McDonald's in Blaby

The service is very bad because i made an order and they got it completely wrong and they didn't sort it out, they need experienced staff i was in there for half an hour i came back without any food

Just the average McDonald's some times a wait some good staff some who haven't a clue ..you get what you pay for I suppose ..

So stupid people work here with no respect for paying customers on heat or what

Got order wrong only ordered two items gave me something else but sorted out

It was extremely busy but the staff were friendly and trying to help people get tables. We had a bit of a wait for our food but it was lovely and fresh and good value.

Well maintained incredibly busy McDonald's at all times of day impressively cool headed staff who consistently maintain good levels of service, cleanliness and food quality given how busy it can get!

I ordered a mc muffin without egg and they have me a mc muffin with egg, they sorted it out very quickly. Nice big maccies clean and friendly staff.

Typical McDonald's, nice but service was very slow. Air conditioning with bar too strong and it was quite cold inside as I noticed everyone had their coats on. Normally many people would take their coats off and enjoy their meal but they couldn't. Plenty of parking that was not a problem

No meaningful gluten free options. Its not hard to stock a GF burger bun these days. Poor show.

Took the kids while shopping. It was quite busy in there but it didn't hamper the service. Clean and tidy restaurant from what I experienced. Opted to dine in (first time in about 20 years for me) The food was brought to our table. A kind worker also gave my kids 2 sheets of "kindness tags" to keep them amused while they waited. Food was correct and all accounted for. Good experience all round

Ordered through the drive thru. At first, the wrong drink was given to me and then tried to give me the wrong food. I said what I ordered 3 piece chicken select meal, and I got oh yeah, go to the last window, we will be with you in a bit......around 2 songs later and hearing two girls giggling! A young man appeared wanting to know what I was doing there, what was I waiting for. Again, I repeated my meal, and I was met with I don't have that. I said who I had seen, and around 5 minutes later, I left the drive thru.

Food was good staff was nice and big carpark and carpark bays for vans nice clean and tidy

Would have got 5 if when we got home, we discovered we were a quarter pound cheese burger that was missing from our order. Check everything before you drive away, no matter how big the queue is behind you.

Employees that follow the boycott list are contaminating customers food. Had 2 staff members watch and laugh as I ate my food. Been poorly since. Disgusting

It's a McDonald's it does what it says on the tin.... I was hungry and in the mood to demo 20 chicken nuggets.... mission accomplished

Despite having too many customers, the service was seamless. The attendants were friendly and all had a smile

food cold, for 2 wraps we was waiting 14 min not even busy was, after exchange was worm food. 28.01.2024 today they have give food after 15 min cold cheeseburgers cold fries and mixed coffee...

The food was not what I expected, saturated with spice and expensive. You pay for a good meal, not for what they served me.

Dateline January 2024! Can't believe it hot fries and hot burger maybe my constant carping has had some effect. Happy New year!October 2023, still the same £15.00,down the drain, the big tasty's looked like they had been in a drain,soggy! Went in today (03/05/2023)nothing further to add except RUBBISH food, cool fillet of fish, lukewarm fries, oh I give up......Typical Mackydoodles. Really the Liberal Democrat's of burger chains,luke warm fries and basic hamburgers thrown together with no pride at all. The battery farm of burgers. After all we owe them a living, don't we? Or is it more like pay peanuts and get monkeys.First time back here since 2019, and guess what? It's worse, waited a total of 20 minutes to be served 3 burgers that needed medical attention, today's date by the way is 31st January 2020, the poor burgers were suffering from hypothermia, this begs some questions, if you want a cold burger you could get a better deal at Iceland, on a serious note if the burger is cold are they being cooked properly in the first place, perhaps Leicestershire county council health department should give them a visit, perhaps Fosse park management should consider giving the premises to a more customer friendly business! Finally to sum up, just two words, one I can't spell, and the other you do with a light switch! (the opposite of on).!! P.s. Look on the back of the wrapper for cooking instructions!!!! Wednesday 26th February, 6 nugget meal and coffee, OMG the fries were crispy and hot! Mrs. Stilton wasn't so lucky, lukewarm fries, still 1 out of 2 isn't too bad.......is it? The coffee was okay, but I get the feeling that they are cutting down on the amount of ingredients, to maximise profits. Still I don't mind popping in now and again just so I can practice my sarcasm, one day though they may surprise me! One plus point though is the restaurant itself is always nice and clean, it's a bit like asking "what did the Romans do for us?"(Monty Python life of Brian). Mac'ydoodles it's a comedy!!

Typically busy McDonald's. Rammed with people, and a hell of a waiting Good location for a quick bite if you don't want to visit anywhere else in the park.

Possibly the most greasiest McMuffin I have ever had….. it honestly puts me off of the breakfasts.

I used the drive through. Everything went smoothly. I started eating immediately, but the food was only tepid. I also had to have a cold drink as the budget range doesn't allow for coffee! Since when!

Unfortunately, I do not comment on fast food products. Because no matter where you eat it in the world, it tastes the same. I can't say it's bad, but it's not a special taste so I don't want to say anything. With my deepest respect.

Clean modern McDonald's with usual standard of food. Not overly busy when I visited but service seemed slow.

Ordered 2 breakfast with the hash brown and added in two other hash browns =4. Just received my delivery and missing the latte for the second breakfast and 4 hashbrowns. They tried to blame just eat delivery drivers but it’s clear the items weren’t packed in the bag.

No milkshakes again and food not very warm The management needs to have a word with them selves Won't bother going to this one again

Asked to pull into a waiting bay for 2 large oasis, literally no other food was requested. Abysmal service if they can't even provide that as "fast food"

Shocking service, stood 10mins waiting while order showed as ready to collect, guy on the drinks machine is a useless idiot who held our order up for the whole 10mins. He was insulting to the staff asking him to sort their drinks out. The staff was reminiscent of a group of 10 year old let loose in a workplace. The manager heard the complaints from the waiting customers and looked sheepish and visibility receded. When my partner went to ask to see the manager from another member of staff the manager slunk back into the office while the other staff member looked for her. When she finally appeared to speak to my partner she basically looked like a child being told off and said she was sorry we had to complain. Our food was cold by the time we finally received it and looked like it had been thrown together from different sides of the kitchen. Once again we have another McDonald's employing clueless idiots who have no care for their job all the while charging £16 for 2 cold and disgusting "meals".

Ordered food for pick up, didn't take long and it was hot. Worth a try.

Went on 31st October at 8pm. Had to wait 30 mins from ordering till I got my food. Literally could have cooked it myself in that time. Thought this was meant to be "fast food'!!

Chantelle took fantastic care of us, she informed us that there was no carmel lattes left but resolved this by compensating for the wait. She was ace! Super star!

I regularly write that the staff make or break the experience. I rarely get excited about a McDonalds after all, it's a McDonalds - they're all the same, right? This morning when I popped in with a minibus full over jaded and tired revellers these guys were absolutely fabulous - plenty of smiles and humour despite how incredibly busy they were. "Cap off!" Was soooo busy but not the staff's fault but it did take a long time.

Staff shouting at delivery people, food put aside as they couldn't find my table in their own restaurant, food lukewarm and so slowly served I was worried about the fascist car parking regulations all the while in there.

Decent McDonald's, staff try to keep the place clean and tidy. It's a busy place so make sure to double check the stuff you ordered, sometimes they forget to pack.

Food was hot and brought to our table, even exchanged a book for a toy in a happy meal. Always very busy but it's expected with where it is.

one of the most busy mcdonald. serving time is good not much if the wait. restaurant was clean and well staffed. but like all other mcdonald no milk shakes, no diet 7up or sprite, no ice mocha, .. why managers doest not restock and if the is a problem with the machines why not have one as backup which can just be plugged in...

Clean, easy to park. Always a great selection. Leave the car on the carpark then walk over the road to all the great shops like JD Sports, Nike, M&S, WH Smiths etc. Just don't over stay ☺️

It's normally okay, but it lacks the best service in general. But yesterday the staff member that served me was awful. He had my tray in front of him (8) and ignore it and me waiting after the screen had said collect. He then had a huff when I asked if I can have my order it's 4 mcflurrys I'd been watching melt for 10 mins. Order 18 came before he answered, only to tell me a cake I ordered has now been sold out. When challenged as to why it was allowed to go through he just shrugged and said so what else do you want. Huffed when I said I needed to check with the person that wanted it. When I came back he near enough threw the cookie at me and turned his back. Extremely rude and the staff on the shop floor were brilliant but couldn't make up for him and our half melted ice creams.

A big thank you to security guard Joe and Dan last Saturday night who allowed my little princess to use their washroom after closing time as we had just come off the motorway. Great service with a big smile and very friendly!

My local McDonald’s unfortunately, time and time again these guys some how manage to JEFF up a simple order of a, happy meal and double cheese burger This visit = minus one chicken nugget and no toy and a single cheese beyond words

One of the better McDonald's. Not only is the service quick and polite, but it's big, decorated, and clean. There are plenty of staff, loads of space to park, and a few more shops around if you're out for the day.

Big Mac meal with a tropicana. Controversial I know but it was a top up meal and it hit the spot. Sweet curry sauce too. Would recommend

Okay as McDonald's go, but they had no McFlurrys on offer which was a disappointment, them only sweet thing on offer was the apple pies. Not good as the menu is pretty limited anyway!

One drink was missing and we waited over ten minutes. I have refused to take cold food, fresh was packed by supervisor and guess what one fries were missing. Make sure you check your food.

It's a Mcdonald the food isn't very hot most of the time and the drive through is what it is. We use it for convenience and my pregnant daughter loves it at the time. On the mc flurry the chocolate bits in them is getting less and less

I am disappointed that my food was just thrown into the bag at this McDonald's drive thru, as my French fries were in the bag NOT in the BOX that they are MENT to be. Avoid this drive thru where you can thank you goodbye

Usually pop in 2 or 3 times during the early hours of the morning. Always polite and helpful. Worth the visit just to see the gorgeous manageress…

The food is ok, but if you order via the app for delivery or collection you will not get any dips, even if you paid for them..always double check everything 5 times out of 10 the order will have missing items.

Very busy when visited but food served quite quickly. Area for eating outside is next to entrance to main car park so gets traffic noise and smell.

Food order was lost. It was given the wrong table number. The staff were then having to sort out the carnage. Why not go back to using people?
