KFC in Trafford - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Walked up to the customer ordering counter and was told I would be served shortly..I must have stood there for a good 25 mins but still no service.Decided I had been there long enough so left. I will not be using that branch again as this isn't the first time it has happened.

If I could leave no stars I would as this branch of KFC doesn't deserve to be open. Ordered a meal for 4 through Deliveroo which arrived on time. 3 of the meal boxes had items missing and 3 pots of gravy were also missing. 1 box had the correct items. What food there was was barely warm. My partner drove to the branch and asked to speak to the duty manager and a "lady" came to talk to him. He explained the problem and how the poor service had ruined what was previously a lovely day spent with my Niece & Nephew however the "lady" blamed Deliveroo. My partner explained the food arrived in 2 sealed bags on time so the issue wasn't with Deliveroo it was with the restaurant staff who clearly had no idea what went inside the boxes however she continued to blame Deliveroo and wasn't interested in sorting out our complaint and then turned her back on my partner and walked away whilst saying she was only standing in at the branch. This was 20.30 on the evening of 10/08/21 and at this point there was my partner and 4 other people all complaining about missing items in their orders. This is not the first time this has happened at this restaurant and what they are doing amounts to fraud as they are taking money from customers and not suppling the goods ordered. I will never again use this restaurant and suggest either other people do the same or make sure they check their orders before leaving the restaurant because once out of the door the staff do not care whatsoever. I have already rang the number on the receipt however they are currently closed but I will be following this up with a formal complaint about the service and ignorance of the "duty manager". With the amount of negative reviews on here and other sites I am surprised this restaurant is allowed to trade.

Visited with members of family today. Every order was wrong. Either missing something or not available when being prepared. Took orders away for people at home, there were items missing from the order and the chicken had quite obviously been warmed up multiple times. This was my first visit to this branch and most definitely MY LAST.

The customer service at this KFC is outrageous as every time I go there I leave feeling angry! The staff are always in a bad mood and rushing. I always ask for thigh or leg pieces and alway get breast and when I call them out for their mistake I get no apology just a bad attitude! The chicken today was so undercooked I couldn’t eat it. I will definitely not be returning there.

I ordered a 10 piece Wicked meal, this should have included 10 original pieces, 8 hot wings, 4 fillets, 2 fries and 1 gravy. When the food arrived the bucket only had 18 hot wings NO OTHER STYLE OF CHICKEN AT ALL, 2 GRAVY AND 1 PORTION OF CHIPS. I had paid £23.99 for this, I tried calling the Stretford site to ask them to make things right but no one was answering the phone. I have worked in the catering industry for over 30 years and this is appalling service It was obvious that the staff had just thrown whatever was ready into the bucket and given it to the driver. No one was answering the phone for a reason, I will not use KFC again

I went in at 9.30pm and ordered 4 Daredvil bites portions. The advertising clearly says 4 bites in each. Mine had only three in each pot. You can make a mistake with one pot but to put three in all four pots is a deliberate act of theft. When I rang the manager back he refused to entertain me saying I’d need a receipt. Why do I need a receipt to tell him he’d screwed me over. I told him I can give the time I came and he could check his tills to confirm. But the arrogant juvenile refused to acknowledge this. His name was Josh, so if you’re buying there make sure you open all your boxes and check your food, because they WILL steal from you. So just to confirm what I’m saying, the staff at this shop are thieves. By deliberately giving me less food but charging full price they committed a criminal offence. If you think this is libellous bring it on KFC.

Possibly the worst KFC I have visited. Only 2 other tables had people on. Service was slow. Order was wrong when eventually arrived. Latoya was very surprised when I asked for some milk with my tea. It doesn’t come with milk she said!

The slowest kfc I have ever visited!! 35 minutes from order to collection in drive through! Outrageous! The food wasn’t great either and not hot. Won’t be going back

Ok its match day, but its now 7pm, over 2 hours since the stadium emptied and this restaurant looked carnage, bins overloaded, wrappers on floor, mess and uneaten food everywhere, i thought it was a council dump... Now they know its match day, yes mega busy, so employ extra staff to cater for this. Employ extra staff to keep seating areas clean and tidy.. Im amazed Manchester city council allow this place to be kept open. Simply no excuses !,,,

Just awful service rude stuff... Wisiting from London just pop in for quick lunch!! Quick?? Wait about 7 min. To order there was only one lady waiting front of me and find out she was waiting more then 10min. No one at till. When they come out they were not happy to see us:) Dirty tables.

In December I visited this KFC on a Friday lunchtime - you expect it to be "busy" - but it took 25minutes just to place the order for the food. They only had one member of staff working the till and one putting the food in the box. I complained to their customer service team and reaceive an apology that they hadn't met their "usual high standard" and promised improvements once the "area coach" had provided them with feedback. Fair Enough? So at the start of January I visited it again - Friday 12pm - and 12 people were queuing. Not a lot? Well again, there was only one lady taking orders on their till and one puting the food in boxes - 22 minutes then another 9 minutes to receive the simple order. Again, their customer services team apologised for not hitting their "usual high standards" and this time they "promise it will improve once the area coach has visited". Surely it's got better.....right? Thee Friday after this a colleague visited, this time Friday 1:30pm - they had to wait just over 20 minutes to place an order and over 15 minutes for the food because there was again only one member of staff doing each thing at the counter - but approx 10 staff in the back. Well, I gave it another two weeks as surely the "usual high standards" will have returned as the "area coach" must have visited by now?! Nope, 24 minutes queuing, one on the till and one boxing the food. Another email to their customer service team "assures" me that "they will get it right next time" and they are sorry thy haven't met their "usually high standards". By this point, I believe that "usal high standards" is just copy and pasted into every reply, but they sent me a £5 voucher to apologise. So.....I took the voucher to the same KFC.....this time......THIRTY FIVE minute wait to place the order and NINETEEN minutes to receive the food - FIFTY FOUR MINUTES to get a chicken burger. Again, only one member of staff doing each of the front line duties. I asked to speak to a manager, who whilst polite, could not offer an answer as to why they only have one member of staff manning the tills when its their busiest period apart from Man U match days. The staff are lovely....but genuinely this KFC should be avoided on a Friday altogether (it's also extremely slow on other days if you check other reviews) - I gave them plenty of chances to meet their "usually high standards" but it appears a 25 minute wait just to order IS the usual standard

Oh wow. Two people in front of us in the queue and I'm sat here writing this as AFTER 25 MINUTES WE SYILL HAVE NOT BEEN SERVED. WHAT A JOKE. We've come here before and it's always slow but today it's particularly bad. Sort it out KFC!!! Avoid this restaurant!!

Took ages to get through drive through and zinger tower burger had no cheese or hash brown on it , was dry and cold. Would go elsewhere instead

As fast food outlets go, this KFC doesn’t serve quickly. The restaurant was practically empty yet I still had to wait quite a long time to order and receive food. Chicken was nice. The beans looked and tasted like they’d been warming for a week!

We popped in here for a quick bite before a local gig. What a messy ‘restaurant’. It was busy but not full yet they don’t seem to keep it clean. Tables were full of left over food/rubbish, bins were overflowing, the floor needed a good sweep and there was no toilet roll in the toilets! 😡 Plenty of empty rolls etc all over the floor though. I know it’s only a fast food restaurant but that’s no excuse for the state it was in!

This KFC is close to old Trafford and Salford Quays. It’s nothing out of the ordinary. Staff are nice but the service isn’t particularly quick. Food is the usual tasty chicken and sides. Okay

It was a quick visit for lunch whilst shopping. Hadn't had KFC in a while so thought we would "treat ourselves". Not a good treat! Piece of chicken missing from box meal, then they forgot the tower on the tower meal, it was greasy and...

Have been a few times to this KFC and always had been served by helpful and friendly staff. The service was quick on this visit but you can wait awhile if the place is very busy. The food was very good on this visit and...

Not worth a visit unless you've got time to kill. 15 mins wait just to order whist staff seemed to stand around chatting back of house. No gravy either - what kind of Northern eatery is this!! Won't be returning.

I was here for a burger today the food was normal KFC and the service was normal KFC as so close to old Trafford this should be absolutely heaving before and after a game

We stopped off for a quick lunch after travelling for 3 hours. Very disappointed with the general cleanliness of the restaurant. Floors dirty and rubbish not cleared, tables not very clean. Wouldn't stop at this branch again.
