Wingstop in Trafford

Amazing! Food is always great quality and the staff are sooo friendly! Always good tunes on aswell ahaha☺️

Came in here on a Sunday at around 15:00. We hesitated as it was very crowded long queues. We went in anyway. The queue was going pretty quick. I noticed there wasn’t any self service touch screens. About 5 cashiers were taking orders. They weren’t messing about tho, the queue was going pretty quick. The girl asked whether it was our first time so she could explain the menu for us. We ordered and by the time we sat down, the order came to our booth. The quickest so far in my life. Fair play. Reason behind not giving five starts: The wings and tenders were a bit too oily. The burger bun wasn’t the best. The music playlist was very good for a fast food restaurant like this, but volume was a bit too disturbing. I would turn it down. Oh and I ordered Honey Mustard sauce as clearly seen in my receipt. But they brought this weird white garlicky sauce. Greatness is in details. Now the million dollar question, would I come back or no? Without a doubt yes. Good job keep it up. I might update my review if you do better next time.

Amazing customer service and amazing food

Unfortunately either the chicken was old or the Parmesan. And most likely the Parmesan because my partner didn’t get that flavour and he didn’t vomit. I had got food poisoning/sickness from the Wingstop at Trafford centre today. (29th April 2025) won’t be risking eating from here again!

AWFUL SERVICE! extremely rude manager and staff! Very disappointed with the disrespect we received and followed by the awful food which was definitely on purpose after the service we received.

Food is always 10/10! I tried to the new hot honey flavour and it’s so yummy but my favourite is still the garlic parmesan. There’s always a good atmosphere with fun music too.

Food good. Got the texas bbq thinking it wouldnt be too spicy… i was wrong probably drank about a litre of fanta in the space of 20 minutes. Beautiful wonderful workers very helpful. Food overpriced but who gives a gaf.

The only reason I’m leaving a 1-star review is because of the poor customer service. I was served by a woman named Spyridoula, who had a noticeably heavy attitude throughout the interaction. First impressions matter, and customer service especially at the very start is crucial. The way she said, “If you let me finish, I’ll take your order,” was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I work in the same industry, so I understand the challenges of customer service but I also know this is not the way to treat guests. A little patience and respect go a long way.

Food was tasty, service was good and loved the bottomless drinks. Only 4 stars because they use frozen wings.

Just had the garlic parmesan chicken wings and sweet fries at Wingstop in the Trafford Centre — absolutely delicious! The wings were packed with flavour and cooked to perfection, and the sweet fries were the perfect balance of crispy and soft. Great spot, will definitely be coming back!

Love the wings here, I have traveled from Liverpool to Manchester multiple times purely for these wings. I would recommend boneless wings: bbq, garlic parm, Hawaiian and the loaded fries The wing stop is located in the food court the tables where clean and hygienic there are toilet facilities It has access for wheelchairs and the staff are very friendly

Lovely food. Mango habernero was WOW. Bassits service was exemplary. I got the Full flavour box and it was more than enough for one.

It’s my second visit at WING STOP, food amazing and Customer Service it is brilliant. I would like to say big thanks too all staff and manager iman for making my time and family special.

The restaurant intentionally play the music so loud so that it becomes unbearable. We asked the manager to turn the volume down as it was too loud for our kids but she refused saying “it needs to be at this volume as that’s our instruction from head office”. Head office dont want people to eat in peace but rather leave quickly to get more customers in. Disappointing experience.

Don’t know where you guys are rushing to but what is the essence of paying for delivery when all the dips will be poured out inside the bag because you guys had no initiative to seal it properly. Now I have to eat without any sauces… the other time it was the slaw that was tasting off and they did nothing about it.

The wings are really good, it just four stars because they messed up our order so we have to reorder again but the food came hot and delicious

Treat staff like garbage so customers the same. You can only look after your customers if you treat your staff well! Racism- my girl understandably helped herself to a 🍵 while working, so what, thirsty work in a restaurant! Disgusting illegal behaviour by the person who sacked her, yo watch out for Karma!

The staff member at the till was very helpful and recommended the spicy Korean flavour which was very good, great atmosphere and food service was quick

I tried Wingstop at the Trafford Centre for the first time, recommended by my son, and I must say the food was fantastic! The tender chicken had a great variety of flavors, and honestly, I could have eaten more. It's definitely a place worth dining at!

Regrettably, I cannot endorse this establishment. While the chicken was fresh and properly cooked, the sauces detracted from the overall flavor and failed to meet the expectations set by the hype. Additionally, the prices are quite steep.

WOW😍! where do i start from, this location is divine… the food was so yummy in my tummy and my experience was 10/10. A lovely employee named Atong made my whole year, what a lovely way to start 2025 she was so lovely and sweet she even pulled my chair out for me to sit down. She is a proper girl and this is how ALL employees shud be. LONG LIVE ATONG 🥰💖

I had 2 burgers and portion of 12 wings, the flavour i choose were, wingstop original and Korean hot, there wasn't anything special about it and wings were too oily and in burgers I had one Korean and original. Burgers are quite small to the average size

Absolutely fantastic service and food. Workers Fahad and Owais were very helpful and kind.

Loved it! It looks dear but 2 of us went home full for £35 with nice food. Will be there again. Queues look big, but service is quick and efficient.
