Cluck'a'rito in Trafford

Went to try the spicy chicken burger as it had been recommended. It's was nice but I've had better It's a personal flavour preference of mine there was to much acidity in the flavour of the spicy dip as I say that's my personal preference you may like that flavour profile.

Excellent chicken burgers, really tasty and big portions, fast delivery, perfecto!!🤤.....will be my go to when I fancy some fried chicken from now on!!👏

Food was amazing the burger was the best burger I have ever tasted, the sauce was unreal nice little kick to it too. The person who served me was polite and professional, can't fault him. However very unhappy I paid for a burger meal which was missed off. This is unacceptable as I have paid for this, and travelled a long way for it only to get home and 1 meal missing.

What to say, the best cheeseburger I have had in the UK. Up here for a United match and did not regret trying this place! If your in the area ,it's a must visit. Staff very happy and friendly. my friend and I got the bollywood and cluck’in’ell burger as a meal. incredible price, too (£8.50). would definitely get the bollywood burger again, flavour and meat were amazing. we went without cheese for both so maybe that’s what was lacking in the other burger and i’m being too harsh. it was busy so we were waiting for about half an hour for our food but it was definitely worth it!

Heard alot of hype about this place. Food wasn't fresh at all, everything (burgers, wings, drumsticks) was cold except the chips. Also, no seasoning on the wings and drumsticks and chicken wasn't fresh at all. Shockingly, got charged and extra £1.20 for 3 sauces. Definitely wouldn't come again and wouldnt recommend to anyone either

Dont know what the hype is about! Cold burger. Fries were nice. Drumsticks were tasteless and just tasted like boiled chicken. Wings had too much skin on them and nearly made me puke. Definitely wont be coming again!

The guys was vaping in the kitchen and when he gave me wings I was unsatisfied with when I asked for a refund or and exchange he denied it me and I had only had a bite of it. Disgusting service my food took 40min to make aswell, it was only wings and chips???

Always get my order wrong if it’s not missing something I get someone else’s order it’s not the first, 2nd or 3rd time this has happened…. I should have known and checked the food but assumed as I sat and waited for 20mins it would be right, no chance of taking it back as it’s a united match… nice one

Great takeaway meals and value for money

Almost 2 hours since ordered. Food still not arrived. Called the store said it would be 30 mins still no sign of any delivery.

I have never had a chicken burger like the spicy chicken burger I had here. Absolutely phenomenal. I have eaten a lot of the “chicken shop” tier places over the years, so I was shocked at the quality of the meat and the flavour. It’s a shame there’s no branch in London. Either way, I very much look forward to visiting here again. Thank you Heyman for giving this place a shout! 10/10, an absolute must visit if in the area.

Ordered on the app at 19:43. Order arrived after 21:00. It was cold. Rang at 20:34 was told it was leaving the shop. So that’s half an hour to travel 1 mile in a car. Rang back again about 21:00 to say it’s gonna be cold and was told there was no way it would be. To be fair to them the email said it would be here at 21:00 but cold food is obviously gonna be the result if you leave it sat in.l a car for half an hour.

It's been over an hour and past the scheduled time and food still hasnt arrived. Deliveries are disgustingly horrible and most likely food going to be cold. For someone who doesn’t really eat meat especially chicken, clucks is the one! Such a hidden and underrated gem of a place. When the food is great, you don’t need any hype and clucks is just that…GREAT!

There were at least two pieces of short black curly hair in my burger… but the food did taste good.

The delivery time exceeded the estimated duration by a significant margin for the 3rd time, resulting in over an hour-long wait. Previously almost 2 hours. Upon contacting the store, they expressed their inability to expedite the order and offered nothing but when the driver comes back we will get another one out, 2 hour wait is beyond ridicolous. The food that was delivered arrived in a cold state, and the grilled salad container was found to be open upon receipt.

If you are looking for one of the best burgers in manchester this is the place. After trying all the best rated burger spots roccos, shakedown,shake bee and miami spice Cluck a rito is the best. They use proper brioche buns and proper cheddar cheese not plastic cheese. The spicy burger has a nice tang and spice to it very different to the rest of the burgers. Customer service is excellent alaways giving me free dips and drinks.The wait can get long but its worth it 100%. The price is right even tho I would pay more because this is gourmet style. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️from me 👌🫡

I came here with my family, it was genuinely the best burger in the world. They take care of the chicken and the beef hense why it takes a bit long. But it can’t be compared to any other restaurant. If I could give it more stars I would. The only thing is there is basically no space for a family so we had to eat in car.

Was told 20 min wait for my burger which is too long. Ended up waiting over 45 min wait for a burger!! Food is great very poor service.

The food is amazing😋 But we ordered out twice (2 times) and in both orders, we got milkshakes. And both times there were no straws. Really annoying 😡 🙄
