Ordered my food at 18:00 and it arrived 19:20. The fries were just about warm and chicken was cold. It’s not the first time either, they’re delivery is soooo long

My food was nearly stone cold when I got it

From past two visits the chicken wasn’t really cooked well enough, even though after letting them know about the issue but I don’t really think they bother, won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Today is 31dec 2024. In this whole year I ordered many times in online and in offline for every time it’s negative rating only. When I ordered in offline the confusing boy behind counter will give a different order to back guys who are working in kitchen. When I ordered online they won’t give any mayo or any other dips. And they will be very salty altime & This time I want to thank them for giving a *free hair in chicken wings* you can see in pic. Sadly I was tried to not give any negative review in this whole year but they made me to review.

was very disappointed on the delivery time as I'm guessing they must of been very busy, so the fact that our food was still hot when we got it then we can forgive as we understand what it's like when the shop gets busy and orders start going out late but as long as ya food, well especially chips was still hot when got here and was delicious as always, thank you and well done.

the food quality was bad and the fries where too cold. i even add instruction for adding mayo and sauce over fries but they didnt add it. it was just waste.

Delivery was perfect however I asked for some garlic and chilli sauce on my chips which I didn’t receive. Also I ordered a popcorn and chips meal and I didn’t even get drink

Great little chicken shop. It was very busy and I could understand why!! The chicken was cooked to perfection and falling off the bone. The staff are quick, efficient and skilled. Open late I think and a great place for friend chicken. A massive range of meals and combo boxes available.

Unusually a late delivery doesn't happen very often. Chicken, I delicious which is as always.

First i got delivery time between 01:10-01:30. I just ordered like around 00.15 AM. Their delivery time like 1 hour, thats not good for emergency situations. And also they didn’t give nay delivery updates. Thats very bad, because i cant track my order. After the promised time, they changed the delivery time to 01.50. How is that possible 2 hour waiting for delivery. Thats very unfair. Also the food was very cold.

Used to be nice but seems to have changed the chicken ect. Shops really gone down hill and the delivery driver in the red car harrases customers for s*x. He will take your number from orders and text n harass you

Hygiene was amazing I would love to go back again and again as and when I can and also will suggest others to try this place please. I wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars.

Terrible attitude from the person on the phone. Phoned for a delivery and a hour later still not arrived so phoned again and told didn’t have the chicken we wanted and then got phone put down and rang back and asked how long our order would be and the staff started laughing down the phone and said 15 minutes. Staff need to learn some customer service. Will never order from here again

the food was bad and fries were cold we couldnt even eat it just binned them, lost of money and the delivety was late by one hour.

I ordered 12 spicy chicken wings with a Fanta without chips and I receive only chips and a can of Fanta when I never even ordered chips. Big error. Disappointed.

the food is absolutely awful the batter on the chicken doesn't seem cooked enough there is no batter on wings i dont know if this is due to the cooking or transport but either way i have just wasted over £18. if your reading this do yourself a favour and order from elsewhere.

Driver didnt call as asked to and walked over my plants and grass instead of walking up the driveway chips were cold and had no paprika salt on them as i asked for in the notes

mate i ordered my food and i rang up and hour later asking where it was and how much longer it would be then the person who answered the phone told us it had already been delivered to us (it hadn't) so i told him no it hasn't and started asking what the order was that was delivered and he started repeating "i don't know, i don't know" and then hung up on us so we rang back and they hung up as soon as we said one word, then we called back to cancel the order completely incase ours hadn't been delivered yet and he got mixed up but as soon as we said the address he hung up on us again. all i wanted was some chicken and chips .

As soon as the delivery driver handed me my food I could smell the burnt grease. I don't know what this was fried in, but it was disgusting. The smell and taste of the chicken was extremely unpleasant due to how it was fried or what it was fried in. I couldn't eat it and it went in the bin. I even had to wash my face because the grease smell was so pungent it clung to me when I opened the box of food. I won't ever order from here again.

Good was cold and wrong, I love this restaurant however tonight was extremely bad service. We got the wrong sides sent. The wraps were genuinely feeezing.

Absolutely disgusting, I bit into the chicken and it was green underneath, and also the wrap, absolutely disgusting people, I demand a check on there food, close them down immediately, I had nausea and sick for 3 days, close them down...report been send it with pictures.

It was so dirty as it was out only place to eat at hair was also put in the food as the table tops were not cleaned so disgusting I wouldn’t recommend it they need to wear hats and gloves

Have been waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes so far for my food. The service by the staff here is awful, I’ve tried calling more than 30 times nobody bothers to pick the phone up ever. It’s a shame because the food is good but the staff really let the place down when the boss is away. I am currently fasting and waiting for the food which makes it even worse

How can anyone be this rude ???? Called for a collection, they asked us to visit after 10 min, went there to collect after 10 min. Asked about our order, the owner was damn rude and said “we are not sitting idle”, I only asked how long ? They asked me to leave. I know your shop is running well, that doesn’t mean you can treat anyone with anger and rudeness. Never visiting again !

Ordered a Veggie wrap over the phone, we were said it will only take 10 minutes to collect the wrap. We went to the shop after 10 minutes and we waited for 15 minutes, when we were asked for the wrap then the guy from inside most probably the manager rushed to the counter and said to the guy: Do not serve them ( us), I don't want to serve them and take your money and go. We were not served at all and after waiting for 25 minutes and the guy in the kitchen was extremely rude and not considerate at all. Zero managerial skills and extremely rude customer service. I feel sad for the People working under him. Good for nothing, idiotic clown manager.

Not only was food late, it is cold. I also had to walk out of my home to car park in order to get it because the driver I'm assuming was "tired" to walk to my door.

Chips where not great these were left chicken was so dry could tell it had been there for a while with us ordering late on was disappointed as we ordered from here before and was okay.
