Very bad service, waiting 10 minutes for service. person on till used mobile phone whilst serving

Sick of going here , no milkshakes nothing , fries are cold so told staff I pay for my food to be hot and I need fresh fries not sitting under a heat lamp ,,,, burgers are so soggy again told staff I want fresh ,,,, no manners with staff ,,,,, the attitude with staff was disgusting, I said look I pay for my food to be fresh , why do you all have an attitude about it , you get paid to be here and cook fresh food instead your food is under a heat lamp ,,, no I want fresh I pay for fresh and I need the staff to under stand that as I’m paying for my food not them

Food delivered quickly. We had to ask for replacement fries as ours arrived cold but they replaced them with no fuss. We had two Guide Dog puppies in training with us and they were accepted with no issues either

Slow service for a McDonald's. Though this place is on a very busy plot. My backup plan is in warmer weather .especially because in the cold, it's not nice to eat outside with sandwiches.go home or bring/buy sandwiches,food from a place less busy.

Been waiting in the parked bay 20 minutes for a small breakfast order whislt a stream of cars are being quickly served at the drive through. Had someone come to the window about 10 minutes in "erm... Is this your order". It was not, so I told her what my order was. 10 minutes later someone else "is this your order, trying to work out where this one is for". Again, it was not so I again told them what my order was. "Oh I do know that one". Was finally given my order and between both staff, neither of them gave an apology for the ridiculous wait time and lost order. Reverse out the car park and a staff member runs behind my reversing car. I get home and the receipt had my car written onto it the entire time so what the confusion was I really don't know! To top it off they also didn't include an extra hash brown which I had been charged for. Service that bad should mean a refund!

Always a busy place with the cars queuing out the entrance. The bumps are quite large and ridiculous though the car park especially for lower cars. The one way out is a bit stupid as its one way but managed to get food decent rate and was able to go around and park.

Alright experience, fries received hot, and well done food.

McDonald's breakfast as good as ever

Ordered at 8am got food at 8:15 and order was completely wrong. Sent back what was wrong to find that the rest of order was wrong also. Asked for whole order to be re cooked

Fries had no salt and tasted like cardboard. The burgers were dry with very little sauce. Extremely disappointed.

After waiting over half an hour for my food when it eventually came it was wrong completely gone off the thought of food then Complete chaos staff running around like headless chickens no one seamed in charge to fix the chaos

Just been to the drive through after a long journey from London. Usually check the order as McDonalds are notoriously bad at ensuring the whole order is given! Didn’t check as tired! Got home everyone else got their meal mine was missing the double cheeseburger. Tried to phone no answer! It’s so frustrating that I pay for an item I don’t get!! Too late and tired to go back now! Please 🙏🏻 McDonalds it’s not that hard to make sure a customer has their order!

We ordered 3 x meals, grandchildren at half term. The place was packed, so I had already decided to take them home, 5 min drive. The food was cold, inedible, and awful. Firdtctime id ever thrown mcdonalds away. Rang the store, put through to manager Paul, asked for refund, Paul apologised, gave a ref no. Said to call in for refund. 10.00am 3 days later at store, refused a refund but would replace the meals. Popey refused to get the manager, and she lied that it wasn't franchised, I could go on. Mr Pandya, the owner of the group that owns it, should have a serious look at his customer service.

Very good food. Decent wait time and service considering how busy it was. The business of the location makes it hard to find seating sometimes at times.

Fosse park always forget something from your order. I've lost lots of money due to their incompetence and are told "there's nothing we can do" when we ask to send the rest of our order. Always give them the benefit of the doubt but, nomore! Absolute waste of space!

Bust but fairly quick service, this is McDonalds so it is what it is, the tables are clean and cleared quickly. The queue for the drive through is dangerous/blocks the roundabout to the retail park parking areas but not the fault of the restaurant.

Went to the drive through last week at not a peak time and waited over 40 minutes for the food to be brought out, I did speak to someone 30 minutes in who was very nice but still took 10 minutes to get 2 meals out. Just been in again now, fast service but stone cold food with both chips missing. The place is awfull for drive through.

I had 80 chicken nuggets fantastic stuff absolutely banging!!! Took a few minutes to arrive with it being such a massive order but I really enjoyed it as always

Usually first class, but this visit was disappointing, it was very busy which is usually not an issue but this time the food was luke warm and a little under cooked.

Deffenatly not the way to wrap cheeseburgers and misses had a lack of cream in her galaxy latte. Meanwhile food was quite allright and warm enough.

I have been visiting this McDonalds for the last 6 months. Every time i visit i ALWAYS use the drive through. I order a meal and EVERY SINGLE time they have forgotten to give me my fries. First time i got home and realised they hadn’t given me the fries and drove all the way back. The 4 times after that i checked there and then and of course they left my fries out. It seems this McDonalds hires people with the IQ of a fish, they have ONE job to do and they get it consistently wrong!

Waited ten minutes for a oasis and caramel frappe. The frappe wasnt blended and could taste it was the last bit out of the bag. Also once brought up with the manager it took nearly 20 minutes to remake. This is also when there are barely any customers. Not happy

Good place for a quick bite. Kids love the happy meal. Cons: Mostly you will be getting paper toys in happy meal, that will not last for the meal time (or) A book which my boy won't bother reading. Tried the new menu Chilli Cheese Bites, its yummy. Loved it.

This McDonald's is terrible. The food at all McDonald's is average these days, but costs a fortune so is not worth the money at all. The service is almost non-existent if you are eating in. You're basically last priority after the delivery guys and the drive through. Also the car park is a nightmare to park in, especially if they have a delivery lorry due.

Great operation with fast service. Plenty of seating. MC Drive available. After picking up the order, it is parked in the parking lot of the Fosse Park shopping center.

Please, please please serve your porridge hot, change your procedure, every time I have to ask for it to be hot....it's awful warm ,just awful..your staff are well organised and very helpful but the kitchen staff don't know how to get the food at a pleasant temperature...please change your method and serve a real tasty porridge hot..

We were stuck in drive through for over 30mins, no indication for the delay and not a single sorry!

I went in the drive through and came home after a 5 minute drive and they were FREEZING COLD it’s like they made them then left them there for and hour and gave them to me I HAD TO RE HEAT IT IN A AIR FRYER TO MAKE IT “TASTE NORMAL “ Horrible food.Im pretty sure it was UNDERCOOKED

It's a McDonald's. Service was decent. The place was clean. A good McDonald's. But it's still only a McDonald's. It does have a small outside play thing for children that's sometimes open in summer. So that's a bonus

Absolutely disgraceful service today. 09.34 order placed 09.56 order arrived why? When it did arrive, the flatbread was Luke warm, the coffee was warm. The sausage and egg mcmuffin meal came without a hashbrown why? There was a number of dissatisfied customers, and one couple asked for their money back because they were fed up with the wait. They then went to Greggs, when I spoke to the manager on duty (a guy by the name of Adam) he didn't appear to be aware of what was happening. Too much emphasis on drive through and just eat.So much for fast food, 22 minutes is a disgrace.

I'm here every week when I'm travelling outside of the county The staff are always helpful and considering the early morning time, quite cheerful. Really starts my day with a coffee and a smile.

It's a McDonald's, nothing new, food lukewarm as usual, they still call it fast food even though you have to wait behind delivery drivers. Why would you order it to be delivered if they can't get it hot from one side of the counter to the other.

Food is sometimes made correctly, but most of the time they get my order wrong! It's always packed as well, and full of either screaming babies, teenagers acting all hard-core, or a combination of the two! Staff don't really care for the most part, but a few of them are kind - especially the ones who offer activities for the younger ones to do such as colouring! McDonald's has gone downhill over the years, too! What are these prices? You may as well go to an actual restaurant - unless you have fussy kids. Overall, it's a McDonald's at the end of the day. What else can you expect? 3 stars.

Well I don’t know about some of these reviews but we were greeted friendly as we walked in. Service was quick and the food was piping hot. You don’t expect fine dining but this was one of the best McDonalds we have ever had breakfast in. Thanks Sushma and the crew you made our morning and only wish we lived closer.

Was way 2 busy. The staff were hugely overwhelmed and there was no manager actually managing the shit-uation and took 20 mins for a cheeseburger chips and chocolate milkshake

Aside from the normal comment that the delivered burgers never look like the advertised one, my main gripe is that it's 2024 and I still can't get a decaff coffee or tea in McDonalds. I can't think of any other chain or restaurant I have been to this year where that has been the case.

I paid 150 pound on half of the menu and my food taste like charcoal the chips was burnt to a crisp and my burger had 1 slice of cheese when it was a Big Mac refused to give my money back terrible service won’t be going there again

Crazy busy!! Place is overwhelmed with drivers picking up app orders. Had a problem with the app and the self services kiosk so had to battle my way through the crowd to get to the counter. Saw drinks just stacked high because they are making the drinks far quicker than the food so when we got out order the milkshakes had pretty much melted. Some of the food was a little cold by the time we got it. Staff were helpful and friendly and apologised for the number of drivers blocking the counter and the delay in getting our order to us. They also helped with another customer who was being very rude and blowing their vape smoke into my 6 year old daughters face purposely. Location is great if you are shopping at Fosse Park but be aware it can get very busy.

Good space, other things could be better

McDonald’s fosse park Leicester is the best you can get. Really clean environment & all ladies are excellent in customer service and helping around, especially if they see you with little ones. Really good to hang out and have some quick food during your shopping trips. Ideal place to meet up with fam & friends! Really quick take out service!

I used to order regularly, but the service has been slipping for a while but actually awful the last few months, missing items, wrong items, or just plain bad food. I find half of the time the fries are soggy and only half fill the sleeve, the way the food is presented itself is a joke, i had a Big Mac that was constructed by what i can only assume was a toddler (top bun upside down, burger burger bread bread, and upside down in the box for extra points, and last week was the final straw, i received a Philly cheese stack burger with no burger inside (see picture).....just cheese and onions, come on Mcdonalds, its a burger how hard can it be, i feel as though nothing is checked or vetted, just chucked into a bag and sent, i wouldnt mind if it were cheap but its not, that particular order for three large meals was £30+, you get better quality food at the chipshop for cheaper. Ive used Mcdonalds for 20years+ but not anymore, proud to say il not be using any mcdonalds again.

I go Regularly and never really have problems but the my experience today was awful. I’m utterly disgusted by the amount of flys in a food restaurant. There was absolutely loads of flys around the restaurant, they were landing on my food and also in my sauce as you can see by the pictures I took.

Missing items staff to busy gossiping to each other

A very busy place, with very variable food standards. On a good day, food is great, hot, well prepared and tasty. On a bad day, which tends to be more often than not, food arrives lukewarm if you're lucky, especially the fries, which then taste of nothing & have the texture of cardboard. Far too much time and emphasis is given to drive through and food delivery orders. Floor staff are this place's saving grace, they are lovely. Go up to the counter & you will be met with surly faces & attitudes ranging from total disinterest to downright rude, hierarchy included. Having worked in both hospitality & customer service myself, attitudes like this appall me - please remember who is providing the means by which you are paid. Experience at other outlets of this chain have been far superior, which this flagship store could learn from. Recommend - breakfast, sausage & egg mcmuffin (don't forget to customise to remove the liquid vegetable & dairy fat blend 'butter') 🤢 Lunch/dinner - sweet chilli wrap, quarter pounder with cheese, chicken salad Question - why is flat white included in breakfast meal, but costs extra 40p with main menu meal?

Promised Granchildren a Macdonalds to arrive home with a Happy meal and No Burger! No Happy in their meals. They offered to bring it back and replace it .I sarcastically asked what a 4 mile round trip. Enthusiastically they replied yes. They offered a code, I asked for my money back, only if I could bring it back. I said I was due back in the area in 2 weeks. So in keeping with their customer service I will keep the bun and cheese slices and return in two weeks. Let's see how Happy they will be with the returned meal!

Ordered from mcdelivery the Uber driver was polite and punctual but very disappointed with the food this time as it was cold and the fries were soggy and undercooked also they didn’t send the share box garlic sticks £6.29 but sent the sauces, so some one was short of dinner that night. And I must say it’s not the first time this has happened.
