Pizza Hut in Trafford

I have enough experience to know the true taste of pizza. The Italian taste does not exist not authentic. It's tast the same pizza sold in supermarkets at a very high price. I was waiting for something exceptional. Very much disappointed 😒

Thought we would give Pizza hut another try after having it 3/4 years ago but sadly it confirmed why Pizza Hut are closing down!! How bad can you do a vegetarian stuffed crust pizza... worst vegetarian pizza I have ever had.. bland and tasteless. Garlic bread was like eating cardboard, bland and dry. Onion rings were tasteless. Potato salad which used to be my pizza hut favourite, it tasted awful. So sad their quality is gone right down hill.

No hot drinks served all self service food low quality

Caitlin was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. She greeted us with a warm smile, made sure our order was exactly right, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. It’s rare to see someone so genuinely passionate about providing excellent customer service. Caitlin is truly a standout team member—Pizza Hut is lucky to have her!

They seriously need some new staff nobody seems to know what they are doing. Dropping pizzas waited 30 mins for a cheesecake it's rubbish service and over priced!

Food was gorgeous, apart from the chips were still frozen in the middle, service was shocking. We waited for ages for a table not because they were busy because staff were just stood round the corner talking (we could see them but they couldn't see us.) When We were seated the man literally threw the menus on the table and said QR code is on the table scan it when your ready. We didn't see anyone else then until someone came over with our cups and 3 bowls didn't say anything just put them on the table we later found out they were for the ice cream but weren't told that. I was still eating my mains when the waiter literally dropped our desserts on the table and walked off. Honestly the service was just shocking. On this i definitely would not recommend and won't be returning any time soon which is a shame because the food was lovely.

Saf was really lovely and made sure to check if we needed anything and was really quick to amend an issue we had. Overall great food and quick service.

Food was good brought out many pizzas while we were here something for everyone we got the buffet for everybody was £17.99 for adult which was more than the advertised prices online, anyway thanks Doug and Saf for serving us.

Forgot the chips. Brought them out twice and both times they were still raw. My mother is currently throwing up and has explosive diarrhoea, 6 hours after eating at Trafford centre Pizza Hut. The fact that we were the only customers there should’ve been a warning sign. Mum thinks it was the chicken on the pizza that gave her food poisoning as it was the only difference between her food and my 16 year old brothers food. To make matters worse, my mum has severe IBS and dairy allergies, she is now bedridden and has work tomorrow. Her body is going into shock from passing out in our bathroom. Please do not go here if you care about staying alive. We will be reporting to The environment health and Pizza Hut UK as the review below mine about a beetle in the guys food, clearly they haven’t changed anything. The waitresses were helpful and looked very ashamed when something was wrong. Not their fault their food is a biohazard. I however am perfectly fine, I had wingstop. Glad I didn’t take a slice of my mum pizza she had offered me. I have 3 disabilities and I am a wheelchair user, this outcome would have put me in the hospital.

We went for the buffet to find a very limited choice of pizza. The pizzas were brought out so slowly that when they did arrive, there was so many people waiting that many people didn't get any and they were all deep pan. We brought this to the attention of the manager, but nothing changed. I spent a total of £17 (the 'ultimate' package) for me and £13 for my friend and we ate a total of 7 slices of pizza between us - very over-priced.

Absolutely the worst service and environment I have ever witnessed we waited 40 minutes for a cookie dough and a chocolate fudge when we came to collect (after leaving due to it taking too long) they become very hard and start to shout at us just for asking for are order DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Found a Beetle in the Food I had one of the most horrifying dining experiences at the Pizza Hut located in the Trafford Centre. During the weekday buffet, my 15-year-old son selected the Four Cheese Broccoli Pasta. While eating, he felt something sharp in his mouth that pricked his tongue. When he spat it out, we were shocked to discover it was a black beetle with a missing head—clearly still somewhere in the pasta serving dish To make matters worse, the hygiene around the buffet area was appalling. There was a thick layer of dust near the pasta dish and a large black fly sitting on the wall—clear signs of poor cleanliness and food safety standards. When we raised this with a staff member who appeared to be the manager, his response was completely unacceptable. He smirked, said, “I don’t know how it got in there,” and then proceeded to break the beetle up and mix it into the rest of the food on the plate, saying “if it came from the food, it would be a bit broken.” No apology. No accountability. Just a casual refund and a mutter to a colleague before walking off. My son was visibly distressed, and after returning home, he was physically sick. As someone with experience in the food industry, I have never witnessed such poor hygiene or such an unprofessional, insensitive response from staff. We’ve been visiting the Trafford Centre with family for years, but after this, I’m not sure we’ll be returning. This incident was not just disgusting—it was a serious health and safety concern. I will be reporting it to Environmental Health and Pizza Hut UK. Avoid this location at all costs.

We always come here and every time Anthony is so attentive, friendly and on the ball, even when it’s just him or it’s really busy. He goes above and beyond for us and everyone else. Quick service and yummy food.

Visited traffird centre with my friend. Not had pizza hut in a while so we had a quick glance at the menu. Dan explained everything. He was so friendly and polite. We decided to attend later for an early dinner. The service was great from him. Slight issue with the pizza but Dan was there to fix the issue without me having to say anything. Thank you Dan. Was a lovely trip. Hope you get to see this review and are appreciated for all you do at pizza hut. You're a credit to them.

Spoken to Riya and she gave an amazing service. She kept asking if we were ok and how the food was. All the staff were smiling. Food prices are super expensive though.

Very inviting and a quick service for what I ordered. The pizza was well cooked and the crust was quality. It is an enjoyable place to dine in and the people are accommodating to your order.

Riya was absolutely fantastic. She noticed our child’s pizza had mushroom on it when he didn’t order it so she swiftly made him a fresh one. Very pleasant lady. Restaurant was clean and tidy and the salad bar was well stocked. Will definitely be returning again.

Visited for my Birthday - said didn't want to use App server said no problem and left but never returned asked another member of staff to serve me they said 2 minutes then hovered around and literally ignored me. I approached them and said why are you ignoring me ? They said its not my area I told the person who it is but never bothered to tell me this. The shift manager Ms Reid spoke to me and the first thing out of her mouth was calling me sweetie which I found patronising. They explained staff member would come take my order " eventually" so I advised them I was disappointed and left. What happened to real service ? Disappointed that Pizza Hut push the app and probably lose long term customers in the process. I wouldn't mind d but the day in question was my birthday and was looking forwards to it.

The order through the bar code took ages as the network kept disconnecting because of busy time surrounded by other phone users, after 15 minutes of trying to place order , we gave up .

We took six 11year olds here for food after a party and the staff were so helpful and made us feel very welcome. They couldn’t do enough for us. I was really looking forward to eating at Pizza Hut during my day trip, but unfortunately, I left without even ordering due to a frustrating and confusing ordering process. After being seated, I was told to order using a QR code scanner, but my phone doesn’t have one built in. Instead, I was directed to order online. I selected the items I wanted, but I couldn’t find anywhere that showed my total or confirmed my basket. I spent 15 minutes trying to figure it out, and with no help from the staff—who seemed too busy to assist—I eventually gave up and left. It was incredibly disappointing, and I feel the ordering process needs to be changed. Not everyone wants to, or can, order through their phone, and clearer instructions (or more staff assistance) would make a huge difference.

Came in on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. Very quick service and great interactions from staff. Specifically Caitlin (the manager) was extremely helpful. She was extremely attentive and was happy to help with whatever I needed almost immediately. Would return soon after this experience.

Place wasn’t busy when entering, but waited 40 mins for just my 14” pepperoni pizza, which wasn’t worth it. Had no waiter come and check on us. I had to personally get up and update them as other tables received all there dishes even though I was seated before them

Thank you so much for a great visit today. The food was delicious and the staff were really attentive. The host Dave was especially great as he was so welcoming, even my daughter commented that he made her laugh (which being a tween is kind of hard to do)! We’ll definitely be back again.

Having received a generic email asking for feedback that was given, Pizza Hut asked for a Google review. I have enjoyed very good service and food previously at Pizza Hut, but this experience was really poor. No interaction with staff. Only the basic communication given. Food a bit meh, no check up, got our own pizza box for left overs. Asked on the app to give a tip prior to being served which seems ridiculous. I would have given a cash tip, if I had received any service, but feel I didn't. A really disappointing and sorry experience.

When we arrived as a family of 4 we were directed to scan the barcode to order. This was not working for us, so Lorna offered to take out order. The meal deal that was available online does not appear on their menu. Lorna got Daniel the manager to look into this. He told us "No Problem" and out out order through manually. Both Daniel and Lorna have amazing personalities (in fact we remember them both from our previous visit this time last year). They are both a credit to Pizza Hut in ensuring that every customer is treated as VIPs while they done. So many more places could learn a lot about customer service from these two.

Our servers today have been exceptional, amazing service, friendly attitude. Couldn't be happier, big thank you to Riya! :)
