Mcdonald's Restaurants in Blaby

Ordered £50 worth of food to our workplace on very same road as the mcdonalds store via the app for delivery (as we are unable to leave the building to collect) waited until it said driver on the way, i waited outside for him on the forecourt, he did not show, several phone calls back and forth and he had gone to the petrol station nearby and was waiting there. He did not understand that that was incorrect. eventually he marked the order as delivered and did not show up. I could not request a refund from ubereats as he had marked as delivered so they did not believe that it wasn't delivered. Mcdonald's would not refund me and because i had ordered via the app there was no record of the delivery on my actual ubereats account to query it that way. There is a phone number to ring regarding mcdonalds deliveries but they are no help at all, just side with the driver who ended up with £50 of food for free and got paid a delivery fee too! Just powerless to do anything as a consumer nowadays and left out of pocket.

Just been to the McDonald’s drive through after a long day at work as it’s late to cook and ordered 5 chicken strip meal and got all the way home and got 3 chicken strips😡

Went in here for breakfast ordered on the machine to eat in not table service. Ended up with table service and taking away our rubbish excellent service food was hot. Top quality service from the staff there. No complaints. Thank you.

Tipical Mcdonalds nothing special about it. It gers bussy in midday and on weekend. I dunno why, maybe they are understafed. Food is good,service average.

Very dissapointed with this restaurant, visited with my son, first issue no toilet roll in the males toilets, these should be checked daily surely? Second issue, 4/4 ipads for the children not working. Complained to a staff member she simple said "yes they're not working" not, they'll be fixed or any mention of them being sorted. Not acceptable.

First time visiting, drive through had a few cars ahead, but they were all served quickly and we were happy we didn't have to wait long, our breakfast wraps were perfect 👌🏻

One of the worst restaurants from McD franchise. Faulty microphones on Drive Thru (they say that they never hear you), always forget to give you full order (today they forgot to give me piece of my order, I lost £3), and when I asked for the manager he didn’t even paid attention, he bothered with other employees. Stay away if you can!

Not happy at all…. My chips were not fresh and hot… more like stale…. I had the big tasty burger meal and the burger the actual patty was not hot and don’t think it was cooked properly… and now I got diarrhoea because of this…. And this is not the first time it has happened…. Will not be going there again for sure

Absolutely shocking behaviour never been so fuming honestly how can you mess up orders so bad ordered 1 share box of mozzarella sticks and five selects meal to then open both boxes and there both full of mozzarella sticks ? What is this also didn’t receive my mayo chickens ? I reckon I could get better service from a chimp at twycross zoo honestly read your orders correctly the easiest job in the world and still can’t get it right so tonight’s meal 20 mozzarella sticks and fries Thankyou McDonalds 👍🏻Shocking

McDonald's. As always fresh and superb food. Only problem here is that the electric vehicle chargers parking is not designated for EV s only. So , at times you find yourself stuck with no access to the charger because someone has parked in the bay and walked off .

My mother in law went with her husband and daughter to the above mentioned store on 7/2/2024 @ approximately 10.30pm. Ordered 2 x mc flurries and 2 x apple pies. They waited 20 minutes and saw that the mc flurries had been made and were just sitting on the side of the counter. They were then given the apple pies and watered down mc flurries. My mother In law went in and complained after 20 minutes she spoke to the manager who offered a refund or the food. At this point there were three males (staff) standing nearby. This made her feel intimidated My mother in law is a pensioner and three males standing within close proximity is very intimidating!! After 35 minutes the ultimatum from the Martin the manager was take the food or get a refund. The refund was chosen. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, unprofessional dealing by the staff!! Head office not interested in complaints. Just brush it under the carpet!! Food is no longer value for money

Always pretty fast with the food even at busy times. Parking is abit tight but there's parking in the Costa next door if need be. But most of all they are fairly fast.

Not a lot of vegan food. So just had chips. Need some more meat alternatives other than bean burgers.

Repeatedly this branch misses items from food orders - particularly on delivery orders. On the times we’ve used this branch, it has been more often than not that a burger from a meal is missing. Unfortunately when using the McDonald’s app it only links to the meridian branch. Recommend ordering from fosse park Branch- much less likely to mess your order up.

Last 3 times been here food has either been cold or incorrect or items missing. Must be us don't understand the problem

Ordered online. Food cold. I ordered hot chocolate, unfortunately it was very watery. It's obvious that they had come to the end of their chocolate powder. Just one look told me all was not well with the drink and the server should have noticed. I rang numerous times but got no reply

The lacklustre performance by serving staff is prominent in this particular McD's. No visual energy or haste rewards me with a barely warm breakfast muffin, and a cold welcome.. On opening this well known breakfast feast, I thought, they wouldn't use this offering to advertise on their polished advertising campaign...only the well endowed and starving public would feast on this offering..I've definitely ate in much better McD's ran efficiently with the customer in mind, using the McD's fast food mantra at its core.. but this place ? No..

Good food, however a little cool, and the large meal we ordered came with a regular drink, but unfortunately we didn't notice till after we had finished

McDonald's is not the same as it was years ago the big mac is just thrown together and looks nothing like the adverts on the meal boards . Only go in because the kids still enjoy eating there.

Ordered from here twice through McDonald’s app and first time food was completely soaked by coffee, which granted could be delivery. But you’d assume it’s common sense to not bag the coffee with the food. 2nd order I didn’t receive part of my order as on breakfast meal there’s an option for “extra hash brown”, where I checked “no”. Only to receive two meals without any hash browns? Are the employees that incompetent they don’t know what “extra” means? Good luck trying to call too, either rings endlessly or the straight up reject the call. Who knew working fast food was this difficult to get right. Would advise anyone to avoid ordering from here for delivery.

A regular mcdonalds, but with great service and staff that go out their way to be helpful and provide a nice environment

This place is ridiculous for McDelivery's as they constantly forget items placed from the Mcdonald's app. It's difficult to get a hold of anyone as it's ordered through the app but delivered by uber. McDonald's are not interested, and trying to get through to uber is a pain to get a refund! Staff really need to take care of customers orders by getting it right, but going by the problems they really don't care!!

This mcdonald always seems to leave something off of your order. When you report something missing it is always such a battle to rectify it (I gave up this time). Save yourself the stress and go to a different one!

Ordered from deliveroo im a vegetarian ordered cheese melt dippers and received chicken nuggets. I ate a piece and threw up, first time i accidentally ate meat in my 29 years .

Second time this week staff don’t seem to know how to use the app! They key in the code before the order is placed and the points are removed from your account. Then they tell you the code is invalid! Points are gone! At the window they shrug their shoulders and tell you there is nothing they can do. Even though you show them your screen grab of the code. I use Macs regularly and all the restaurants in the area have no issues with this at all. The kids at Meridian just don’t seem to know how to use it :(

Terrible management Had a Mc delivery, missing items and rang but never answered so I had to go to the restaurant after paying £3.99 delivery, they said you have to go through Uber for a refund on my delivery and then I heard a manager in the background say - tell him to make a complaint to HO he won’t get anywhere!!!!! Terrible and then another manager said I’ll give you your missing item but I don’t have to ? Called in to charge our electric car so was sat in macdonalds for an hour. The manager was amazing, he was constantly checking everyone was ok and serving non stop and just seemed to be the life and soul of the restaurant

Place is a shambles, no screens working, can’t even collect order from desk due to all the delivery drivers swarming the counter and won’t even move to let you past

Food was surprisingly fast and hot. Staff attitude and packing of the food was shocking. Fries cartons upside down and burgers not wrapped properly.

We ordered food at the drive thru but when we collected our order an item was missing so had to go inside to collect it. Staff were polite and rectified the situation without any drama. Food was great and we'd come here again.

Ordered food for delivery via the McD app and was missing an item. After much time wasting phoning the driver and this restaurant to get my item delivered I was told that I have to contact the company delivering. Turns out following their “guidelines” I will get a refund of £2.50 refunded into my account within a 14 day period. I rang the restaurant and spoke to the manager to try to understand why it is the responsibility of the courier (Uber) when a member of his team failed to put all items in the bag. The courier is not able to check as the bag is sealed. I did not get a reasonable acceptable explanation or any offer to have my item delivered. My advice to you is forget deliveries through this company as you won’t get a satisfactory outcome if the staff fail to provide all the items ordered. I did ask if I could buy a McTasty for £2.50 as this was offered as a refund surprisingly I can’t. So not only am I ‘hangry’ I am out of pocket because one of the staff couldn’t do their job properly! 🤬

Just incompetence when taking order losing my order and having to chase my order waiting in car park for about 25 minutes not good, to much going on with takeaway orders taking priority very disorganized, needs better system in place.

I would suggest go in to the establishment and order. Any takeaway through a third party or drive through at a peak time will leave you frustrated with wrong food.

Quite literally the longest wait for a McDonalds you will have. Either eat in or Drive through, it’s a joke! In a rush, don’t bother.

Seem to scaling back on cost here. Milkshakes had very little flavour to them, supposed to be strawberry and vanilla. Waited 15 minutes for food to be brought to the car... was only one meal and two happy meals. Chips were not full portions, and drinks were well under the line. Definitely feel short-changed on food/drink portions and flavour. Wouldn't recommend this Mcdonalds. Wish I had taken notice of the star rating and not gone there. I certainly would not return! Lady who brought food to the car was very polite though.

If you are to choose between meridian mcdonalds and fosse Park go to fosse Park as they have better customer service, never anything missing and you get what you ask for. This meridian one seems to have staff that don't listen and can't follow simple instructions, I don't want to slate anyone off that works but it's not a hard job to do. Yet they seem to get it wrong, think I will stop going here.

Not super busy for Sunday lunchtime (luckily for us) . Service was super nice . The only thing I found hair in my fries. Also the quarter pounder had way too many chunky onion bits. This me off a bit.

A "usual" McDonald's in terms of table layout and cleanliness. Drive thru moves pretty quickly. If ordering in store during busier times it seems you get pushed down the queue behind the drive thru and delivery drivers so can be waiting quite some time. Car park is very small and quite tight.

Found a slug in my Mcdonalds, either that, or their Cucumbers are messed up.

Can't go wrong with McDonald's. Little tricky to drive about the limited parking.

If I had choice wouldn’t even give 1 star as they don’t deserve if they don’t respect customer views ordered a wrap on Saturday without any bacon with my phone on there app I walked in and my number was called as soon as I walked in Gave me the food as I started to eat they had not customised and gave me without bacon Tried to call Leicester branch market st and the lady answered and said I have just started shift so please do shout! all I was doing was addressing the issue as I had reached work and she said she would exchange it Why was the mistaken done they good enough to take your money but not work I asked for a call back Someone called but when I asked questions they hang phone not good when customers are giving you hard earned money and you can not do your job shame on you

Usually stop here on the way back from Leicester to MK to grab a couple of CheeseBurgs for the journey. The staff are 99% of the time really friendly and smiley, although there is usually a bit of a wait for the items that really should be ready late morning / lunchtime. But, on a positive spin, the food is as fresh as it's going to be at a Maccies.

The service was slow and it looked a bit chaotic behind the counter with lots of items of food ready to be packed.

Extremely slow serving orders, took over 15 mins to get a McFlurry and a chocolate pie! Person who 'helped' me decipher points spending didn't know what she was doing, I ended up just paying for what I wanted for speed.

Customer service below 1 star they always forget to put your order in the bag and when you call them they say we got spare items lining around witch they belong to your order. And you waist more time and petrol to collect.

Ordered 5 mc flurry’s and 4 double chocolate pies for delivery. Nearly £20 and they didn’t give us the chocolate pies, didn’t answer phone when we called. So we ended up paying nearly £20 for mc flurry’s alone. Not great service at all

Not particularly busy, hot food which is very rare at most McDonald’s locations.
