Service is polite but slow. Much nicer than mcdonalds however

First timer.. burger wrapped loosely in tin foil so it was falling out. Food given in a paper bag although eating inside. Had to ask for a tray. Staff enjoyed chatting.. to each other. Didn't seem to care about presentation. Won't use the again.

Visited on 21st March, 10:40pm. Terrible the place is filthy it needs a clean. Also a problem with my drink, I ordered a old fashioned iced cap with coconut milk, it tasted very bitter and full on syrup also the drink was a very dark colour, so I went back and the manager and just told him nicely I wasn’t happy with my drink there’s barely any milk in it and it’s really bitter, he’s just responded rudely “it’s got coffee in it that’s what you ordered” and going back and forth with me about it and being defensive rather than sorting out the issue . Then he finally remade it.

We always go and drink ice cappuccino with vegan wrap, and it is always very good in taste . Staff is also very friendly, and they maintain good cleanliness within the store

A very good place to catch your breath from the busy Fosse Park. The food is good and the service is nice but you may have to think twice about entering the toilet....I made that mistake 2 days ago!

Parada para desayunar y tenía una salchicha y muffin de huevo y una clara plana. El café era genial, pero la comida era terrible. El huevo era como goma y la salchicha era una papilla insípida, ninguna cantidad de sal y pimienta podía elevarlo de su existencia sosa.

Go for the coffee but don’t touch the food. Had a breakfast muffin and it was truly awful. Bland mushy sausage and a rubber egg.

Really fast, friendly service. Lovely clean and tidy atmosphere. The food was hot and delicious. Fantastic vegetarian options, I loved the vegetarian sausage and egg stack in particular. The hash browns were also top tier. I highly recommend a trip, we loved it and will be back :) Thank you!

Mi esposa y yo fuimos a tomar un café y a desayunar, nos sentamos y todo estaba bien hasta que tuvimos que recoger nuestra comida y bebidas, la persona detrás de la caja que solo puedo suponer es que el gerente se estaba hackeando las tripas, sin manos sobre la boca, sin máscara o de hecho cualquier tipo de cubierta facial. Esto no se ha revisado antes como yo pensando que podría simplemente dejarlo, pero honestamente estoy tan disgustado de que nunca lo haré

Rubbish....doughnuts are dry, range is disappointing. Staff are lifeless. Restaurant is totally without atmosphere. Why bring your brand to the UK if you are not going to replicate your Canadian offer. You can do better than this Tim

I love Timmy’s. French Vanilla is very nice. Breakfast is great value when bought with a drink. Always feels a relaxed atmosphere inside compared to places like McDonalds.

This order was marked as delivered but never arrived.

First time I've ordered from here. Burger was great, wrapped well to stay warm without going soggy. The Jalapeño chicken wrap was amazing too. Will be ordering again!

Fue y ordenado desde el sistema de pantalla táctil. Se mantuvo helado, así que fui al mostrador donde el personal estaba allí bebiendo y riendo. 3 - 4 minutos intenté llamar su atención de nuevo. Caras en blanco en el personal, solo me miraban como. Le dije “disculpe, las pantallas táctiles no funcionan”. Uno de los empleados dijo: “sí lo sabemos”. No lo siento, te gustaría venir y te ayudaré. Le dije “puede servirme por favor”. Un miembro del personal dijo de nuevo: “sí, porque quieres pagar en efectivo, tendrás que esperar y hablar con el gerente” y solo señaló al hombre en su teléfono móvil en una mano, beber en la otra”. Se estaba riendo de quienquiera que estuviera hablando. Obviamente también una llamada personal. Me di la vuelta y me fui. No volveremos a ir aquí. También se enviará un correo electrónico a su oficina central.

Quick drive through offering nice meals and love the coffee.

Worst breakfast experience I’ve had to be honest, I eat breakfast out every morning before work and today I thought I’d Change and try Tim Hortons. First I arrived at 8.20 for take out and didn’t leave till 8.55? 2nd off staff were waltzing around slowly after the drive through was fully packed and there were 5 orders waiting to be made?? Half way through eating the food I started feeling sick and honestly won’t be coming here again. Awful food and non caring staff

Gisgraceful. As soon as I entered the main doors, the woman said they are temparily closed. Which is fair enough, but when I asked her "Why are you closed, when the main doors are open?" She continued to say "we are temporarily closed" Found the situation rude, and no apology for any inconvenience.

Drive through and eating is is good but just eat is ordering is a waist of time this month I've made 3 orders costing over 50 pounds all together that can half missing or incorrect and ya complain that dnt answer phone that didn't refund just ignore so been ripped off will be avoiding any online orders from here

for the 3rd time in a month order came with half of it missing or not the right order and no refund for any of this I will be stop ordering from Tim Hortons only place that seems to do constantly and it's expensive to be ripped off paying for things ya do not revive and that walk of with ya money nothing gets done so I will haft to take me receipts and photos above them and my to other friends going to do the same as that have the same problem from fosspark Leicester

Food wasn’t warm and was missing sauces

Well, food is good. Some veg options. Price reasonable. Free parking. But the staff are very slow and disorganized. They had a heated conversation with another customer, then they gave my order to them. When I asked where was mine, they got really confused. Eventually the other customer returned the food saying this is not their order. Then they realized their mistake and corrected it, and guess what, the order was wrong inside!!! Anyway, finally I got mine and all was good and fresh hence the 4 stars. Please put people who actually have some knowledge on running a restaurant.

Sat in the patio and it was lovely.

I somehow managed to drop my entire drink on the floor, but they kindly made me a new one with no fuss. The food is good too!

Tim Hortons is in Grove Farm Triangle, Lubbesthorpe Way, Leicester LE19 1WW. This is our go to for coffee and light snack. Many options which is great. Card payment on screen orders. Drink are tasty and the food is good. We had the festive drinks on this occasion. Mint hot chocolate & Rasberry hot chocolate. Very nice Good atmosphere. Nice seating,just relaxed.

Wrong drink and donut delivered

Excellent service from Johnny (Manager) and Rensha (Assistant).

Coffee x 2 and timbits were nice. However the site could have been tidier. But most disappointing were the ladies toilets, they were frankly disgusting. Clearly these had not been checked for a while. We will not be returning to this particular Tim Hortons. I have visited several Tim Hortons in Canada, and there the standard is extremely high.

EDIT : reduced to 1 star because this morning they messed up our order in every possible way! Ordered an egg free muffin due to egg allergy and coffee without sugar due to diabetes. Muffin had egg on it and coffee had sugar in! Ordered a bagel with cream cheese...no cream cheese given. Finally, ordered a double double and it was lukewarm - I can only drink hot drinks at cooler temp and even i thought it was cold! TERRIBLE!!!! We have been to the new branch a handful of times since opening as it's right near our house and I love me a double double! However, the experiences have been 50/50. Sometimes it is fine, food and drinks all correct and great. Other times not so great as food and/or drinks have been wrong and, on one occasion, we were served food with a component we had asked to be removed due to an allergy ie asked for bacon and egg muffin with no egg as allergic through drive through, but when got home realised it had not been removed. We complained to the email address required but no response. The other day I got attitude from a staff member because I was using a free drink loyalty card and ended up just paying as my baby was crying and the staff member was faffing. I will continue to go there but much less and with greater caution!!

Food poisoning. I need not say more.

Today my daughter, a white woman of 19 entered Tim Hortons with the purpose to make an order, something basic, nothing fancy. She received the order after 27 minutes, long after most people that came in after her or long after her received all their orders. She was told by some employee that “they have other things to do” fulfilling other orders, orders that were placed as i said, after she placed the order and even long after she placed the order. Most of the employees and customers at this time appeared of non-British origin, they have all received their orders and my daughter, a white 19 years old woman was amongst the last ones in the store to receive her order. We strongly believe that this is highly discriminatory against a white woman who waited for everybody else to get their orders at the employees’ choice, 27 minutes. She went in at 11:21am and came out 27 minutes later., meanwhile i was waiting in my car and was looking through the glass inside. We are expecting a formal public apology regarding Tim Hortons’ obvious discrimination. Deeply disappointed and will never order again.

I was bribed with a donut to give a 5 star review, a staff member insisted she watched my phone screen as I did it, now she’s not here I can edit the review, try emptying your overflowing bins or cleaning the tables rather than bribing customers and I might give a better review, free brine donut was good though

Lovely food, friendly atmosphere and fantastic staff. Only recently started to come here - but will be a regular now and am spreading the word to family and friends about how great it is.

First time coming into this store and service was amazing by Gajraj, excellent customer service really appreciate it!

Service was pleasant and food was fresh and tasty. Dine-in area was regularly cleaned and there is a nice conservatory-type seating area (unfortunately not wheelchair accessible). Sadly loses a star for the cleanliness of the toilets, this could be improved.

The staff are so disorganised if a terrorist came in they’d probably still stand there still . Ordered at 4:30pm still stood waiting 15 mins later. Fast food? if you go to the Tim hortans in Leicester city centre it’s amazing, friendly staff and fast service. The staff here are either half asleep, on a comedown or haven’t been trained properly. Will not return, waste of money

the burger I ordered was available to buy but I received a phone call after placing the order to be told they didn't have it so they would send me a normal burger and as a way of recompense, 10 chicken tenders. The only ones that arrived were the ones I'd ordered my son. Food also arrived cold.

Very good food as always. Coffee though was not good on my last visit. Seemed very weak so did not enjoy. Normally TH coffee is great.

They put cold Coke drink next to cross cut chips which made chips cold was supposed to be 500ml bottles but got drink in cardboard cups

We love a Timmys on a Saturday morning. The breakfast wraps are really nice, and the French Vanilla is my favourite coffee from anywhere. The breakfast meal deal is great value. To me, it feels like an upgraded McDonald's in pretty much every sense, except service time. Never been in the afternoon so can't comment on their other food.

You can never go wrong with a Tim Hortons and it's the same here too. Easy to get to right next to the Fosse Park shopping area and has its own car park with lots of spaces, they even have a drive-thru. Staff were really friendly and there wasn't much of a wait to get our order.

OMG it would actually be quicker the go in the supermarket buy what you need and cook it at home 25 mins to get your food

Expensive place and need more staff to clean toilets. Coffee nice but too expensive

Fries and burger were great, coffee was supposed to be a pumpkin spice latte but didn't come as advertised (whipped cream on top). Coffee also had bits in it which gathered at the bottom and made it offputting at the bottom. Restaurant itself was clean and tidy, staff were fast and efficient.

French Vanilla latte is amazing, just like in Canada! Giving 4 stars because they got my order wrong, just 1 French vanilla latte, twice, which, considering the fact I was the only person waiting for my order, was a bit baffling. They eventually gave me the right drink. Would recommend nevertheless!

6 Stale doughnuts for £9 Probably the worst doughnuts ever. Wanted just 1, but they didn’t have the flavour, so opted for a box, after trying one, it was stale, dry and just overly sweet, took a bite from another which was the same. One had some sort of knife mark in it. I threw the whole lot in the bin. My time is more valuable than going around again to get a £9 refund or more stale doughnuts Clearly these franchises and workers have no quality or freshness standards. Same old American highly processed poor quality rubbish as ever. Last Tim Hortons I tried was the same, franchisers running it with non english speaking workers. No customer care or quality standards. Honestly with a business philosophy like this i hope they disappear from the UK, in a few years, their offering is not a reflection of what their product and USP should be

very nice and quiet in the morning, the breakfast deals are cheap and very much worth the price. the wraps are absolutely delicious and the coffee is the best ive had, no wonder they're canada's favourite coffee 🤭 definitely recommend!

Never been to a Tim Hortons and I'm not sure I will go back. It has the feel of a Costa Coffee crossed with a Little Chef. Order from a machine so hard to comment on service. The coffee is vile if that's Canadas favourite coffee then they need to get out more. Pastry was fine but lacked flavour. Not one for me.

Ordered a variety box of 12 doughnuts from the drive through. Got home to find only 4 (which was 2 sets of 4, 1 set of 3 and a single raspberry one) different types which were all dry and stale. Over priced garbage that don't deserve the good reputation they have. Will be using one of their far better competitors in the future.

Tapped my card but machine wasn’t working right it took several tries for payment to work. Food and cappuccino was very bland. No flavour at all. Lady on speaker was really abrupt.

The service is very good . The lady who served us is absolutely lovely she was very nice when serving us which made us feel feel welcome . The French vanilla latta and the ice version is so nice. Just the right coffee . Inside it's decorated really nice and modern. I would definitely recommend coming as the service and drinks are lovely .

Here currently, really nice establishment. Lovely and clean modern seating area, friendly service and breakfast eas good especially the coffee! I would say McDonald's hash browns are still the best though. Other fast food establishments could learn from Tim Hortons, nice place to eat and relax. Would recommend.

A really tasty nacho cheese meatless chicken burger, much nicer than Macdonald's veggie option. The lattice fries are great too. The grilled cheese sandwich is another go to option. Very friendly and quick service.

Ordered new Raspberry shake, delicious and good value. Plus had some chicken pieces, freshly cooked and tasty. Great service. Lovely atmosphere, very clean. Worth a visit, cut above the usual fast food chains :)
