Wingstop in Trafford

I had 2 burgers and portion of 12 wings, the flavour i choose were, wingstop original and Korean hot, there wasn't anything special about it and wings were too oily and in burgers I had one Korean and original. Burgers are quite small to the average size

Food is very nice and highly recommended Ayoush who provide the service was best.

Absolutely fantastic service and food. Workers Fahad and Owais were very helpful and kind.

Loved it! It looks dear but 2 of us went home full for £35 with nice food. Will be there again. Queues look big, but service is quick and efficient.

Compared to other wingstop locations, I felt that the wings were underwhelming. When I’d tried wingstop before in other locations, the wings were heavily seasoned and very tasty. This is due to the fact that they were very conservative with the seasonings, which meant each wing tasted monotonous and there was little point to there being different flavours. Granted, it was busy and the wings were hot and crispy but the flavours brought them down. However service was good.

Food was good but slightly expensive.

Food here will give you high blood pressure. Very very salty. Chicken wings are dry

Was queuing out the door but it only took 5 minutes to order and another few minutes to be served. Service good and Michaela checked in on us too and was really polite.

let down compared to other wingstop outlets like Bolton. The chicken all looks the same no matter the flavour you pick with a small variance in flavour. Atmosphere it’s way too loud and packed out layout of the shop is terrible.

I have been trafford Wingstop several times now.All the staff are friendly and approachable but in few occasions I have seen a staff member called Meg being rude to customers and then talking about the customers to other colleagues front of people.This is very unprofessional and she’s definitely isn’t the right person to be at the dining area if she behaves rudely to customers. On 30/10/24 I heard her calling names about other staff members and stating to a colleague ‘I hate him find him weird’

i got the lemon pepper boneless 8 piece chicken with fries and i bit into my chicken and it was hard so i spilt it open and it was pink on the inside and then i another piece i ripped was also pink and brown

Really good customer service, at the till and when getting the food. First place where we never had an issue with the foods such as getting wrong orders and missing stuff. Definitely worth the wait would recommend!

I absolutely love a wingstop everyday, anyday. The food is so so so good and i would recommend it as they have something for everyone. The atmosphere is busy but you can always takeaway.

Very strange experience but in a good way. Long story short I apparently waited longer for my order than I should have due to a "behind the scenes" error. I asked politely where the order was up to after about 15 mins or so, as noticed people that were served after me ,received their orders before me. To be fair, wasn't that big a deal, but on my way out, the shift manager called "Sperry" ( i'm so sorry if I spelt your name wrong x ) approached me and said next time I'm there, they'd like to remake my entire my order for free ( gave me a unique code on my receipt for next time) plus an additional 25% for any extras I get on top. I said it wasn't necessary but she insisted ( bless you ) . Blown away by how kind a gesture that is as never asked for it, nor have I experienced service like that anywhere before. 10 / 10

Was recommended by a friend to try Wingstop & was definitely impressed. Food was delicious, we opted in for the Mango Habanero & Louisiana Rub flavoured wings which were a 10/10, Spicy Korean Burger & the original chicken Burger was also spot on, the Wingstop style fries were somewhat different & definitely hit the taste buds. Could do with turning the music slightly low as it was very loud. Overall I enjoyed my first experience at Wingstop & most likely will be returning in the future.

I was served today by a staff member named Ben B. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I approached the counter, Ben looked visibly annoyed and angry. When I asked a simple question about whether I get 4 dips with 2 portions of wings, he gave me a look as if I was stupid. I can only imagine how he handles more complex inquiries. During the payment process, instead of politely asking me to scan the QR code, he shoved the machine towards me. I attempted to use my phone to make a payment using Apple Pay, and instead of clarifying what he needed, Ben shouted "Other way!" in an aggressive tone. I've never been treated so rudely while simply trying to pay for a meal. To prove his rude behaviour, you only need to review the CCTV footage. You’ll clearly see that I greeted him politely and responded to him calmly and respectfully. At first, I thought he might just be having a bad day, we're all human and allowed to have bad days. But when I saw how much better he treated the customers who came after me, this inconsistency in service left me questioning why I was singled out for such poor treatment, this suggests it was discrimination. It’s shocking that a well-established fast-food chain would allow staff to behave like this. Bin B’s attitude would be better suited to somewhere like Karen’s Diner. I raised this issue with the manager, who apologised, but while laughing, which made the apology feel insincere. He did offer to give me a free meal on my next visit, but I turned this down. This isn’t what I wanted. What I do hope for is that the manager review the CCTV footage and consider giving Ben B some much-needed training, not just on customer service, but on basic manners.

The food is incredibly good, easily a 10/10, and the staff are outstanding. One of the ones who stood out to me most was Usaid, he was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Really good experience at wing stop Trafford centre today. Mohammed served us & was really helpful.

First time here so thought we would try it out, ordered 3 items for takeaway on a Thursday afternoon. 25 mins waiting and still no food so asked for a refund. The drinks were flat and the people giving out food were walking around like they didn’t want to be there. The owner needs to train these staff better or move them to another site. 25 mins for a takeaway is a joke.

Halal foodstop, its wingstop but wings are not the tastiest ones, average ones. Staff is really good in helping and carering you. You can get the drink whivh is refillable as much you want. Try fries (coodoos fries) and tenders.burger is tasty but ting. Burger taste was good. Try lousiana flavour.
