Pit Stop Burgers in Trafford

Can’t understand how this place has 4.9 stars. Reading the reviews and something doesn’t seem right with them. Guy behind counter was so engrossed in his phone he didn’t even know we’d walked in and were stood for two mins staring at him. Burger was basic with no toppings just cheese and ‘smash sauce’ which was an incredibly peppery steak type sauce but way too peppery. Chips were ok. The meal deal pictures all show an irn bru as the drink but we were given Pepsi max. Asked for an irn bru and was made out we were being done a favour for giving us it as it normally comes with Pepsi ‘because it’s cheaper’.

Amazing! We attempted the Pit Stop Burgers interestingly the previous evening and the food was incredible, newly cooked exceptionally scrumptious and first rate. Client care generally speaking was incredible Overall a decent feast and extraordinary worth we will absolutely be returning.

Very basic burger but very expensive , 7 £ a burger meal , you can find the same for 4/5 pound . They do new price , very expensive , i will don't come back and i don't recommand , really nothing special

After my first takeaway from Pit Stop I ordered again 3-4 more times across the following month. The beef burgers are especially tasty!

We both had the double smashed cheese burgers and they were juicy, fresh and tasty, chips were cooked great and seasoned well. We enjoyed the food and will defo order from this store again. Thanks for feeding us as we were ready for something fresh and hot, we got it. 👍

Was pleasantly surprised. Tried the smash burger though I’m not usually a beef eater. I ended up getting another. Tried the loaded fries and spicy wings too. Both tasty and to my liking for spice and seasoning. Could easily eat these as a good lunch option. Mr’s tried the steak and chips. Again not surprised she enjoyed it based on the flavours in my meal being in point. Can’t wait try a few other bits when local again. Such a shame I can’t add a second review. Visited today 7th March and had the mixed steak and chips for myself. All I can say is wow. Honestly best I have had in a very long time. So good that I had to come on here and write a follow up. For sure I will visit again just for this dish. 🍴

The smash burger was amazing and just the way I was expecting! The chicken shawarma was tasty less greasy in comparison to others that I have had.

Excellent! We tried the Pit Stop Burgers for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. Customer service overall was great Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back.

Driest lamb kebab I've ever had!

I went a year ago and the foot was very spacy and delicous. Very recomended for the people that dont want to spend a lot of money

First visit today .. ordered the donner kebab and chips with mint sauce ..... Delicious kebab meat is full of flavour And only made better with a good helping of mint sauce .. chips are as you would think from any takeaway but cooked well And got a free meat samosa to try ... And have to say best meat samosa I've had from any takeaway in manchester Will be back again when up chester road. Thanks great food and very polite service from the staff ( possibly owners )

The food here is vile. Avoid at all costs. I honestly know of 2 people who were almost hospitalised from food poisoning after eating here. If i could give zero stars, I would. It doesn't deserve any.

Food was undercooked n cold n the service is terrible dont recommend it at all and the staff are very ignorant too not for me 😡

Absolutely terrible, the food was not fresh, samosa was like spicy porridge with bits of meat, I was having trouble with my card, and the guy said use the cash machine outside, yeah right( fraud comes into mind) chips were awful, and to top it off I was ill with food poisoning the next day and missed work., never ever again, I would have give a minus star if I was allowed.

Great place to find some awesome Indian food. There's a variety of curries on offer which I couldn't find anywhere else close -by (to be honest I don't think some of the menu options are available at any food outlet in Manchester). There's bhindi, karela, aloo palak, aloo methi, methi parantha, aloo parantha, garlic naan and a few more (you can just ask the person at the counter and they'll inform you what's available apart from what's mentioned in their menu). And they also make chapatis on-demand which are pretty nice.

The food is awesome and the quality of the food is unmatchable to any other takeaway in Manchester. I will recommend everyone to try once.

Food abysmal. Vegetable samosa were terrible just heated up in a deep fryer. Chips dry and awful. Doesn't really deserve 1 star. Avoid.

To be honest I wouldn't give it any stars, the worst food I have ever tasted! Vegetable samosa?? Struggled to find any veg in it, just deep fried mush, chips were disgusting, I'm surprised they're still open!!

Your expectations should never be too high on these type of fast food places, but this place fails to deliver on the lowest possible grade. Fobs you off with an inferior product as what i ordered would have been too hot for me.. what tells you that? my white skin? And then teies tellijg me it actually IS what i ordered... no it wasn't. Absolute weapon.

Went for a meal and saw the man warm me up last nights chicken in the microwave it was disgusting!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Overcharged at the till, was told the "Match Day price" on the wall wasn't for match days?? Food was poor too, you get way better for less money at anywhere else on the row of shops, don't bother

Had a "Match Day" price list on the wall, ordered two items off said list and they charged more. Then when we asked about it the cashier just said the 'match day menu isn't on' ...on a match day?? What a joke. They then said it wasn't a "match day menu" (despite it saying so in capital letters at the top of the poster) and when we pointed that out decided to just say they stopped selling at those prices before the match started. So many better places to get food around the stadium for much cheaper price where you won't be overcharged and then spoken poorly to.

Very nice halal place near the Old Trafford stadium. The chicken filler burger was big and tasty. I will definitely visit again if i go to another game.
