Just collected food and ordered double cheeseburger and recieved just 1 burger with cheese no thing else not happy

Way overcooked fries, cooked to crispy nothingness….After being asked to wait in the bay….

Manager and staff as well showing rude behavior very bad service for tha delivery drivers as well drivers are coming for collecting the order but no body give them orders we waiting up to hour if we ask them for order manager showing rude behavior

Missing products and wrong drink sent

missing items, food cold delivery driver sat for over 5 mins in the car even though I was standing there

The service is rubbish. The food was cold. The staff has really bad attitude. I ordered food from drive through from this McDonald. For twice of the orders, there were lack of the item from the order. First time, they gave me one wrap less, and second time, they never gave the chicken nugget. When I rang the shop and ask about it after on the same day, the staff called Adam who answered my phone and yelled at me. Adam refused to give me complaints contact details and refuse to offer any help other than keep questioning me and doubting me about the statement I given. I felt very upset and be littled by this bad attitude and behaviour. I can’t believe McDonald allows this happened. Everyone should against such rubbish food and such rubbish staff.

I'll be honest, i think this will be my last order. with a combination of having no drivers and having to cancel to some rude drivers and cold food, im done.

Absolutely shocking! kept changing the time so it took over an hour to arrive. Arrived freezing cold and missing two full happy meals which was pretty much most of the order. Left my kids very upset. McDonald's then wouldn't answer the phone! They also didn't bother putting any straws in the order. This was no fault on the driver as he gave me what he has been given!! Absolutely vile customer service and I know just eat will only refund me the happy meal value not the full value!

Food was stone cold and took ages, I do understand because it was rush hour but still not good.

We waited for 2.5 hours for our delivery and we got no chips. It’s nice to get a refund but my daughter was hungry and upset, so the £2 didn’t really help. So disappointed!!!

Didn’t come with fries. Never get what is ordered. Is there any other industry in the world that gets away with such regular sub standard service. I pay for a product and it doesn’t come. This happens regularly. This isn’t a mistake, it’s theft.

Every time I order online they always forget items and can never get an order correct. The food is always cold. Didn’t know a simple task of packing an order was so hard but clearly it is since they never get it right!

Shambles. Average McDonalds food, as always. Took forever to arrive, atmosphere felt like I needed to wear a stab vest. Drive a little further to the next McDonalds if I were you, better yet stop somewhere else.

As well as missing straws & napkins — the toy was missing from the Happy Meal which was the entire reason for ordering that in the first place. Burgers were all cold & dry & looked like they were thrown into the boxes from a mile away.

I understand they are required to upsell at the drive in but when you ask for a breakfast wrap with brown sauce, nothing else and you get " what drink" just a breakfast wrap nothing else . " Want it as a meal" NO , just a breakfast wrap, nothing else . " What drink" JUST A BREAKFAST WRAP, NOTHING ELSE " oh right that's done, anything else?" Arggggggggghhh . I ordered from this McDonald’s because it said 10-15 mins, when it was 45. Im never ordering from this McDonald’s again. If you go through the drive through the wait is FOREVER & on just eat it’s the same. Cold food when it arrived after all that

I ordered my food at 4:25 the driver turned up over 2 hours later after saying numerous times that the delivery was on the way. One minute it showed as being at my door and then it would be back at McDonald's. This order was tea for myself, my 8 year old and my 1 and a half year old. who had to wait all that time to then be delivered practically frozen food, no apology from the driver either.

Had to wait an hour from order to delivery. Again the food was cold. I want a full refund. I will not be using this app again.

The lady that served my table was lovely. First rate. The chips however were the worst chips I've ever eaten in a McDonald's. They were literally stone cold and rubbery. Almost inedible. I'm not sure how they even managed to get such awful chips out - 5 stars for achieving it though!

Shocking. Ordered 2 happy meal, neither of them had chips in and one only had 3 chicken nuggets. They need to stop employing just anyone. Simple stuff and they’re getting it very wrong. Foods shockingly cold for the price aswell

Absolutely never ever having a McDonald’s again!!!! Employees are absolute mongs when it comes to the simple task of getting your order correct!!!! They push back delivery time so you can never actually class them as being late. Food arrives cold every single time because it’s made when the order is submitted, not when they actually say they’re preparing it. Same thing time. They also deliver multiple orders at once so you can be waiting over an hour due to the closer addresses to the restaurant. Jokers.

Terrible service and rude attitude by colleagues enforcing nonsense "rules". In the meantime 6 colleagues sat next to each other smoking. Hypocrites. They also make people that are exempt from wearing face coverings wait outside. Unless you're a courier then it's ok but that's understandable as couriers don't see many people!

Driver did not deliver my food, rang me to ask me for my code and then blocked my number and it says my food was delivered because I gave him the code. I mean if the driver was that hungry for food I would’ve gave it to him. Poor service!

Our last visit was awful frankly. They were understaffed, and the service was badly affected. Ordered were slow and completely wrong, not to mention cold, so then you had to start again. The wait time was ridiculous from start to finish. The young staff didn't care, and the management swore openly and showed his frustrations for all customers to see. Visit before the place had too many staff working, so lots standing around gossiping rather than clearing and cleaning for people to sit down! The young female workers were very loudly having offensive conversations for customers to hear, which i found disgusting as I had young children with me. I asked for the management, and nobody came to see me. Visit before at the drive through, the order was wrong yet again and cold. It's sadly not the best place atal. We've now stopped using it until we hear it's sorted itself out.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. All the food was freezing cold, the drink was spilled in the bag and they forgot the sauces we ordered.

delivery instructions were not used. food was cold even the hot apple pie. the mcflurry was melting and drinks were only half full.

Cold food. Half of the order wasn’t included. It seems they have filled the missing items with sauces instead. Not the first time this has happened. Will be ordering from a different restaurant next time.

Ordered for delivery it said 35 mins and ordered. Nearly 90 mins to deliver was cold, lid of drinks loose and spilling sauce popped. Had to microwave and then was like rubber and unedible.

Don't go for breakfast on a Sunday around 1020 onwards. Absolute chaos with the amount of delivery drivers crowding the store

The order took an hour to come and came cold it had cleared been left for a while as even the ice in the drinks had had enough time to completely melt making the drinks completely watered down
