McDonald's - Chester Road in Trafford

Avoid this store. Ordered 2 fries, 2 dessert items and one drink ahead on the app (wish I didn’t) and waited over 25 minutes to receive them. Staff all very young, clearly inexperienced and not trained well. Managers too busy shouting at staff and rushing around. When they finally found my order it was cold, wrong drink given. The amount of bad reviews should be an indicator to McDonald’s that they need to retrain or sack their managers. I’m surprised they’ve not given anyone food poisoning. 🤢

stone cold food - asked for a lg meal and got regular - i didn't notice until i got in the car - i couldn't be bothered complaining - my mistake even thinking McDonalds would worth eating !

Chips cold, asked for fresh ones and they scooped some fresh ones on top, so stoll cold underneath. Staff huddle chatting a bit. Had to ask for them to open the downstairs loo, seemed to be an inconvenience. It's OK. But could be better

Pedí un café blanco y 2 hamburguesas con queso, en el auto. El café siempre es bueno. Recientemente fui a España y su hamburguesa con queso fue increíble. Como no suelo pedir hamburguesas. I ordered 2 fish burger meals. But the fish was extremely burnt. I didn't manage to check my order at the McDonald's, only when I got home and saw it was very burnt. The chips are unflavoured and dry, looks like the frying oil is old and sprite was too flat. I don't recommend this place and won't be coming back.

Food was cold and tasted like cardboard. If we are paying this much for junk food it should at least be hot. Why can’t McDonalds ever make fresh hot food. Tastes half decent when cooked correctly. This is a joke

After many order online, Multiple items missing every time. How hard is it to print the order out and tick off what you put in the bag?????? Not rocket science really.

Items missing AGAIN! Don’t know if it’s McDonalds in general or just this one but they consistently miss items off the order. This time it was all the drinks - just really poor customer service. And doubly annoying that you can’t get them to replace, only get the option of a refund. Why should I pay twice for delivery to get them replaced, when you’ve not delivered the items??

No había estado en McDonald’s por un tiempo y ahora recuerdo por qué. Hicieron bien el pedido, lo cual es muy inusual, pero pidieron una comida Big Mac no impresionados por lo que se hicieron pasar por papas fritas medianas, casi nada allí y la mitad de ellos no se cocinaron completamente, la hamburguesa estaba desigual, no hay excusa realmente, ya que no estaba ocupado, todos los McDonald’s en esta zona están bajando rápidamente

It was awful, the chips were cold and broken, looks like left over and drink was flat no gas. It doesn't feel like a drink. The service was very bad. I will never eat in here again.

This review isn’t from a single experience, it’s from years of experience of this store. The staff are friendly enough, but the food quality is trash, large drinks are mediums, large fries are a small. And whenever you go in, you see orders sitting on the side and not where they are supposed to be, just getting cold. Is definitely worth the drive to a different one where your more likely to get fair customer service and value for money!

Food is not hot and chips very salty

The manager simply does what he thinks he has to. I have never seen a company move forward when the person who should set an example of work, unfortunately, cannot demand it from his group of employees! I was already expecting this video, not much, but he could have taken the order for me!

Missing items food was cold considering it was on time so to me it wasn’t fresh missing nuggets and chicken strip pieces personally when you get the order wrong think should be a full refund coz was people didn’t get food they wanted.

Visité la unidad - a través del 29 / 12 / 24 mientras pasaba para un bocado rápido. Pedí una hamburguesa con queso y bebí un pequeño pedido. Me pidieron que estacionara en el aparcamiento. Mi orden nunca llegó. Pasaron 10 minutos, luego 20 minutos y finalmente cuando llegaron a los 30 minutos, hablé con un empleado de McDonald’s que fue a ver lo que había sucedido. Volvió para decirme que mi pedido se había perdido. Fui a hablar con el gerente para preguntar cómo se puede perder mi pedido y cómo me pueden dejar esperando en el estacionamiento. Él dijo que toda la comida se ha ido y por eso señalé que claramente no he recibido mi comida. Los hombros se me encogían de hombros como si no tuvieran ni idea. El servicio al cliente es terrible. Literalmente sentí que tenía que pelear mi caso para conseguir la comida que había pagado. El gerente accedió a reemplazar mi comida, pero me dejó allí por otros 10 minutos mientras charlaba con su personal. EL peor McDonald’s que he visitado. Sin habilidades organizativas, sin empatía por los clientes, con una actitud completamente equivocada hacia los clientes y literalmente incapaz de hacer el trabajo que están allí para hacer. ¡Muy decepcionante! ¡Nunca volvería a usarlo!

I'll be honest, i think this will be my last order. with a combination of having no drivers and having to cancel to some rude drivers and cold food, im done.

The service is rubbish. The food was cold. The staff has really bad attitude. I ordered food from drive through from this McDonald. For twice of the orders, there were lack of the item from the order. First time, they gave me one wrap less, and second time, they never gave the chicken nugget. When I rang the shop and ask about it after on the same day, the staff called Adam who answered my phone and yelled at me. Adam refused to give me complaints contact details and refuse to offer any help other than keep questioning me and doubting me about the statement I given. I felt very upset and be littled by this bad attitude and behaviour. I can’t believe McDonald allows this happened. Everyone should against such rubbish food and such rubbish staff.

Absolutely shocking! kept changing the time so it took over an hour to arrive. Arrived freezing cold and missing two full happy meals which was pretty much most of the order. Left my kids very upset. McDonald's then wouldn't answer the phone! They also didn't bother putting any straws in the order. This was no fault on the driver as he gave me what he has been given!! Absolutely vile customer service and I know just eat will only refund me the happy meal value not the full value!

Didn’t come with fries. Never get what is ordered. Is there any other industry in the world that gets away with such regular sub standard service. I pay for a product and it doesn’t come. This happens regularly. This isn’t a mistake, it’s theft.

As well as missing straws & napkins — the toy was missing from the Happy Meal which was the entire reason for ordering that in the first place. Burgers were all cold & dry & looked like they were thrown into the boxes from a mile away.

I understand they are required to upsell at the drive in but when you ask for a breakfast wrap with brown sauce, nothing else and you get " what drink" just a breakfast wrap nothing else . I ordered my food at 4:25 the driver turned up over 2 hours later after saying numerous times that the delivery was on the way. One minute it showed as being at my door and then it would be back at McDonald's. This order was tea for myself, my 8 year old and my 1 and a half year old. who had to wait all that time to then be delivered practically frozen food, no apology from the driver either.

Whole bag of food missing again... 2 burger meals and 2 share boxes. Absolute joke requesting a refund doesnt feed the children/adults expecting the food....

The lady that served my table was lovely. First rate. The chips however were the worst chips I've ever eaten in a McDonald's. They were literally stone cold and rubbery. Almost inedible. I'm not sure how they even managed to get such awful chips out - 5 stars for achieving it though!
