Terrible attitude from the person on the phone. Phoned for a delivery and a hour later still not arrived so phoned again and told didn’t have the chicken we wanted and then got phone put down and rang back and asked how long our order would be and the staff started laughing down the phone and said 15 minutes. Staff need to learn some customer service. Will never order from here again

I would not recommend this food at all no matter what you get I got a burger yesterday and throw up from it had stomach eaks and the meat was probably old or just not done right

Driver didnt call as asked to and walked over my plants and grass instead of walking up the driveway chips were cold and had no paprika salt on them as i asked for in the notes

mate i ordered my food and i rang up and hour later asking where it was and how much longer it would be then the person who answered the phone told us it had already been delivered to us (it hadn't) so i told him no it hasn't and started asking what the order was that was delivered and he started repeating "i don't know, i don't know" and then hung up on us so we rang back and they hung up as soon as we said one word, then we called back to cancel the order completely incase ours hadn't been delivered yet and he got mixed up but as soon as we said the address he hung up on us again. all i wanted was some chicken and chips .

As soon as the delivery driver handed me my food I could smell the burnt grease. I don't know what this was fried in, but it was disgusting. The smell and taste of the chicken was extremely unpleasant due to how it was fried or what it was fried in. I couldn't eat it and it went in the bin. I even had to wash my face because the grease smell was so pungent it clung to me when I opened the box of food. I won't ever order from here again.

Terrible, think they need to start answering their calls!! Been on the phone waiting for an answer for over 40 mins. Ridiculous!!

Good was cold and wrong, I love this restaurant however tonight was extremely bad service. We got the wrong sides sent. The wraps were genuinely feeezing.

Absolutely disgusting, I bit into the chicken and it was green underneath, and also the wrap, absolutely disgusting people, I demand a check on there food, close them down immediately, I had nausea and sick for 3 days, close them down...report been send it with pictures.

It was so dirty as it was out only place to eat at hair was also put in the food as the table tops were not cleaned so disgusting I wouldn’t recommend it they need to wear hats and gloves

Have been waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes so far for my food. The service by the staff here is awful, I’ve tried calling more than 30 times nobody bothers to pick the phone up ever. It’s a shame because the food is good but the staff really let the place down when the boss is away. I am currently fasting and waiting for the food which makes it even worse

Ordered a Veggie wrap over the phone, we were said it will only take 10 minutes to collect the wrap. We went to the shop after 10 minutes and we waited for 15 minutes, when we were asked for the wrap then the guy from inside most probably the manager rushed to the counter and said to the guy: Do not serve them ( us), I don't want to serve them and take your money and go. We were not served at all and after waiting for 25 minutes and the guy in the kitchen was extremely rude and not considerate at all. Zero managerial skills and extremely rude customer service. I feel sad for the People working under him. Good for nothing, idiotic clown manager.

How can anyone be this rude ???? Called for a collection, they asked us to visit after 10 min, went there to collect after 10 min. Asked about our order, the owner was damn rude and said “we are not sitting idle”, I only asked how long ? They asked me to leave. I know your shop is running well, that doesn’t mean you can treat anyone with anger and rudeness. Never visiting again !

Not only was food late, it is cold. I also had to walk out of my home to car park in order to get it because the driver I'm assuming was "tired" to walk to my door.

Chips where not great these were left chicken was so dry could tell it had been there for a while with us ordering late on was disappointed as we ordered from here before and was okay.

Order from here quite a bit through just eat for collection. Set off when it says ready to collect because I know for a fact my meal is never ready so I give them an extra 10 minutes from where I live to the shop. Once in the shop my food still isn’t ready and have to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for the food. Scrans always good and good portions but the wait time is ridiculous.

Experienced a very bad service. They delayed our orders. Staff were very rude and impolite. I waited for a long term and got tired. Even though we asked several times didn’t even show any concern.

This food restaurant was my go to place to eat. Anyway I received my order with reheated chips. I ordered 3 student meals which came to over £20. When I had rang up the shop I was extremely kind and told him that my chips were cold, instead the owner was the rudest even though I reminded him I was a regular customer who has never ever complained. The owner was absolutely horrible and even told me that next time if I order on the phone for collection that he was not going to start preparing the meal until I came in the shop. Now In a student meal 4 you get chicken wings but instead of wings with my meal I received chicken pieces. This matter could’ve easily been resolved if he wasn’t so rude. Especially to a regular customer.

Been ordering here for many years. Recently deliveries were top notch but this one was not great. Big order and Chicken and wings was cold and hard , only the chips were warmish- despite requesting to ensure the food was fresh :(
