Food is very nice and highly recommended Ayoush who provide the service was best.

Avoid this store. Ordered 2 fries, 2 dessert items and one drink ahead on the app (wish I didn’t) and waited over 25 minutes to receive them. Staff all very young, clearly inexperienced and not trained well. Managers too busy shouting at staff and rushing around. When they finally found my order it was cold, wrong drink given. The amount of bad reviews should be an indicator to McDonald’s that they need to retrain or sack their managers. I’m surprised they’ve not given anyone food poisoning. 🤢

Cold what is it with this place and cold food

Myself and my wife had breakfast here before a flight. My wife is a Vegan and I eat anything. The service was good although they were very busy. The food was very expensive for what you were being offered. My wife had avocado on toast which was nice but very small. It resembles a snack before breakfast but is priced as a full breakfast. I had the Giraffe full English breakfast. I have eaten breakfast in the UK hundreds of times and generally love them. The breakfast I got was rubbish. The portions were small and not cooked properly. I cannot ever remember getting a breakfast as bad anywhere in the UK. We will not be returning to this restaurant and would recommend travellers try another.

We've been going to this takeaway once or twice a year for about 20 years (we don't eat fried chicken that much). It's changed names in that time and maybe staff but several things have stayed the same, the staff are always polite and helpful, the prices have hardly changed (we always get the same variety meal and I'm sure we always pay £20 and have done for years). The portions are huge and it's always nice. I write reviews when they're warranted to either warn people of somewhere awful or to promote somewhere where I feel it's exceptional and this place is exceptional .I can only apologise it's took me so long to write a review.
