Excellent food for chicken wings livers with American style. It’s very busy and crowded but ordered delivered in quick way. It worths to try.

First time trying Wingstop, - Food is good however price being charged is frankly too high, it is not that price of food we spent 56.90 between 4 ppl, I did enjoy the drinks machine, Fanta grape is always cool, but again it isn't a place you could go to every time which is ashame.

I recently visited Wingstop at Trafford Centre Manchester and was disappointed with the experience. The service was incredibly slow, making the wait quite frustrating. The prices are high for what you get—there's nothing special about the food to justify the cost. Refill drinks are ridiculously overpriced compared to places like Costco, where they cost just one pound. The burger I ordered was tiny, more like a mini burger, and the portion of fries was so small it seemed like it was meant for a baby. Overall, I was unhappy with the experience and won't be returning anytime soon.

Excellent customer service on till maheen and Mr shaikh.the food was nothing to shout out for was very busy for a Wednesday.not my cup of tea.

The food was great and delicious but the boneless chickens were smaller than my previous experience.

This is not food related although the food was great, i actually passed out in the middle of the wingstop in trafford yesterday on the 20/07/2024, and i just wanted to say how nice and lovely the staff were, although its there job but there was this one woman with very short blonde hair who helped me so much and she was amazing, ive never passed out before so it was very scary but she made me feel so much better, ur staff are amazing

YES YES YES. This place ticks all the boxes. Top notch customer service, great ambiance, extensive seating area and great food. The chicken burger is a personal favourite. Also the drinks machine is wonderful 😋

Extremely crowded. Rude staff mostly teenagers serving behind the counter. Ask them a question and they’ll stare into your soul and make you look stupid.

Been a few times to wingstop at Trafford centre, been fortunate enough to have the same server multiple times, Mohammed Hussain you are a credit to the store and the brand, the service was with a smile and very quick, he’s happy to go above and beyond for customers. Food is also quite delicious

Came based on a recommendation however I was rather disappointed. Firstly, the portion size for price was dreadful ....£13.80 gets you 3 tenders, 8 bitesize pieces of chicken & I'm genuinely trying to understand what part of the chicken was used as they were that small ! I will attach a photo. I've used my babies bottle lid for comparison.....and some chips ( again, not a full portion ) oh and a drink you have to buy separately! The only good thing was that the tenders weren't too bad but nothing amazing either. The blue cheese dip was really nice, and the mango sauce that accompanied my tenders. The children's menu could be improved as it isn't worth almost £6 at all. Service wasn't the best at all, the drink we paid separately for was completely flat basically flavoured water no fizz at all that was both front and back vendors, we approached a staff member who had extremely long hair may I add no hair net, not one person wore a hair net ( caps but no nets ) but hair flowing and entering the kitchen shouldn't be allowed in a food place, anyway we approached her and we are still to this minute waiting for her to come back to us 😳 as we watched her doing not much but walk in kitchen, helped someone sprinkle a little salt on the chips then continued walking round with her arms folded is just not the best service at all. However we did call someone else who just so happened to be the manager and he had dealt with the problem and gave us an apology ( thank you ) personally i won't be back as in my opinion it was completely over rated and over priced and simply not worth it, I've ate much better food, better portion size and atmosphere elsewhere. One more positive....is that before you can order, they address allergies before which I thought was brilliant as not all food places do this 👍🏼

Their wings are must try, I go for extra spicy or original flavour but they have many options. Recommended

Food is top quality and tastes divine, the vibes overall are good and the music is amazing. All of the staff are amazing and make sure food is served fast. Great customer service from Maheen and put a smile on mine and my friends faces. Overall, 10/10 place for food and good vibes.

always love visiting a wingstop when on a city break as we don't have one in aberdeen. food was lovely and the staff were nice too and checked if we were enjoying ours meals. loved the ranch too, busy atmosphere but i suppose thats also good as it means good food😁

I signed up online for the Wingstop newsletter - to get eight free wings or boneless bites. However, when I visited the Wingstop at the Trafford Centre on 29/6/24 at 8.50pm and tried to order, I was told that I’m not able to use the voucher/QR code for the eight free wings or boneless bites unfortunately. I asked the gentleman at the till why I was not able to use the voucher, and he said it’s because I everyone has apparently made a copy of it and ruined it sadly. With all due respect, I don’t feel like that reasoning is my issue unfortunately; it’s got nothing to do with me. It’s very, very disappointing and genuinely awful customer service.

Got food poisoning after eating from here, chicken was raw from inside

Food is fresh as can be, service is caring and very fast. Ample room to sit. Food is fried to perfection and so delicious.. full of flavour. I had a bad experience at MCR city branch but this was just in another league. Can't wait to come back.

We've eaten here a few times, the food is delicious. Unfortunately on this occasion the portion sizes have shrunk so can't award a 5* When I asked the manager if the portion sizes were correct, her response was "Yeah" that's a large. I mentioned in previous weeks the sizing was different and her response....."well that's what we are told to do" No apology, no acknowledgement that they've reduced sizes. It seems, large sizes to start with gain customers trust, then reduce portion sizes but maintain high prices. Large fries are £3.80 and it's a half filled box. Drink cups have shrunk in sizes too, but at least are refillable for now (not sure how long that will last though) EDIT- the response from the link Wingstop responded with is "generic" does not address the concerns. Not sure why I'm not surprised.

The food was scrumptious and usually at other places my food always seems to get missed items or something wrong but Mohammed made sure that everything was perfect. Wings are rock hard and tiny. Definitely not fresh resulting in us all getting food poisoning. Beware! Also portions are tiny yet prices high. Not worth what you get. Drinks taste naff

I would like to specifically thank staff member Mohammed Hussaien. He was extremely informative advising me and my wife that we can order online rather than waiting at the long queue during peak time. He also came to help when my pregnant wife felt light headed and end up on the floor just after we got the food. Mohammed was quick to realise the situation and didn't hesitate to come to help and brought my wife a bottle of water. Needles to say he went above and beyond. He's a credit to Wingstop staff and we would like to extend our gratitude to him.

Whenever I come to the Trafford centre I come to wingstop, the food is unreal, atmosphere is great and the service is next level. The staff on the tills are always really polite and the staff working on the restaurant floor are also really polite, especially Mohammed Husain, he deserves particular recognition for going out of his way to make my last trip to wingstop an enjoyable experience.

Mohammed was very polite on approach when asking to leave a review. This restaurant does a really great job of providing efficient service so that it never feels too busy and, as always, the food is superb.
