McDonald's in Trafford

Missing item, took 40 minutes to make 2 burgers and 20 (missing) chicken nuggets. Had to walk in from the drive through to check on my order and the supervisor accused me of lying about having ordered food.

The worst McDonalds in the world. Go to this drive through a bunch. ALWAYs without fail missing items. You can also get a 3 course sit down meal faster. Come here if you love sitting in your car for 20minutes

Doesn't really deserve 1 star. Went to the Drive Thru for a kids meal, told to park up and it would be brought out. 30 minutes late no food, I appreciate it was busy but don't take orders if you can't fulfil them.

Every time I go the waiting time at drive through is very poor

Didn't put the dips we requested in the bag, then when we unpacked it discovered they also hadn't put in the carrot sticks my son had ordered. Had to go back in, only to be told that they didn't actually have any, so had just decided not to say anything about the order being incomplete. Offered a pineapple stick instead, but eventually convinced them to give us some fries instead.

Quite possibly the worst service on the planet. Painfully slow. Interestingly, even if you go at 5am just for a coffee, it still takes forever. The kid who I think is supposed to be manager couldn't manage to cook an egg. Looks stoned out his mind to be fair so it must be difficult to press a button on a coffee machine at that hour. Avoid unless you're absolutely desperate.

Food was stone cold when it arrived. £23 is a lot of money for a freezing cold meal. Rubbish service where the delivery guy clearly delivered elsewhere on the way to ours as the status went from restaurant preparing to a location on Church Road.

Staff was so rude even the manger. Tried to charge us twice for my order. Waited 15 minutes to get to the payment window then 15 minutes more to get the food. Talk to the manger and his reply was you did order 4 items. Will not be going back to this one.

The time kept changing on how long it would be delivered . Food was cold . Drinks order was incorrect but driver couldn’t help as he had other jobs to go to and contacting the store would take too long

Late Night Order was perfect. Dips included with the nuggets actually came, burger was nice and chips were hot enough. Many Thanks to the Overnight staff for getting the order Perfect. Must be different staff to day-time who always screw up !!

Yesterday I was waiting for ages for my food which was brought to me by a teenage girl who was very rude to me. The nuggets were burnt and my Big Mac was revolting. Worst service I’ve ever seen.

I ordered 3 lots of large fries, but they weren't large fries. They weren it their cardboard cones but just scattered over the bottom of the bag. I ordered a strawberry milk shake but received a banana milk shake.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal large with a coke. To start with most of the coke was on the outside of the cup I asked if it could be topped up she took it away did a fresh coke and put a splash out of my other cup in the new one and gave it me and was still under the line... Parked up waiting for food McDonald's back to there old trick's selling a small fries in a large box and the fries were cold coming from inside the takeaway to my car, wasn't given my receipt McDonald's needs to do better

Probably the worst burgers ever ordered in a McDonald's. I requested extra pickles on one burger - I got zero. As for my Big Tasty when I opened the box, the burger was in 3 broken sections shoved into the bun. Looks like it had been scraped off the floor. It was dripping in sauce. Couldn't see the onions and no tomato. Unfortunately i had taken it back home to eat so couldn't return it. If I had been in the restaurant still I would have refused to eat it. It really was that bad! For comparison. The Big Tasty as advertised and the Big Tasty as delivered. 😁

We went to the drive through. The food was fine but took ages to come (over 10 minutes) and didn't have any sauce, despite them asking what we wanted and us telling them. But we were on the motorway before we realised. The staff seemed fine in our limited interactions

Probably the best experience we’ve had with McDonalds Trafford Retail Park. There’s usually a significant item either wrong, missing or both. The only things missing this time were the straws (that’s OK, we have straws at home) and the selected dipping sauces (my daughter was disappointed not to get her sweet & sour) but not the end of the world. We had to re-heat two of the burgers as they had gone cold.

Missing food items and dips.....never are the dips included, and always missing items. Manager not interested and claims bags are weighed. Absolute nonsense. He just doesn't care and nor do the staff.

This has - consistently been - the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I consequently haven’t visited it for a very long time - but being in the area today decided to give it another chance - really should NOT have bothered. The time to get served - as previously was terrible - is t this supposed to be “fast food”?!?! But when I actually parked up to eat my food - it was stone cold - both the chips and the fillet. I almost forced myself to eat it - but then went back in and complained. They did replace the meal for me - but on my way out - there were two more people also complaining. People are spending their hard earned cash on food and service that is just appalling. This place should be closed down. If you are reading this - and want another and great McDonalds to visit - there is one a stones throw away on Trafford Park at the side of the Holliday Inn Express / Opp the MINI garage which k cols the socks off this place!

The worse McDonald’s I’ve visited, excessive waiting times, too much priority over drive through customers. 40 minutes wait for food!! Mixed up orders, the list goes on. I would avoid and use others nearby.

We ordered on Uber Eats as we didn’t want to collect, which should have been nice and easy but it was anything but. So many issues: - They forgot to include 20 chicken nuggets - They forgot to include the cheese box sharer - The chips weren’t cooked properly - They gave us 3 diet cokes instead of a full fat coke and 2 coke zeros - We asked for an amendment for one of the burgers but they did that amendment for 2 of the burgers This ultimately led to us having to drive to the McDonald’s to sort it out. But compared to us ordering and collecting in store, we’ve paid an extra £20 or so for the delivery, so a complete waste of money and time.

I think to work here you have to be rude, unintelligble and dislike customers. The ordering was painful; asked for a vanilla milkshake and halfway through the next order were told no vanilla "only grinch" (it sounded like). Asked what this was, sigh was audible over the speaker. Then asked re mcflurries - "the usual" - asked, again a sigh. Payment was fine. Got to the collection window, only one McFlurry arrived. Said we'd ordered two. Instead of an apology we got the receipt waved at us "this is the receipt". By now I was fed up of being treated like dirt and pointed out we'd ordered two....receipt again waved.....and that indicates what? That YOU have not taken the order correctly? Then we had to wait for our food outside, got it home, seemed to be some sort of self assembly. No, we never got the second McFlurry. From my time in customer service it should be "I'm sorry it seems to be missing. Would you like us to create that order for you?"..... Rude staff, substandard service.

I think staff need to either quit or learn customer service. Today I was served by a manager on the drive through and it was not a friendly service. I will definitely be using the McDonald on Barton road instead :)

I have used this McDonald’s multiple times. They have never ever got my order right, with an item missing being a guarantee. Wait times are always ridiculous, at least 20-30 minutes (if you are lucky). The food that arrives is then awful, for example the attached picture of a “big tasty” without cheese. The management should be embarrassed

Consistently the worst McDonald’s in greater Manchester. Takes forever to get any service and then even longer spent parking up to get the food brought out. Most recent visit - told couldn’t order at the kiosk so go to the window where I waited and watched every member of staff walk past the window avoiding eye contact. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star

Arrived 6.30 in the morning and had to wait 20 minutes in a queue of 5 cars. The manager should at least send someone out to explain there is a wait or what the problem is. When I finally received my food there wasn't even an apology for the wait.
