This could be a great place. The coffee is nice but I just can't believe how early they shut 90% of the areas off for cleaning. It gives a really unwelcoming vibe which is a shame. The staff do seem ok when you order.

Omg who is eating this? In a pure hurry I went to Tim Horton’s believing it to be the new big thing in takeaway. I had a double cheeseburger, nacho loaded fries and a cherry coke. I promise you now that this tasted EXACTLY like a rustlers burger. Microwaved to death with pseudo grill lines to trick me into believing it was anything more. Honestly rank. Buy yourself a rustlers burger and some potato lattices from the corner shop and save yourself a fortune. Terrible. Truly truly terrible.

Very disappointing experience. Keen to try out a new place to eat, we went to Tim Horton's in Fosse Park, Leicester. The restaurant wasn't busy, not a good sign we thought. It is a bright, spacious restaurant and chilled-out music was being played, which was good. Ordering was fairly easy at the counter, after asking the staff member what a couple of things were. Our order was ready quickly and we found a seat near the window to enjoy our meal. How disappointed were we! The lattice fries were hard and barely warm, they definately weren't freshly made and tasted bland. My chicken salad wrap had two small pieces of chicken inside and a small amount of salad, eatable but nothing special. My friend had a triple burger meal, which was a real let-down since the burgers were sliced very thinly and there was no salad whatsoever inside or outside, just a piece of processed cheese. We had the Cooler drinks, which were like ice slushy, and the flavour was a little too strong overall. We were hoping for ice cream but didn't see any on the menu here. Overall, none of this experience made either of us want to return, as it was so underwhelming! We were hoping for something a bit different to the usual burger/fast food places, but this didn't offer anything new. Tim Horton's cannot compete with McDonald's or Gregg's for freshness and taste, and they certainly need to up their game if they want to stay in business!

Went for a eat in breakfast on a Sat morning it was quiet...busier on the drive thru. I had a bacon roll, donut and small hot choclate. The bacon roll was amazing, fresh thick white bun with 3 thick rashers of bacon, and not greasy either. The hot choclate small size is the same size as a medium McDonalds, but hotter and tastier. One of our donuts wasnt available but we wasnt charged extra for another choice of donut. The donuts have a thick custard filling inside. Overall great quality and value for your money.

I bought 6 donuts, a large mocha, and a tropical cooler. I went with my family. we were unable to eat all the donuts, so I ask my young son to ask for a bag. he stood at the counter for well over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from your staff, I wanted him to have a little experience from interacting with the shop staff, but after 10 minutes it was clear that wasn't going to happen, So I went to ask for the bag... and I also commented on how it was rude to just ignore my young son. I was disgusted to be asked for my order number and to prove I have bought something before he would give me the bag. No, I have driven 3 miles out of town to rob you of a 10p paper bag. absolutely clueless, I explained, I'd just bought the donuts, but just blank stairs. seriously, train your staff in basic customer care, and not be concerned with the odd request for a paper bag. Normally I wouldn't complain, but I left feeling really let down for my son more than anything, and sometimes it's just these little things that really frustrate and turn you off a brand.

Friends had waxed lyrical, based on their Canadian visit in the past. We eventually took the opportunity after a shopping trip for an evening repast, and went in. We ordered the same, pretty much: standard burger and lattice fries, on with mayo, one with ketchup. Burgers were quite bland, served in a too-soft bun with lettuce and processed cheese and some kind of sauce that tasted of nothing but left a peppery taste after finishing the burger. The lattice fries were a major disappointment: flabby, stuck together and with no apparent seasoning, only given flavour by the mayo and ketchup. Toilets were closed, apart from the disabled booth, which was awash with urine. Food just about edible, comfortable chairs. Most unlikely we will return.

Awful service! Ordered at the drive thru, got to the window to pay and collect and sat there for 20 minutes, not one person acknowledged me! I just saw loads of staff running around like headless chickens, yet the place was empty! When I finally got my order, the guy said they were understaffed and very busy… what?! I’ve never had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and a donut that’s already made before. Never again.

Came for my first experience 4 dec sunday2022 went to place my order on screen. Pretty easy. The wait was approximately 15 minutes which I thought was excessive, staff in a total disarray, food put on counter but drinks to go with them way behind order,this was for all eat in customers, the problem being straight forward drive through/ and online orders are priority no question. Eat in 3 rd choice for service, I think totally wrong. My food number came as I thought the order was on counter for 10 minutes but my hot beverage way behind. Took my order to eat in restaurant, most tables were dirty not cleaned from prior customers . Hotdog/ lattice fries sorry to say fries cold and hard , the hotdog bun flakey and tasteless poor quality as from frozen, the garnish think fried onions and mustard poor as a filling . But the cappuccino was good . This is just my feedback. I’m sure can be improved as the kitchen staff weren’t reading from the same book. Hope this helps as I was expecting more .

The food was mediocre. My husband and I had the lattice Fries which were soggy and the chicken burger was ok but definitely not worth the money. Tomato ketchup tastes like tomato puree! Staff were chatting when they should have been cleaning the tables, toilets and emptying bins! I went into 3 toilets and they were revolting! Urine all over one toilet seat and other things unmentionable! There was a lot of long black hair on one of the sinks! Yuk!!

I used the drive thru on 16/11/22, the service was slow and a huge lack of customer service. Staff not interested when I stated this at the window. No acknowledgement. Don’t think I will bother again!!!

I visited this new Tim Hortons about 1 month after the initial opening, during the day, on a Thursday, at around two in the afternoon. The two of us had a black coffee/tea and Timbits doughnuts, which were nice and reasonably priced. The restaurant at this time was pleasant and not full at all. Reading other negative reviews here, I (personally) don't understand quite why people come here for main meals; I always considered Tim Hortons a coffee shop/cafe, rather than a "fast food" destination (i.e. a place you'd visit for dinner). After reading other TripAdvisor reviews, I probably *never* would now! Makes you wonder why the UK business decided to go down this route? Why dilute your brand like that? I'm led to believe that this isn't a part of the offering in Canada. If you're going to visit, visit during the day and maybe have dinner elsewhere!

A quick bite to eat following a family outing to the bowling - never been to a Tim Horton’s before so thought we would give it a try. Car park was full so a good sign? Ordering on the big screens was fairly intuitive but prices were alarming so expecting good things… no receipt issued and the staff behind the till wouldn’t or couldn’t print a copy… When the order notification happened - I was expecting our number to appear on a screen - it didn’t but one of the staff shouted an intelligible number(?) out into the wider restaurant which I had to repeat back to them. When I took the trays to our table I found they had missed a whole children’s meal from the order. Returning to the counter they provided the meal with no apology. Finally getting to the table we found the food was warm, far from feeling freshly cooked… the cheese and ham toastie was, well, far from toasted and couldn’t be eaten as it was of a rubber type texture. The potato lattice fries - soggy and lacking in taste. When I took the trays with the waste and wrappers to the bin a member of staff was stationed at the bin and rather than at other fast food outlets, offering to take the trays and deal with the waste, watched me intensely as I separated the recycling and waste, doing nothing to help. I thanked her for her assistance (!), but this was lost on her. This is an expensive fast food restaurant which had a huge number of staff which couldn’t get an automated order correct, and what they did deliver was cold. I can’t recommend this restaurant and I regard the meal as a complete waste of money.

My family and I visited store, placed an order and waited for 40 minutes before an operative asked for everyone’s receipts so he could start making the orders! As I had a 4 year old son who’d already waited patiently for so long I wanted a refund so I could go elsewhere but was unfortunately ignored by all operatives behind the counter. With little choice I waited for around another 30 minutes for food. As the operative behind the counter asked for all receipts we ended up being served later than people that had come into store after us. When we finally received our order there were no drinks and my wife and sons order were wrong. I’d ordered specifically for their allergies. My sons drink was also served in a broken bottle. Such a shame as I’d been looking forward to trying a Tim Hortons. I also contacted them via email approximately 10 days before writing this review but haven’t received a response. One to avoid.

Clean inside and nice bright lighting. Fast service, very much like McDonald's but less chaotic inside. Unfortunately, the burger was lacking any flavour and McDonald's would have been nicer. Potato lattices were good. The iced mocha was really thick and tasted like pure sugar. Doubt...
