McDonald's in Trafford

we ordered yesterday and currently have food poisoning from the food

I have used this McDonald’s multiple times. They have never ever got my order right, with an item missing being a guarantee. Wait times are always ridiculous, at least 20-30 minutes (if you are lucky). The food that arrives is then awful, for example the attached picture of a “big tasty” without cheese. The management should be embarrassed

Consistently the worst McDonald’s in greater Manchester. Takes forever to get any service and then even longer spent parking up to get the food brought out. Most recent visit - told couldn’t order at the kiosk so go to the window where I waited and watched every member of staff walk past the window avoiding eye contact. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star

Arrived 6.30 in the morning and had to wait 20 minutes in a queue of 5 cars. The manager should at least send someone out to explain there is a wait or what the problem is. When I finally received my food there wasn't even an apology for the wait.

Waited 16 minutes for a Big Mac and drink and staff didn’t even apologise for the wait when I finally got my food

First time I've been back since it's reopened. Just as bad. No milk shakes as usual as they can't be bothered to clean the machine. Just like old times.

Much better service since the revamp. No waiting for 15 mins for cold food to come. It came quickly and it was Hot. No moaning kids complaining about cold items missing Well Done McDonald's xxxxx

Very poor service. Very slow anytime of the day. Not good for a fast food place.

Ordered 2 sausages and egg muffins one was fine the other was burnt so I can only give them 3 stars.

Ordered a big mac with extra sauce, salad onion etc... Got a cold one without anything in there, just the cheese and meat. Aboslutely Shocking amd frightening. I'm never going back there again.

Every single item of food was cold. This is every single time I order from there. Don’t do it if you live in the distance of Stretford maccies try there. Drivers trying to pack multiple orders in and I even tipped £2 and it still turns up like this, disgrace.

Food cold no milk fir tea no dip for cheese melts no straws

No salt on the fries. Only 1 portion fries arrived instead of two ordered. Items luke warm

Chips were actually fresh amd salted, ingredients for the burgers all actually in the bun, not splattered in the box, well done guys, keep up the food work !

Went for lunch on Thursday. To put it positively, the wrap was half full. Whenever else I've had McDonald's elsewhere I've been much more impressed with a full wrap, like it should be.

Dear McDonald’s Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Trafford Retail Park branch in Manchester on Saturday, 30th November 2024, at approximately 9:05 am. While waiting in the drive-thru, I noticed that despite there being two lanes, three cars in the other lane were served before me. This is the second consecutive occasion this has happened at this branch. As a loyal customer who enjoys McDonald’s breakfast, I found this experience frustrating. When I attempted to raise my concerns with the manager, Megan, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response. She claimed the delay was due to being busy, which was not accurate as it was a quiet Saturday morning. When I asked for an apology, she outright said, “I’m not going to apologise.” Instead of addressing my concerns, she stated that she “can’t be bothered with this,” shut the window, and refused to serve me. She then suggested I take my business to another McDonald’s. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a manager, and does not reflect the level of service I expect from McDonald’s. I believe customers deserve respectful and fair treatment, and my experience fell far short of that standard. I kindly request that you review the CCTV footage from this incident, as it will confirm the sequence of events I have described. I would also appreciate feedback on how this situation will be addressed to ensure other customers do not have similar negative experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Incorrect items delivered from delivery

1st time ever food hot all that I ordered was there 😁

We was missing both our large fries with our meal we ordered… we rang the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone was not interested and was very rude towards our request. She was speaking to someone else in the restaurant instead of us on the phone and we had to repeat ourselves due to her not listening.

the order was incomplete and wrong, chips cold and stale burger freezing no sauces even thou i selected 4 sauces, the drinks wasnt even filled half cups missing nuggets and chips

So unbelievably slow nowadays. Had a refurb and seems even slower than ever. 20 minutes to get food and even then everything was cold. Took back for fresh, another 5 minutes. Really are the worst fast food place nowadays

Another day, another McDonald's. But this one was spectacularly rubbish. It's not my first choice, but the kids aged 8 and 6 wanted to go here. Have you read the other reviews? I think you better had! We ordered via the automated screens and waited for my number to appear on the screen. And waited. And some more. It appears that the Mcdelivery orders take priority than the actual restaurant orders. Anyway, our order arrived after a substantial amount of time, and yes, you guessed it, dear Maccy D frequenter, it was cold! The kids loved it as they always do, but the fries looked and tasted like they had been shown the frier but not actually been in it, and the burger looked like the remains of last summers barbecue! Heyho, it will be busy again this coming Divorced Dad Day! McDonald's, I think you need to up your game, fellas! Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

I’m not sure how but this McDonald’s never ceases to amaze me at new and inventive ways to mess up an order both in person and on just eat. I will never use this restaurant again.

Turned up with 1 third of the food we ordered. No way of getting the £23 back we are owed. Absolutely crap restaurant. Who I believe do this on purpose. Won't be returning. No wonder mcdonald's is slowly dying.

Big Mac Meal, Mac was as good as ever. Place was quiet so no real atmosphere and service was quite slow considering.

Went for a marshmallow latte with my wife, through the driver through. We didn't get what we asked for, so we drove back to get the order correct. Yet again, we didn't get what we asked for, and the coffee tasted burnt. We put them both in the bin. Had about 15 kids running around each other, with none of them knowing what they were doing.

Spent £90 and £40 worth of it was missing, not only that, I waited over an hour and it was freezing cold. Never again McDonalds, this time you've really taken advantage. Disgraceful

It never came after 2 hours of waiting and then out if no where said it was delivered. Never use this website ever again.

Got pancakes and sausage for breakfast. No Syrup. Seems no care is taken when putting items together need to get deliveries away from stores. Doubt it's changed.

Used this outlet was ok the food was good had the mc rid sadly not as good as i remembered from back in the day. The food came out fast on table service the strange part was there was not stand with the napkins and salt and sugar etc had to go back up to the desk and ask for them.

Ordered chips the few that came not salted, the rib ok and coke ok but no straw and the mcflurry well lol two small dollops melted ice cream with minimal topping. Overall rubbish.

Food arrived 20 mins late and therefore took an hour to arrive. Large fries were half full, a section of the burger bun was missing on the McSpicy and the double cheese burger looked like it had been in a fight 💪

This is a joking McDonald's. Do you think a famous fast food restaurant with renovation without any notice? When you want a quick burger lunch, that's become disappointing close restaurant, and they just mark a simply sign at Google map but they never. This is the third McDonald's shop renovation I meet within this 3 months, never notice customer is a good management. Any group can replace them?

Feral. Uber drivers dominate the car park and barge through whilst your queuing for your "fast food" which we waited easily 20 minutes for! Usually it's the indigenous teenagers that ruin a maccies trip, and to be fair to them they were dreadful also. The burger was surely slatted together from about 30 metres away, tasted fairly good though. The fries were the highlight, hot and fairly crispy. 2nd worst branch in the area, after the traffic centre one of course. Avoid

Drive through always not on time, people working during nights always giving excuses regarding their system not working and orders not coming on screen where i see them on their phone for 20 long minutes and then say we can’t prepare this order. The people working here at night has always got excuses ready and looks like don’t want to work, they aren’t professional and ruining the brand name, the area manager needs to have a look into this.

If you like McDonald's then you know what to expect and what you are getting.. fast convenient food that serves it's purpose.. saying that the staff at Trafford were friendly and efficient - the atmosphere of my car going through the drive thru was fine!

McDonald's these days has considerably slowed down in terms of service due to the online orders; sometimes, now, at the drive-through, you can wait a wee while and, more often than not, get sent to park up and wait even longer. Fast food? We only eat there as a treat for the little one really, but it's simply not worth the wait these days. However if you are in need of a late option on the odd occasion I guess it's okay.
