Always forgets the beef patty. Paid for a double cheeseburger and single cheese burger with no meat in it. If I wanted a cheese sandwich I’d of stayed at home.

A bit slow, no coke zero, good staff though

One of the worst mcdonald's ever. Manager don't care about customers at all. All my food came cold even when I've asked to make sure all it's fresh and hot, he didn't care. Won't be back there ever again.

I suppose it's OK for a snack just don't snack there to often not good for you.

Just used drive through this time

Soggy double cheeseburger due to wet lettuce on the bottom of the burger. Also burger was less than warm, almost cold.i was so hungry that I just ate it without complaining 😒. Then noticed COLD TEA!!! At this point I complained and was immediately given a hot one. Really not happy about the burger. Great assistants and clean place

Since reopening after refurbishment service is atrocious staff seem to stay in the kitchen totally unaware of front of house wait for food is ridiculous seem to be concentrating on deliveries & not the restaurant

There was a big group of us, around 20 people from America, Brilliant service and fast food. Everything was alright but they got one order wrong, put onions on a burger that didn't want onions and forgot the nuggets.

1 star This McDonald's is consistently disappointing. Cold food seems to be the norm here—burgers and fries that should be hot are barely warm, if not outright cold. The staff are more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. It feels like customer service is the last thing on their minds. If you're looking for fast, fresh, and friendly service, look elsewhere.

First time at this one, I will not be returning after today’s bad experience. The staff all seem to avoid eye contact, my fries were missing and the person who served me, I called after him. He turned around and looked at me and then walked off. A member of the cleaning staff came to ask me after a few minutes of me still standing there at the collection point and I told that person my fries are missing. The fries that I received were hard like wood, most definitely not fresh, The burger was old, I mean cooked and left out in the open to get cold, I felt like I was eating cardboard. My meal cost me today £16, the worst money I have ever spent on food in my life.

He kept changing the time on the app when he said he was 15 minutes away it got to 10 minutes and it went back up to 25 Food is cold Drink was spilled only hot one medium fries and that’s it The rest was cold and damp by the drink

Disgusted and extremely let down. Before the renovation this was well known for being the best McDonald's around. Formerly well known for exceptional hot fast food. Not anymore. Freezing chips in paper. Mcflurry not mixed Awful unclear drive thru noise rather than speech. Disgusting rude service when I asked for £5 meal deal. Told it was on weeks ago not now. Came out the drive through greeted by this enormous sign advertising said deal. Looked down on for asking eyes rolling the works.! If I caught the name of my server I'd take the complaint much further I was that let down and disappointed. Will not be back. Strongly advise no one else wastes their time here.

i ordered at 19.37 and it was delivered at 21.37 that 2hrs and 20 mins. I'm not happy most of ot was cold apart from the nuggets. it's getting worse. I won't be ordering again. I had the same problem last week. absolutely joke.

A female member of staff was very rude, unhelpful, unapproachable and portraying disgusting behaviour and mannerism in the drive through collection point. At 23.51 on 25/03/25. This happened on more than one occasion with the same individual and we will not be returning

Ordered a delivery breakfast from here. I am 5 miles away (12 mins when not rush hour. I ordered 10am sunday, not busy roads. I couldnt collect- car off the road) From the moment it changed to "on its way" it took 27 minutes, there was a notification they were delivering elsewhere first. By the time I got it 27 minutes later it was freezing cold, was only in a brown bag no insulated bag. Cant reheat it as a) they have egg in b) it doesnt taste the same. Even the coffee was cold, so much so I ordered cappucinno, not sure if they just sent normal coffee as there were no signs that it was cappucino. I paid over £6 extra (on a £9 order) for "service fee and delivery" for cold inedible food. When it comes direct, I get it hot. Not sure what the service delivery is as you dont pay extra for "service" if you go in. Delivery is delivery. Around £3.50 for service which I assume is using the website - where I did all the work! Ive not had a Mcdonalds breakfast for ages and just fancied one - paid £15 and still didnt get one as I cant eat it freezing cold and cant microwave it. If you cant get food to someone so its still hot, either in good bags or single deliveries dont accept orders.

Ordered through Uber eats, a big Mac meal, extra fries, my order turns up, no fries, I call the store "sorry mate you'll have to deal with it through the app" all Uber does is deliver it's their fault the fries were not in the bag and now I have to do all this extra work to get my money back, terrible customer service, never order from this restaurant again.

As I ordered through this App I have to trust the order I've payed for will be correct but sadly My Wife's Quarter pounder was missing which was her main part of her meal when you spend £38.00 it has to be right so disappointed.

Absolutely rubbish 2x chips missing from order so not able to eat meals. Apple pies also missing and charged over £5 delivery between service charge and delivery fees for this privilege. Not enough concentration on meals being prepared
