I would give 0 stars if I could. Fast food no one expects to be great but it should be edible! Thought I’d grab a quick couple of meals after a long 12 hour shift and totally disgusted. Cold food, Rock hard, burnt fries feel like they was cooked yesterday hope these arnt served in happy meals the kid would choke to death.

Chips were burnt, hadn't been salted, oasis tasted like water, and filet of fish was burnt and dry,utterly disgusting and overpriced,should be ashamed of the rubbish that they are serving up

Always busy, every now and then gets an order wrong but always good with sorting it out. Wait times are a little long but that's due to it's busyness.

It’s exactly what you expect from McDonalds! No more no less… staff was nice, it was clean and fast service.

Went to drive thru for a quick bite to eat had to wait without being told why then when asked for a refund told cant have one as only the branch manager can do this. Complete joke

Got a single Big Mac instead of a double Big Mac and the chips were cold

neither milkshake cup had anything in it and it was missing a burger from the order.

Exceptionally busy, can be hard to get a inside seat at times.

Absolutely appalling service continuously from this site, will be using another site in future. To have customers sat there 15 mins at a window waiting for food is one thing …. But to then bring the food and not a word coming off your lips so much as “enjoy” or a basic thank you!! Never mind an apology about the wait. Absolutely fuming. Will be contacting head office to deal with this further as it is time after time. I work in the industry, I’ve tried countless times to get it dealt with “in house” by calling the restaurant “nothing can be done” so I will seek advice through head office & customer service. It’s common knowledge in this area that this particular site has gone down hill. Manners cost nothing at all, be pleasant! Be polite! SMILE! Not asking for a lot. I do it everyday and yes - I’m aware - some customers are ***** …. But it really makes the difference of someone leaving a review like this, and someone accepting an apology for a wait on food which I’d of been happy with. It’s the lack of care or consideration knowing we’d been sat there 15 mins. Sorry it’s had to come to this.

Absolutely disgusting! How on earth they can deliver someone just bread and chips when I order a chicken burger meal ! Shocking behaviour ! And 2 happy meals that was hard as rock to the touch ! never again !

Great for a quick bite to eat and a bit of peace

Would avoid incompetence at its finest. All started with one staff member who was on the shop floor in full uniform, wanted to ask a simple question but was told ‘I’m on my break’ now most places have areas for staff to have a break not hovering around the store. Second poorly made Big Mac from an expert staff member (bit of sarcasm here) managing to know the burger out of the box when sliding it down for collection, not to worry though pieced back together by various hands (nice heh 👌🏻) that are touching money, their faces etc, server then tried to give me it thinking I hadn’t clocked it, told him to take it back and make another to which he apologised, now for that to have happened he obviously knew what he had done. Said he would bring it over, 45 seconds later it had returned to me, so obvious you had given me the same burger! Dirty place and staff don’t care (which I get, hardly a great job) though I dread to think what else they do and don’t think about. Avoid this one!!

We waited over an hour and a half for the delivery. The delivery arrived and was waiting for us at the back of the hotel, eventually got him to the main entrance and the food was stone cold and we couldn't eat it. Disappointed

What a horrible experience…. For a fast food to wait 25 minutes that’s ridiculous…. And if it was happening once…I would understand….but every single time the same…. Promise myself that this is the last time when I’m ordering here

The delivery driver was a great guy but on the other hand the food was absolutely terrible, both lots of fries were stale as if they’d been sat in the warmer all night, the burgers wasn’t even a burger when the food preps don’t even know the difference between the top middle and bottom hun on a Big Mac, I’m sure this is not a suitable standard to be serving food at so I will like this to be reviewed by just eat and hopefully they can see means fit for a refund on McDonald’s behalf, Stay clear

paid for a double big mac meal with a fanta, side of fries and another fanta and a mcflurry, got one drink 2 mcflurrys 1 side of fries and the wrong burger this is disgraceful absolutely abysmal

One of the worst mcdonalds I've been to. Firstly, the machine didn't have any paper so I asked at the till for my receipt.... she said it'll come with the order. Order came & it was a stick on label stuck to the bag, I asked for a receipt again & she said no I can't print you one. Then my jot chocolate tasted like water... went up to the counter with it. She said I'll get you another one... I asked if it would be the same, she said, probably? I the said well I don't want it if its going to be like that, so asked for a coke instead.... again tasted way off what it should be. All in all a bad experience.

Foods cold, i ordered garlic mayo which i PAYED for and its not came. No straw and no ketchup which was ordered to. Fuming.

YET AGAIN missing items. This time, QP and fries from a QP meal missing, but inexplicably the drink DID arrive. And receipt attached to bag confirmed the full order. So I know it isn't me, yet I feel this is now a conspiracy. I've lost track of how many things we've ordered that are missing. F####ng useless.

11pm food after a flight. Food was okay, staff polite but loads of chairs blocked off, I presume to discourage people from sitting down.

Went through drive through on 9th July at 9.15ish, ordered 2 hat trick burger meals. Had to wait for food at the 3rd window. Once the food arrived I checked the bag to make sure it had the 2 correct burher boxes and 2 lots of fries(which it did) only to get home to 1 of the burger meals only had 1 burger on and wasn't very warm. Really disappointed as this is not what I payed for or ordered. This McDonald's has gone down hill lately food never warm always to wait around to be served even when its not busy.. dont mind having to warm your food up but would be nice to actually get what I ordered. Unhappy and still hungry customer

I waited 1 and 3/4 hrs for my food and when it came was freezing cold order just after 9.30pm waited till 11.10pm children had fell asleep the. eoukdntveat it because everything was cold.

Was a pretty speedy experience. Ordered on the app for pickup. When I got there, waited a few mins and it was ready. Food was good this time.

We waited for 20 minuets in one lane at the drive through no one took our order then we moved to the other lane and we were told we couldn’t be served, this girl had served people who came to the drive through after us. Fire her

Didn't arrive. Tried to complain to Just Eat who told me I had to wait for it to arrive before I could complain that it hadn't arrived.

Food was as expected of McDonalds but no straws for our drinks and none of the 3 orders of dips came. Cucumber bag miraculously turned into fries too. Cheese bites with no dips are drier than a Saharan’s flip flop. I’m not “lovin it”

took over an hour for them to even respond to my request, in the mean time i had ordered food from another restaurant; and THEN this establishment delivers my food, stone cold and with horrible drivers

Ordered food and after almost an our delivery driver messaged to tell us a staff member advised there was a 40 minute wait. An hour after that a different driver messaged to ask us to call the store because there were lots of drivers waiting for orders and being told nothing is ready. It has now been over two hours, and this store is not answering the phone, not preparing the food or communicating with drivers, and has not just cancelled our order.

Waited 20 mins in the queue, after ordering in the store. Recieved the order, 3 cheeseburger were cold and no dips. Total disappointment. There were enough staff serving, so why can't they get order correct. It wasn't a difficult order. We said last time we wouldn't return, this has just confirmed our decision, to go elsewhere...

Absolutely shocking! Arrived and joined the drive-thru queue at 00:05 in the morning on the way home from a gig. There’s no way out of the queue as it’s a single lane. After about 20 minutes a McDs colleague came out and explained they had issues and to order when we got to the window. After FORTY minutes and watching the people ahead of us drive away with their food, we sat at the window waiting to be served. Eventually I got someone’s attention and he said he’d take oiur order. He then said the manager had switched the till off! We asked to speak to the manager. ‘Josh’ the manager appeared and suggested we go to Asda! I told him we’d been queuing for 40 minutes and it was meant to be a 24 hours McDs. At no point did the colleague who came out to speak to us tell us we wouldn’t be served at all. He refused to budge and that was that. I’ve never felt the need to review a McDs before but this was the most enraging experience! Josh needs some serious customer services training at the very least.

My milkshake a large turned into a kids mini carton what the actual yet you charge for a large be asking some questions when I come there.

The chicken nuggets were still warm which is great. The delivery driver was on time and he found my address and followed instructions well. However there was no sauce whatsoever which was very annoying

They took over half an hour to make 4-6 items of food. When we asked when our order would be ready they rudely said it’s next however it wasn’t there was 4 before us. We then challenged them they gave me dirty look and rudely walked away.

I order around 4-6 items and I was waiting for 30 minutes my food was cold and my drinks were half full - the drinks were also wated down this is unacceptable even when I complained and challenged they ignored me and walked away

This McDonald’s is one of the best. The staff are lovely and always deliver excellent customer service. Food is tasty. Will definitely be returning.

The most bad mannered drive through in the county. "What do you want" was the last greeting, very rare you get a please or a thank you.

Absolutely Awful Customer Service, waited half an hour for our order. Then the site manager came with the fresh order. By this point we wanted a refund. So she said I will have to take the food if you want a refund. She refunded us. And just said "there you go". No sorry. Hope the feedback helps you to become more professional and a nice respectful place to get my food from. As I won't be using this McDonald's again if there is no action given.
