McDonald's in Trafford

I ordered Egg muffins No sausage no cheese but when I got my food just bread on top sausage I was so disappointed after I asked them, they no response between 10 minutes after I asked again and one girl it’s I bring it now and she gave me right food but no one apologised 🙃

Overall the restaurant is not that bad. But the speed of order assembly and accuracy is not at all at a good level. First, the salad was brought with no dressing. And afterwards it turned out that the salad was not the one ordered. I didn't ask for it to be changed, as the staff are always busy and the service takes a long time.

Really really poor. Breakfast sausage burger burnt, bacon sandwich cold, all hash browns were overcooked and inedible. Usually enjoy a crappy breakfast from McDonalds but this was actually still inedible. Avoid this place this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to and it’s run by weird pale spice zombies. Wish I’d taken photos, those hash browns were like hockey pucks. This place needs closing down or seriously overhauling and restaffing because this is not what McDonalds is supposed to be. I wouldn’t expect quality as bad as this from a 1 star hygiene rated take away. Judging from the other reviews McDonalds need to seriously look at this place!!

Absolute joke this place. Give yourself plenty of time if you are going here. You will be waiting a long time for your food and when you get it the chips will be half full and cold and the rest of the order will most likely be wrong. Avoid if possible. Good luck if you brave it.

Constantly making mistakes with my food orders and it's now getting to be a running joke!, But I'm not laughing... Ordered tonight to find when I got home missing food. Had to return back to the restaurant which was extremely annoying. I have now decided it's time to avoid Urmston Macdonald's. I'm definitely not loving it!!

Had fabulous with my family and will be back soon as it’s was sooo clean 🧽 I think her name was Julie the older lady in the restaurant looked after us really well.

Good visit, nice new environment the store has had a refurbishment. Food was hot and fresh, received all sauces Happy with visit overall.

Been here quite a few times and my orders have been dispatched correctly and I have received great customer service as well.

Probably the worst one I've been to in greater Manchester, rude staff and the orders are always wrong, missing items. It doesn't matter what time you go in it's always wrong and sub par, I have no idea how they manage this place but it needs seriously looking into, if it wasn't for the location there's no way this would still be open...go to another one

All our families love McDs. I have collected the happy meal toys for 30 years. 2 of my children have also collected. Now 3 of my grandchildren also collect them. The other week Oliver ran in shouting plastic toys are back can we go now granddad. Off we went ordered 3 happy meals the kids couldn't eat for looking at the new plastic toys. Last month we went to the movies and on our way I asked if they would like a happy meal and they said no the toys are rubbish. So well done McDonald's that's one happy family back to getting happy meals. I also had the £5. Meal deal that is just perfect. .

I ordered a Big Mac without meat but it arrived with meat. I got a refund for this but then I had to order a new one. This one came and was right, however, I shouldn’t have to pay the delivery fee for the second order as it was your error.

Estimated delivery time before ordering was 15-30 min. Took 50 min. And arrived missing all of the dips and sauces. Rubbish ordering nuggets and chicken selects with no sauces or dips.

Very slow service, mistakes made on multiple people's orders. Fries were almost cold and had to be sent back on our orders. We had to ask for them to make our orders as they had cleared them off the screens.

Asked for Fanta and got a sprite and the milkshake was vanilla and not strawberry

This is the worst McDonalds ever the food is slapped in the bag,it's dry and the customer service is appalling,I made an order of 2 meals and the chips didn't arive so I contacted Uber and they refunded me 84p,McDonalds told me to tell Uber even though they packed the bag. I will never be making an order here again it is the worst food place ever.

Very very very busy, but it was a Saturday lunch time. Food was good and consistent and CORRECT! Shows how far down in quality McDonald's has come when you're praising one of the restaurants for getting the order correct. Would use this one again, unlike the shambles that is local to us.

Review: Disappointing and Unprofessional Service – I’m Not Loving It After finishing a long, busy shift in the early hours of the morning, I drove out of my way to this McDonald’s, expecting 24-hour service as advertised. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. Despite all the lights being on and the drive-thru appearing open, no service was being provided. Staff were inside, clearly visible, but instead of assisting customers, they just smirked and ignored us. To make matters worse, loud music was blasting from inside, making it obvious they had no intention of serving anyone. And as for the McMuppet masquerading as the shift manager, they’d be better off finding employment somewhere else—perhaps at McDowell’s rather than McDonald’s. When you’re exhausted and hungry, the last thing you need is to be misled and ignored. If the location isn’t truly open 24 hours, that should be made clear. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was unacceptable. I’m not loving it.

We visited today and we had outstanding service from the manager Julie Hodgkins we have got to know this lady over the years of coming here she is she has sorted out complaints we have had in the past and always with a smile very professional she is always running around cleaning sorting problems and her customer service is 10/10 had it not been for this lady we would never come back to this branch so I and my family would like her to receive the recognition for her all round professional polite and cheerful helpful person she is and thanks to this lady we will continue to visit

The staff were very friendly and the food was fresh, I also didn’t have to wait very long for my food. Alfie was very friendly.

You know what to expect from McDonald’s food, but take my advice and don’t use the retail park restaurant for a delivery order. Every time we’ve ordered there is something wrong or something missing and then you have to argue with Uber eats about a refund you won’t get. Order three McFlurrys you get a cookie, brownie and a muffin, order some dippers for my gluten free wife you get half of them every time, order a milkshake you get a bottle of water! Honestly, save yourself the hassle and collect it yourself or use another restaurant

Easily the worst McDonald’s in the area, the service is consistently terrible, they get something wrong every single time, it’s like it’s a game they play. Today it was two cheeseburgers missing and ice in a drink we’d requested no ice for. Went back to the till to resolve the matter and there were 5 other people all with problems with their order. It really is astounding how much this McDonalds struggles with even the easiest of orders.

Supposedly open 24 hours 7 days a week. This was not the case when we arrived. It was locked and they had a “system error” and so couldn’t take orders. If this happens, it should be updated online so that customers are aware.

Where to start with how wrong this order was ! Food put in the same bag as cold drinks....smart move guys ! Literally 10 chips in the happy meal, you having a laugh! Plain wrap came with everything on it, your job really isnt that hard

Missing item, took 40 minutes to make 2 burgers and 20 (missing) chicken nuggets. Had to walk in from the drive through to check on my order and the supervisor accused me of lying about having ordered food.

Doesn't really deserve 1 star. Went to the Drive Thru for a kids meal, told to park up and it would be brought out. 30 minutes late no food, I appreciate it was busy but don't take orders if you can't fulfil them.

Amazing staff,very clean place and excellent services.

Didn't put the dips we requested in the bag, then when we unpacked it discovered they also hadn't put in the carrot sticks my son had ordered. Had to go back in, only to be told that they didn't actually have any, so had just decided not to say anything about the order being incomplete. Offered a pineapple stick instead, but eventually convinced them to give us some fries instead.

Quite possibly the worst service on the planet. Painfully slow. Interestingly, even if you go at 5am just for a coffee, it still takes forever. The kid who I think is supposed to be manager couldn't manage to cook an egg. Looks stoned out his mind to be fair so it must be difficult to press a button on a coffee machine at that hour. Avoid unless you're absolutely desperate.

This time especially the delivery was quick and everything was there. Delivery guy was really polite and happy. Only thing with ordering from that one is amount of chips, they’re half empty (I didn’t say half full as this was a confirmed negative). If they filled the chips to the same place they’d be ordering at the counter then I’d have said 5 star

Food was hot and tasty. I ordered 2 Philly stacks but was called by staff to inform me I could not have the meal I ordered due to suppliers. But respect to the staff because they compensated us with plenty of nice extras. It’s nice to be looked after properly. Big up
