Sat and watched the guy opposite pick out not 1 but 2 hairs from his food! When our order came chips were cold, chicken was hot and when we asked to change an unopened spicy Mayo dip for a bbq dip you’d think I had asked the member of staff to sign a contract in blood in exchange for her soul. She went into such a tirade and rudely spoke down to me. That’s after my teenage son had asked and they had just point blank refused. Luckily another member of staff saw how ridiculous it was and simply changed it. Won’t be back

Worst Drive KFC in Teesside. If your going through the drive thru then check you food before driving off. This is happening far too often to be a genuine mistake and is fraud. I always order a filet burger box meal large, the filet burger was so over cooked it was dark brown and like rubber, another order the burger had most of the batter missing, this should of been thrown in the bin and never sold also large fries what a joke the amount of fries at best where a regular but in a large box. On many other occasions I order a large meal to find out I get a large drink but regular fries, we are paying extra for a large meal and you’re ripping us off & sometimes they have not put the extra piece of chicken or the side in. We are paying for food that is extremely poor quality and I personally think that drive thru customers are been taking advantage of, as many won’t check their order or quality until they get home, by that time it’s not worth going back and returning it. I personally think that drive thru is a way of getting rid of the stuff that is either over cooked or been sat in the warmers far to long, as if you were served this quality inside the restaurant you would get up and take it back to the counter and ask for a fresh meal. I’m all up for supporting our local businesses however I mostly now drive the extra distance to the Teesside park one.

Called in to grab a quick value meal, ordered at the screen and my order was the only one on the screen. Despite this all of the staff at the front just kept filling delivery orders, which seems to often be a very laborious and drawn out process. To make matters worse a very loud driver stormed in and started shouting to the staff about the delivery they meekly started putting his order together despite the fact he'd just arrived. It was only when a manager hurried from the back and pointed out the unacceptably long time my order had been sat there that the staff noticed it and crammed the items that had been sat on the shelf for a while into a bag and handed it to me. The staff need to manage their resources more efficiently to avoid this kind of tunnel vision on completing delivery orders, and the staff need to be telling pushy delivery drivers to wait their turn or else they're incentivising people to be abusive to get quicker service.

Pathetic for the 2nd time ordered a boneless banquet and 2 large popcorn chickens and a stuffing stacker well I didn't get a stuffing stacker at all i got the most pathetic single chicken burger possible was supposed to be a double take it they can't Cound 1-2 that's the last time I'll go there

Hopeless. Ordered one boneless banquet at 6.37pm. Finally arrived at 7.04 - they must’ve needed to slaughter the chicken first. I’ve been here once before & the experience was similarly pitiful.

Came Friday with my grandchildren and I must say this is the worst takeaway food place I have ever visited . The service was appalling even though the place was empty , had to ask for coffees as they were left at the machine getting cold , asked for sugar and still waiting for that , kids drinks weren’t served had to ask 🙆‍♀️food was missing items and value for money was none existent. In these days of crisis kfc need to pull their socks up , train your staff and give value for money , won’t be returning

Usually good, this time poor, the gravy was very thin almost watery. Chicken was dark , overcooked and dry. Fries had more eyes than a box of spiders.

Just got home from kfc drive through North Ormesby Middlesbrough, after having to park up in bay 2! I had ordered a single Twister and 3 piece of chicken and a Twister box meal.... I opened my food bag to my devastation on discovering my 3 piece was three chicken drumsticks for around £5.50 for three scraggy dark meat drumsticks which BTW went straight in the bin I wouldn't even give the local stray a drumstick they are that cheap and nasty! In my understanding you are supposed to get a variety of chicken pieces! You know the breasts the white meat??? Those! Absokuteky disgraceful to think that that is OK to charge some one £5.50 for 3 chicken drumsticks which I never eat, wouldn't even buy them from a supermarket to cook myself.... The Twister wrap had been on a diet! The wrap was huge and could hardly find the fling inside of it! After spending £16 I am sat wondering what I can have to eat! That isn't right is it??? Massive massive wide berth AGAIN! only had just gone back after a 6 month wide berth... I really wouldn't be sad to see these shops close... The batter on chicken is definately not the same as back in the 90's......it is not OK!!!

We ordered via the machines in the restaurant. We sat and waited at least half an hour before our food was delivered. Other people who were sat complained as they were there longer. We noticed that all the delivery drivers and drive through customers were being served straight away. When the food arrived we had items missing and the wrong size delivered. I went to the counter and they rectified the missing items but the girls attitude was not very good. I asked if the chips were large and she replied "Yes, they are chips!" I went back and my husband went to the counter and was treated completely differently to me. They filled up my daughters drink which was undersized and cooked and replaced our regular fries for large. By the time this was sorted the rest of the meal was cold. We will not be coming to this KFC again as you treat the delivery guys much better than the customers. One was stood by me and got served before me! Not impressed. We paid over £24 and did not enjoy the experience at all and it was such a shame as it was our daughters 12th birthday!!

Popped in with a very simple order, just a mini fillet burger. Was in a rush so upon getting it I made a hasty exit, only to find on opening that the rather uncomplex item I'd ordered was completely wrong, first there was no lettuce, secondly instead of the pepper mayo that was supposed to come with it instead whoever made it just liberally sprayed ketchup all over the bun. Since putting ketchup on something basically makes it inedible for me this meant I had nothing to eat and had to throw the wretched thing away without a bite taken. I'm genuinely baffled why the staff at this place decided to make an unprompted change to the recipe, it strikes me as an inexcusable thing to do.

Restaurant is filthy. Could have walked round talking photos of the places (as it was pretty empty) and all the food and litter all over the floors. Employee just side-stepping the mess.... gross

Ordered the nashville hot bites and was challenged to rub on the rear end. That will be the last time. I’ve missed the blades match today at middlesbrough, instead have spent the entirety glued to the toilets in this KFC. Cleaner got its work cut out after that episode, cubicle 2 needs barriering off. Quality of the chicken was lovely but the rear end will need sufi cream for the foreseeable. 2/10

Went to KFC today and ordered around 12:20 the same as everyone I was with, but mine wasn’t ready. It wasn’t really busy but my order took around 30 minutes to come even then I have to ask about where it was. They said it wouldn’t be long so stood at the front another 5/6 minutes passed and still nothing everyone else getting their order. I then had to ask to take it out due to be only having limited time as I was on a training course with work and came here for dinner. It was only a banquet box for 1 when others got more and similar there’s was still quicker than mine. The young girl was lovely but the old women was awful and full of attitude absolutely shocking customer service off her but everyone was lovely. Have to leave and eat in the car back to training, it wasn’t very nice and chicken wasn’t tasty full of gristle and awfully and cold chips! Won’t be returning and will make sure to be sharing with everyone who generally goes here and tell them to go to the other one in Middlesbrough.

Was visiting Middlesbrough from Whitby. Got 10 piece bargain bucket (should be 10 chicken pieces and 4 fries). Got all the way back to Whitby with it, opened the box. There were 9 pieces of chicken and 2 fries! Also it was very dry and looked like it had been sat there for days. Disgusting. And they ripped us off. Would not recommend to anyone.

The girl who took our order was so rude and sounded like she would rather be elsewhere! And oh my god I’ve never know a drive thru so slow and it wasn’t even busy!!

I seen a boy with curly really light brown hair kinda long on the top. Mullet. blue eyes. About 5’8-5’10.Play around and be disgusting with the food. I could of sworn I seen him spit in the gravy. All in all very terrible experience. I didn’t want to eat my food after seeing that boy. But despite that awful experience my food was okay, a bit cold.

We were exploring some new places in Middlesbrough one day of our staycation (Teessaurus Park and RSPB Saltholme - check them out!) and wanted to pick some food up to eat in the park. We recently realised that you can order in advance on the app and it worked really well for us. As you get close to KFC you can check in on the app, so they get your order ready and when we arrived our food was ready and waiting for us. Our food was hot and tasty, we like the zinger burgers and wings. I tried the spicy rice for a change (a new side option) and it was nice, not great, but a very filling option as a side. KFC chips are always very bland now, so definitely remember to pick up some salt and peppers sachets to season. Staff were friendly - what little interaction we had with them! We would definitely do this again, if ever in the area.

Used KFC around the globe many many times but, without a doubt, this is the worse. Terrible slow service, poor food, poor staff attitude, untidy surroundings, really I could go on but I wont, instead I’ll just go elsewhere.

Considering it was not busy we waited ages for our food and they don't seem to have a queuing system it appears the louder you are the quicker you get served.

Visited this evening from the drive thru. Ordered 6 piece wikid variety bucket, portion of 4 mini fillets, pepsi and 3 large gravy. When I arrived home, there was no extra mini fillets which I paid extra for or any spicy wings in the bucket!! The gravy was really thick and tastless! The chicken pieces had also seen better days!

Food was lovely haven't had a meal from here in a while had seasoned chips which were really nice ! Would go back

He estado aquí un par de veces ya que está cerca de mi casa, por desgracia, nunca aprendí mi lección y il en coche de carretera linthorpe en el futuro cuando estoy en necesidad de un Kentucky Fried Chicken.El servicio aquí es increíblemente mal esperar un aternatity en la unidad.Allí es obligatorio lo siento por el retraso cada vez, pero ¿por qué no abordar la velocidad del servicio, en vez de aceptar quejas como la norma.La última noche la actitud del servidor cuando me preguntó si estaba contento con el servicio que proporcionan las Naciones Unidas y era él no contento con la cantidad de quejas que él simplemente se encogió de hombros y caminamos. Esa actitud se ha visto nunca un proveedor de servicio al cliente desde antes.Este lugar está en grave necesidad de capacitación de personal y servicio al cliente.Yo le evita como la peste en el futuro

He utilizado este KFC anteriormente y siempre ha sido bastante bueno, sin duda mejor que las otras y outlets redcar Boro. Llamó en coche a través de hoy para una fiesta familiar 10 piezas, se informó que había una espera de pollo en el punto de orden. No hay problema, al menos se recién preparado, ¿verdad? Pues no, gran error! Llegamos a la casa para encontrar 6 cola flaca y 4 porciones cocidas ala pierna bits, seca y crujiente, así que igualmente tuve que darles un echo, sigo con mi propia los dientes y quiero mantenerlos tanto tiempo como sea posible. El 2 cartones de granos eran prácticamente de una vez, la habían mantenido caliente durante tanto tiempo que en realidad eran quemados negra alrededor de los bordes. Las patatas fritas eran buenas. Creo que creían que iban a deshacerse de las cosas antiguas en el coche por como nadie la ve hasta que llegar a casa. Si regreso abrirá el primero. Horrible.

Proper stereotypical KFC, can't really knock it. Been here a couple of times, always been served quickly.
