I ordered a 5 chicken selects box with 2 garlic mayos and they only gave me 4 chicken selects and told me that they had no garlic mayos even though 2 minutes later i saw them put a pot of garlic mayo in a different customers order they also offered no replacement for the sauce and for the missing chicken selects it took 5 minutes of me asking for a replacement and being ignored and for me to get my freind to shout at them too

A nice friendly environment but the car park is only 90 mins max stay too short

Burger and drink missing from order. Happened plenty of times from this branch.

Place was very busy so would have expected food to be fresh and hot but all was lukewarm. Milkshake was also very runny. I expect better at the prices they charge these days.

It was alright. I'm not the biggest fan of McDonald's.

As always the fries were awful. The burgers are OK but not great. The Mcflurry and banana milkshake were great. My only reason for going really.

Waited 2 hours for delivery HOWEVER the food arrived very fresh & hot so thank you! Peace is now restored now the teenagers are no longer starving.

First time order has been exactly right from this McDonald's...keep it up!

I am disappointed as big company like McDonald's having such a bad service, my order was wrong as there were missing items, after going through sooo many unnecessary questions, they asked me to deal with Uber eats as they delivered the items, I don't get it I am ordering from McDonald's app not from Uber eats.

Courier was at the restaurant for a long time rung McDonald’s and they said he hasn’t been to pick it up yet so what was he doing my food was cold on arrival

Excellent delivery service. only problem was I received a chocolate brownie instead of the birthday cake donut I wanted.

Don't bother wasting you're money. Food will arrive in absolute shambles, completely destroyed burgers unbelievably messily and haphazardly thrown together and cold. a toddler would do a better job. if you want a drink good luck, it will arrive lid off and half empty soaking everything else. it's impressive how awful this store customer service and quality of food is. this truly is the worst McDonald's in the country and a clear reflection of the pathetic management and staff employed.

No part of the order correct at all I wish for a full refund as I couldn't eat the nuggets cheesebox or wrap or drink 2 cola This is the 2nd time an order has been completely wrong really annoyed sort it out asap

Retried this place again tonight both Big Macs burnt!! Pathetic Seriously, how hard is it to put the correct order in the bag! Waste of time and money, this place is a joke.

Second time an item advertised as free was missing, in spite of the fact I specifically left a note.

Happy meal for about 10 chips and half a milkshake my lathe chips looked like a small And was freezing and I like 5 minute drive from the restaurant

this restaurant always provides great service. the food tasted great. there was a really good atmosphere, a great visit overall

Just had an order delivered via Uber Eats, everything was cold and 2 portions of fries missing from order, had to divide one portion of fries between 4 of us. Can't get through on the phone to complain. Last time i will be using this branch of McDonalds as missing items on last 3 orders now.

It was the worst chicken salad. Inedible. The salad itself was old and dry. As for the chicken? You don't want to know.

Wasn’t bad, had worse.. didn’t send straws though, got it all round my chops slurping my milkshake 🤗

Went in here last week for some food, I have got to say after that this is my new regular. Great hot food, well presented and the staff were lovely. Much better than what other people/reviews have made it out to be.

I have ordered now on 3 occasions chip's are always stone cold, burgers were luke warm. the chicken strips where only things warm, seriously McDonald's up your game

My order was completely late I only ordered this because the eta was 16:30 it turned up at 17:20 and we had already left because we had plans food will be no good now do thanks for that. I want my money back

I promise you now the restaurant will get your order wrong. this is the last time I use them and just eat.

No straws or sauces provided with order but absolutely awful delivery time as ordered at 18:20 with an expected delivery of 19:10 and didn’t arrive until after 8pm

I had no food delivered this is a joke Been waiting for food from you from 10:45. Now 00:45 and now you say you delivered it what a joke . I have asked for a refund back

It was good but we were waiting on the food as it said 16:45 then it changed to 16:53 slightly disappointing.

I didn’t order a carton of chocolate milk? This is the second time you have substituted a milkshake for a carton??

Really poor standard of food. Burger dry and overcooked, cold chips and hardly even acknowledged by the staff. They were not even busy...

There's always a missing item. Either someone's whole meal, sauces or the straws for the drinks.

I only judge by size of fries because most mcdonalds have the same problem. 2 medium fries that looked half full, member of staff who handed me them knew what I was gonna say and asked if I wanted a topup without me asking. Happens alot at this venue, due to poor staff training or just can't be bothered staff.

delivery driver was good but as always... MISSING ITEMS! How hard is it to check your orders. The management need to retrain whoever is checking orders as its every time at least 1 thing is missing. Beyond a joke at this point

Very poor always have to wait even when it's not busy and that's if you're lucky to have what you order not sold out. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but it's even worse, drive through forgot something, even after a wait

It's not a great place to visit, slow service. Only use the drive through, I would not sit down and eat or take my kids there.

Ordered happy meal with chicken nuggets for my girl. One of four came in half! Called them and they said unless we spent another 20 mins driving back and showing them the nugget, there was nothing they could do.
