for McDonalds again.

Big, slow queue. Seemed to be some sort of technical issue so lots of people waiting in bays for food. Explanation would have been good not just having the windows shut. Food was good once received.

Missing sauces napkins and very cold

On this particular day of service, the restaurant was especially busy which seemed to have impacted the quality of the cleaning service provided by McDonald’s. When I visited the lavatory, I was surprised to see that there was a dead fly within the soap which is majorly unhygienic. I raised this issue with the store manager who stated they would “remove the fly” although this raised the concern of the soap not being replaced. Nonetheless, ordinarily service for food is pretty reliable, although the cleanliness of the restaurant majorly fluctuates depending on the day.

Delivery guy was very nice and respectful very rare this day and age

Slow service, often out of specials

the food arrived. when the driver lifted the drinks out of his delivery bag the mcdonalds bag was leaking and the drinks fell straight through the bottom of the bag outside my house then tried to blame us. it has made mess and je wouldn't clear it up. He then went on to say its not his problem.

Order wrong.. I ordered a dble quarter cheese which did not turn up. This happens every time! Food was cold as usual

Estuve aquí más de 100 veces, pero solo tarda 1 vez en dejar una mala crítica. Después de pasar 2 h en mcdonalds y tener 3 recibos, me pusieron bien por aparcar en mcdonalds durante demasiado tiempo. Lo curioso es que solo era cliente allí, era entre las 10 pm - medianoche.

I am not happy at all with this delivery and want a FULL refund.

Rubbish service, missed half my meal, and even when I finally got it, it was wrong, and I live over an hour away, so it's not like I could even pop back and get it fixed

Absolute disgrace from start to finish came in to order my lunch and the garbage truck arrived infront of me and blocked off the drive thru and to make matter's worse i was before another car and they got served before me I made my point clear of how disrectful that is and to make matters worse my food wasn't ready, just another customer I won't be returning & it wasn't just me it happened to another car was infront and there food wasn't ready I mean it's lunchtime what's going in with this world???

never had a bad meal for McDonald's. Service is very good, it can get very busy if you dinning in, as it a small restaurant.

Asked for large hash brown share box , no cant sell you that no boxs so why cant you sell me 15 mini hash browns instead of ripping people off, by selling small.ones. change the menu.

Missing . Raised the issue with just eat and wasn’t given the option to have the items delivered to me. I requested a refund and Jake advised me to re order the items from here! I tried to but it was then out of the timeframe for breakfast. I called the store again and Jake (who wouldn’t give me his surname) told me there was nothing he could do. I shouldn’t have to explain myself but I don’t think you can understand why I’m so upset about the whole thing-I’m a single mum and it was a rare treat

Food finally arrived over an hour and a half late. Everything stone cold and inedible. The stickers on front of the burgers are time stamped 17.07pm. It’s now 18.48! So this food has clearly been sat for that long. It’s in the bin now.

Asked for a large orange Fanta and only got a medium, food was also Luke warm

Ordered today at 4.50pm. Delivery time keeps being pushed back although according to the tracker the drivers been at the restaurant for the last hour! I’ll be requesting a full refund.
