The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Ordered a thin base, not an extra thin base!! It was overcooked and I was offered a steak knife to cut it!!! Hardly any dairy free cheese on it. Won’t be going back to any PizzaHut again.

Wait time ok, food was undercooked, cheese and garlic bits next to none existent. Ice cream didn't arrive, nor was we asked if we were finished and ready for the desert, this was asked for twice, and the excuse was that they ran out of sauce. Customer service was very lax, and staff didn't seem bothered. I'm not sure if this was due to not giving a tip on the app at payment before food was cooked? Pizzahut quality is not being pushed out to their customers. The price was extortionate and left an even more bitter taste in the mouth. Experience was not enjoyable, unfortunately 😕

Lovely experience at pizza hut today. All staff really friendly and helpful, but Harriet went above and beyond for us when she was able to get an order changed last minute after I'd already put it through, all with a smile on her face. Not all heroes wear capes, thank you for saving the day and my sanity!

Service was fantastic, shown to the table and Harriet R took our order as we required a receipt.

Currently eating at the restaurant now. Half way through the ‘pizza’ which is £18 for an 11 inch pepperoni feast??? And the classic sides still haven’t come out. At this rate we’ll be done with our food before they even arrive. There was no cutlery, no glasses, and the salad bar was EMPTY it was also as if people had been scraping the last bits out of the bowls it was so empty. They did fill up the salsa and brought out a bag tortilla chips tho

This Pizza Hut in Trafford is always good, but today was EXTRA special, due to Caitlin, her customer service was beyond measure, in that she really did go above and beyond, we ordered the new sizzler (v) however it was extremely spicy, Caitlin offered a new pizza without us even suggesting it!!! That’s what you call service, she was amazing!!! She also offered a dessert, extremely kind and very hospitable, best customer service I have ever seen in an eatery!!!

Perfect after shopping or before the cinema. Trafford centre and the food court is soooo busy so coming in here you can get away from the crowds and feel like you have space and relax. Some super friendly staff too! Thanks Gill for all your help on our last visit!

I visited with my family on Monday evening & can’t fault the food or service! Many thanks to Caitlin who went out of her way for us, will definitely visit the Trafford branch again.

The restaurant wasn’t open until 11:20am (not 11am as advertised) & we didn’t start getting pizza until around 11:40ish - add to that when the pizza did come out, there was no serving spatulas meaning we nearly burnt our hands getting the pizza - staff were either busy chatting to each other or standing around doing nothing

The kids menu food portions and price, kids colouring activities, the salad bar and the ice cream factory are all highlights. We have been twice this month as I had to take my daughter to 2x hospital appointments. Each time we visited a lovely waiter called Doug found us a quiet table for my neurodiverse daughter to feel settled. We will be back again in the future as this is now her favourite place to eat out! Many thanks to Doug and the staff at Pizza Hut, Trafford Centre.

Today experience was a bit upsetting. Sat down and Ordered around 8:20pm. Pizza was great but sadly the dessert didn’t came. We waited for around 30mins for the dessert and never came and we left 9:35 we asked the server twice but never heard anything more. Cant be bothered to ask for the 3rd time. So we left sadly without getting the dessert. To be honest how long does it take to make a cookie dough? With 1 scoop of ice cream? As a Pizza Hut. Should do better please. And today was no excuses there are only few customers. Never expect me and my partner to come back ever again but maybe until next year it will improved

My husband took me to Trafford centre as a treat as I have been really poorly for past year. We went to Pizza Hut to eat. Loads of staff stood around doing nothing, had to order via QR code and when food came it was so greasy we couldn’t eat it. Really disappointed and we won’t be going back.

Went with family and was served by Larna (what a gem) who sorted our order perfectly and smoothly and was so helpful with advice and was very helpful when we changed our dine-in order into a takeaway due to something cropping up and Larna, under the fine leadership of Becca, liaised with kitchen and without impacting the order of other customers expedited our order and we were on our way out with all of our food nicely packed. Thanks Larna and Becca. Pizza Hut should recognise your hard work and brilliant customer service. We will be back.

Gill was a great help made us feel at home all of the staff where great you should be very proud of your team 10/10 all day long we will be back again very soon.

First time at Pizza Hut, ordered the buffet for £21.99, all you can eat pizza, salad and ice cream. Excellent value for money, the service was superb, scan the QR code on the table to pay and off you go to get your food. I highly recommend the pepperoni pizza, so tasty. The salad range is huge and the ice cream is so tasty. You won’t be disappointed.

Customer service is the worst ever.

We were greeted by Dugg who seated us quickly. He was very friendly and attentive.

We were greeted fast and seated fast too which is important having a small child, we quickly ordered via our phones and received our glasses and salad bowls soon after! All of the food was fresh and replaced promptly when empty! Overall not a complaint! The staff were completely on the ball, everything was clean and tidy, staff were attentive/friendly and the food was hot! Thank you pizza hut!

Overcooked, burnt pizza - no replacements offered, cold pizza. The salad bar was pretty much empty and what was there very messy. Ice Cream factory was just liquid. Asked for the adult desserts we ordered and took 45 minutes to get uncooked raw cold desserts, waited for replacements another 30 minutes, to be given in takeaway boxes with no ice cream and overcooked/burnt asked for ice cream and a spoon to eat it with and was given a wooden spork and a tub of melted ice cream. Table still hadn't been cleared, from when the mains had been finished. By far the worst experience we've ever had, will not be visiting Pizza Hut in the Trafford Centre again. It ruined our daughter's birthday party, which we weren't allowed to book a table for, and we missed the planned movie and weren't able to do everything planned for her party.

A visit to the Trafford Centre is not complete, without hitting the buffet @ The Hut.The family friendly atmosphere. Very relaxed and all team members really seemed to enjoy their roles. Professional and courteous at all times. A great family experience.

Waited longer than you’d expect to be seated, despite tables being empty tables. I can understand if they were short staff but multiple members of staff passed us without acknowledgement they’d be there shortly. Despite this we still waited, salad bar was disappointing; no lettuce, cucumber, peppers or sweetcorn which are normally staples. Chips were overpriced for such a small portion and raw sadly. Onion rings were cold and tasteless. Was hard to get staffs attention. Think this will be the last time we go to Pizza Hut at this venue. Cost does not match the quality of food or service

Friendly staff and the food is very delicious

Our server Fay was very friendly and helpful! Was patient and communicative as we made changes to menu items with our order and ensured we had everything we needed and enjoyed our meal.

Pretty good place to eat while out. What makes this review 5 stars however, was our server Doug who was incredibly funny and welcoming. His causal demeanor and sense of humour was a really nice contrast to the overly professional 'just another customer' attitude you get in most other places. 10/10.

We got a little confused with the translation into Hebrew, the manager helped us a lot... the food was delicious and hot. Many thanks to Child, the lovely manager who helped us with a lot of love.

We popped in on a busy Saturday night and I can honestly say the level of service was very high considering how busy they were, we were told in a queue it would about 10 min wait wasn’t even 5min everyone was working hard! Very very expensive, and then an extra charge of £2 piled onto a basic pizza (already €22) for a couple of skimpy circles of ham. Seemed to be understaffed and just looking for a quick turnaround of customers. Defo won’t be eating here again

We’ve eaten at this Pizza Hut branch on a few occasions and have always had a positive experience. Staff are very accommodating, food is good, and usually isn’t a long wait from ordering to food being brought to your table. Special mention for Jill who is very professional, dedicated and always makes you feel welcome!

Awful Chicken wings were terrible, chips hard sweetcorn over cooked, not great options on sald bar Waste of money wont be going again. Spoilt my grandsons birthday

My husband and I came to the Trafford center on Thursday so it would be quiet as I struggle when it's to busy. We wasn't going to stay for lunch but decided to just have a nosey what the options were . Douglas was amazing so professional and explained everything so we decided to stay for the full buffet

Food let this visit down,ordered buffet,pizza dry and really lacking in flavour,salad bar boring and dry,positive note service and staff were very good.

Staff was extremely racist they saw standing outside waiting to be seated and just ignored us we stood there for more than 7 mins and then when we tried to get in they told us to wait. They were very rude in the way they conducted the customer service and that’s admissible for a company this size never going back here again and trust me I recommend no one comes to eat at this restaurant

Staff very dis-interested and unknowledable regarding dairy & gluten free products - manager wouldn't even prep us a salad in the kitchen to avoid contamination , other Pizza Hut restraunts have done this but the manager here refused so it's led to my wife having an allergic reaction . When I logged a complaint we got a sorry , well sorry doesn't help in these situations s . Certintrly not worth the money paid , they can't even cut the Pizza for you either , rude staff and manager overpriced and even tried to say the kids meal didn't come with sides so we had to practically beg for those . We didn't get a seat at first, even though several tables were free. We then had ourselves put on the waiting list. Operation nil. Ordering and payment only possible via the website. Then small bowls were thrown on the table and the wrong drinks were brought. Then came the worst pizza in a long time. The kids had a menu. Here the pizza was only the size of a palm. Despite the salad, we left the table hungry. The price for the whole thing was just cheeky. Never again Pizza Hut. I'd rather go to the Italian restaurant again.

Was barely a pizza was paper thin, it was almost like chewing bricks. They came up serving a wrong pizza. I was sat around waiting for 45 minutes. Meal was also disrupted by homosexual couples passing by.

There are some tables free.. they didn't give us... they saying its busy but its not... 10 tables are free. The lady name is Laura. I ask her for manager and she is lying and saying I m the manager 18 years old girl... very bad experience if any tourists come in your country and you treat very bad.... shame on you the manager and staff.. very good owner appreciate you

Food was good when it turned up. For some reason my pizza came out about 10 minutes after my sons. Queue to get in and wait for tables was massive yet there quite clearly lots of empty tables so that just made it more annoying for the people waiting

Came here for dinner before a cinema visit. Absolutely gross. We got seated at a tiny 2 person table that was filthy & stickier than a fly trap. The salad buffet was a mess. People had dropped different salad items into other sections & 90% of the iceberg lettuce was brown. I tried to get a bottomless apple tango & just got soda water from the machine & when I told a girl behind the bar she just looked so unbothered & wasn’t even going to take my full glass of fizzy water from me 🤦‍♀️ Got back to our table with my “salad” of cucumber slices & beetroot cubes lol because everything else I didn’t dare take, only to find we didn’t even have any cutlery or napkins. Also found an eyelash in my pizza cheese! Just a mess to be honest. My daughters ice cream factory bowl & spoon was delivered with hard crusty food on the spoon handle which made her not want any dessert so that’s how bad this place was lol Definitely not coming here again.

The wait time was good especially on a Friday night, they were really understanding and energetic they took pride in their work and let me use their charger for my phone so I could get home thank you so much for an amazing experience my family loved it

What stood out the most was Jill's attentiveness to our comfort. Food poisoning 😢, I had one pizza yesterday evening , I was awake all night with diarrhoea and vomiting all night. Iam still in bed scarred to eat anything feels weak and sleepy. This restaurant needs to be investigated as soon as possible 🏴‍☠️

We decided to go here for dinner, As it was Saturday night about 7/7.30, the Food court was rammed with people. So we queued for a table , was told about 10-15min wait ( was only about 5 mins). Once at the table it is card only and you have to scan a QR code, easy enough. So 2x pizzas 11", 2x chips and 2x drinks £50. If you have meerkat rewards they dont work on a saturday, however there is a promo code option, so my advice would be plan ahead and see if there is a promo code that you could use. Service was quick, Food was good, I would go back, but with a code.

Not been to this pizza hut in a while so me and a friend decided to go today and we won't be back for at least a while. If ever. The atmosphere was chaotic to say the least. Kids running around everywhere, not enough servers on and, the tables where we were sat were very cramped. We could basically hear the entire conversation on the table next to us throughout our stay. The server we got had such a bad attitude and clearly didn't want to be there. We got confused and asked if we could order to which he directed us to the QR code on the table. Once we'd ordered after some confusion on the ordering site he came over with glasses for our refillable drinks. We asked him where we could get the sauces from, he told us and walked off saying something under his breath we believe directed at us, returning with the sauces not long after which we would of happily got ourselves if we had of known where they were. His attitude was terrible throughout the service and it was clear from what we observed he didn't want to be there. He also touched his long beard twice, completely unhygienic another server we observed also, touched her hair. Luckily we observed where the knife and forks were so got them ourselves after he brought our food out. The food was nice but, you can get good food with better service elsewhere so wouldn't recommend at all.

The food was good, but unfortunately there was definitely not enough pizza for the amount of customers! The poor girl was trying her best putting pizzas out but as fast as they were out they were eaten. It was very hazardous in the lay out of the food, with the girl having to walk with the got pizza pans round the salad bar and drinks station weaving through people (nothing against her at all, just a suggestion on the lay out' the pizza table could definatly to with being bigger on busy weekends to allow enough food for everyone. There was a good variety of pizza but unfortunately I didn't see any garlic bread out which we love! Also I saw a member of staff drop food, look at it and walk away, then 4 staff saw it/ stood on it and left it. It was a big pizza crust and I was worried someone would trip so after noone else seemed to want to avoid the risk, I picked it up and disposed of it myself. Just very chaotic!

Pizza Hut Trafford is one of my favourite in Manchester. I went today with family. Waiting time was good, pizza was good the whole atmosphere was nice. Overall service was good, staff in general are all friendly but our server Kali was exceptionally polite reapectful and helpful. Thank you 😊

Shoutout to Kali. She greeted me and my family and served us. She made sure we were okay from start to end. She made us feel very comfortable, we came around 1-2 and it was busy and she still took the time to make sure we were okay. no doubt the experience would be drastically different without her. Visited Pizza Hut at The Trafford Centre yesterday & was served by Lacie. Lacie was caring & professional listening to my dietary needs. Service was prompt and pizza was nice & hot. Lacie came & checked I was happy with food. Simple place to stop with great customer service.

Placed our food order at 18.19. Pizzas arrived quite quickly. Ordered BBQ American and the G.O.A.T. The GOAT arrived with no spinach on. Because we weren’t told of this we weren’t given the option to swap the topping, which means that we didn’t get the full price of what we paid. Finished pizzas at around 18.50. Ordered desserts just after 19.00. Nobody came to take our plates or salad bowls. Nobody checked on us at any time. Many staff walked past and looked at our leftovers and did nothing. When our desserts arrived we finally got chance to ask for a box. Desserts arrived wrong. Staff said she would put them through correctly. As I am writing this nobody has brought us a box and we don’t have the correct desserts. It’s been around 20 minutes since the desserts came out wrong. The restaurant isn’t busy and there’s no excuse. I have ended up getting my own box, and we have just ate the wrong desserts as there is no sign of the right ones coming. I have taken this picture to show that ALL of our plates are still here, salad bowls, pizza slates, AND dessert bowls. Shoddy service. Won’t return. Left before the correct desserts came out as it’s taking too long.

Disgusting was seated and then I had ordered I went up to get some salad for me and my toddler the salad was covered in fruit fly’s etc and then the pizza was hard my parters mums pizza was not cooked threw properly and soggy still with dough just shocking and then when asked and we said it looks rush they told us our pizza are definitely not rushed i would also like to add they was more busy talking to each other and people in the kitchen having a laugh etc than actually delivering customer service just a bunch of kids will never eat from there again spent 100 pound on something disgusting

We turned up at Pizza Hut to be greeted by a very rude member of staff I asked could I have a table for 4 (it didn’t look busy ) this was at 2.10 she said the buffet finishes at 3 , my reply was that’s fine it’s only 2.10 , she then looked around and said 15 to 20 mins for a table ,but there was 7 tables free outside with nobody sitting at them I mentioned this to her and she said they were taken , so we walked round and come back 15 mins later ,when we came back she looked at her watch and advised us again the buffet finishes at 3 my reply I KNOW ! She then sat us at the tables that were free before we had to wait , which I knew would be the case , we finally sat down at 2.45 and was told we had to order everything on the app WHY ! Waitress all standing round while we trying to work this app so we had about 5 mins to grab some pizza in the end . The pizzas that were out were mostly veg and all cold Only one pepperoni which had 2 slices on the whole pizza . I asked the girl is there any pizzas with meat please and she replied very abruptly LIKE WHAT ! . There attitudes were awful . When we were eating our pizza they came over to us 3 times to say can we take your plates at one point I actually had a bite of pizza in my mouth , they just wanted us out of there and made it very obvious. If you don’t like your job LEAVE they are plenty more people who would love the chance to work . It’s such a shame as Pizza Hut used to be really nice it’s now really bad . Sort your staff out Pizza Hut before they take you under !

Firstly staff are extremely unhelpful and it’s concerning how they are still open with their staff. The man who seated us and I quote told us “ I’m gonna make this as painless as possible you order on the QR code need any help ask” , once we ordered we got our unlimited salad … well we attempted to , the peppers which were out were mouldy . My mum alerted staff to this and was told not to worry she’ll change them “when we get a minute” . The pizza was greasier than a teenagers face and the “chicken wings” were definitely made out of baby chick because of they were tiny . My brother got a “cherry Fanta” …. I can confirm it was orange Fanta with bits in it 🤢. So basically I would rather starve than eat that ever again

Went to collect my order and was asked to go to the bar. The staff abruptly told me on arriving that I would have to wait as she had 17 drinks to make. She repeated this to two other customers who approached, one who just asked for a straw! After 10 mins waiting (the original person made all the drinks) and then disappeared, another staff member asked if they could help. I showed them my collection order and she went to get it. Both pizzas were wrong (how on a digital order?) which then meant I had to wait a further 15 mins for them to be done. The girl apologised but I was left standing and waiting the entire time, then they forgot the sauces and Pepsi I ordered! All the while I was there (it wasn't busy) customers were approaching with issues of getting wrong or cold food, having dirty cutlery). There was no compensation offered, not a drink or anything while I am inconvenienced and left standing and waiting. Very poor service for poor and expensive food, too (pizzas tasteless and cut the way a toddler would cut them, with grossly uneven slices, not cut in the centre). I won't be returning

I’m not sure what’s happened here as it’s been a fixture at the Trafford Centre since 1998 when the complex opened. I used to come as a teenager with parents and friends and have visited many times with my own children. It’s always a busy restaurant but the service and food is generally good. As with many aspects of the Trafford Centre, this restaurant has gone seriously downhill and given how expensive it now is, there is simply no justification for the poor standards. On a recent visit we were simply not attended to by staff. We were asked when entering the restaurant to go to our table and do everything on an app. I appreciate this works at times, but we are not living in the height of the pandemic. Waiters and waitresses are there to serve. With a malfunctioning app (we tried on three phones) we should have been able to get staff to take our order instead but they simply IGNORED us. As in, they did their level best to avert looking at us so as to not have to help - including walking by quickly or just pretending to be busy. Two waitresses were stood behind the bar sipping their own drinks and chatting, quite simply oblivious to their customers. I truly would be ashamed of these employees. Our food took almost 50 minutes to arrive (basic kids margherita pizzas and a vegetarian pizza for us.) One of the children’s pizzas was burnt which the manager had no concept of when he put it down on our table but to be fair to him, when we drew it to his attention, he apologised and said they would make us another (which took a further 20/25 minutes.) Throughout this time, our toddler was crying as the air conditioning was on absolute full blast above our table and despite two staff members saying “yes it’s so cold where you’re sat”, nothing was done to turn it down until we were fed up and asked to be moved outside. Once outside, we were served cold coffees with our desserts (the cheesecakes themselves were nice.) The restaurant was not particularly busy on this evening so I cannot understand the poor levels of service and am shocked at the inattentive, rude and dismissive staff. Even a busy establishment would not excuse this level of service. If the management are reading this, try paying this place a visit and see for yourself. If you’re going to charge more than far more superior quality places like Pizza Express, please treat customers with respect and sort out your standards.

Dirty, waitress not bothered. Waited 20 minutes for service then waiter said going off shift. Walked out and went upstairs to pesto restaurant which was good. Avoid this pizza hut at all costs.

I visited with some friends and we had a great time. Good food (although there could be more Vegan side options) and reasonably priced. My Vegan pizza was lovely.

It’s Pizza Hut so you know what you’re getting but I’ve visited this evening with my family after a trip to Summer Daze and unbelievably they are telling people there’s a 45 minute wait for a table despite only a third of the restaurant seats being occupied. We’ve sat just to the side and watched as they have turned customer after customer away - literally thousands in revenue. It appears they have closed off sections of the restaurant, I assume to simplify the clean down come closing time but I have to wonder if the operator/owner of the restaurant and Area Manager are au fait with it. Disappointing.

For me, the food wasn’t hot enough. It wasn’t exactly cold when it came out, so I didn’t bother complaining.

I don't like writing bad reviews and very rarely do so. But sometimes your experience is so bad in a place that it feels only fair to warn others. I can honestly say that our recent trip to Pizza Hut in the Trafford Centre was the grimmest dining out experience we've had in years. Service from the young and completely unengaged staff was appalling with no management presence in sight. But worst of all, the restaurant was DIRTY. Tables were left uncleared and unwiped, and the self serve salad and ice cream stations were just horrible in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. To be fair the food coming out of the kitchen was of an acceptable standard but absolutely everything else about our visit was just horrible. Very very bad reflection of a national brand like Pizza Hut.

If your looking a great lunchtime eatery whilst at the Trafford centre but don’t want fast food. This place will certainly do the job. We took liberty of the lunchtime buffet that’s on offer each day. Food constantly being replenished and cleaned regularly to maintain it’s presentation. Great job guys.

Did a shopping trip to the Trafford centre, we didn’t fancy any of the fast food options. Pizza Hut was the best option. Decided to go for the lunch buffet, food was delicious and they were constantly replenishing it so it was always fresh. The staff were very friendly and eager to help with any queries. The friend I was with asked about garlic bread when it was being cooked. Staff took our table number and brought some over once it had cooked. All round a positive experience. Definitely coming again in the future.

Lunchtime Buffet made my husband and I ill with diarrhea! Msg'd complaints but service from them was rubbish just replied that everything is fine with the records and that was it. Have had no further contact from them since so that is it. Will never eat from them again!!! 😠😠😠

Lovely pizza hut, food was out fast and very tasty. The waitress we had was lovely and made it a great experience. The cookie dough was excellent too!

I’ve been there few times but definitely this time was the last. No one working there is helpful, they treat you like you force them to do their job , even when I was leaving I asked for a take away bag, the lady said we don’t do bags , I went inside and ask a person behind the counter and they gave me one !!! Another lady put our glasses on the table with really bad manner. I never go back there again. I don’t recommend at all, you can spend your money somewhere else and they treat you better than them.

Was a great experience, Fay was a great server, had a good laugh as well, and food is fantastic as always!
