Foods always cold even when they bring them out of back of shop and they have had rats in past 6 months twice hygiene of everywhere in shop is terrible so not recommend

The food is very good and so is the service. The toilet is very dirty and needs a good clean. Did not expect this from greggs.

Great value. Hot baguette, potato wedges and a coffee for less than a fiver. And what’s even better was the assistant told me it was cheaper to do the meal deal. Great service. Well done.

Staff are completely clueless, you only get served if you cut to the front of the queue rather than wait

My recent visits to Greggs have left me feeling disappointed, primarily due to the inconsistency in food temperature. While I'm a fan of their tasty cheese onion puffs and hot chocolate, I've found that more often than not, the food I receive is lukewarm or even cold. This was the case again during my most recent visit with a friend. We ordered cheese onion puffs, hot chocolate, a Red Bull, and a pizza slice. As expected, my cheese onion puff was at a normal temperature, which I've come to accept. However, my friend's pizza slice was served cold. We approached the till, where we were assured a replacement would be provided within five minutes. Unfortunately, despite waiting for over ten minutes, the hot slice never arrived. My friend left thoroughly disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food, vowing never to return to Greggs. While I appreciate the convenience and taste of Greggs' offerings, the inconsistency in food temperature is a significant concern that needs to be addressed promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

This is a great Greggs cafe. It is very clean, there are plenty of tables and chairs and the cafe is conveniently located next to one of the entrances to the Trafford Centre shopping mall. There is a great selection. I opted for a breakfast barm which was soft and delicious. I also got a cappuccino and a strawberry jam iced donut. Both lovely. If you arrive after breakfast time there is a great selection of sandwiches and pastries as well as the famous Greggs sausage roll. It is worth getting the Greggs app if you visit Greggs a lot, you can get some offers and loyalty points. It’s also useful if your Greggs is busy because you can pre-order in the app. I was lucky to be here on a Tuesday morning though and there was no queue. The store is next to M&S if you’re doing some shopping and there are plenty of bus and tram routes to the Trafford Centre if you’re not driving. There are many parking spaces around the Trafford Centre too if you are driving (as well as some very busy Tesla chargers) but as I always say, the Trafford Centre does get very very busy at weekends. I would definitely recommend this super Greggs Cafe. Thanks for reading

Ordered from Uber on this past Monday gone the 29/01/23 and the lady I believe called Kirsty was so communicative and helpful. I love her! She called us when we placed the order to let us know that the they after have issues with Uber drivers not collecting the orders but still we were adamant, we really wanted this greggs!! And then luckily when someone picked up the order she called us again to let us know that they were on their way. This was right before their closing time so I really appreciate her for making the time to call us. Love Greggs! Love Kirsty!

I have just received the most appalling service. If she was trying to do the minimum, she actually went below that absolutely unbelievably poor.

Reopened for about a week. Now temporarily closed again. Not good.

Rude staff,was next in line and two colleagues just walked off instead of serving would'nt have even taken long to get 1 bloody sausage roll . Not long after queue built up anyway ,unprofessional.

This is a photograph of the toilet in Greggs Trafford Centre. The tables and chairs and the floor were not much better. I would suggest the toilet hasn’t been cleaned for Months ?

Notice to say recipe has changed for certain drinks but no staff members knew about the actual changes even though query said to ask. After asking I was pushed to back of queue. Avoid

Sometimes, they don’t open bang on 8 o’clock. The area with the sugars could be a bit cleaner.

I am in Greggs in the trafford center and was just served by a staff member called Sky, I was asked if I like my porridge thick or weak, and she filled the hot water in my tea to the top, and she said have a lovely day. I just had to post this as I appreciated the nice friendly message.

Visited yesterday (20/02) and was served - once he’d finished having a boogie to the music on the radio! 🤣 - by a very cheerful young chap. Was in & out in just over 5 minutes, cooked food was at a good temperature to eat straightaway by my kids, not too hot for them, but not cold either.

I went here 14th Feb quick dinner I bought a sandwich for me which was awful the bread was hard and I bought a steak slice and a cheese pasty I was told they were hot and they were both cold, absolutely disgusting

Quick, efficient service with usual Greggs quality. Hot chocolate is excellent value for money, bought with a sausage roll to make up a meal deal. Location within the Trafford Centre is not the best given Debenhams has long been shut but with M&S due to move into it soon that shouldn't be a problem for long.

Well positioned near the exit /entrance to the shopping centre. Good variety of hot /cold food and drinks at reasonable prices for all. Shame they don’t do the vegetable pasty any more.

Bought a Cornish pasty from the “hot” counter. It was Luke warm. I asked if they could heat it but no the weren’t allowed. The girl checked and they were all the same. They need to look at the counter so food is kept hot. A cold pasty is not appetising.

We went to Trafford Centre today which is Saturday. I feel this is an amazing place for every age. After a bit of shopping we decided to do some snaking. So, we went to Gregg's. I had cheese pizza slice and wife had Vegan Steak Pasty with coffee. I managed to take some quick pics. This Gregg's is close to Debenhams.

Quality Gregg's. Fast and good food.
