McDonald's in Trafford

Came here and used the drive through service . Encountered two staff members who need lessons in customer service, especially in the please and thank you department .... I mean, even the girl who handed over my food not only forgot to speak, she also forgot to look at the customer when handing over the food.......

I spilled a drink and they gave me an identical one 正呀！

Waited 30 minutes for food that cane cold. Complained and they took the food and gave me the exact same food back. They just don't care.

This is the worst McDonald’s you will ever go to. The food consistently tastes nothing like what you'd expect from McDonald’s. Every visit is a letdown. Burger patties always burnt, cheese always cold and unmelted, wraps filled with dry, overcooked chicken, and chips that are so overdone they're tasteless. And no, this isn’t just a one-off experience, it’s every single time. Absolutely disappointing.

This is the ONLY McDonalds in the whole Sale/Altrincham/Hale area so it’s always crazy busy. Takes ages to get served

Typical Maccies the ice cream machine wasn't working

Ordered just today , I always order from them . But only arrived with drinks that is damaged and half way. The driver was woman but when it arrived it’s a man. Also they won’t answer my call . My order number was 308 the McDonald meal . The meal didn’t arrive at all just drink. How dumb can this be ? Give my money back . Your so unprofessional for a big chain Jesus!!!

Burger was hard to swallow it was that dry even with sauce

The lady that served me was very polite and helpful food came quickly and was freshly cooked as it was 4 am and no one else was around

May 4 at aprox 9pm. Appalling drive thru. Incredibly slow. Rude young and totally incompetent manager when complained. You get trapped in a painfully long process once you drive in.

Check your burgers before you eat them. I keep finding dark black grease on them. Never eating at this one ever again

Rubbish service, drive through slow even when not busy, rude staff and dirty tables and atmosphere, just overall rubbish and so many fake reviews! 😔

Unfortunately it is the closest McDonald’s to us so deliveries come from here. We don’t order often but every time we do we have at least 1 item missing and they refuse to resend the missing item unless you order again (which costs more in total due to delivery & the fact that they don’t make it easy to claim money back). Very disappointing, we will think twice about ordering from McDonald’s again as we can’t rely on getting what we order (literally happened five times within the last two years and we maybe ordered eight times in total. Wish I was joking).

Twice they haven’t given the minecraft toy with a meal. Don’t bother buying over priced stuff for kids.

No order receipts ever. No serviettes ever. 15 minute wait for simple sit in breakfast meal. Condescending managers who are beyond an apology. Shame really. I remember when it used to be to be really good in here but the poor reviews tell the story.

Love this outlet served by a young man named jack today so polite and helpful what a credit to the resturaunt nothing is too much trouble always helpful chatty and smiling although its a shame he is always running around busy and some of the other staff act like they dont want to be there well done jack what a great team member 🙂

Manager sets bad examples . On arrival he’s stood at the side of the disabled bays smoking a cigarette, I then witnessed him walk straight behind the counter and continue working without washing his hands . 5 mins later the same guy is stood in front of the till area on his phone with his sunglasses on his head . Hands in pockets and tells a staff member to sweep up. Time 10.20 am until 10.39am. Check the cctv , all facts .

Wrong food delivered again. Simply not good enough with the technology we have now.

The service was a disaster. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes, and they didn’t answer the phone. My husband had to go there and collect it, and the order was changed. We didn’t receive the Happy Meal, chips, or drink. I regret ordering from McDonald's!!! I am fuming….

Food was just inedible.....well what turned up of it. No fault of the delivery driver.

We Four were there as a treat for our grandchildren. The place was busy, but not very, we ordered on the screen and opted for table service. The service was very slow and, when our food finally arrived, it was barely warm. The burgers looked flat and tired, the chicken nuggets and fries were just about ok. No, I didn't complain, it didn't seem worth it. If they couldn't get it right first time why should they be better on a second try. Not a place to visit again and not up to 'normal' McD standards.

I'll give you a few tips. When someone orders pancakes and syrup they are not ordering pancakes without syrup. Ketchup is Red and you guessed it brown sauce is brown. So if the order is for brown sauce don't send it with ketchup on. Last 2 things, bacon should be cooked not oinking at me before eating. Also hot coffee has a clue in it's name, warm ok I can sometimes accept that but cold. Altrincham branch you failed.

Nipped through drive thru for a breakfast roll meal, staff very friendly. Coffee was good, breakfast roll was good but hash brown was barely warm. Regardless wouldn't put me off returning.

it's a bit of a shame that you charge for additional sauce and then refuse to pack them. a complaint will be made as that's plain theft

I arrived at 7:15 pm. Went to sit down and eat and every single table was absolutely filthy. Food on every table bags leftover papers no tables wiped. No staff visible on the floor whatsoever. I did ask the staff person to come and clean the tables as it was filthy. He arrived four minutes later and put a few bags on top of the tray. Tray is overflowing and loads of bags remain on tables. Not a sign of a cloth or spray to wipe the tables down. Absolutely disgusting. I will never go to the toilet in this place no return again. I feel sorry for the franchisee that owns this place. My husband has found a cloth and is now cleaning the table down for me. Staff never came to my table to wipe it down after I asked.

Wrong order delivered. Driver apologised for a spilled drink initially and gave over bag. The bag had already been opened and did not contain the ordered contents.

Every order has something missing from it when I order through just eat. The large latte, you would be lucky if you got half a cup. The food is always cold and the chips are like trying to chew wooden sticks. So based on this I'm done with ordering any more food from them on just eat. Sadly a very poor service.

I didn’t receive the fries that I wanted

Was told 15 mins..then it slowly changed and was an hour and 15 mins. At which point I had to go out. The food was literally the temperature of a fridge..as if it had been in one. Weird. Dire.

Restaurant wasn’t open but took my money. Poor delivery driver had to message me and cancel from his side. I’m going through the refund process now - I’m expect all my money back and something for the waste of time for myself and the driver. Why is a restaurant taking orders if they’re not open?!

You’ve only got to read the other reviews to put you off coming here. Unorganised, painfully slow service, cold food, undercooked fries. There is definitely nothing fast about coming here. Actually think it’s the worst McDonalds I’ve visited.

Cold what is it with this place and cold food

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to - anywhere in the world. Consistently cardboard texture burgers that are dry as a bone. Seems that there is zero accountability or inspections of any kind from senior UK management staff - who should be ensuring much higher standards for the quality and freshness of the food. I’ve started driving to a different one in Lymm at Poplar services - much much better.

Food was cold, has browns were not crispy at all and limp. Due to the driver getting lost could add to the fact the food was cold

The Altrincham branch leaves a lot to be desired (dirty, slow service, can't be bothered attitude) but the Baguley branch is very good.

Order never arrived. Waited for 2 hours with app saying courier at restaurant which then changed at 3pm to say delivered at 13:20 which it never had been

Filthy bathroom, 1 flushing loo and 1 working sink. Sticky tables. Rubbish on floors. No surprise, does nothing about cars in disability spaces with no badges. Avoid.

Whilst monitoring my delivery the time changed several times and the driver went to Dunham Massey before bringing mine. Totally opposite direction and therefore my delivery was cold.

Great guy, would love a straw next time considering it’s for a slush? 🤣

Ordered a McPlant burger with an extra vegan patty and when I arrived home the extra vegan patty was missing. Clearly, I now have to check, at the window, that my order has been made properly before I can drive away.

Delivery time kept changing and getting later than original time

This McDonald’s is the worst in Greater Manchester. Their ordering system’s always messing up, the service is terrible, and the wait times are ridiculous—I was stuck there for over 30 minutes! There were at least 10 other people waiting with me.

Food took over 45mins to be delivered and it arrived all stone cold.

Every time I go here I want to stay in and they always put my stuff into take away bag, even though, I choose on screen 'eat in' option.

Terrible experience. Been here many times but this was shocking to see that one of my two hash browns in my takeaway was missing a part. Look like being taken a bite! How they chose to serve such incomplete food is totally beyond me… I only found out when I was home and the staff was willing to give me a replacement when I returned.

i came here while shopping in the local retail park. and needed something quick to eat. they served me really quickly on the drive thru and i didn’t have to wait , it made my experience a good one. i will go again

Very poor. McMuffin sausage was burnt to the point of blackness, toilets were dirty, as were the refuse stations. Didn’t complain as it was getting busy and I didn’t have the time to wait. Will do in future.

What is up with McDonald’s missing things on orders?? I ordered a Triple Cheeseburger plain (no onions, gherkins etc.) and it came without any cheese but everything else… family hates this place just because Everytime we order something will always be wrong or missed.

What a joke! They close off half of the restaurant and the other half is full with no seating. Happy to rake order and money but when I sat on the area that was closed off. I was asked to leave it . Not happy at all! And yet again! I went in there at 8pm and it was all closed off! I'm never going there gain. Go the century fried chicken.. no closed off areas there
